I purchased Whirlpool Microwave Oven Model No.22C S.R.No.-B[protected] from your authorized dealer i.e. Spark Digi World Vide Bill No.-2376 Dated- 8th Jan.2009
On 10th June 2011during cooking Microwave Oven stops working with some unusual sound. I filled a complaint against this problem on 10th June 2011to my dealer and consequently I received a message on my mobile that your service engineer Jitendra will see the problems.
On 13th June 2011 your service engineer Lala Ram came to my home to see the problems of Microwave Oven. According to Lala Ram there was no big problem, only fuse was blown out. For full service he asked to submit Microwave Oven to Unnati Enterprises (Your authorized service centre) for one or two days.
Unnati Enterprises doesn’t communicated anything to me in first week and for 2weeks not proper response from their side. In addition I made more than 10 calls in last 2days(i.e. 24 an 25th June 2011) of 2nd week. I became annoyed onto this act o[censored]nnati Enterprises and informed it to my dealer. In next call Unnati Enterprises told that “Capacitor and diode” is not functioning properly and I have to change it in next day after that you can collect it on payment of repairing & servicing charge of Rs.1100.
On 30th June 2011 Unnati Enterprises told Microwave Oven is repaired and it is O.K. now you can collect it. I went to collect Microwave Oven and told service engineer to show the performance of Microwave Oven. As Microwave Oven was swiched on by your service engineer it was running with some unusual sound and he opened Microwave Oven to reset it but he didn’t succeeded.
I was totally disappointed with this act once again told whole story to my dealer. Next day Unnati Enterprises informed me that transformer is burnt out and it will cost Rs.3250.
I am sure transformer is burnt due to bad workmanship at your service centre. If not, tell me answer of following question-
i) Is Whirlpool Microwave Oven is of so poor quality that it needs repairing in every year.
ii) Is it justified that repairing charge is approximately half of its new one in each alternate year.
iii) if a system was running with sound than how can transformer burnt.
iv) who will be responsible for bad workmanship at the service centre.
v) who will be responsible for satisfactory answer at the service centre.
Please do the needful.
I believe that Whirlpool system is recognized brand that is why I am having Refrigerator & Washing Machine of your brand.

    I Mr. Tanaji Jadhav request you to the model of whirlpool refrigerator F-30 LX DLX (280 Ltr) Arcee Electronics, Nerul, Navi Mumbai was purchased on 15/05/2011. vide bill No. 8426 dated 15/05/2011.
    2011 model was offered, but he gave me the 2010 model then I immediately told him to give me offered model but shop manager told me 2011 model yet not get from the whirlpool company.
    Did I upset the last 45 days due to not replace new model.
    kindly look in this matter.

      Hi,

      This is with regard to my Whirlpool washing machine, white magic 123. The model no. of which is 11577, serial no. is INF[protected]. I purchased the above on 15/10/2009. The warranty extends upto 15/10/2011.
      The top cover of the machine is broken from the joint. I complained to the service center. However, I have not got the correct replacement.
      The colour of my machine is light blue, whereas the service center guy has replaced the cover with a darker shade saying that the light blue colour is not available.

      It looks a total mismatch. I complained about this several times and yet did not receive any response from even the head office. Very poor customer service. I am extremely unhappy with the service and feel harrassed.

      I bought whirlpool whitemagic washing machine before one month(i.e. 24th nov 2009
      ),I used it for 3 to 4 times after opened,but as suggested it is not working as per rqurmement ,as I used 2 wahing machines bfore(lg ),I want that sowroom take this waching machine back and give me new washing machin of lg because showroom guy only suggested me this model.
      Dear Sir/Madam,

      My shelf Manish Sharma brought a Washing Machine (Company Brand Whirlpool MODEL: 801) Dated 03/11/2010(Having Warranty period of 1 Year). It got defected after six months or so. we register complaint with customer care of whirlpool. they sended their engineer on 24-06-11 and he charged a sum of 80 rupees for a defective part saying it is not covered under warrany and is chargeable. After 15 days or so it again got defected and stop working. we again lodge a complaint  to whirpool customer care, again engineer comes on 26-07-11, and charges us a sum of 400 rupees for a defective part, but machine is not yet working properly. We complaint again and again, and they kept us telling that we send engineer. But, no body is coming and hearing our problem.

