Good Morning!



I have taken one Whirlpool Proton Refrigirator in the month of Nov 2010 before Diwali.



Led Bulb in the Defreez Zone is not working since two months.



I have raised a Service Complaint No HD[protected] dated 26th Aug 2011.



Till date my problem is not rectified and resolved. When contacted to customer care 60008558 they are saying the complaint is still open and they are not able to resolve the problem due to shortage of the spare part.



Appreciate your support in this regard as I believe the Warranty of the same will expire in the month of Nov 2011

    On the outset, I would like to inform you that I have purchased a Whirlpool Refrigator(283 D Protton DLX-Vintage Wine) on 31.10.2011 from Great Eastern vide Bill No.-KGFCH NO-1675: APP NO.-4321423. Due to some inconvenient situation from the Great Eastern side, I have received the same on 11.11.2011 evening. The next day, your engineer by the name Mr.Apurba Biswas ([protected]), visited our place for installation. It was in his august presence we have noticed that there is a large body dente on the left side of the refrigator. At once we informed Mr.Biswas and he assured us for a replacement of the same and the same has been intimated on the Service Request Form(SRN NO-007151).It is been also informed to your replacement cell. But to my surprise your replacement cell staff are not at all co-operative.I have informed Mr.Amit Ghosh-[protected](Replacement Cell) and wanted to know about the status of the same. But speaking for the first time, he has the audacity not to respond any more. I have been calling him on regular intervals but Mr,Amit is so incorrigible that he doesn't have the minimum decency to reply. I have also called Mr.Vicky-[protected] (Supervisor-Penguin Office),several times,and he is been telling me that Mr.Amit will call you,but till date he did not respond.Today he has given me another no that of Mr.Amit Das-[protected](Manager), but the result is same.

    Now my earnest request to you to please refund my money and take back your Refrigator, because I did not expected so much harassment from a renowned company like Whirlpool. The staffs do not have the minimum decency to reply to the customer or to deal with their problems, they are least bothered, and they are so unprofessional.

    ITS BEEN A HORRIBLE JOURNEY WITH WHIRLPOOL .

    Hi,
    I have purchased a Washing Machine at Vasanth&co, velachery on 30th October 2010. The product was delivered only after 2 days. However on opening the cover by the Whirlpool customer service person itself, we saw that the outer cover of the machine is fully damaged. Hence we have asked for a replacement of the machine.

    Also we will be available at home only before 8 in the morning and after 7.30 in the evening. This was informed to the customer service person. So i requested him to replace the machine at our available time.

    I am getting the call daily from Whirlpool but yet to get the washing machine. They are saying that they will bring it today or tomorrow. It has been nearly 10 days since this was placed. A driver from whirlpool godown called today(11th Oct 2010) and told that he will bring the machine by tomorrow. I asked him where should i contact to make it today. For that he is shouting why the hell are you complaining here and there when i say that i will bring it tomorrow.

    This is the condition of the customer's who spend money on products like this. We are keeping all the washable dresses awaiting for the machine. I am getting really tensed and my pressure shoot up when i spoke to these guys.

    Please guide me to take necessary action against this.
    I become afraid for your Poor responses of Whirlpool India.
    My Replacement are already cleared 52 days back but still i have not Received NEW REFRIGERATOR.
    They told me I will delivered your Refrigerator within 21 Days but all these thing make a Customer Fool.

    I was a Proud owner of my Godrej refrigerator, 300 ltr. But I opted to
    buy a new refrigerator by UNLUCKILY I selected Whirlpool Brand bcos of
    reliable brand name.
    I bought brand new whirlpool refrigerator (310 Ltr, single door) from
    Music Centre, Shop No-57, Gurudwara Road, Kotla Mubarakpur, New
    Delhi-03, Vide Bill No.: 27594 for 16,000 Rs & giving my old
    refrigerator in exchange on[protected].

    From the day one of delivery, I was unable to place the refrigerator
    on stand bcos of fridge balance problem.Next day, i.e. on[protected] Mr
    Mandeep from your Service centre came for Installation & demo & he
    immediately told that the REFRIGERATOR HAS MANUFACTURING DEFECT, DENT
    AT BACK SO THE COMPANY WILL CHANGE WITHIN NEXT 4 DAYS. But nothing
    happenEd & again I had to call service centre to Lodge complaint on
    7th, they told that the fridge would be changed asap & gave
    REPLACEMENT NUMBER AS : 3643.

