I bought a PROFESSIONAL SPORT 7KG washing machine of WHIRLPOOL about 1yr 6months ago.It stopped working and I complained to call-centre of the company and a person came to repair and found some part defective,and told us that since the machine is within warranty,they will supply the part.After 2 weeks, when we kept on calling them, they told us that the part is not available in Kolkata,and they need one week time to get it from their head office,Gurgaon.After 1 week ,we, after calling them a number of times,they informed us that the particular part is not available even in the head office.They offered us that ,if we pay 15% price of a new washing machine ,they will give us a new.I paid them 15% as DD in the name of the company.Again they told us to fax the original bill, which I faxed them immediately.Almost a month has passed,still they have not given us the washing machine.If we call them , the kolkata office staff( AMIT DAS and AMIT GHOSH) tell us one week more.We are really frustrated and drained.Do the company has any right to harrass customers like this?

    Never Ever Take An AMC From Whirlpool.
    I had purchased a Whirlpool Air Conditioner Serial Number:[protected], on 25 May 2007.

    On 13 Jun 2007, I took a 4 year AMC for the Air Conditioner from Whirlpool, with validity Upto 25 May 2012. The reference number of the AMC is HG 07 007218.

    Yesterday, when I switched on the AC for the first time this summer season, I heard a loud whirring sound.

    Today ie. On 01 May 2011, I rang up the Whirlpool customer call centre at New Delhi and registered a complaint. The SR number allotted to me was DL[protected].

    Two service Engineers came to my residence and examined the Air Conditioner and told me that the fan blade was broken and since it was a plastic part, it was not covered under warranty. They told me that the fan would have to be replaced and this will cost me Rs.1550/=.

    I find this shocking, since the fan is an Electrical part and not a plastic part.

    I can understand Whirlpools logic in case only the plastic fan blade is to be replaced. But since the fan itself is to be replaced, it is to be treated as an electrical replacement and should be covered under AMC.

    Replacing an electrical part for a defective plastic part defies logic.

    Further, I had asked the service engineers to give me a work order or any document which clearly gives out the nature of fault, repairs required etc. which they refused to give. This is surprising, since it is normal procedure that the Whirlpool rep who comes to visit should have a document signed from me clearly giving out what work has been done by him.
    Further, when i checked from the electrical shop, i was told that fan replacement with a genuine fan will cost Rs 650/=. Then why is whirlpool charging 1550/=.
    I am shocked that a reputed firm like Whirlpool can take its customers for a ride by interpreting the AMC terms conveniently.

    Whirlpool — Whirlpool Air Conditioner

    Sir,

    I have purchased a Whirlpool AC on 1st June 2009 and since then this AC has hardly worked for 10 days. The dealer who supplied and the service centre are too casual in their approach of this faulty unit. The whole month I have just been busy logging complaints for the unit and thereafter taking leaves from my job to get the same repaired. Within a month of purchase this unit is down the third time and each time it takes 5-6 days for the same to get repaired and working.

    Please suggest me how to get out of this painful experience.

    I have taken AMC on 2 of my Whirlpool ACs and they still charge some amount to do any repair. Also they want a photocopy of the AMC document every time and if you do not show it to them then they charge money! Cost of repair is also 3-4 times the market price.
    I agree with you that taking AMC from Whirlpool is a mistake.

      I own a Whirlpool whitemagic H65 stainwash top load washing machine, purchased in January 2009. At the same time we had purchased 5 years AMC plan for this washing machine from Whirlpool. Lately machine was giving some problems and I logged a complaint with Whirlpool customer care for the same on 22nd April. There engineer came and suggested I'd need to send the machine to there workshop for fixes.
      I requested them to arrange for a pickup over the weekend as I am a working woman and am not at home on weekdays during day time. 23rd April and 24th April I spent whole day at home speaking to the engineer and worskdhop office. They kept promise to reach my house in next 2 hours but no one came.
      Then I got a call on Monday saying they have come to pick up the machine and I should let them take it. I informed that I am at work and they'll need to come to my house over the weekend, they took it casually and asked if I am sure that nobody is home.
      I got another call from them on Thursday to ask if they can pick up my machine. I asked them to do so on Saturday and if possible in morning time. They promised to do so between 10am-12noon. I've been waiting and speaking to them since morning where I am promised they'll pick up the machine in next 2 hours and nobody has come yet.
      And in my last call with customre care center, I was informed that in their records it has been mentioned that machine has already been picked. Call center people are not letting me speak to their seniors. They are not providing me information to their greivance cell.
      This is a very helpless kind situation. My complaint number is - GB[protected].