      Sir kindly help me out from this problem. I have all my original bills with me.

      This is indeed very unfortunate. Whirpool claims to be the worlds no. 1 brand in consumer electronics. But the customer service that they provide is the worst.

        Hi,
        I purchased a whirlpool fully automatic washing machine from Sai electronics in gwalior. Sai electronics is a distributer of whirlpool washing machine. I have complaint on 21st jun 2011 regarding machine is not in a running condition. They told that this issue will get resolved in 3 days. But still they are not considering my problem seriously. And when i told them that i am going to complaint in Consumer Court they told it doesn't matter for us because this part is not available in stock. And when i asked them to replace the machine itself they told they cant do that. My mother cant wash clothes by hand because she is having fungus infection in hand thats why i purchased fully automatic machine.
        Kindly consider this issued seriously. I am waiting for the response at earliest.

          I had purchased Refrigerator Fusion-24 - 200 litre before 5 months. Cooling is not proper so I complained to local dealer. His Engineer cames and told that Gas is leakage. I am surprised how this happened only 5 months gone and my Fridge is not working properly. When complain with Local Dealer he told that due to lot of temperature this cooling will not come so after temperature down automatically fridge will work. After complain he attended my fridge after 15 days. I purchased Whirlpool because I fully believe in your product. After one week local Engineer comes and he just repair gas line. I am not satisfied with the service provided by local dealer. I wish you change my Fridge with new one. Awaiting your favourable reply. Hope you take immediate action and provide be best service as your company name is in Golden letters in my mind.. Talked with Ahmedabad Branch Co-ordinator Ms.Vaishali on Cell No.[protected] she also talked on conference with Kalol dealer but Kalol dealer refuse to change Fridge. I hope your good office will take necessary action to run my Fridge comfortably.

            I had bought a Whirlpool refrigerator Master MindF23 DLX (S.No. INA[protected] from A.E.E.C. Co-op Stores Ltd G2160 at Kalpakkam on[protected]. During the warranty period, the fridge had developed liner cracks, which was addressed to the Whirlpool, Chennai Office. After constant follow-up from my side and desperate calls to them, the refrigerator was replaced by Whirlpool, Chennai through an Appliance Replacement Advice No. [protected] dated 24/08/2010 and the item was received by me on 01/09/2010 at Kalpakkam. Whirlpool assured me that the replaced refrigerator also carried warranty for a period of one year from the receipt date i.e. 01/09/2010.

            Now the same problem of Liner cracks are appearing in the refrigerator and number of complaints have been registered with Whirlpool. To my dismay, the company is reluctantly sending their engineers to my house with an assurance of replacement since January 2011. This is the reason why I had to approach this forum for the redressal of my grievance. Now their Chennai office informed me that Kalpakkam comes under Kanchipuram office and I am being directed to this new office. Whirlpool at Kanchipuram office have refused to address my problem saying this can not be replaced.

            Such a reputed company has supplied the refrigerator of poor design/workmanship or from defective lot and the company is not ready to address my grievance. I have tried all possibilities without any success.

              purchase a whirlpool washing machine from Nayyar Electronics, Pitampura, Delhi. on 6th jan'09. but after purchising of a month it works very bad. the service of this company is very bad. 7-8 times excutives visit to my home to repair this machine. but it is still not working.

