Whirlpool and its distributor (Great eastern - howrah) are cheating customers. Item: whirlpool stainwash 6512hpurchased from: great eastern - howrah (290, gt road, howrah - 711102, phone[protected] /[protected] invoice no: hw / sa / 1516 / 0032invoice date: 11 / 04 / 2015we purchased a stainwash 6512h on[protected] from great eastern - howrah branch. In billing invoice it is clearly mentioned that two offer product w. M. Metal. Trollytopload and w. Machine cover are coming absolutely free with the washing machine. On 14th april, the washing machine was delivered to my home but without the free product (Trolly and cover) and delivery man charged rs. 100 forcefully. We talk to sales agent of sushanta halder ([protected]) several times and although he told me to collect the free products from the great eastern branch but whenever i visited that great easter branch, the free product is out of stock and the agent is ignoring me. Moreover, during the demo of whirlpool engineer forcefully tried to sale the same trolly @ rs. 1300 and water guard rs. 1850 to my father (He did not have the knowledge for the free products) . My father refused to pay the addition money then the engineer left without giving any demo of the washing machine. We are really shocked by getting this behavior from whirlpool & great eastern - howrah. If it is happening to us then it can happen any of the customers. I will continue writing until i get proper resolution. If i do not get proper resolution i will moveto consumer court soon. Please share this and raise voice for cheating customers by whirlpool and its distributor (Great eastern - howrah) . Do not buy any product from such cheaters like whirlpool and great eastern.     I had made a complaint at the Whirlpool customer care that my washing machine white magic super motor was working slow, the service man visited on 5th April'15 and said that the machine will take to the company to replace the gear box and will take two days time, partial payment was done and the machine was taken and bought the third day with a spiner broken, i told him that the spinner is broken and has been pasted, he asked to pay the rest amt and will get that changed tomorrow and till date my machine is not kept useless..

    My complaint No. BG[protected] Dated 25.05.15 i want to know the status, i am trying to the call center number ([protected]) this people are not listening my words and they are disconnecting or else they will put me on hold untill the call get disconnect by its own my call, and the service guy number is +91-[protected] they are not giving me a proper information since from the past 45 days, they are telling the same thing the problem will be solved but they din't is this is the way to handle the customer.

      Dear Sir / Madam, I have purchased your high quality washing machine 360 bloom wash 8.0 kg. But our family is strongly not satisfy with quality of work & abnormal behavior of service engg Mr. Ratnesh. We are facing below problem with your machine : 1. Hot water washing function not work 2. Fabric cleaning efficiency is very bad, again hand wash require after daily or heavy wash. 3. 360 bloom wash not working if we compare with our old semi washing machine of L.G. then LG semi was far far better in result of cleaning. We have purchase this costaly machine for better result & long life of machine as well as fabric only. Pl. do needful for same & correct to faults or replace with another machine.         1. I had purchased the 310 Lts INOX 4s model No11841, S.No[protected] on 17/10/2009, then after use of 6/7 months’ time the cooling & ice making in the M/c is not performing and compressor is running continuously. Then after lot of attempted were made by your service engineer by replacing PCB card/biometry switch, the problem of cooling was not resolved and said that the combination of same is not matched. Hence, malfunctioning is there between them. That time I had told to your regional office Ahmedabad (Guj), please take it back and after deducting depreciation on refrigerator, and balance amount may be pay back to me. But your officer conveyed that this is not possible as s uch type of problem rarely comes. We will replace the machine. After lot of persuasion with your regional office Ahmedabad (Guj), my refrigerator was under warranty so, the company replace the same with 310 Ltr Prof crystal 4S model No1273 Sl.No[protected] on dtd 21.12.2010 (which is the lowest model to my model). 2. After use of 4 & 1/2 Yrs. the same problem again arised in the replaced refrigerator that I have faced at Sl. No 1. 3. I had made a complaint to Toll free no [protected] vide complaint no AH[protected] on Dtd 07/04/2015. It was assured by the person that within 24 Hrs our service engineer will come and attend the same, but till date (i.e 13/4/2015, 12.30 Hrs) no response has been received. I am still struggling as, you can imagine yourself survival in this season without fridge is very difficult. In view of above it is requested to your good office please look into the matter and obliged.