    & After that I called numerous times to get ONLY new complaints
    numbers viz, DL[protected], DL[protected], DL[protected] etc.

    If now I call service centre they tell me to call to BRANCH MANAGER AT
    [protected] & talk to Mr Manoj but NONE picks up the phone there.

    YOUR PRODUCT & YOUR SERVICE ARE HIGHLY UNSATIFACTORY & below par. I
    HAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FOR YOUR COMPANY.

    I am continuously calling to whirlpool call center but of no avail.

    I would not be satisfied until and unless you give me immediate
    replacement and if this not done within a week I will copy and file my
    grievances to CONSUMER COURT as well as telecast this to CNBC Awaaz
    channel but i wont let you escape up to my last RIGHTS.

    Also I will sent the matter to all the Grievance cell of newspapers &
    your competitors. It will definately give your image a setback.

    I had a very good opinio abt your company but after this incident my
    faith in your Brand has SHATTERED.

    Kindly give me promt & imediate solution.

      The door hook broken which starts the micro wave .
      No service person got back till date. The consumer contact cell repeats that service will be on the way in 2hrs etc. causing great inconvienience ,as somebody is waiting for them.

      After severe coaxing got the numbers of Mr. Mohan , Venkat and Surya who hardly answer their numbers .
      got thru to Mr.Mohan requested him to give a firm date for the service person to arrive .No response so far . The complaint has 2mobile nos of ours,[protected],[protected], too.
      More than any thing the tone of the people who come tothe phone is complacent or sarcastic

        Dear Sir,

        I have booked Whirlpool 6Kg Semi-Automatic Washing Machine Spin 601 on 13/10/2011(Thursday). i have paid Rs. 6590/- to delivery person on 17/10/2011(Monday) and he said that product will deliver within 2 weeks but in vain. On 31/10/2011 i got a mail from your office they said that they have dispatched my product(our order has been shipped vide AWB no. [protected] through Logistic Partner. Please expect this to be delivered to you within the next 2-3 working days) but still i have not received my product. Everyday i called your toll free no and everybody said that please wait 2-3 days Why should i wait? I have already paid you product charges? if you are not able to send my products then i want to refund my money 6590/-.

          I am satisfied with all whirlpool products which I have purchased during my lifetime but I am sorry to inform you that I am not satisfied with the service I am getting for the complaint which I have registered with Customer care service.
          I had a problem with the microwave and which was not working. So I initially went to the shop from where I did purchase the product and there itself lodged a complaint on 2nd November 2011. The complaint was SR no LK [protected]. After two working days I got a call in my mobile mentioning the person who is going to come and repair the product and the satisfaction code.

          The person was Mr. Manoj Vishwarkarma ([protected]) from whirlpool. He came on 4th NOVEMBER 2011 and I was happy for the quick service. He also took from me Rs 393 as the service fee and asked me for the satisfaction code and I gave him blindly. After he left, I thought to check the product myself but to my surprise I saw the MICROWAVE was not looked into properly and it was not working so I immediately gave him a call saying the microwave is not working but he said he will return the next day before 6pm and will do look into. The next evening after 6pm I tried to contact him but he kept his mobile switched off. I tried many times the response was the same. So I searched the internet and found the toll free number and made the complaint again. Everytime new customer care executive will be online and I had to repeat the ordeal for umpteen times. My mobile no is [protected] and it is registered with whirlpool. On 6th November 2011 I made the complaint and got a sms in my mobile the SR number :LK[protected] and the satisfaction code too! And on the 8th November 2011 another sms saying ‘the call has been allocated to wscall. He will get in touch with you shortly’.

          Today is 14th November 2011, (13 DAYS HAS PASSED)no one has called nor checked or visited to see why the MICROWAVE has not been repaired inspite of the various complaints lodged. If you can help it will be grateful otherwise don’t give us unfair promises to help us 24x7 customer care. You can get back to me via mobile or email.