              Its giving problem since 6 months. Till now 5 times it has been sent to serice center for repair and still its not working and more than 10 time engineer visited for repair. from last few months its not at all useable every time its giving problem or its in service center for repairing.

              everytime service center people comes and does the reparing, but no proper solution is provided.
              We have purchased 2 washing machines from Sachdeva electrionics, paschim vihar on 10/10/2011. One of them is giving us instant troulbes. we have logded complaints many times and every time they send us a new representative. All of them have different opinion about the nature of matter and different resolutiond but till date the problem has not been fixed permanently. Infact one engineer asked for extra 600 rupees for changing a part as he was not able to understand the problem thogh our machin is still in warrenty. we are not satisfied with the product at all and looking for a permanent solution rather facing this issue evry now and then. The company is not seems to be listening and making our situation more worst. We are seeking your help to resolve our matter.
              Since three years we have purchased automatic Whirlpool make white magic washing machine, we have registered countless complaints regarding one or other failure of the machine. To be specific immediately after a month of purchase our problems started. Every time we complain we have to literally fight with the call centre guys to get our work done. Also I rate this company as one of the thirdrated products they produce and cheat the consumers with unwanted warranty or guarantee. Atleast to cover their failure, they dont have a good after sale support too.

              I have a old mother at home, and I cannot ask her to wash our clothes daily with hand. Now the worst situation is that since one month the machine is not working and the service engineer say, that a spare is being requested with company and the same is not provided to fix the problem. Since a month my old mother was washing cloths in rain and now she is miserablly fell ill and hospitalised and had a bill of around Rs. 30000/- for us. Also a big loss for my business, since i am not able to attend to it. The direct and indirect losses are accumulated to almost Rs. 1.0 lakh. Though it cannot be valued. But certainly this reasonble loss has happened. Now I request the company people to free of cost lift that empty and useless box from our home atleast we have space for other better branded machine.

              I caution all the consumers, please dont ever go for any of the whirlpool appliances. They will take us for a ride and unnecessary problems will raise at our home.

                I have Purchased “Whirlpool Split A/C 1.5 TON 5 Star rated" on 16th MAY 2010.

                Issue 01:
                Third free service.
                Insufficient cooling even at low temperature at 18°C.
                Complained Registered on: 14th May 2011

                Serviced Details:
                The people who came for service are not at all educated simply they cleaned the net and told now it will work then after again I told cooling is not enough then He checked the gas and said insufficient gas and filled it but I don’t know whether he filled or not after that also the cooling was not that much effective, and also the person having the equipment seems to be like reconditioned from scrap tools. We called from 14th may several times then on 16th may again I called and after that only we got serviced I don’t know whether that the warranty is expiring on 16th may 2011 so only you had very slow response and also I suspect on that person who came for service didn’t fill the Gas fully so that only we will again call for service and planned to get Inspection charge Rs 450 and other gas filling charge so you can get from us.

                Note :( As per my knowledge refrigerant pressure & volume is low and this need to be corrected, All the Technical word are as per my knowledge)
                Issue Closed on: 16th May2011.

                Issue 02:
                AC and Compressor is not running properly and system getting restart at the time of Compressor Starts

                Issue Details as per service Men:
                Oil Leak, insufficient Refrigerant (Gas) and Compressor Capacitor to be replaced.
                Approx Cost for Rs 2000/-

                My Question:
                1) How the all Lubricant will leak within 35 Days?
                2) If it is leaking from long back why it is not rectified in last service?
                (Complained Registered on: 14th May 2011 Complained No: [protected])
                3) If it is leaking after the last service then to make the money the man who
                came for service on 16th may 2011 have loosen the joints?
                4) If the compressor works without lubrication means by default the
                compressor will get damaged or the friction overload problems will occur
                (i.e. .Compressor burns or Capacitor or Electrical Problems)

                Hence I can clearly understand that everything is money minded, and also planning for Annual maintenance contract (AMC).If I have not called on May 14th for third free service My AC would be working fine. I didn’t expect inspection charge to be Rs 450 as it is too costly.
                I will not prefer any Whirlpool product to any one as it is a lesson for me.

                whirlpool / 1.5 Ton Split AC — Cooling system not working

                Within one year of purchase cooling system of A/C completly failied, The worst part is that their telephone Nos are either busy or there is no response. Since last 24 hrs at least four person are busy to get connected with the customer care of whirlpool but failed. The company should have adequate tele Nos with 24 hr facilities.