          We Got Whirlpool Magic Chrome 6th sense model on April 2010. The model has been stopped from production since last few years. The AC stopped working with E4 error. Raised a compliant with the Whirlpool Customer care req no- cn[protected] for the same. The AC mechanic attended the machine and intimated us that the indoor unit motor (YYW series) is currently not available in the market and asked us to reach the customer care with the original AC purchase bill so that they with come up with a option to replace the machine. On reaching there we were informed the AC will be taken for meager 5K or less and will be given a option to choose from the model they offer us. In place replacing a motor which is worth 2 to 4K we were forced to replace the whole unit which will cost us somewhere not less than 30K.

                    Whirlpool MAGICOOL 1 TON AC Remote Sensor Board not working since installation Purchased Whirlpool MAGICOOL 1 Ton AC on 26th April, 2015. After repeated follow ups with Whirlpool and respective dealer (TMC - Begumpet - Hyderabad) technician came for installation on 30th April, 2015 (after more than 48hrs). After complete installation of Indoor and Outdoor Units, informed Remote is not working, hence temperature and other features cannot be controlled. For the Copper Piping, Puff Covering was not done properly, most of the part was left uncovered. On requesting to cover the remaining part.. Received the bitter response that - neither dealer nor the company (Whirlpool) will provide extra puffing.. I understood that dealers do not have the minimum courtesy to make the customers happy. After several follow ups on the same and next day, another technician from Dealer visited the site on 31st March, again done his inspection and informed - it was not the problem with Remote - but with the Remote Sensor Board on Indoor Unit. He informed - Technician from Whirlpool visit on next day and confirm the problem, will indent for the spare part and may replace in 3-4 Days. Technician from Whirlpool Visited the site on 1st April, done his check once again and confirmed - issue is with Remote Sensor Board. He want to carry the board to his service center, get it repaired and replaced. On my protest not to remove the board from the brand new unit, he returned back to his service unit without the board. Don't understand the service approach of a big company like - Whirlpool in a big city like Hyderabad. Why don't they keep the spare parts ready to resolve the issues immediately or at the earliest to delight the customer. Really I had undergone severe agony for the past 6 days. Received most irresponsible answers from different people from both Dealer and Whirlpool. I could not use the brand new AC - right from beginning. I want the Indoor Unit to be replaced with New Unit, not the Remote Sensor Board replacements.

                    This is RATAN residing in chennai. I bought an whirlpool magicool 1.5 ton AC in April 2015 and within one year it got some fault.I called a technician from whirlpool and he said that has must be filled in AC. After getting it filled, within three weeks again AC stopped giving out cool air.When we called the technician again, he said that since the house is at the edge of coovam river the gas is leaking faster (rubbish)he also said that there might be problem with tubesi.e.tubes might contain holes in it and when I called another technician he said that there is a fault in compressor..All the technicians giving different opinions of fault.These are rubbish technicians I have ever seen in my life and not a good company at all.I[censored] guys really know what the problem is and really give some solution to this fault and would really rectify it, kindly contact me on [protected]

