I purchased 6th scenes refrigerator from whirlpool company. Within 6 months gas goes away. recharge gas on our cost As there was no warranty for gas leake . After that 3 times they change thermosostate on our cost due to excess ice deposit and freezzer dore came out. There service ppersonnel are courtesy less. They do not listen to cuscustomers. Raised complaints in customer care. Executive visited exactly same way as last 3 times. Customer care executive gave us satisfaction code which we have to tell executive if we are satisfied .Every time we are not giving this code to service executive as we are not at all satisfied with product and his service but that hardly matters to executive.

for this same reason with zero effect.this timetime heis asking fot ovove gss filling.WE ARE NONOT SASATSATISFSATISFISATISFINSATISFINE AT ALL

      I had brought a new Whirlpool AC i.e.3D cool DLX III on 26 May2015. I had called Whirlpool for installation of my AC the installation engineer came on 29th may 2015. On installation we found that AC is not working i.e. cooling has been not done by the AC. The installation engineer said that the Unit provided to me is faulty. I had called Whirlpool customer care about the same, they told me that my complaint will be resolved within 24 working hours. Today is 6 May 2015 and I am still not able to use my AC. Although they had replaced outdoor unit of my AC but still no one had came for installation. I think that my AC will not be installed. I dont know what to do. Now I am thinking of going to Consumer court.

        Hi we bought AC at the year of 2013. And it has the warranty of five years. My AC is not working since from March ' 2015. I have my AMC from who is working as service center under whirlpool called cool control- MP enterprises . They said compressor is totally gone so have to claim from warranty. So we claimed compressor at March '2015. But no response from whirlpool. If i asked service center about the status of it. But they said this model compressor is not available it is rare piece. so couldn't get now. I registered complaint in customer service thrice . But no response from them too. IF you dont have this type of model Ac you should replace with some other model of entire unit. I need my money back. This is my last complaint no CN. [protected].

            Inspite off payment paid Rs.2450/- for non cooling problem freeze remain under service with Shree Service Plaza Authorised Service Centre at Rajkot City- Gujarat. The freeze under service since last 3 months and freeze already in warranty period but service center remarks not repairable and sent for replace appliance or càsh refund for Rs.14000/- including our exp Rs.2450/-, but company not ready for the same. We are suffering this problem last 3 months and more, immediate response necessary.

              I recently bought a Whirlpool Window AC in Faridabad. I was told that the installation was free. I got a customer satisfaction code during registration of my installation call that I had to give to the installation person.But when the installation guys arrived they asked me to get the carpentry work done by our side. I told him that we will pay them for this minor carpentry adjustments but the installation guy was not carrying any tools to do this work.As per installation guy company do not provide any tools for this. During my call registration I was informed that the installation guys will do all required carpentry work which might cost additional. When I told the installation Person that I will make complaint for it the person was not cared about the complaint. According to him actually this installation is not free and we do it on company behalf for free. Now I am surprised what is the role of Whirlpool customer care and feedback taking person. Why they are showing it as free installation. For all people time is money I could not wait and did the installation from my expenses but the main thing is the customer care apologised for it and the installation person just got rid of the matter then who will take the responsibility. Its a strong message from my side to higher management that as you are maintaining the product quality maintain your installation support.It is going to effect the image of the company. So if you can not give proper installation for free make it paid and don't take it as formality

                Hello, Highly unsatisfactory disappointing customer servive from whirpool care (Patna, Bihar).First time I had lodged a complaint(PT [protected], 6 april 2015) due to issues in the fridge cooling(Double door).The technician visited our home on 10th April 2015 and replaced compressor(charged 2700 rupees).After0 2 days same probmlem faced fridged not cooling again.Again I had lodged a complaint(PT [protected], 23 April 2015).Last 4 days your customer senior Excutive Mr.Taran deep singh promise and commit every days technician sharma will visit your home and will check ur issue.but technician sharma no any call on my no and not visit till day.Your senoir excutive badly behave with me.mentaly harsh your technician and your whirpool team.The worst coustomer services if wanted please contact whirpool.Plz solve my issue as soon as possible.                   I recently bought a Whirlpool AC from Khosla Electronics in Kolkata. I was told that the installation was free. But when the installation guys arrived they asked me for a 'coupon' for the free installation which of course the store did not give me. They then told me that the installation was free but the parts were not. This was going to cost Rs.1600. After calling the store the salesman told me that Whirlpool makes these rules and it was not their problem. Never again will I buy a Whirlpool appliance or from Khosla Electronics. I recently bought another AC from another manufacturer where free meant free. Very disappointing.