        I have purchased a 200 lts whirpool Fusion Freeze from Kanchan Agency, Tikuniya Distt. Farrukhabad dated april, 2010. freeze's PCV has been damaged. I had lodged complaint to Kanchan agency dated 23.04.2011, the complaint no. is 94/4 and the service chargeg Rs. 250/- already paid to kanchan agency. but even after 7 days there is no response for repairing that freeze. Plz instruct concering authority to repair my freeze immediately and take the appropriate action against the defaulter for the delay. Pl. inform me of the action taken, so that the reputation of the company is maintained.

        Whirlpool Fusion Refrigerator — Delay in installation

        we had bought a refrigirator from the dealer on 9th May 2009 and even aftre 2 weeks he is not ready to come home for installation. After calling for several times he said you can open the seal and install it on your own but we refused since if there is a manufacturing defect he might balme us later saying that it was damaged during our handling.

        WHIRLPOOL FUSION REFRIGERATOR — Very bad customer service

        I had purchased a fusion refridgerator in december 2008. and last month the thermostat got burnt. Now the entire fridge is in direct cool mode, means put a glass of water anywhere inside the fridge and you are gauranteed for a glass of solid ice in 2 hours.

        I has already raised a complaint with the service center. Here is what is amusing to me

        a. The technician never visits my house
        b. Check after 1 week the customer service says that the technician has given a recommendation to replace the entire equipment.(probably the technician has some telepathic powers) Good to hire lot of such people in customer service.
        c. Then the complain remain in the same state for now 4 weeks with no action.

        This is a gross misleading of the customer service (home care). There should be some turnaround times attached the the complaints.

        Whirlpool Fusion Refrigerator — Cracks in the inner plastic body within two years

        I purchased a refrigerator of whirlpool Fusion 310 Ltr. on 6/5/2008. I know that all the companies are giving one year warranty for the refrigeration. My warranty has expired but still i want to bring to notice that whirlpool is purchasing low quality plastic for there refrigeration products as my refrigerator has received several cracks within two years of my purchase.

            Whirlpool — Water Leak problem

            I have brought a whirlpool professional, as a valentine gift to my wife. After using it for a week, it started leaking ( almost 2 glass water ).I have given complaint to the whirpool customer care and I have been following for more than 15 days. Till now 3 persons have visted my house with no retification.The thing I observed is they look like sales guys and I did not see any certified techinician there, which I belive is a 420. I have been begging to repair or replace, but not getting any response.

            The customer care says that the fridge is under observation, but not sure who is observing as none has visted my site after the techinican removed the parts and left for the day.

            As a customer I need help. Please suggest me for the things to do and also guide me to the right channel.I want to make sure that no other person should be affected.
            Forgot to mention that it is a brand new, purchased 15 days back and the model is Professional 410L DLX

              I am having a very bad experience with the quality of service by Whirlpool. I purchased a refrigerator in the year 2006. But the cooling was ineffective. After making a call to the Customer Care, they sent a technician and he reported the problem as Gas Leak and that gas will have to be refilled. After 5 days a mobile van came in and he did his own investigation and mentioned that the Freezer needs to be replaced as it is leaking. It has been 5 days since and he has not turned up with the part. Yesterday he called mentioning that he will bring the part today and fix it. I took leave from office and he didn't turn up. Nor is he picking up the phone. I called the office and now they are saying the part didn't arrive.
              The whole experience makes you wonder if this is really a global brand. I guess a small mom and pop shop at your backyard provides a better service than these giants.

                I had bought whrilpool refrigrators in 2004. Till 02 years it was OK. However latter the plastic cap of door at basement got broken. Am searching this part from past 02 years am not getting the same. Every time company person says that this is now outdated & company does not manufacter it. This problem with Whirlpool parts, else its availbale in every other electronic company. I recommend not to purchase any whirlpool products, Since they are use & through units & does not get repaired if damaged

                  We bought a washing machine just two days ago from one of the dealers of whirlpool in jayanti market,jaipur and told him to give a grey colored machine and that head delivered us with a wine red color and after complaining it he assured us for replacing but that has not kept his promise and is very annoying I swear to god Ill [censored] the hell out of that what does he think of himself we spent 10,000 rupees for that and he is acting like he has taken us for granted that mother [censored]er.