            We’ve been users of appliances of Whirlpool like Washing machine, RO, AC for 3yrs now. We purchased Whirlpool Protton F 330 L Deluxe - refrigerator on 24 June 2011 from Chandra's Showroom in Udaipur, Rajasthan and have been extremely unhappy with performance of this product from day one. We have been complaining about it from the very next day of the purchase but the main representative & engineers from Whirlpool Service Centre, Udaipur have come "n" no of times but they couldn't understand the reason why the problem was there and made no effort to rectify it.
            Here’s a LONG list of my complains which I have been regularly informing to the company, local representative, Zonal Manager Jaipur & Customer Care Center.
            1. It is a Frost Free Fridge, however it doesn't remove the moisture from the freezer and mail compartment. The water/ moisture in the freezer is frozen in to ice crystal formation on the Top & side portion(inside) of the Freezer. Similar problem persist on the Ice tray which are getting stuck to the tray holding frame.
            2. Every time we fill up the ice tray and if any water is left on the tray that also becomes ice and then we can’t turn the ice tray to take out the ice. We then have to struggle with that Ice Tray.
            3. The ice cream pack doesn't stay frozen unless the Freezer is at the highest Freezing level. If the cooling temperature is set at Medium level then the ice cream melts to semi solid condition and is likely to be deteriorate and will be unfit for consumption. But if the temperature is set at that level then the other two compartments i.e. Fridge Body & Vegetable compartment do not cool at all. Hence, food items in these compartments get spoiled. Also that when the freezer temperature is extremely high then there's Ice icicles formation in the ice cream. Frost Formation has been found and seen in even air tight containers having food items like peas, corn, mushroom etc. This was shown to Manager & all other representative & engineers, Service Center, Udaipur who had come to our house.
            4. This type of frosting has been seen by us in a frost free freezer for the First Time even though we have been using/ used 3door & 2door frost free refrigerator from 1997 till date and that too in areas/ cities where the humidity/ moisture level is 50% & above even in summers.
            5. The Fan/ Blower in the Freezer is extremely noisy for a Brand New fridge and the sound can be heard up to 40feet away from the freezer. Overall the compressor is quite noisy, which is a disturbing sound at night.
            6. The door of the freezer and Fridge don't close properly if we close the any of the doors with slight force then the other closed door opens out on its own. Why so?? In addition these two doors have been found open without any reason or movement of the refrigerator.
            7. The vegetable compartment doesn’t cool at all. The temperature is almost room temperature that’s why the fresh vegetable condition deteriorates within 24hours.
            8. The material used to make tray in the freezer and fridge (especially the semi chiller) is of sub standard quality and even with the weight o[censored]nder 2kgs it tends to sag or bend.
            9. The depth of the Refrigerator is so less that we can’t place a 2litre family pack of ice cream in it. If we do so then the door don’t close.
            The Manager of Whirlpool Service Center, Udaipur Mr. A D Khan, had seen the fridge in 1st week of July 2011 and had promised us that if the product's problem persisted even at the end of monsoon/ Mid September, he would replace the fridge. But now he has very conveniently backed out. Mr. Khan has been extremely rude to us and had even insulted us by saying that we don't know to use the product. It’s because of this false promise made by Mr. A D Khan, we kept quite thinking that a person at the level wouldn’t lie to the customer. But now he refuses to even acknowledge his own promise and even the problems he had seen. He has been only delaying and avoiding the complain so that the customer is proved wrong and he gets brownie points from the company. I have called the Customer Care Number: [protected] a lot of time complaining about the product and also written mails to [protected]@whirlpool.com but nobody has ever responded to it.
            I’m tired of this mailing and calling to complain about the product to Whirlpool that's why writing on this forum to tell WHIRLPOOL Company hasn’t been able to solve my problem. We have been complaining about the above mentioned problem from the day we purchased the Fridge. A lot of people from Whirlpool Centre, Udaipur have come and seen the problem but have never bothered to find a solution to it. Nobody till date has found any solution or given satisfactory answer to my complain..
            We regret on buying every Whirlpool product firstly because of the product itself. Secondly, Whirlpool’s post sale service is even worse. People come and see the problem but refuse to be of any help. They only blame the customer.
            All I want from Whirlpool is either replace the fridge with a better model or best option is REFUND my money and let me buy another Fridge from Some other company.