                  I have a fully automatic front door machine which got repaired since 19th May 2011. The said machine is under AMC for a period of 2 years. The model no is neo vide sr.no. D[protected] dated 16-10-09. On complaint to the custommer care the engineer attended to the call and informed that the machine needs to be taken to workshop. On 21st May 2011 the same was taken to the workshop and delivered back the same on 1st June 2011. At the time of testing itself the complaint was made to the delivery man that the water is not drained during spinning. He informed to again contact the service centre "Magic Technologies (Whirlpool Authorised Service Centre) BG-500, Bagrola, Sector 8 Dwaraka New Delhi 75(machine was returned from the same workshop after repairs). Complaint was again lodged and machine was attended by the engineer on 4/6/2011. The engineer Mr.Pawan attended the complaint and while checking the machine draining nob was broken by him. He asked us to give complaint to the workshop once again and request for repairs. From that day onwards we are in contact with the authorised service centre but every day we are given false assurance that the part will be come with a day or two. Last weeK mr. sasikumar, engineer informed that he will come with the part and replace the same by 10.30 AM, but he did not turned up. On telephonic conversation he just gave false promises that he is on way he will reach in just 10 minutes time. Till evening he did not turn up. Finally with great request he turned up around 6.30 pm that too with the wrong part which was not ment for that model of the machine. He informed to again make a complaint. On our complaint the agency showed their helpless ness and said we cant do any thing we have put an indent it may come any time. Atlast they promised for 21st June that the part will be coming. On enquiry they informed that part has not come.

                  The agency is not serious on the issue and the attending staff say we cant help it if you want to complaint about our agency you can do it at any level we do not bother about your complaints.

                  Really i am shocked that company like whirlpool also have such service centres who do not know how to talk to custommers. When asked for a standby machine they said it is not possible. i feel cheated by purchasing a product from whirlpool who had a world fame and secondly by taking an AMC.

                  Atlast i would like to request your kind self to kindly look into the matter on top priority and resolve the problem faced by me for more than a month and instruct the service centre how to deal/behave with the custommers.Thanking you in anticipation

                    Hello,
                    I have paid-up for the AMC renewal in Mar 2011 which is up for renewal in Aug 2011 for Whirlpool automatic washing machine, but have still not received the welcome kit. I do not even know whether the AMC has been renewed for the next two years or not.

                    Does anybody know the process of escalating this with Whirlpool and Serco.
                    It seems these days all the big companies have grown into faceless organization where there is no contact except customer care who are rarely helpful.

                      Two months before i have bought Whirlpool Proton A/C by seeing the adversitment in news paper that they are celebrating 100 years of service... really i would say that they are cheaters, i bought the whirlpool proton AC from the Viveks show room at annanagar.. they promised about the customer service. but they didnt do that.. now its only two months the AC started giving noise and it is displaying FC.. i have called so many times Viveks service center till now they havent turned up.. and more over customers are really getting cheated by the Whirlpool company by their fantasy Ads.. please dont buy the AC from this company... they will earn the money with 100% profit marigin... it is worst AC ever bought for my home..

                        I bought new whirlpool refrigerator (MasterMind 260 Litre elite model) from Big Bazar Aditya Mall Indrapuram Ghaziabad on dated 29 April 2011 .
                        From the day getting of delivery, I got a breaked refrizrator which was having no handle and dent in body as well as in compress also and I complained to whirlpool customer care support with Complaint No: GB[protected].
                        And They have submitted my complaint for replacement with new refrizrator, i talk to whirpool customer care center many times then they gave me a number of Mr. Ankit Tomer who is looking
                        raplacment for this area, I talk him 100 of times but he is giving me wrong word for raplacement, then i approached to Customer Care again then they gave me another number[protected] Mr. Anil) but in this number no one picked the phone. I am continuously calling to whirlpool call center for complete this complaint.

