sir, I purchase a whirlpool 260 lit refrigerator from value plus shop,merabai road lucknow on 21july 2011.one front leg of the refrigerator was fully damaged.I complain to the shop several time that he will change it but he always turn their deaf ear by saying that,we are talking to the company even whirlpool engineer gave their that this rejected fridge.if you could able to do some thing to solve my prob I shall be always thankful to you: vijay shukla [protected]

    A Proton elite 480 L (A whirlpool product) refrigerator was purchased on 08/02/2011. After using the product for 6 months it developed non - cooling problem for which I was advised to purchase a glyde which would create a slope and this would rectify the existing problem as well as for future this would not hamper the compressor in the long run and the gas would remain intact for a long time.
    After installing the glyde the same problem the cropped up within a week and another technician visited who replaced the fuse in the refrigerator said this would rectify the problem and glyde was not the only solution to the problem, for which I requested the company to make the refund and let the refrigerator be as it was earlier.
    For the same I was assured that this would be done at the earliest, but then no response came for another week. On 19/08/2011 again the refrigerator developed the same problem for which I have made repeated complaints (complaint no: DL[protected]) but no one has bothered to get it rectified.
    Now I'm not interested in keeping the product with me and would like to get the replacement done for the same as now there seems to be a major problem and any changes in the original configuration within few months of purchase would hamper the products service in the long run.
    Kindly make arrangement to get my problem rectified at the earliest and the replacement for the product be done.

      Sub.: Repairing of Split AC

      Dear Sir,

      I have purchased a 1.5 ton split AC from your authorized dealer M/s Sawlani Trader, Bhilai on 07.05.2007. Since the purchase of AC, it was working very well. On dtd.22.02.2010 I have taken the AMC of AC from your authorized service center M/s Carridor vide Application cum receipt no. HG02/252880. for 24 months.

      The first service done by your technician immediately after the AMC and after that the AC was working very well. When the next servicing done during summer,after that it started the problem (cut off on reaching a specific grade). Since that I am suffering from this problem. In the night even set the cooling at 26 degree cooling reached at the lower point and in the sleeping we are facing heavy cooling and effect on the body (pain).

      I have complains it since last one year but your technician is visiting many times but not resolved the problem even that changed the censor, PCB and many other parts. It seems that your technicians are doing experiment on my AC since last one year. Some of the complain nos. are RP[protected], RP[protected], RP[protected], RP[protected], RP[protected], RP[protected], RP[protected], RP[protected] ETC.

      In view of above, pleas note I and my family is suffering from the negligency of your representative since more than one year. You are requested to look into the matter as most urgent and do the needful for early repairing of my AC.

        No.11305 bought 15/01/2009 covered by the maint scheme exp. 14/1/2013 had problem that was surveyed by service technition..Raju who confirmed the cc board need to be replaced damaged due to fluctuation of voltage.Which was done a was advise to purchase a stabilizer. Raju came along with high/low voltage cut out which I explained to him was not a stabilizer. Try it, I agrred and fount it of no use at all,it just cuts off the machine total. For the past ten days I have been asking him to supply me with a proper stabilizer and take back the High./low unit.
        Action I request be taken asap. Thank you

          I lodge the complaint regarding defects in my washing machine on dated[protected] at your head office which was transferred and registered as complaint No.[protected] afterwords I got SMS from your customer care that my complaint had been rectified, but actually it was not so. After frequent delibration with your customer care service Engineer from Whirlpool Centre at Parwanoo visited my residence on[protected] replace its torque Motor and machine started functioning normally (At no load). A sum of rupees one thousand was paid against proper receipt but when known[protected] the machine was being put in use for washing of cloths, with in ten minutes it started giving abnormal sound & was immediately put off. Today i.e. on[protected] when your service centre was recontacted it was informed that service Engineer will not be available for another two days.
          Can you please get needful done now i.e. after 16 days of registration of my complaint or should I repent my decision to go for Whirl pool Product ?