              Whirlpool did again...not able to fulfill its commitment. Yesterday after several days, their engineer visited to our place and he told us that he need to lift our washing machine (w/m) to his service center. He asked us that the total bill amount is x and please pay some advance so that we can start the process. We gave him advance with the commitment from him that he will send guys to lift the w/m tomorrow morning and will confirm the timing by evening.

              It is next day morning, i have not received any call from their transporter and moreover now the phone number engineer is also switched off. Do not know what to do except complaints through various channels and there is no platform within whirlpool where we can escalate the issue. In case anybody knows any e-mail or telephone number where we can escalate the issues, it is my humble request to share with all.

                Dear Sirs,

                • I Purchased A Whirlpool front loading washing machine model “Sensation Elite-10123” on 17-May-08 with S.no INB[protected] with 2 years warranty.

                • Extended warranty NO: HG07 85075 for 2 years taken on 04-March-2011 and valid up to 03-March-2013.

                • On 11th October 2011 (Washing machine Still Under Extended Warranty), while routine washing is being carried out, the washing machine stopped working with error code “ HE3”

                • On the same day booked a complaint with whirlpool customer care with complaint number : HD[protected]. The complaint was supposed to be attended and rectified by local whirlpool dealers “ R.R.Services” but the same has not been carried out till date.

                • Today is[protected] and no action from your end towards rectifying the defective machine. Numerous Calls to local dealer, Customer care centre, to Gurgaon head office has not yielded any satisfactory responses and your customer care is of worst quality. ( A log of all phone calls with voice recording made to you maintained).

                • Time taken by you to resolve the problem is way too long – already one month till today since the complaint is lodged – and still no progress towards resolving the issue.

                • I need the defect in this washing machine rectified immediately as the washing machine is still under extended warranty.

                • This is the seventh problem occurring within these 4 years, out of which nearly one month the machine was lying useless due to poor service from your end. Every time I had to elevate the issue to get it resolved.

                • As this has caused a lot of mental agony to me and my family and as I had spent a lot of money and my valuable time making calls to your dealers, head office, customer care, will be issuing a legal notice shortly for huge compensation for the mental agony caused by you and your company machine and your worst customer care services.

                • Kindly settle my grievance within 10 days of receiving this notice or else a complaint will be filed with the consumer court as I am protected under the Consumer Protection act of 1986.

                • Also Note that the consumer complaint filed by me will be at your cost and expenses and I will seek a huge compensation from all parties involved for the mental agony and harassment caused due to deficiency in your services.

                WHIRLPOOL PRODUCTS PATHETIC SERVICE HORRIFYING NEVER GO FOR IT
                I have purchase a 1.5 ton Whirlpool a/c in June 2011 with a 2 free service. The second wet service was scheduled in June however when we received a call from Whirlpool service center we were on vacations out of town so, we requested them to make it after a week the date was around the beginning of June 2012 for the service. We received no call from them after that, . Now when I called them for the 2nd free service on 17th June they said no request has been placed on their records and the warranty on the a/c has expired:. Since I have one more a/c purchased from whirlpool the a/c was serviced at the end of the summer season and their personal told me before that however the date of service on their manual is stated as only 9 months from the purchase date but they can service the a/c at the customer's convenience.. The service of the Whirlpool customer agents were pathetic and they were even rude and hung up the calls multiple times on numerous occasions, .We would be thankful if you support us in taking strict action against Whirlpool Company:. I ADVICE ALL NOT TO GO FOR WHIRLPOOL PRODUCT, IF YOU WANT POST SALES SERVICES OF YOUR SATISFACTION/. I feel that company like WHIRLPOOL is selling substandard products & fraudulently fooling it's customer's and making big money?.

                I WILL TAKE THIS CASE TO THE CONSUMER COURT IN CASE THE ISSUE IS NOT FIXED SOON..