                        Basically they all know very well this is defective piece and sold this out to customer anyhow, which they did and now they are trying to mesmerize me .

                        I request whirlpool senior executives to come upfront and provide me justice.

                        I would not be satisfied until and unless they don’t give me replacements and if this not done within a week I will copy and file my grievances to CONSUMER COURT, I wont let them to escape up to my last RIGHTS.

A sms came on my mobile that some Mr.Aftab is taken care of that complain & his mobile no. is [protected] but several attempt he pick a phone & promise to came on Saturday but he came on Monday. After visit it’s come to my knowledge that the PCB of A.C is damage so next day he will change. They not came till date & also he is not picking up phone. He is also taken a PCB with his-self.                             I had Purchased the WHIRLPOOL REFRIGERATOR named as FF PROTTON 410 DELUXE since four months back.
                            My Refrigerator becomes DEAD due to MANUFACTURING DEFECT after two months.
                            After making several complaints my Replacement becomes cleard and company says I will despatched your Refrigerator within 21 days.
                            But Now 56 days have been passed for this issue but still I have not Received New Refrigerator.

                              I had purchased Whirpool Split AC Chrome Six months ago & Regularly facing problems with continiously displaying an error message (EA) on AC panel from last one month (Through-Out this Summer), As a result my AC is not runnig at all.
                              I Already have been registered 10 times complaints to the Customer care as a result they use to give me a new Complaint No & all my complaints are been closed without getting any satisfaction PIN from customer which was been provided during regestration of complaint.
                              Whereas only once Whipool Enggineer arrived onsite & he said that the PCB on board is faulty, he said that it is not available in stock so He need two days time to get it. After two days when we contacted him, He said that PCB has arrived in stock but he would have to collect it from the main office & fit it on next day

                              As a result after that they are Daily giving new dates for replacing it but No one has reached on the site till date.
                              Kindly replace the PCB in time or Change the complete AC as soon as possible, As it is under Warranty.

                              Kindly Look into the matter as Earliest as possible, Otherwise I may have to Complaint to the Consumer Court For Ignoring & Irritating Customer.

                              Whirlpool-AC — Ignoring customer-not helping

                              Dear Sir,
                              I would like to inform you that I am getting trouble through Whirlpool company. I bought Whirlpool AC, after one year I took AMC from them for 2 years, my AC is not working to I made the complain to Whirlpool customer care on 22/march/2012 and complain number is GB[protected]. First time engineer came to my house and checked our AC and told us power plate has problem, he will come with in 2-3 days and he will change that after i called them more than 50 times they are not solving problem when i call them they say that engineer will visit with in 2 days. now it is 14/apr/2010 but i did not get any call from them. please help me out.

                                Hello,

                                I have made a purchase of Whirlpool fridge (# MM 26 DLX H/G D. Black) on 10th of April form KBM Electronics, Laxmi Nagar by cash Payment. When they delivered the model I found its has dent in the front door, on the spot I informed them about the issue and they (contacted person# Mukund) assure me that we have a good terms with Whirlpool and company will replace the door within a week. On 12th April I received a call form KBM stating that we have another pic of same model, we will send you that to replace the old one, on the same day they delivered the new pic but with the same problem(dent in front door). Again I informed them and ask them to change the model with another model in different company, but they (Mukund) state that the previous product is already registered with Whirlpool, we can't replace with another company and assured that don't worry the issue will resolved within a week.