                      complaint of non functioning on 20.03.2015 to[protected].After much hardship one turned up on 24.03.2015. He unscrewed four bolt and reported that there is lot dust stained.So valve has to be changed it will cost Rs.700/ My wife complained of immense sound while spinning., Immediately he made the spin to run and said that the wh0le pulley set including two baring to be changed it will cost Rs. 4300/- Now need not change the valve.Now I raised doubt regarding valve.He said it will automatically work if you changes the pulley set. After that he asked for an advance of Rs.2000/- for purchase of spare parts.I paid Rs.500/- as an advance.Is it trust worthy to ask for advance..So I asked him to come and attend the work on saturday .In order to check whether he is changing the spare parts or not. He never turned up. I made a call twice but not attended.On 30.3.2015 a call received from Shri Murugan designated himself as manager and said today they will attend and asked for convenient time.I asked them to come at 6.00pm No one turned up All other domestic work to be attended by me postponed to another day.Atlast on 31.3.15 two person reported at 6.30 p.m.and charged Rs.TSP set Rs.4300/-Soap Rs.225/- and netRs.50/- Total comes to Rs.4575/-I paid Rs.4075/- after deducting Rs.500/-paid by me as advance.Again not functioning on 1.4.2015.I made a call .Attended and charged Rs.700/- towards Tarhmotor.(Changed) Ipaid for that also.Todayi.e on2.4.2015 it is not functioning.So in total I have spent half of the cost of the machine.Even then it is out of order. Now I made a call to the attender Shri S Vignesh..([protected]) to change the remaining spare parts left out by him.Very good service and the tacties you are following to sell your spare parts by changing one by one on each day so that the so called valuable customer will not apt for others..I am fed up with your worst customer service..Today one customer going out of your goodwill umbrella.. If it continues your product will be no more. Please wake up. Goodluck

                        I have created the complaint due to the problem of slow moving of washing motor and water leakage from spin to wash tub with SR no.DL[protected] where they recommend to take machine to workshop and charged 2700 RS for it half of the problem was solved but leakage problem still remain then i locked another complaint with SR nos. DL[protected] and the same falsely closed claiming that my house was closed again i raise another complaint with SR no.DL[protected] which still no resolve even after making so many reminders. And customer cares harassing me. I have also sent a e-mail to "[protected]@whirlpool.com" but no action was done. Kindly check and advise why whirlpool not providing the customer service?????                           Hi, I lodged a service request 2 days back for fully automatic washing machine repair (SR number- DL[protected] which was not draining water. The service representative (Nitin, from Vikas Refrigeration Works, Rohini, Delhi, the authorized service agency) came and inspects the machine and discovers that the drain motor has problems. Asks for a change in drain motor and a replacement cost of Rs. 1550 in addition to the service fee of Rs 340/-. We paid the service fee and asked him to get the drain motor. The next day he comes with a Chinese used old part (photo attached) and tries to fix that in the machine, we took notice and stopped him and asked to him to get new original part. Later he came with a newer piece of the same Chinese company (in an open Whirpool packing). We refused to use that part and asked him to get a seal pack GENUINE drain motor. In the meantime we got an inspection done locally and to our surprise (or say horror) the mechanic said that the motor is perfectly fine and a small socks was stuck in the outlet that was causing problem with draining. We tried to reach out to Vikas Refrigeration to check but no one answered my call and later he switched his phone off after hearing us. I have raised the issue with Whirlpool help desk but have not received any update on it. This is a case of misleading and fooling a customer which just wants genuine spares. I would request the agencies to please inspect and take necessary action against the service center. Also request Whirlpool to refund my service fee of Rs. 340/- as the vendor they sent was fraud and the additional Rs. 250 I spent on getting it working from a local guy. Its Whirlpool's responsibility to ensure genuine service otherwise they don't deserve premium service charges.
                          I had a circuit problem in the second week of jan’20 where the display screen was displaying some error.Whirlpool AMC took this machine to Vikas Refrigeration, where in they changed TCP, and even though I told them not to change the lid, they changed the opening lid costing 3500/₹ which is not covered in AMC.They changed the water inlet pipe costing 1300₹, not covered in AMC.My machine was purchased in 2011, and I have been renewing my AMC since, a total of atleast 30-40, 000₹, much more than the cost price of around 26, 000₹(360 degree model).
                          Around mid of march, the display again started giving problems, related to incomplete closing of the lid.I had to close the lid multiple times for sensor to work.15 days after that, a grease like substance started dripping from under the mother board onto my inner tub.By this time lockdown had started due to coronavirus.We attempted contacting the mechanic for some information for the cause, but he would not pick the phone.My amc expired on 15 may’20, and despite repeated attempts of calling tollfree complaint no.of whirlpool and emails, They sent a technician only in first week of june.He told us that the PCB was melting down and can even cause a fire, but since my amc had expired, And this is the last year of amc renewal, they wont do anything.On speaking with Vikas refrigeration, they are willing to change PCB for 4500/₹.Now I dont know what they had done earlier, but Im sure this problem was MADE to happen, forcing us to buy a new machine with new AMC exploitation.All I can say that this is a criminal negligence and nexus of both whirlpool and their repair contractors.
                          Because of lockdown, showrooms are not getting the stock of model I want, and Im forced to use this fire hazard all the time breath trapped in my lungs.Im never ever buying a whirlpool ever again atleat.