          whirlpool, fully automatic machine — NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE

          we have sent two mailsdt 08/10/10 & 11/10/10 to helpdesk of Whirlpool with reference to our complaints SERVICES- COMPLAINNT NO. 28665 & 39671 for
          Whirlpool Washing Machine (Fullyautomatic)- MODEL H-65 STEEL
          This is to inform you that I have purchased washing machine (Fully Automatic) on 18/03/2007 and lodged the complaint for Non-working of Machine to your complaint Cell on 28/9/10 vide S.R.NO:28665 and after 5 days your engineer Mr.Jitender Singh, came & replaced P.C.B .Assembly kit and charged Rs.3500/- from my son and took old one by returning, Rs.100/- but when we checked it, it was not working and the same problem was persisting. Next day again I have lodged the complaint on 06/10/10 vide complaint No. 39671 and Your engineer Mr.Anand Kumar visited on 7th October,2010 and told us that the problem was with intake water Valve and there was no problem of P.C.B. He replaced the Valve with. new & charged Rs.400/- again . Now the machine is working fine.

          Sir, can you please explain, what’s the use of calling the . company engineers if the same work can be done by the local mechanic by spending just Rs.200-300. The only reason is to have faith in Company’s services and originality. If the company people will cheat the customer, how one will rely your products and services.

          You are, therefore, requested to please look into the matter and refund the excess money charged by your engineer (Rs.3500/-)

            Dear Sir,

            We have a Front loading washing maching of Whirlpool (sensation Neo). We have purchased the three years ago. Now the water leaking from the front door. We have called the dealer technician to check the machine. He informed that there is problem of Gasket in the front door. So he will replace the same. Now we have called them so many times but they are saying that they don't have the parts So they are unable to do anything.
            We are facing very much problem while washing the clothes as the water comes out from the machines and makes the floor vey slippery.even my small kid fell down many times. as the dealer is unable to do anything or even they don't response to our call so we are writing to you for the action.

              Hi

              I have registered a complaint to Whirlpool on 29th July (Friday) for my front loading washing was not working. The technician visited on Sunday after making a follow up - on his arrival he quickly did a check and said that the front panel is faulty and he would need to go back and get the part before he can correct the machine.

              Since then we have been calling custeomer care and all we get is the following response:

              - Sir we will send an urgent follow up and some one will get back to you. But ofcourse no one calls.
              - I have so far made atleast 10 calls to customer care with the same answer and no work done
              - After a few calls and heated exchange of words they gave me the number of agency "Quik Service" and on calling them they said part is pending and we will call back no one ofcourse called back
              - Now after 15 days they are still not sure if the part will come and if they will ever correct my machine

              All I want to highlight here is that we have not had a good experience with Whirlpool service and will not recommend anyone to buy these products from Whirlpool.

              Hopefully on reading this (if they do) whirlpool will do better than what they done so far to correct my machine.

                defective product delievery
                I ,Ved Prakash Garg having Address H. No. 292,Sector 19 Faridabad purchased a whirlpool direct cool Refrigerator 310 liters on dated 26th July 2011 from whirlpool’s authorized dealer M/s Ashoka International Sector 16 Faridabad.But I get delivered a defective piece as door of the refrigerator does not close properly. After making many complaints in whirlpool India having SR NO HR[protected] SATISFACTORY CODE 726,I Got no response from company side and they self close the complaint. I again Lodge a complaint having SR no HR[protected] Having Satisfactory code 769 and they gave me a solution to just change the door. Why I get the door changed as company delivered me a defective product and compensates me by just repairing it. I paid for a fresh and new product and I want to get replace it with a new one. Kindly help me in this concern. Beware of such companies

                  We have purchased a double door refrigerator last year. Since the date of purchase we have faced a lot of problems due to the fridge. We have reported the issue several times at the customer care. And every time an engineer visits our premises and gets the issue rectified. The problem again occurs after a few days. Till now we have registered the complaint approx 9 times in less than a year. The fridge is not cooling, is very noisy, now the outer body is also deforming. The latest Complaint numbers are PT[protected], PT[protected], PT[protected]. We have been paying them the service charges everytime. We are fed up with the customer services and are left with no other option than taking this case to consumer forum. We regret our decision of taking a whirlpool product.