                                On 17th April I registered the issue with Whirlpool Customer Care with the SR# DL [protected], on 18th April an executive (Shoaib) came and verify the issue and back with a photocopy of original bill and state that not the single door the entire set will replaced soon.

                                On 20th I receive a call form Whirlpool service center stating that we received your request but night now we don't have this particular model in stock within a week this will be replaced.


                                on 26th April they Again call back and state that we are not able to manage to arrange this particular model with the particular color and we have other color option in stock kindly check with dealer and inform us. As per the instruction I choose a different model with different color and inform them that is my selection but it will priced bit higher than the old one and I will ready to pay the difference on 29th April. They reply that this will be replaced within a week.

                                In the mean time I made hundred of call to Whirlpool Cus Care they always state the same comment that your replaced no# 69 and we will updated you the status within 24 hrs.

                                On 9th of May I somehow manage contact Mr. Ankush Varma (# [protected], Whirlpool Delhi Service head) and state the whole issue, he assured that he will check the status and reply to me within 2 days.

                                On 11th May I'm able to contact Mr. Varma (every-time after a multiple attempt ) and he state that your new selected model is also not in our stock, company will refund the money, please provide me the details in my mail ID for the issuance of the DD and it will take 2 week.

                                On 12th I emailed with all the details "ankush.[protected]@gmail.com"

                                Till today I wont received my money back, during the span I contact various time with Mr. Ankush Varma and Mr. Manoj (# [protected], In back-end Dept. earlier referred by Mr. Varma ) and every time either they won't received my call or came up with different type of Excuses every day, e.g. today authorized signatory is out of station, your DD already issued but not received by us, today logistic problem etc etc.

                                Is this a 100 years old world famous company's costumer service....????

                                kindly take necessary action to resolved the issue.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  We lodged complaint regarding non working of fridge model no FF-350 purchased about 10 years back on 09 May 2011. Service Engineer Mr Mohd Javed visited our residence on 11.05.2011 and gave an estimate for Rs 1865.00 without any detailed break up (Enclosed as Annexure I). Took delivery of fridge on 12 May 2011 in the F.N. along with advance payment of Rs 705.00 (Enclosed as Annexure II) vide cash memo no 113. We were asked to pay remaining amount of Rs 1160.00 on delivery after satisfactory repair. We were assured fore delivery on 14 May 2011.
                                  On follow up on 14th, the service center person apologised for delay and assured for delivery on 16th.
                                  On personal visit of Service Centre on 16th, Mr “AKBAR” in-charge of service centre told that the machine had been repaired and is under observations and was not in a position to deliver on 16th. It was mutually agreed that the machine shall be delivered on 20th FN positively.
                                  On follow up on 20th, again Mr Akbar told that the machine is under observation and shall be delivered in After Noon.
                                  When the machine was not received, we visited service centre at about 4 PM on 20th and Mr Akbar again repeated the same thing that the “machine is still under observations” and suggested for delivery on 21st F.N. Considering non reliability of repeated commitment, we were forced to ask him to deliver Machine positively by evening. At about 8.30 PM on telephonic follow up Mr Akabar conformed that machine after satisfactory repair had been loaded for delivery and shall reach to our residence in about an hour. At about 23.30 hour, we got telephone from Mr Akbar that trolly person is standing “Near Dana Pani” restaurant, from where he may be escorted. Thus, during mid night we had to escort him to residence. The trolly person was alone so he was not able to unload machine, for unloading, some labour from near by, was arranged in mid night as such we got delivery at 23.55 hrs.
                                  With the delivery of machine, trolly man gave a bill amounting to Rs 2660.00, in this bill additional amount of Rs 1500.00 was charged for “Sensor” (Enclosed as Annexure III)
                                  Delivery of machine was accepted with the remark that after satisfactory running, payment will be sent to their office.
                                  The machine was not in working condition. I informed this to Mr Akbar in 21st morning, he told that he has sent machine after satisfactory running and will send some Service Engineer to resolve the problem.
                                  At about 1 PM Mr Mohd Javeb service engineer visited our residence and after checking, he told that machine will again go to service centre for replacement of some more part which will further cost about Rs 1200.00 more. Thus the original estimate which was Rs 1865.00 was likely to be Rs 4565.00 (1865.00+1500.00+1200.00). With the past experience there was no possibility that even after this replacement, machine can be put to running condition or not. So we refused to hand over machine again and also refused to pay the amount of Rs 2660.00 which was due only after satisfactory job.
                                  This is a narration of developments to explain the situation of your’s service centre at Lucknow.
                                  Now you are requested to look into matter and resolve the following
                                  ● Commitment of yours service centre and compensation for the inconvenience caused to me @ Rs 200.00 per day for seven days (14th to 20th).
                                  ● Repair of my fridge with satisfactory running at the original estimated amount of Rs 1865.00 inclusive of advance payment Rs 705.00 done by me with adjustment of compensation amount.
                                  If needful is not done at your level within 7 days, we shall be forced to approach to “Consumers forum” for redressel of our problems due to lack of service being provided by you. You shall be responsible for all cost incurred at consumers forum level.