                            I bought refrigerator from Viveks in last year march 2014. I am facing the problem with thermostat from 4 months onwards.We thought it is button issue.for safety I tried to call customer service center from march 2015 but it is disconnecting automatically [protected].After that I sent Email to them on 23rd march. Now they are saying warranty time is expired.now it should repaired on chargeable basis. But in the provided book they mentioned 9+1 year of warranty to Compressor and 4+1 year warranty to remaining parts. I tried to contact seller as well as customer service center.no one is responding properly.

We have requested the main branch from where we have purchase our machine but sadly we are unable to recieve a quick response.We have taken the machine in 2013. And we or trying to contact the branch of whirpool from the month of may but we are recieving mainy excuses such as changing the parts of machine, changing the detergent powder, use for washing the clothes, etc. So.                                 noise occuring the machine and it has been purchased only in the month of august and there is a horrible sound with the motor when the technicians came to service that they said it will be replaced within a week and nothing has been done. Inspite of having the machine we are washing our clothes manually which is a mental torture to us. kindly attend to this

                                    I MADE THE PAYMENT FOR THE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR 2 YEARS. VALID FROM 30TH SEPTEMBER 2014 TO 29TH SEPTEMBER 2016 FOR Rs.4700/-. I MADE THE CHEQUE OF THE SAME AMOUNT IN FAVOUR OF RAGHUVEER ENTERPRISES, THE SERVICE CENTRE. AS IT WAS MENTIONED IN THE CONTRACT AND THE COMPANY SITE. THIS CHEQUE WAS GIVEN TO THE SERVICE ENGINEER ON 24TH MAY 2014. AND IT WAS ENCASHED BY THE CENTRE IN 2 DAYS. I DID NOT ANY DOCUMENT FROM THE COMPANY THEN. PLEASE FIND ATTACHED A SOFT COPY OF THE AMC. AND NOW, I GET A MAIL IN MARCH 2015, SAYING THE CONTRACT IS FROM 28TH FEBRUARY 2015 TO 28TH FEBRUARY 2016!!! IT ALSO SAYS WHAT IS COVERED UNDER THE CONTRACT AND THAT INCLUDES THE MOTOR TOO. BUT MY WASHING MACHINE MOTOR WAS CHANGED ON 9TH MARCH 2015 AND I WAS CHARGED Rs. 650/- FOR IT!!! I DID NOT EVEN GET A RECEIPT FOR THE SAME!! THE ONLY AIM OF WHIRLPOOL IS TO CHEAT CONSUMERS!!! THE PRODUCT IS A DEFECTIVE ONE. I'VE HAD SERIOUS PROBLEMS WITH IT FROM THE FIRST YEAR. AND KEEP PAYING FOR SOME PART. SOME PARTS HAVE BEEN REPLACED TWICE!! IT BREAKS DOWN EVERY MONTH. AND THE SERVICE CENTRE IS ALSO OUT TO CHEAT CUSTOMERS. THE CALL CENTRE HAS TERRIBLE EXECUTIVES, WHO DONT EVEN UNDERSTAND BASIC ENGLISH OR HINDI MOST TIMES!! WHIRLPOOL IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. AND I WILL BE SUING THE COMPANY FOR ALL THE MENTAL HARASSMENT AND ALL THE CHARGES THAT I'VE PAID.

                                      I gave a service complaint( on 7/3/2015) to Whirlpool regarding my refrigerator (Model No 12107) which does not have cooling effect though the compressor is working. My complaint No received from Whirlpool India is SR No CN[protected] Till now the problem is not yet solved. The toll free service is also not responding.