                    Spare Parts not provided or repaired since last five months after many complaints. I have bought a washing machine six months back. After one month of its buying the lint filter got broken. After many complaints the customer service center(Bangalore) is replying that the product is new so the spare parts are not manufactured. Even after six months of the product delivered, why cant they manufacture those spare parts which is required for that particular product? My washing machine is not yet crossed the warranty period. Is the company waiting for the warranty period to be over? so that they can charge for their services and also for any other defect which may arise due to the present problem. This year they are celebrating their 100th year. Is this the service they are providing for the last 100 years?

                      i had purched a washing machine 1-2-3 650p model on dt:-30/03/2011 from gupteswar enterprises main road semiliguda,koraput ,orissa vide bill no.60. but i found that was a defect piece and i returned back it,again he replaces it by another washing machine bearing Sl.No. INF[protected] which is also a defect piece so kindly instruct him to replace another machine with good condition falling which i will move to consumer court for legal action.

                      Whirlpool washing machines have been found defective and they start malfunctioning within a year. Customer service for the same is very very poor and absolutely no response from them.

                      Hi,

                      I would like to bring this issue to your notice.
                      I bought a Whirlpool washing machine on 23rd Nov.'09.
                      Serial Number: INA[protected]; Model No: 11908.

                      From the very first day, the dryer knob is not functioning properly.
                      Have reported the issue to customer care, complaint ids are as mentioned below.
                      Complaint id: MB[protected]; MB[protected].
                      Till date have not received any resolution to my complaint.
                      It is now 3 months, I have been following up with the customer care dept. Have wrote email to concerns persons as per the information available on website.

                      I just can't bare the pain of this any more. Would seek your support get the equipment replace or money refund. It was an ultimate of poor customer service.
                      In last three have not found any body to take any effort to resolve the issue.

                      With all my believe & faith, I pen my complaint to consumer forum.
                      Hope will get a peaceful life soon.