                                  On 30.07.2008 the service engineer of whirpool has collected Rs. 1200/- for double door trolley. Till date the said trolley is not delivered. I have contacted the service center but there is no response.

                                    Whirlpool & Its commitment!!! Unfortunate Customer??

                                    Hi,
                                    I have visited Life Style exhibition organized by The Hindu on 4th June 2011 and booked 1.5 Ton WHIRLPOOL SPILT A/C ELEGANCE MODEL for Rs. 23800/-. Together with the A/c, the sales man assured that I will get Whirlpool gift wellspun A/c comforter and FREE A/C INSTALLATION.

                                    I have been a SAMSUNG FAMILY MEMBER for last 7 years and all my home appliances are SAMSUNG from LCD television to Air conditioners to Refrigerators and so on..and I am very comfortable on SAMSUNGS COMMITMENT, ASSURANCE and SERVICE. The Two Air conditioners which I bought from SAMSUNG is working very fine for the last 5 years and service is as par.

                                    The sales person at the stall explained about the compressor of WHIRLPOOL and I got convinced. Hence I broke the relationship with SAMSUNG and bought my FIRST PRODUCT FROM WHIRLPOOL. The RAGA starts here:

                                    1. The sales man before booking confirmed that A.C will be delivered to us by 6th Monday and installation by 7th Tuesday.
                                    2. Before making the bill he informed that A.C will be delivered by 7th Tuesday and installation by 8th Wednesday.
                                    3. I accepted for the above and he swiped my card for payment.
                                    4. IT IS SURPRISE TO SEE THAT THE BILL HAS BEEN GENERATED BY VASANTH & CO AND NOT BY THE COMPANY.
                                    5. IF THE PRODUCT IS SOLD BY VASANTH & CO, I WOULD HAVE NOT BOUGHT THE A.C IN THE FIRST INSTANCE. (I have bought Digi Cam 3 years back from VASANTH & CO and they have treated me as to collect 4 GB memory card. In VASANTH & CO’s dictionary there is no word called as SERVICE, once they bill and collect the money from Customers.)
                                    6. On receipt of the bill for A.C, I have asked the Sales person, why not they are providing the bill from Whirlpool. He informed that the deliveries are maintained by VASANTH & CO and hence all the bills SHOULD be in the name of VASANTH & CO. and all the other services are from Company.
                                    7. I am upset, but since I made payment through my Credit Card, I collected the bill.