                    I had registered a complaint no. GB[protected] with Whirlpool Customer care on 3rd August 2011 for a problem related with my Whirlpool Refrigerator. Subsequently, the Engineer named Mr. Vipin Singh visited my residence for attending to my complaint. He replaced a part called OLP Flat Type THK 1340 (Small FIN) and charged Rs. 750/- besides a service charge of Rs. 285/-. He issued a receipt also to this effect. I had no reason to disbelieve the Engineer particularly on the product price as he was deputed by the company authorised service centre. However, after he left, I noticed that the MRP of the part OLP Flat Type THK1340(Small FIN) replaced, as printed on the product label pasted on its packet was a mere Rs. 56.00 only. I felt cheated and befooled. I immediately contacted the no. [protected] from which the Engineer had earlier called be before coming to my residence. One Mr. Ketan responded to my call and I was told that this no. belonged to whirlpool service centre. On explaining the matter of this overcharging to the service centre, to my utter surprise, I was told that the prices printed on the labels are wrong and the correct charge for this product is Rs. 750/- as charged from me and I can verify the same from company's branch office if I so desire. Accordingly, I sent my complaint to the company's complaint portal email ID [protected]@whirlpool.com. I even forwarded the mail to company's CMD Mr. Arvind Uppal's email ID arvind.[protected]@whirlpool.com. I also further followed up with the company's customer care department on 5th August 2011 and was told the same thing that the correct price is Rs. 750/- and not Rs. 56.00 as printed on the product label. I requested to the customer care department to register a complaint of this overcharging by the company's service centre which the executives named Anubhav and Kishore Kaloni refused to register and instead I gave me the contact no.[protected] of branch coordinator Mr. Anil Kumar. Mr. Anil Kumar was not forthcoming in the office on this number and I was told that I should try this number after 12.00 'O' clock. His mobile no. [protected] as given by the customer care department was also reported to be out of service. There is no response from [protected]@whirlpool.com as well as arvind.[protected]@whirlpool.com with which I had registered a detailed complaint earlier on 4th August 2011. You can well understand the plight of consumer if the company representatives themselves start casting aspersions on the genuineness of the prices printed on their products.I have no option but to knock the doors of consumer court forum with a hope to have a satisfactory resolution of my grievance at their level.

                      I BOUGHT WHIRLPOOL DOUBLE DOOR REFRIGERATOR. AFTER ONE MONTH THE FREEZE DOESNOT FORM ICE. I SENT TO WHIRLPOOL SERVICE CENTRE VARANASI. THEY REPAIRED AND RESENT TO ME. AGAIN THE REFRIGERATOR HAS SAME PROBLEM. THIS TIME I SENT TO SERVICE CENTRE VARANASI ON 19/7/2011.UPTO 5/8/2011 THE REPLACEMENT OF REFRIGERATOR HAS NOT BEEN DONE. YET MY REFRIGERATOR IS AT WHIRLPOOL SERVICE CENTRE VARANASI. I AM FACING PROBLEM OF COLD WATER IN RAMZAN.

                        VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE

                        Whirlpool MasterMind Refrigerator — after sale service

                        Whirlpool Mastrermind Fridge Model no.                           I wish to inform you as under:

                          1.That I purchased 180liters refrigerator from your dealer TMC , Hyderabad dated on 14/12/2008.

                          2. That the refrigerator is started giving no cooling problems after 28/07/2011.

                          3. That I first informed your service center about the defect on 28/07/2011 that In the refrigerator not getting cooling. No cooling is coming in refrigerator.

                          4.The first visit of the service engineer replaced relay but no results .That your service centre charged me Rs. 280.00 for service charge and 650 Rs for relay but no results.

                          5. Service engineer visited again telling that the compressor is not working, we will replace it and will inform to service center .but since three days i am calling the service center[protected], They are saying that the compressors are not available it will take some time.Its already one week over.

                          6.That I have incurred huge losses worth hundreds of rupees by way of spoiled vegetables, fruits, and dairy products etc that are normally stored in the refrigerator.