                  This is B.Pramod, I purchased 280 litrs whirlpool master mind refregerator(6th sense model bearing model no 12288) on 09/5/2011 from spencer retail Ltd, kakinada, A.P, from the day one of my purchase, I felt that it is giving extreme cooling in all the compartments, water ever we store in the refregirator it is becoming ice and in addition the outer surface of the body is getting chilled up and water droplets are rolling down when same got condensed, Immediatelythe second day I have informed spencer Ltd, after that they said that this refregerator has automatic controlling system, please observe it will controll on its ows, further 2 days we kept it in observation, but the condition is so bad that snow formation is seen on vegetables which we store at the bottom, and all the vegies turned black, Immedietely this problem was brought to the notice of Spencer, from where they assured for rectification, but after my one and half month contineous followup, service engineer visited our house and it is concluded that sensor is not working and same will be replaced, after 4 months contineous followups sensor was replaced. But now the condition is that some times the cooling is extreme same as above, some times the cooling is found very low with this all the food became spoil, even manual operation is not working properly, again another service engineer visited, witnessed the various abnormalities, he said that he will make holes to the duct where cooling is not reaching, and same way will block some holes where cooling is extreme, when we refused ! he started questioning us that if the problem is from day one you should have returned the piece to spencer, now it is almost 6 months, we can not replace the piece, only choice left is to do above alteration,
                  Now I came to know that due to the failure performance, manufacturing of this model was stoped and last left over defective piece in spenser was sold to me, please understand that I am virtually cheated by them, In these modern day I never expected this.

                    I Purchase Refrigerator Model No: WHPL - 250L-M Mind 26 DLX - FF from Next Showroom at Indore. After Purchase i face problem that door of refrigerator is not closed properly so I call service engineer and he inform me that due to manufacturing error it happen and they informed me that they will replace the refrigerator.
                    I book My Complaint to Whirlpool Customer care dated 14th Sep 11. My Complaint No is = IN [protected] but till date I not get any response.

                    Meanwhile, I follow up customer executive persons and they informed me that you will talk to our head Mr. Amit Rao. I spoke with Mr. Amit Rao but he talk me very badly and some in ruthless manner and he not give me properly feedback.

                    At last he told me that you purchase with Next people so they will responsible for that and I follow up with Next persons they tell me that follow up with Whirlpool.

                    I follow up with these guys from last TWO months but I not get any response. At last I decided that I going to consumer court for complaints of whirlpool and Next.

                        I purchased a Whirlpool Reverse osmosis water purifier PURA FRESH PLATINUM MODEL during July 2008 and from July 2009 I paid advance money for AMC for a period of 1 year from 2009 to 2010. from March 2003 the machine was not working properly. Even they charged Rs.7400 and refunded Rs.3490 but the problem was not rectified. now the R.O. is not working and we purchase water from the market.

                          I raised a complaint with Whirlpool service center at their number : [protected].(I believe the agency handling this in Chennai is called Mother's Home Care) My complaint number : 02594 on 01.11.2011. The same day a service engineer visited our house and checked the equipment. The initial problem we cited was loose contact due to which back up was not working correctly in case of power failure. Not sure what that guy did, during testing, there was a sudden spark and a small fire started in the circuit board. Luckily the power supply was quickly switched off to prevent futher damage.
                          However what started out to be a minor problem now became a big one and the person said the board itself needs to be changed now, cost for which would be Rs.2000 approx. We explained we need the repair done as soon as because my daughter works from home and power supply is crucial. The person named Thomas said he will try his best and bring it the next day. It is now 2 days since and no news from this person. We have been chasing every single person we can get hold of but no one gives us any further information, only blank promises. Totally fed up and on the brink of throwing the inverter out of the house. Till that guy messed it up, at least power back up was there. Now we sit in total darkness during elecy outage.

                          Whirlpool — Disgusting Negligent Service

                          This is to inform you that I had bought a 310Lts Professional Deluxe refrigerator of Whirlpool in 2008 from Great Eastern Appliances, Kolkata.Since the time I bought it, I am facing a problem with the refrigerator. The door of the refrigerator is not closing properly. I have to force close the door every time. The refrigerator is not chilling properly. I had to make at least 4 complains for the same within this span of time. The engineer visited to check. The cooling solution was rectified, but the door problem could not be rectified at all. The last time your engineer visited, he reclined the refrigerator backward on a very high angle to get the door closed automatically. But as per as my knowledge is concerned, it should not be that much reclining to get the door closed.It may be what I feel that the refrigerator door is defective. My last complain SR Number was – KL[protected]. I sent several fax to Whirlpool head office. But in vain, everytime somebody would call up and assure me for getting the door changed. Nothing turned up in this last 3 months except assurance to get the door replaced.