                      Whirlpool — Defective New product supplied

                      Dear Sir
                      I had purchased a 250 liter 26 Dx Whirlpool M M refrigerator ( Carbon Garden Color ) from Khosla Electronics P Ltd, Behala Branch , Calcutta on 08-10-10 vide its Cash Memo No 7290 dt 08-10-10. This machine was sold to us by Mr Bappa Chowdhary , Asst Manager of Khosla Group. The refrigerator was delivered to us on 10-10-10 at 4.00 PM . It was put in to operation by the trained mechanic from Khosla Electronics. And we were certain that the machine is NOT WORKING as there was NO COOLING even after half an hour of operation in the presence of the trained mechanic. We talked to Mr Chowdhary that the machine supplied to us is defective as it is not even giving cool air inside the refrigerator. We were told that the machine will take at least 2 hours to start working ( cooling ). The mechanic left our house and we were asked to report after 2 hours. THERE WAS NO COOLING EVEN AFTER TWO HOURS. We reported to Mr B Chowdhary that the machine has still not started to give even the cool air what to say about making the ice. Mr Chowdhary assured us that he would send us a brand new refrigerator next day[protected] and take back the defective machine. We thanked him for his help.
                      On 11-10-10, Mr Sardendu S E from Whirlpool visited our place for the looking into our complaint. We told him that we have not made any complaint. He inspected the refrigerator & CERTIFIED that the machine SYSTEM IS CHOKED & it is a defective machine & would be replaced. Although we have not made any complaint but he gave us the SERVICE REQUEST No 5084 dt 11-10-10 with machine descriptions 11697 / INA/o 3400716. We contacted Mr Chowdhary who assured us that our new refrigerator is on the way & the visit by S E was a routine procedure as a feedback to Whirlpool.
                      WE DID NOT GET THE NEW REFERIGERATOR ON 11th Oct. On 12th Oct our repeated attempts to contact Mr Chowdhary on his cell No [protected] failed as he never answered our repeated phone calls. We tried to contact him on shop land line nos & every time we were told he is busy & he would call back. Than in the evening we requested the operator for the contact no of some responsible official who can guide us. We were asked to contact Mr Sandeep on his Cell No [protected]. Mr Sandeep was very nice & assured us all help & promised the new refrigerator would be sent to us on 13th at 3 PM. We DID NOT GET THE NEW MACHINE ON 13th Oct and all OUR ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT Mr Chowdhary & Mr Sandeep on both the cell & landline FAILED AS BOTH DID NOT ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS. Getting no response from Khosla , I thought of getting help from Whirlpool.
                      On 14th I contacted Mr Sardendu of Whirlpool for guidance. He told me that he has given his recommendation report for replacement of defective refrigerator to his boss & I was told to contact Mr Sinha of Whirlpool on his Cell No [protected]. Mr Sinha admitted that he has received the report of the S R No 5084 & it takes minimum SEVEN WORKING DAYS for delivery to be made & I was asked to contact Mr Amit Kr Das on his Cell no [protected] for further guidance. I have not been lucky to talk to Mr Das so far as his phone is always busy.
                      Than THERE WERE PUJA HOLIDAYS & BOTH KHOSLA & WHIRLPOOL WERE CLOSED
                      On Monday , 18th Oct I could contact Mr Chowdhary on landline. He informed me since the BLACK COLOR REFERIGERTOR WAS OUT OF STOCK so they could not send me a new machine & he OFFERED ME TO TAKE a WHITE REFERIGERTOR. We ACCEPTED THE OFFER & ASKED HIM TO SEND THE WHITE ONE as offered by him. He promised to supply the White Machine on 18th Oct. This refrigerator was also not sent to us on Monday. Mr Chowdhary has NOT ANSWERED OUR TELEPHONE CALLS AFTER THAT. On Tuesday 19th Oct we were lucky to get Mr Sandeep on his Mobil & he asked us as to why the machine sent by him has not reached us. He promised to look into the matter immediately & call us back. After that BOTH Mr Sandeep & Chowdhary have switched their cells & are not attending our calls made on Khosla landline nos.
                      Sir, under the circumstances I seek your guidance in proceeding further in the matter :-
                      1. Please treat this letter as police complaint for cheating & harassment by Khosla Electronics
                      2. Please treat this letter as Complaint under the Consumer Protection Rights for cheating , harassment & mental torture by both Khosla Electronics & Whirlpool
                      I am sending the Xerox copies of all the documents by post for your record.

                      I purchased Whirlphool fullyautomatic washing machine on[protected] from SOWNDARYA DIGITA MALL - GAJUWAKA , VISAKHAPATNAM. mODEL NO. is WPL 11580.
                      Complaint is Power not coming to the machine.
                      I lanch complaint to Customer care on[protected] same day Service Engineer attended the complaint he told PCB to be replaced it takes 2 days . Today 16th from 14th onwards daily I am contacting to Customer care every call they received and attend today. This is repeated story from whirlphool cc. Washine machine is essential in everyday life. I feel that very poor service .

                        I had bought Whirlpool Whitemagic Fp65 fuzzy washing machine in July 2006 . It has never worked properly from day 1.
                        1. Its drain pipe was leaky at time of installation for which it was taken to service center for repairs free of cost.
                        2. In September 2006, its drain water pump motor got burnt and it was again repaired free of cost.
                        3. In November 2008, its inlet water pump got burnt and this time it was repaired on payment of Rs 900.
                        4. In March 2009, control panel (PCB) became dysfunctional and I got it replaced in Rs 3200.
                        5. In September 2010, control panel and inlet pump malfunctioned and replaced in Rs 3200.
                        6. In April 2011, control panel has again malfunctioned and I need to pay Rs 3000 approx as informed by the service center (Supreme Customer care center, Industrial Area-2, Chandigarh).
                        I am fed up of the performance of this washing machine which keeps bugging every 4-5 months. I own a whirlpool fridge and 2 ACs and both are functioning well and power supply to my house is regulated by a central voltage stabilizer and all other electrical equipment in my house are working well.
                        It is obvious that this washing machine is flawed and is causing me financial and mental harassment.
                        Whenever I tried to ask the reason of frequent malfunction from Whirlpool engineers, reply would be voltage fluctuations, hard water, etc etc.
                        I want to ask why this company fails to acknowledge that the machine is faulty. Why can’t electronic goods manufacturers become as responsible as car makers for e.g. Honda who recall thousands of cars to correct the smallest defect.