                          7. Now i am feeling why i brought this refrigerator.Please understand my issue try to solve it imidiately.

                          8. I feel that the service is too worst.sorry to say this.

                            Our varrenty is complete near by on August 27. We Complain since 2010 March that from inside the Washing Machine Drum some kind of Black Colour acid come out & spread in cloth & damage the cloth & from that part become hole . Generally its effect to under garments & Bed sheet & Paint , Nearly 20 under Garments, 4 Bed Sheet & 2 Paints is Spoil & Hole . From the beginning cotton Towels, Bed Sheet will be too much stretch & become tare . We show it to there Engineering they change side cables change they put the reason after that some another day come Engineers they says that previous Engineers wrongly change cable & my Complaint was Pending till today . Then after l complaint same thing & vibrate whole machine was jumping due to changing of side cable reason given by Engineer after that water walls changing by Engineer without any reason & last 15 Days Leakage Problem near to water walls from that part will be continue& continue . So my request give us New Machine & my damages of cloth nearly 5000 Rupees .I want from Company .Thank You.

                            My fully automatic machine has been leaking but it works after several times and days of waiting the mechanic came and just very rudely said the machine has to be taken away and then only will tell me the actual problem after he sees it he refused to see it or repair it at home
                            i brought a washing machine after some time it is producing sound
                            noisy at spinning when clothes drying
                            more noise during spinning... and grease are spreading ouer floor every time durine spinning... we called customer care and no response...

                            Sub:- Regarding water leakage complaint in respect of washing machine Whirlpool white magic H-65.

                            Respected Sir,

                            That the applicant has purchased Whirlpool Washing machine white magic H-65 on[protected] from M/s Sadana Electronics, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.

                            That the machine is under warranty period up to[protected].

                            That no doubt the machine is very fine, but now a days a problem of leakage of water from sides of base is taking place at the time of taking water for wash. Same problem starts when it takes water for rinse the cloths.

                            That the applicant had complaint on your Toll free No [protected] twice and the engineers attended the machine, but the problem is still as it is.

                            The applicant Customer ID No is LKO(P) -0209/4547.

                            Kindly do the needful for rectification of the problem being faced and also for servicing the machine problem properly for customer satisfaction.

                            I have complaint for my washing machine.they gave me complaint no, after 1 week i call again they said that my complaint was attended.i was surprised with out attending the complaint how they tell that it was attend.so I complaint again.the technician came after 1 week.he said that need to replace the parts and he will defdenitly fix with in a week.i called after 12 days.he said that he was on holidays so he counld not make it and he will fix it by t'row.i don't believe this because they are telling the csame things every time i called .i have found worst technician in my life so far.

                            quality - drum support broken. lot of complaints made during guarantee period - no actions taken. Now, on completion of guarantee period, they advise to throw the same and buy a new one - if so, who will pay the cost of Rs 16,200 paid by us?? Kindly redress the grievance

                            Sir, I bought a whirlpool semi-automatic washing machine with hot wash option on July 29, 2010. Till date in the past 5 months, i have lodged nearly 9 complaints regarding one part or the other of the washing machine not working, three times the hot wash was not working and is still not working, 3 times for the dust bag inside the washing tub got torn and the pathetic part is your company never has a stock of dust bag for this model of machine and every time i had to wait for nearly 1 to 1-1/2 months to get a dust bag and then also the dust bag is so flimsy that it tears in a week!!!!! Beacuse of this, the dust gets accumulated in the drain area and i am not able to drain the water and have to manually pump the water out which is very tiresome. i have had the worst experience with the customer service and every time i put in a complaint stating i want a replacement machine as the machine had been a problem from the day one, they say the superior engineer will contact me in 2 hours and no one has still contacted me and all the engineers who come to the house to chk on the machine say the same thing, "you should have used the packet cleaning powder that we provide" that packet costs 150 rs and on top of all the problems that i already face, i refuse to put in more money on that idiotic cleaning powder also.