                    Hi I have purchased Whirlpool washing machine on 4/01/2015 from Yusuf sarai new delhi. The pipe was broken on April for which I have registered complaint to customer care. I have registered the complaint 3 times as each complaint was closed without my notice and I have to call customer care again to track the status. Finally after 4 days the service engineer visited and fitted a sub standard pipe which was without any packing and charged me Rs.650. Seems it if from local market should not be more than 100 rupees. Now a guy called me Cell No: [protected] stating that this pipe has been provided by Whirlpool saying "Aapse jabardasti to nahi kari kisi ne pipe lagane ko". If this is the standard of company I would never recommend anybody to buy Whirlpool products.

                      Hi, I bought a Whirlpool RO plant in 2011 and it is currently under AMC of Whirlpool India limited. Since last 4 to 5 months, it went for service 3 times. In 2nd last service, the engineer did not clean up the reject water valve, which damaged the RO membrane completely. In the last service, they replaced all the filters and also the Booster pump. The new booster pump installed is a counterfeit booster pump with lower specification. This does not comply to the original specification and prone to be damaged soon / damage the other filters. I tried reaching out to Whirpool service and the CEO of the company Arvind Uppal and Jeff, Still there is no resoulution except denying the product installed is correct. Here are the discrepancy 1. Original Model - WBP-36 Replaced Model - P-7524 2. Logo is different in both models 3. Original open flow rate - 1.0 lpm replaced flow - 1.1 lpm 4. Max pressure in original - 120 PSI - Replaced - Max pump output 110 PSI Apart from this there is no specific rating, current, manufacturing date are mentioned in the pump. The label is damaged and the pump when fitted was not in sealed condition. I think the pump should be restored to the original specified pump and if it is not in production, the plant should be restored to a complete new sealed unit as it is under AMC.                       I got a call from Mr.Rupender from Whirlpool head office. He agreed to refund the money after deducting the depreciation for the plant.
                      I don't agree to this point. The plant must be replaced with the sealed pack of same or a higher model (if the same product is not available).

                      Also when the system is under AMC since quite some time and Whirlpool has taken the service charge for the same, I don't know why the depreciation is comming into picture.

                      There should not be any discussion on replacement of the product and it is Whirlpool's complete liability to ensure it is changed or the complete money need to be refunded along with the AMC charges paid to Whirlpool.
                      I was promised to get a response on replacement without any depreciation yesterday.
                      So far I have not received any call. Tried reaching Rupender few times, but there was no response.

                      Just to update

                      The filters and pump was replaced on Saturday 17th Apr. The PPM was 54
                      Today morning the PPM has gone upto 83 in just 6 days. Looks strange
                      Reached to Mr. Rupender. He is in adament that the RO plant will be replaced after depreciation.

                      Point 1 - I am not looking for the replacement upfront and want to repace with the genuine part

                      Point 2 - If the RO plant is under AMC, it has to be replaced with the exact part no as it is an old product. It can't be replaced with some other part (though this one is a counterfeit). This is not a new product and also the product is designed for some specification. The internal parts can't be changed to anything

                      Point 3 - If Whirlpool is unable to fix with the same part, it is their responsibility to replace the complete unit with exact similar or better product.

                      Point 4 - If they can't replace the plant, they must refund the complete invoice amount and AMC amount taken for this year.

                      I don't know why there is so much confusion in this. I believe this is a fair ask and there is no confusion in the ask.