                          Dear Concern,

                          This is just to bring to your kind notice that we have purchased a Whirlpool Semi Automatic Washing Machine in November 2009. In mid of Mar 2010, the dryer(spinner) part the machine stopped working for which a complaint was lodged by me bearing the above complaint no. It’s almost over a year now but no one has bothered to attend to my complaint.

                          A engineer was sent to my place after 5 days of lodging a call in the customer care, who then informed us that the problem is because of one of the part in the spinner which needs to be replaced.

                          But the engineer said that the new part was not available hence for the time being he was replacing the same with some old part which was available with him for which we did not allow as I wanted the part to be replaced with a new one only as the machine is still under warranty.

                          The machine is under warranty but still to just get the same repaired am facing such a difficulty.

                          Whenever we call the customer care the revert that we get is that the part needs to be replaced & we need to pay huge chunk of amount for the replacement.

                          It’s really surprising & shocking to know that the part of the latest model is not available for almost a year now & secondly why do we have to pay for something which is under warranty.

                          The situation at your Customer Care is still worse………the customer care agents are simply the human version of an IVR as they neither bother to listen to the complaint completely not are capable enough to guide you with correct information, they only keep repeating that the service engineer would visit us shortly & disconnect the call.

                          Is this the customer care experience that is provided to the end user or is it the penalty that the customer needs to bear for buying a whirlpool product………..

                          As the machine is still left open by Mr.Deepak- contact no- [protected], who committed us that he will return back with the part but is yet to return.

                          The engineer belongs to - SKY Enterprises , Whirlpool , Mira Road). Even the branch manager does not seem to have a proper knowledge about the same

                          Would request your good selves to kindly get the part replaced asap or else please take back the machine & reimburse me the money failing which I will be forced to drag Whirlpool to the Consumer Forum.

                          Would also like to conclude by saying that the experience with Whirlpool has been terrible & depressing, I will ensure & warn my near & dear ones to never opt for any of the Whirlpool products as they do not justify the real meaning of the word Customer Service.

                            We have paid the Amount of Rs : 2,749 as a two years AMC on 07/08/2010.

                            Whirlpool — Cheating in the name of AMC

                            A Fully Loaded Fully Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine ; Well worked till waranty period.
                            After that the complaints started. They wanted us to have AMC. Otherwise, they want us to change the whole part for huge money. Are they doing service to India or Cheating India.

                              This is for your information that there service centre in Patna is useless, insufficient and incompetent in many ways. They have NO POLICY for customer information. i gave a complaint on 13th April 2011 for my refrigerator Complain No.TT.[protected]. But till date many call to their call centre and many calls to service centre i have no clue where my refrigerator is and it has been rectified or not. above these people have no way of talking. i have 2 yr old son and he is at home and in this summer i cannot keep milk, fruits or any eatable for her except junk food like chips or buiscuit.Because of their company my family has gone under lot of pain and humiliation. This is big insult to the company name. I hope the matter will be reaches to the higher authority. I requesting that kindly arrange to resolve my problem in refrigerator or replace the refrigerator as soon as possible otherwise return back my money.                                 I had purchased Whirlpool double door refrigerator FF340L Elite Professional (TIT) in 11th Apr. 2010. For the last 1 year fridge was working fine but now for last month’s problems are coming frequently many times excess ice freeze in freezer and water filled inside the fuse which affects the cooling, water is leaking from the back side of the refrigerator and ice freeze on vegetables and presently no cooling problem.

                                I have already written a mails to whirlpool helpdesk as attached about my issues which I’m facing with my whirlpool fridge but No one turned till date and don’t seriously look into the matter. And now the fridge has stopped cooling in below door section & 4 times the Whirlpool engineers have visited but problem has still not been sorted out.

                                I had done complaints to customer care for 4 times and the following are the complaint nos along with status.

                                Now second replacement ok and it was conformed by the service man now you are not facing any problem with this product But the above said problem was again observed by me Then I registered complain on 26/09/2008 by the complain no. GB-[protected]only service engineer visited to my residence and say like that company engineer will see this matter.My self and family are very busy so we are facing a lot of problem due to this freeze and on 22/ 11/2008 we again made complain through complain no. GB[protected] and finally talk to Mr. Shushil Singh according to him a company engineer will come and observe this case then any action to be considered.
                                Finally as on date no action taken by your company against my freeze so you kindly take necessary action either provide me good product or
                                replace my money other wise I take help through the other medium.