                            I have no hopes that this mail is going to help me in getting my problem solved but at least by this, other people will understand about the company and not go in for purchase of any products of whirlpool in the future.
                            i purchased a washing machine on 27 may 2011since the connection for water inlet and outlet was not ready i asked the service personnel to come back later to give me a demo not realizing that they had left me with an old manual whose pages were torn and entries of some previous model was marked on it later on 2nd june when my plumber completed the inlet outlet water connection i called up whirlpool india and told them about the same ie about the manual and also at the joint where the outlet starts there was no clamp provided all said and done when we tried to start the machine a leak developed today is day 04 june my complaint no is[protected] machine was purchased from comfort kool model no11580 serial no1wa[protected] bill tax invoice no12456

                              I purchased a Whirlpool Proton 330 litres Delux model from Girias near Saraki Signal on 14th July. The refrigerator was delivered on 15th evening and their service person came on 16th morning. When the refrigerator was unpacked it was in damaged condition. The body of the refrigerator was dented and the wheel on the bottom was broken.

                              Till today (29 july), they could not replace the refrigerator.

                              This being their top end model I fail to understand how it can be delivered damaged and what is the kind of quality checks it undergoes before delivery.

                              I agree with you Mr.Srinivas.Whirlpool India is supplying defective products to customers.In your case it is Refrigerator and for me it is AC.One should not buy whirlpool products and they should be banned from indian market for supplying damaged products.

                                I have purchased the machine wthich is fully automatic on 01.11.2007, but the same is not at all functioning for the past one month. Only supply is coming to the machine, but no function is found and machine is ideal. I have booked a complaint on 07.07.09 and again on 20.07.09 at the Chennai office but still my problem has not been rectified. I am very much dissappointed with the service rendered by such a big company.                                 We have a 1 year old washing machine that is just not working for the last month. The clothes go through a full cycle and still come out dirty.                                 My Whirlpool Splash Whitemagic washing machine which I bought it in 2008 Septemper was always giving problems. It was repaired by Whirlpool technician several times during 2 years warranty period. Now it works sometime and stop working for weeks, looks like some intermittent contact or something of that sort.The warranty is expired and machine not working. I called the technician again and he says the control board is faulty and I got pay Rs.3000/- to replace it. I don't think it is worth to spend that amount to repair a two years old machine. Can anybody give advice.

                                Yours representative visited on 25 feb 2011 to repaire my machine.His named is Mr.Jagmohan telling that the assembly is not working.He changes it with the cost of 1225.After chnaing assembly a problem occurs in it that is m/c was generating current & as we use the dryer the whole m/c got stop working with a short circuit.From which my anunty got shock.
                                Again making complaint on 28 feb 2011 the same person visited to our home with the negative attitude teliing us that its our fault that we have made rough use of it.And know we have to pay him Rs1850 for motor of dryer.with using abude langauge with my uncle that he can go to high court or supreme court nothing will happen.we have made complailnt on your toll free no[protected] your representative visited our home today.he also telling the same thing that we have to pay the amount for changing the motor.Later on our request he made a call to his supervisior named Mr.Saini,telling us that pay Rs1450 for AMC & we will change ur motor other wise their is no option.
                                For your kind information I'hav talked we several person on this issue but not getting proper respone on asking about area manager contact no no one is aggery to give his/her contact no.

                                Please look over this matter so that we can a proper response as ur company is one of the best company in Indai.

                                I purchased whirlpool washing machine from Sehgal Electronics near Baba Than Singh chowk,Ludhiana,on 2nd january 2010.Till this date i had complainted about 8 times.It is in warrenty.Every time i complaints the enginer visits and do some corrections and says that now its Ok.But the same happens again in few days.In the last 15 days its motor has been replaced two times and today i complained again.I am worried that i will have to spend several thousands on it after the warrenty period is over.Please satisfy me that what i am thinking should not turn right.I am very much disappointed.
                                i have purchased whirlpool washing machine by name whirlpool magic in nov 2008. it is causing me problems from the time of purchase. i have taken 2 years of AMC. now the machine is not running showing PE. the mechanic says the voltage in the house is between 260-267 volts . but all my others gadgets are functioning with out any problem.the electricity board persons say that voltage cannot be exactly 220-240. all the other houses are also having same voltage without having any problem.the machine it self is having problem. the mechanic of AMC of whirlpool escaping by throwing blame on power supply.