                        I(me, my family, office) have been using whirlpool appliances since last 8 years. Recently, I bought one Fantasia AC on 13 Feb 2015 which got installed on 23rd March 2015.During the Installation the service Engineer told that Output unit[protected], 500552)has compressor issue and it needs to be replaced.I was ok till then as it's possible that there may be some defect and i raised a complaint number (CN[protected]).Now Whirlpool harassment begins :- 1-Despite following every day i am getting same response that the output unit is not in stock and will take one more week, one more week.Till now it's been one month is over and whirlpool pathetic behaviour and unprofessional service continues stating that unit has not come. -Whirlpool, Whether you have stock or not thats not my concerns . You took hard cash from me and i have not used AC even a single day.What the heck you guys are doing for replacing the unit. Just harassing a customer. -I spoke to Amupriya who put me thru Mr. Naveen M (Team operation Mgr) who promised that this will be done by 15th April.. but nothing was done. -Next Day i called Wirlpool customer care and i got thru Ms Shilpa who put me thru "Mr. Hidayat" who was so confident and told as usual lies that this will be resolved by 20th April.Unfortunately he kept his words for not resolving the issue. Pathetic service -Spoke to Kavya in Whirlpool Customer again on same day and was again put thru Vinod & hidayat who are seeking just buy out time from customer but not resolving issue.However Vinod provided "Mr Quthubuddin -ASI Chennai" number ([protected])" and asked to talk to him. - I spoke to Quthubuddin who is such an unprofessional person and even with pathetic communication, struggling to communicate in English, despite of helping directed to "Mr Bala - [protected].Ulitmately he just took complain number and did not help. -I called Bala @ [protected] (number provided by Quthubuddin and again such an ugly response from these guys.He is asking to contact your Dealer from where you bought the AC. -Common Whirlpool, Are you such a dreadful and unfriendly company with the thought of, just harassing customer.I can only see that Whirlpool provides defective new appliances and then harass customer. I am not sure whom to contact further to get this resolved.The best thing is, I should buy a new AC from other vendors in market and take whirlpool in consumer court for further actions. If anyone is reading this mail, just ensure that you are losing an honest and faithful whirlpool customer.I'll ensure that no one uses Whirlpool appliance in my home, family office and you should not get any further contracts from my office.                         There are plenty of vendors in market who are best in service and products than whirlpool. Go further and go for them. Never buy anything from whirlpool.

                          I have a whirlpool washing machine fully automated, Model: F65, bought in mid 2008. Last year, (20.7.2014) it had starting problems and I had to replace the mother board. The total cost including inspection charges was around Rs. 4300. The component had 6 Months warranty. Now, It Is facing the same problem again and the technician asked me to change the mother board again. Why does a component so costly fail so often. Why is it necessary to change the whole mother board and not replace the problematic part of it. Its very unfair that I have to spend Rs. 4000 every 9 months to maintain it.Satisfaction Code: 904 and SR No: CN[protected]

                            Highly unsatisfactory & disappointing customer service from Whirlpool customer care Mumbai. I had lodged a complaint (No. MB[protected]; 7th April - 2015) due to issues in the fridge door (double-door- Iceberg; FF358/2007 - 340L). The top hinge of the freezer door was replaced after it came out like a loosely hanging door. Even after replacing the hinge, the cooling in freezer was not proper due to which we called him again. The technician visited our home and in the levy of rectifying the error of cooling, he dismantled the refrigerator and refitted the door (*fridge door) which completely spoiled the door alignment (leaving a huge gap). Since the door is not getting closed, it is completely impossible for us to switch it on as it may damage the compressor. It has been almost 15days since repeated complaints and conversations with different coordinators; we are being told to discard this fridge as no spare parts are available with the company. It is utter nonsense that a big company like Whirlpool would not have spare parts of its manufactured products which are not even 7years old. If the company products go obsolete, it is not a customer's fault to end up paying a hefty amount to buy a complete new fridge, just because of the door hinge not being available (or an equivalent door).