                                     A.C has not been delivered to us on 7th Tuesday as per the commitment.
                                     A.C has been delivered today 8th Wednesday afternoon.
                                     I got a message as my satisfaction code is 719 and SR no is CN[protected].
                                     I got a call from WHIRLPOOL Area Incharge Mr. Manikandan (mobile no: [protected]) and booked up an appointment for installation for tomorrow i.e 9th June 2011 and there will be an installation charges of Rs.750/-!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
                                     After explaining him about the free installation, he informed that he cannot provide me a FREE INSTALLATION.
                                     He checked with his supervisor Mr. Shiva – City Incharge and confirmed that without paying Rs. 750/-, the instrument will not be installed.

                                    I have the original bill bearing number [protected]STBM with me, where in it has been printed as FREE A.C INSTALLATION.

                                    Please clarify the below:

                                    1. The above is miscommunication by VASANTH & Co to WHIRLPOOL? or
                                    2. WHIRLPOOL is acting smart to get money from customers through installation?
                                    3. How can Vasanth & Co give these kind of commitments in BILL without referring with the Company?
                                    4. Will these are called as SALES TECHNIQUES?

                                    There is not even a single LOGO of VASANTH & CO and all the staffs were wearing WHIRLPOOL UNIFORMS AND THE ENTIRE STALL HAS GOT ONLY THE NAME OF WHIRLPOOL. Hence do not push me back to check with VASANTH & CO as this is not fault of WHIRLPOOL.

                                    I have the original bill with me where in it has been mentioned as FREE INSTALLATION and I can share the copy of the same, if required. All I need is:

                                     TAKE BACK THE A.C DELIVERED AND REFUND THE MONEY IN FULL, failing which I will be forwarding this mail to SAMSUNG to take this as a Honest, Positive feedback to them against WHIRLPOOL and further I will give all the rights to publish this mail in media as a positive feed back to SAMSUNG.

                                    All your products has got 6th Sence, but if at all someone has got sense of Customer Centricity, let me know your response.

                                      i purchaged a fridge (wharlpool, price-14,000, year- 2004, fridge type - double door) when purchaged fridge company give me 7 years warranty. in 2011 arise a cooling problem.when i called customer care of company , a service man came at home, i dont know what did he do and demand with me 280 rupees for service charge.i gave .after sometime same problem arise. when i called service centre a service man came my home and told me that internal leakage problem and demand me visiting charge which is 280 rupees i gave . now service centre said to me that send your fridge at the service centre for repairing. i send my fridge to the service centre.time to time i dalled service centre for ok my fridge because person said to me in the repairing time will be spend two days.but service centre taking 10 days for repairing. after 10 days when i called service centre said tom your fridge is ok. he said to me that in the fridge was no gas so arise cooling problem. for the gas i have paid 850 rupees. bu t after 10 days same problem rise. now service centre saying to me that send your fridge at the service centre .now i want compantation for my money, time, phone calling compantation amount is 70,000 thousand rupees.

                                        the people are cheaters, complete fraud people are being appointed in the entire whirlpool service centres.Suppliers and distributers, do not listen to the complain and send their service centres people are long chasing. Repeat complain about water filter not working properly.

                                        I have purchased 2 ro water purifier in jan 2010 and after few months their filters start cloging and water supply totally stopped. And the service people start asking for money on replaced filters.
                                        When amc done for rs 4550 from then no service is provided from the service centre. Always they are telling that parts are not available.And this episode is continuing from dec 2010 till date 10th may 2011.
                                        After taking the amc in a few days the machine stopped working and after several complaints.. my complaint is still unresponded. Amc card no 24102 model no 11149 machine sr no krao94130439
                                        from last 2 months I M purchasing water from outside and all the bills for water purchase and cunsumption records are kept ready for reference.

                                        WhirlPool Water Purifier — Not Received Item

                                        Sir. As per call of call center of your office,ihad purchage whirpool water purifire under your sweep take sceem vide my credit card of HDFC BANK by paing Rs; 14798=00 on Date:19/06/2010. But regret to say that still to day on 25th July I can not reiceve said product, I am shocked that reputed compny fail to serve in proper way to his costmer. Here I request you that please refund my money as early as possible and oblige.