                                it is one of the worst machine causing me regular problems. can company rectify this problem? or not?

                                This is with reference to our complain number # DL[protected].We have registered our request on 9.08.2011.And on the next day whirlpool service engineer visited our place and have rectified a issue in Dyer Motor of washing machine.So they suggested that they will replace this motor within three days as that time this part was not available.But its been more than a week service engineer have not visited again ad daily we are taking follow up with him and they are replying that they have not got the motor yet.

                                Each day they are saying that motor/part is not available at Delhi.This is really disgusting from Company like Whirlpool, such a brand.

                                I am totally fad up with whirlpool customer service.
                                I have purchased Whirlpool Washing Machine this April-2011 and this is under standard warranty.
                                I request you please help me in resolving my problem.

                                  Whirlpool/Washing Machine — complaint unattended from a long time

                                  i am sending this to inform you that.
                                  i registered my complaint and has been provided with a code no. as the product is in gauranteed period.
                                  As my complaint from 23rd september 2009 (complaint no. - lko[protected] with whirlpool have not yet been rectified.
                                  The personnel came on 24th september 2009 and said that he will coming in the evening and rectify the problem and took my signature on aform stating that sir you do give me the code no. after the problem is been rectified.
                                  Then next visit of the another personnel (manoj vishwakarma) was on 16th october 2009 after a no. of calls to the whirlpool customer care.He said he will be turning up in 3 hours and will rectify.
                                  Now i am left with no patience to handle this by my self.
                                  i did talk on19th october 2009 on [protected] and been told that my case is a part pending case but when i told him that manoj vishwakarma who visited to me told that they have received the parts,then the customer care executive told me that he has no information and he provided me with lucknow branch office no. [protected] which i tried and it says the no. does not exist.
                                  So i am putting this case to you to look after and help me against the harassment.

                                    Air Conditioner not repaired/replaced.

                                    I bought a Whirlpool window 1.5 ton ac in 2008. This AC demands refilling from 2008 and still the condition is same and even worst. Cooling coil is also damaged now. I am very dissatisfied with your Product.

                                    Recently I have made a complaint of air conditioner which is Under AMC plan right now of Whirlpool Company on their customer care no.[protected] and received complaint no. DL[protected] on 20th July 2011. This air conditioner was purchased on 03/05/2008 from Navrang Audio Video(p) Ltd,D-10,Vikas marg, Laxmi nagar,Delhi-110092 against Invoice no. 15972 for Rs. 20,000.00.

                                    When i made the complaint this time, I was told that AC’s Cooling Coil is damaged and need to be replaced AT YOUR OWN COST, which is not covered under the AMC plan. Its just the ending of the third year and AC’s cooling coil is damaged !
                                    I had made the complaint on 20th july 2011 and I was promised to get my AC back on 22nd july 2011 but when I enquired on the 22nd evening they said we didn’t arrange your cooling coil till now so it will take some more time of 4 or 5 days.
                                    Is this is the whirlpool all about ? !
                                    I really doubt the dependability of your product. With this quality and service I would not recommend whirlpool to my friends,family,neighbours and colleagues.

                                    I am continuously making phone calls on a daily basis but their is no response from the Company and we have to live without Air conditioner in this scorching 40 degree celsius heat.

                                    I feel that my total money is wasted in buying this company’s product and feel harassed, since you people are not attending my complaints I feel severe headache on daily basis as I am a high blood pressure patient.

                                    I want a replaced AC and also want my MONEY BACK which I gave them for the replacement of cooling coil, Rs 48,00.00

                                    If you'll not rectify my complaint as soon as possible then i'll go to the consumer court as I have no options left now. I have all the proofs in written from the very first complaint I made.

                                    Please look into this as soon as possible.