                              I bought Whirlpool machine on 2 weeks back. The service guy came after 2 days and he just uncover it and left saying that he will do installtion later. After that till now I am not getting any call from service engineer. I am calling customer care almost everyday and everytime they are saying it will come today . But after that I dont get any call from them. I am really regreting after buying this product. Let me know if you dont want to fix it just tell and i will return you back

                                  Whirlpool and its distributor (Great eastern - howrah) are cheating customers. Item: whirlpool stainwash 6512hpurchased from: great eastern - howrah (290, gt road, howrah - 711102, phone[protected] /[protected] invoice no: hw / sa / 1516 / 0032invoice date: 11 / 04 / 2015we purchased a stainwash 6512h on[protected] from great eastern - howrah branch. In billing invoice it is clearly mentioned that two offer product w. M. Metal. Trollytopload and w. Machine cover are coming absolutely free with the washing machine. On 14th april, the washing machine was delivered to my home but without the free product (Trolly and cover) and delivery man charged rs. 100 forcefully. We talk to sales agent of sushanta halder ([protected]) several times and although he told me to collect the free products from the great eastern branch but whenever i visited that great easter branch, the free product is out of stock and the agent is ignoring me. Moreover, during the demo of whirlpool engineer forcefully tried to sale the same trolly @ rs. 1300 and water guard rs. 1850 to my father (He did not have the knowledge for the free products) . My father refused to pay the addition money then the engineer left without giving any demo of the washing machine. We are really shocked by getting this behavior from whirlpool & great eastern - howrah. If it is happening to us then it can happen any of the customers. I will continue writing until i get proper resolution. If i do not get proper resolution i will moveto consumer court soon. Please share this and raise voice for cheating customers by whirlpool and its distributor (Great eastern - howrah) . Do not buy any product from such cheaters like whirlpool and great eastern.                                     I had made a complaint at the Whirlpool customer care that my washing machine white magic super motor was working slow, the service man visited on 5th April'15 and said that the machine will take to the company to replace the gear box and will take two days time, partial payment was done and the machine was taken and bought the third day with a spiner broken, i told him that the spinner is broken and has been pasted, he asked to pay the rest amt and will get that changed tomorrow and till date my machine is not kept useless..

                                    My complaint No. BG[protected] Dated 25.05.15 i want to know the status, i am trying to the call center number ([protected]) this people are not listening my words and they are disconnecting or else they will put me on hold untill the call get disconnect by its own my call, and the service guy number is +91-[protected] they are not giving me a proper information since from the past 45 days, they are telling the same thing the problem will be solved but they din't is this is the way to handle the customer.

                                      Dear Sir / Madam, I have purchased your high quality washing machine 360 bloom wash 8.0 kg. But our family is strongly not satisfy with quality of work & abnormal behavior of service engg Mr. Ratnesh. We are facing below problem with your machine : 1. Hot water washing function not work 2. Fabric cleaning efficiency is very bad, again hand wash require after daily or heavy wash. 3. 360 bloom wash not working if we compare with our old semi washing machine of L.G. then LG semi was far far better in result of cleaning. We have purchase this costaly machine for better result & long life of machine as well as fabric only. Pl. do needful for same & correct to faults or replace with another machine. I had purchased the 310 Lts INOX 4s model No11841, S.No[protected] on 17/10/2009, then after use of 6/7 months’ time the cooling & ice making in the M/c is not performing and compressor is running continuously. Then after lot of attempted were made by your service engineer by replacing PCB card/biometry switch, the problem of cooling was not resolved and said that the combination of same is not matched. Hence, malfunctioning is there between them. That time I had told to your regional office Ahmedabad (Guj), please take it back and after deducting depreciation on refrigerator, and balance amount may be pay back to me. But your officer conveyed that this is not possible as s uch type of problem rarely comes. We will replace the machine. After lot of persuasion with your regional office Ahmedabad (Guj), my refrigerator was under warranty so, the company replace the same with 310 Ltr Prof crystal 4S model No1273 Sl.No[protected] on dtd 21.12.2010 (which is the lowest model to my model). 2. After use of 4 & 1/2 Yrs. the same problem again arised in the replaced refrigerator that I have faced at Sl. No 1. 3. I had made a complaint to Toll free no [protected] vide complaint no AH[protected] on Dtd 07/04/2015. It was assured by the person that within 24 Hrs our service engineer will come and attend the same, but till date (i.e 13/4/2015, 12.30 Hrs) no response has been received. I am still struggling as, you can imagine yourself survival in this season without fridge is very difficult. In view of above it is requested to your good office please look into the matter and obliged.