                                    I bought a Refrigerator of whirlpool in August 2010 I was very impressed with TV Add so I bought that thinking it would be good enough to satisfy me. Now within a year its big internal Back door cracking in my Single door refrigerator and Compressor is also not working since 15th of March 2011. The moment I try to start fridge it is creating irritating noise every half an hour.

                                    So I registered the complaint with whirlpool and the person (Lalit Verma –Khanpur Area –M:-[protected] visited in my home almost next day saying that I can’t say anything after four days of suffering they didn't visited of their own so we called them back for complaint and they didn’t visited at their given time we called them back again they again gave us time and din't visited again so we gave them the call back and got another time again they din't visited(Almost more then 20 times).
                                    Everytime i am getting a response from customer care that your Door will be replaced today/ Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday/ evening and making fun of me at phone.

                                    When i insisted to talk to their supervisor they told me he is busy andthey hang on my phone each time but not got chance till 12 times s after that an executive of Delhi Sales Region Whirlpool Amit Das Gupta called ([protected]) and said it would be okay very soon.

                                    I got a number of Delhi Service centre([protected]/15) where Mr. kumar told me that Whirlpool part come every Tuesday eve so no response yet. But he has given me a no. of Whirlpool Br.[protected] of Manoj Pawar but nobody picked it up till now.

                                    I am requesting you to please help me out in this embarrassing situation and This was the first time i buyed the product of whirlpool nd i am sure that i am never going to buy ant product of whirlpool again and i will advise all my friends that they should never buy any whirlpool product.

                                    Whirlpool/ genius single door refrigerator — Service needed/ no response after many complaints.

                                    The Genius 185 ltr, single door Frige is out of order since 1st of Nov. Lodged verbal complaint to the dealer who has not suggested for written one.

                                    On 5th nov lodged complaint with the call centre & my complaint # is 2599.

                                    The Engineer did not call till now. On 9th Nov lodged reminder with the call center. Two hours passed no call till now.

                                    Hope this complaint attracts the attention of the Whirlpool India.

                                    By the way sms to WPL 58558 do not evoke response on both days. Causes money to us.

                                        Its very shocking that again we are facing cooling problem in fridge. Yesterday we complaint to KAY DEE ELECTRONICS (Mr. Anil [protected]) because we purchased the same from them.
                                        Today Again lodged a complain to Whirlpool vide your complaint No, GD[protected]. One engineer (Mr.Amit [protected]) visited to our home and after checking informed that again gas chocked/ leaked and two parts also defected. We fired on him because earlier he already visited to our home but never told that this is manufacturing defect. Its very shameful that your person rectified our fridge and filled gas on 22nd march and again within a month we faced same problem.

                                        We are unable to understand how WHIRLPOOL is giving services to their customers. Since the summer already started and now fridge is very important for any home. So arrange replacement immediately.

                                        We don’t want to suffer any more. Take the action very seriously and resolve our problem immediately

                                        Please note that we purchased one 230 ltr Whirlpool refrigerator from your dealer KAY DEE ELECTRONICS, NOIDA on 10th October’ 2010 vide their Inv. No. 4333004/06

                                        On 7th January’011 we lodged a complaint for not cooling (GB[protected]) Your person took the fridge to your service station on 11th January and after some days return to us. Your person told us that there was some manufacturing defect and now it has been rectified.

                                        From last 2-3 days again we felt same problem. Today again we made a complaint (GB[protected]).

                                        Your engineer visited to our home and told that there is some chocking/ leakage problem. Again your another engineer visited to us and told same problem. He suggested to fill the gas and arrange stabilizer. We asked him to fill the gas but he said its not possible today. We found one very attractive sticker on fridge that NO STABLIZER REQUIRED then why he suggested for stabilizer ?


                                        We never expected so poor quality WHIRLPOOL item and very poor customer services. Your prices are higher then other suppliers but we chose WHIRLPOOL so that after paying high charges we can feel comfortable and enjoy uninterrupted good product but very shocking for us that your company neither giving quality product nor giving prompt customer services.

                                        Within six months of purchase this is the second time when we made a complaint for your product. Now the summer season has been started. If you product gives us so much problem then why should we keep with us so defected item?

                                        We request you to look into the matter very seriously and do the needful immediately

                                        Otherwise replace the defected item immediately/