                                    Whirlpool Window Air Condition — No Response against long pending complaint

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I am Verender Dhiman residing at Kendriya Vihar, Sector 51, Noida. I have purchased on window Air Condition in the year of 2008 and after completion of one year took two year comprehensive warranty in 2009 against reference no. HP04#161567 for the same from Whirlpool by paying of INR 2500/-.

                                    As per AMC whirlpool has to do the health checkup and services of the appliances twice in a year, however nothing has happened. In this season when AC started troubling; i have registered a complaint ref no. SR No. GB[protected] dtd. 15th April 2010 at 9.35AM registered with customer care center Noida, against AMC taken for Aircondition and did the follow-up with customer care center over phone on regular basis, however when no one has responded / attanded my complain in last 72hrs against SLA time line of 24hrs.

                                    I have high lighted the same by mail to Whirlpool, but when we did not any any reply from them, decided to share my greviances with you for the same & request you to kindly take the necessary action and suggest us, how to proceed further on the same.

                                    Do hope you will take immediate action & not leave any unturned stone on the same.

                                      I purchased above mention fridge on 10.03.2009 with Rs16350/- so called highest price and model and within warranty two time it was unserviceable and partially cleared by the company. In third time again it become unserviceable and after so many talks I compelled them to replace and same has been replace on 21.09.2009. But again on June 2011 it become unserviceable and with so many talk after one week company technician came and changed total assembly stating that mother board fault, whereas I have seen that is not mother board, it is a power supply board consisting of some small transformer, capacitor and resistance (Faulty/Replace board is with me). They have charged Rs 1600/- for board and Rs 285/- for servicing, when I contacted and ask why total board has been change shake of two rupees resister or capacitor you are charging other than servicing charge Rs 1600/-, why board is not replace the faulty component, more over said fridge is a faulty model and other people also suffer for your faulty product with giving highest price. Initially from Whirlpool Customer Care and Area Manager Mr B Murthy mobile no [protected] told they will resolve the issue but after some telephone calls neither they have not done so far any thing nor bother to replying my mail as I already inform in my mail if matter is not resolve I will go to consumer forum. Kindly instruct them to resolve the issue otherwise I have to pay like this every year and that will become extra burden for me due to whirlpool company policy to earn the money by selling/replacing total board after selling a product in high price.

                                      hii even i am facing probs. with my whirlphool refrigerator n my experience with whirphool was very bad.i have purchased "proton 3-door " refrigerator from whirphool in nov 2010 with in just 5-6 months the ice tray is broken, plus the door is getting several cracks.when i approached whirlphool they tossing me from here n there, without any response to complaints.finally after lot of calling one technician came to look out the prob. on 27 jul 2011 n said me he will forward my complaint i waited when after some days they called me and said we dont give warrranty 4 such parts so uyou pay for it and get it done...i think they r using low quality parts...n cheating customers.once the appliance is they are denying there responsibility n after paying 22, 395 rs. we customers r fooled.its high time to take some action.

                                        After AMC of RO water purifier no service avail from whirlpool

                                        the people are cheaters, complete fraud people are being appointed in the entire whirlpool service centers , do not listen to the complain and send their service centers people are long chasing. Repeat complain about water filter not working properly.
                                        Very poor service, after sales. I have purchased 1 ro water purifier in 24/09/2009 and did the AMC on September 2010 for one year. After few months water supply totally stopped form RO filter. And complain logged on 28/06/2011 and complain ID is KL[protected]. The service people no responding about this complain and till now the call is pending .But when made the AMC then they told us that they provide the service within 24 hours. If they have no parts for replacement then they can’t replace the total RO system. In spite of did the AMC we are cheated by the whirlpool company.
                                        When amc did for Rs 3800 from then no service is provided from the service centre. Always they are telling that parts are not available. And this episode is continuing from 28 june 2011 till date 21/07/2011.
                                        After taking the amc in a few days the machine stopped working and after several complaints.. my complain is still not responded. Amc card no 24041 model no 11149 machine sr no krao91660907.
                                        From last 1 month I am purchasing water from outside and all the bills for water purchase and consumption records are kept ready for reference.