                          Now that I feel that Whirlpool is deliberately neglecting the complain and that they want their customers to get harassed like the way it is dealt with. That they are not at all interested to get the defective door replaced. That they are selling defective products to their customers. That they are trying to cheat customers in this mode of negligence. That they are harassing customers by putting them in mental agony and by draining out their hard earned money by providing defective materials at high price. That due to their negligence I had to buy another refrigetor in spite of having a new refrigerator. That they cannot provide after sale service though they promise to do so through their advertisements in the media and through other channels. That their customers have no value to them and they treat them like street dogs denying their value. All this leads to mental agony, harassment and financial loss putting up a huge burden to myself as well as my family.

                            Whirlpool — Proton Fridge not repaired

                            I had purchased Whirlpool Proton 3 door fridge in Nov 2010 but there is no proper cooling
                            so I had raised a complaint #5995 with Whirlpool customer service center on 10th April.

                            Since last one week I have been calling the service center 3-4 times...and I am being
                            asked the same information again and again..i am being told a person will be sent
                            for repair ..but till now no one has come to repair...this is pathetic customer
                            service and service center is also the same..my advice to anybody interested in purchasing a fridge
                            never do so from Whirlpool...as the service is pathetic and ur left to fend for yourself...

                              I bought a fully automatic White Magic 6.5Kg Whirlpool in 02/Dec/2010, The Washing machine is under 1 years warranty. On 15 october 2011, the machine stopped working. I called up whirlpool call centre on the same day and lodged a complaint with complaint number LK[protected].

                              One Service Engineer form whirlpool authorized service center visited my house the same day and after seeing the machine, he said the some part is damage and has to be replaced.
                              When I called the service centre, they says the part is not available, u have to wait some days.
                              After one week on dated 22/October/2011 I write to mail to [protected]@whirlpool.com and also call to customer care many time , but They don't respond well, they don't follow up, they don't keep their customers well informed.

                              We at home are facing hell of a time, washing all clothes by hand for the last 17 days. When it is under warranty, the company pays no attention to repairing the defective product

                              Hoping the above complaint is taken seriously and is dealt with the same seriousness.

                              I had complained to Whirlpool service center on 3rd April, 10 for the cooling problem. A technician from the service center of whirlpool "Raguveer Enterprises" visited and stated that certain parts have gone faultly which is the cause of the problem in the cooling of the fridge. The cost of the parts stated by him was Rs.1900/-. On discussion I found the AMC of Rs 3200/- for two years more suitable hence opted for it only because the difference between cost of spare and teh AMc was only Rs. 1300/-. Even after changing the parts the cooling problem was not solved. On his visit the next day, I was told the door of the freezer was faulty which again he some thing but the issue was not solved. I even called " Raghuveer Enterprises" and received a lukewarm response. Yesterday A senior engineer accompanied the technician after my repeated compliant to the call center they have again stuufed some thermacol etc. Nothing has changed the issue yet. I have managed to reach the Whirlpool headoffice and lodge compliant the customer service officer has done teleconference with the service center owner and are attmpting to resolve the issue. The problem now communicated to me now is that it is teh GAS problem. I am really confused and harrassed and do not trust anymore. I need your intervention and guidence.

This complaint should be attend within 24 hrs as per the call center but unfortunately it is still pending. How their service system is working..................only GOD knows. Moreover "contact us" on whirlpool's website is not working properly and I am unable to send my mail to them through this. If they are unable to handle service issues then why they are not stop their sales. I do not what to do ?

                                the Refrigerator was supplied on 14/10/11 - the person come for providing in demo was in hurry and went immeduiately.

                                after going we saw the refrigerator body was fully dented .
                                the fruit tray was found broken

                                immediately we made a complaint on whirlpool helpline the complaint no is DL[protected].

                                The painful thing is till today whenever call them they replied the tray is not in their stock as soon asit is available they will replace it

                                surprisingly it is 100 th year of the group.

                                what support one can expect from such co. which having no suppport for their current product no one yet turn up to see the condition of the refrigerator.

                                my message is very clear to all don't go for big name and just go on hearing that co. service is best -buy the product which actual provide best service

                                today service Engineer visited the and inspected the fridge and informed this fridge needs to be replaced as it having defects in the door.

                                  A service person came the next day who opened the compressor and confirmed that its faulty and shutdown the whole refrigerator making the problem worst for our home. Since that day we’ve only be fooled by various Whirlpool authorities. They’ve committed to replace the compressor, replace the product, provide a standby refrigerator, etc…

                                  But till date there has been no resolution of this dispute and we’re suffering for our daily needs and bearing the distortion of frozen food. None of the following contacts will attend the phone:

                                    I have done AMC long before ending the normal warranty of the Whirlpool water purifier RO MES. The machine was not working properly from the very beginning and for that I had complained to thee company to replace the machine. They have not done this. The machine had gone out of order so many times and every stage I had harassed a lot. The machine is under AMC with all filters under AMC contact. Recently I had launched a complain (Complain No KL[protected]) on 14th October 2011 for thee machine is out of order. But till now the machine has not been repaired. I have to purchase 7-8 litres of water from the market everyday. So, I request you to do the needful to take necessary action against the company so that I can get all services as per terms and condition of AMC contact and oblige.

                                      I would like to throw light on the type of service your dealers are delivering.

                                      I have booked a whirlpool Titanium 220 liters Double door fridge on 17.10.2011 with a DP of 5000 rupees. I have insisted them to deliver it on dantera's i.e on 24.10.2011.

                                      With around 80 calls in a day out of which only 6 of them were answered, i was told that the fridge will be delivered to me on same day (24th).

                                      Today (25th) i got to know that they don't have the stock with them. The sales person is ill professional and deserves a tight slap.

                                      Request you to not to recruit such dealers as this hampers whirlpool image in our mind.

                                        Whirpool Washing Machine Service Review and Complaint

                                        I own a Whirpool splash washing machine and it has worked fine for last 2 year. Well we hardly used it as my wife prefers getting her clothes cleaned by maid as the machine is too harsh on them and has torn a few.Only i have used it on rare occasions when the maid was absent.On 10th Oct2011 my Washing machine stopped taking in water.After trying everything i decided to contact Whirpool Service for support as it was under extended warranty contract till 2012 dec. I sent them a mail @ [protected]@whirpool.com on 13th Oct'2011 with complete details.I got a call from their center that the engineer will come to visit me soon and a satisfaction code which i was to provide incase i found the service met my expectations.

                                        The engineer from their Authorized Service Center - Impulse, came the same evening and after fiddling around for 15 minutes left saying that he was not carrying parts for this model as it is now not produced by the company.I asked him, then why does whirpool sell extended contracts if it can not even keep parts aside for support? He had no answers.

                                        The engineer came back the next day with a replacement part from another machine.It did not work.After he replaced the intake valve and motor from another model the machine kept filling water to High Level even when the dial was on Low Level.The motor and valve were not responding. He told me that the problem is partially fixed and i can now use the machine by opening and closing water from tap itself during wash.Why would i be buying your Fully Automatic Machine if i had no work but to just sit there and watch water being drained and with every rinse fill it again to the correct level myself . I asked him to put back the original part back and close the machine.

                                        I sent mails for service but got no response.After 3 days he was back with the correct part, which also did not work as the pressure valve also needed replacement.Of course he was not carrying it either.Promising me that he will get it fixed in next 2 days , he never showed up.I am since writing mails to their team and haven't got a response.

                                        If you are thinking of buying a good branded washing machine, then peace of mind is what you expect.One does not want issues arising out of poor quality.Even in case there is a problem, one believes that it will be dealt with a speedy professional response much in tune with the Brand image.Here, i have spent 11400/- on machine, a 2274/- on extended contract and am now running after these crooks to fix the issue and get done over with it.

                                        I am looking for escalation emails @ Whirpool.If anyone has them please post them on this thread.
