I had purchased two whirlpool window AC along with required accesorries vide Invoice No 892 dated 26-04-10, amounting to Rs 45000/-(Rs Forty Five Thousand Only)from ACE TECHNOMARK, J-36/37, SEC-18, NOIDA. Out of two AC one had gone out of gear right from the date of its installation. On complaint it was also casually attended by the engineer of Whirlpool company against complaint No. 2942 made during first week of May 2010,but the defect could not be rectified till today. Again a complaint was lodged with above customer care centre of the above said Company on 19-04-11 bearing complaint No. GB[protected], but the Company failled to mitigate my complaint so far. I have approached telephonically near about 19 times to different persons of the aforementioned centre but of no avail. The modus operandi being adopted by aforementioned Company has caused hostile harrasement and does not fulfil the needs of the sacred customer, hence it needs appropriate legal course of action to safeguard the interest of the innocent customer at this stage.The H'onable Consumer Court may like to take suitable remedial action against the poor responses of the aforementioned Company and obliged.

We purchased Whirlpool AC 3 years ago.The AC started showing problems after 2years and in every 4 months it needs filling.The agents as usual say this is because Noida is not a good place and Noida has a lot of open drains.The whirlpool sells horrible products.The qulity of products is very bad and the servicing is the worst.The service engineer (number :[protected]) took 400 rupees for servicing and now not picking up calls.I tried his number atleast 10 times but no reply/Please stop selling your products in India if you cannot provide service .

    Whirlpool/Microwave — delivery not made so far

    Please refer to Booking ID No.[protected] dated 5th April2010. I was given phone calls on 1st and 2nd April and was provided with information on the products by e-mail and was asked to book an order for participating in a draw. I booked the Whirlpool microwave at Rs. 7095/= and was given the booking ID No.[protected] and customer care No.[protected].

    Can I know the delivery status? How long do I have to wait for the same? Pl confirm. I have made payment through credit card.

      Dear Concern,

      i am using whirl pool washing machine from last 2 years, on 8/3/11 my machine got repaired, iregistered the complained through customer care (SR no.CN[protected].

      After that one guy has came & collected Rs.450/- but he did not check my machine properly.

      then he told some part has to be change thet cost comes nearly Rs.4000/-, we agreed & asked them to complete, then he brought one part, when he got down from his bike that has been broken, then he returned.

      After one week he did not respond my phone, they closed my complained without completed,

      After that i registerd the complained on 16/3/11 (Sr No.CN[protected]) no body has come they closed my complained also.

      Again i registered the complained 25/3/11 (SR No.. CN[protected]) again they closed without any solution.

      It happend like this, finally i got Mr. Senthil, Manager (Chennai HO Ramapuram) mobile no .[protected] from my friend, he also not respond well, after several follow ups he given Mr. Sathish mobile no. [protected] he also did not respond, finally after several follow -ups he ready to give buy back offer, he asked me to submit the bill, i also handed over but no response from there, i was follwed him 7 days after that he given some buy back offer.

      He asked me to make the payment Rs.9000/- (DD No.772565 dated on 26/4/2011) in whirlpool india ltd. That also made, 7 days back they promised me to deliver the machine in 2-3 days,

      but they are not responding i speaked to mr. balamurugan (Service incharge HO chennai), he is not responding same.

      Then i speaked with Mr. Venkat & Mr. Sundar ( No.[protected]/ [protected] from delivery department,

      last 5 days i am following up with him morning he is picking the call & telling evening we will deliver, if i tried evening he is switched of his phone. Still i have not received my phone.

      This type of problems i am facing, why your people are not responding properly? why they are behaving like this? i am facing this problem last two months i given my money, but your people not responding well,

      If my friends & family ask me suggesstin about washing machine, how can i recommend your product.

      Please support me in this matter, i am eagerly waiting for your call.

      I am vaibhav pathak my mother has bought refrigerator from prakash electronic ballia in 2008,
      but from last year it is not working and she is alone in house after that also she had complaint near about 10 times to worlpool service and to the shop keeper but they are not taking any action,
      its a humble request please help it out.
      I am Using WhiteMagic 123 650P, Sr.No.:INF[protected], Model No.:11577 Last six month its giving problem, could you help on me this, Maximum Parts of this machine has been changed.
      I had purchase a whirlpool fully automatic washing machine in Oct.2010.After purchased a machine i had got so many different problems from machine.time to time i got problems & the enggn,keep on coming to rectify the problem. Last month on 23rd of May.2011,I was washing my clothes suddenly i got to hear a loudness inside the machine,I had lounged a complaint for the same in gurgaon cust.centre.Again a Engg.had came & checked the machine & found that some plastic plates having girraris got damaged & it needs to take to work shop for rectify the probs.After two days 2-3guys from aryan enterprises came to my home to pick washing machine for workshop.The whirlpool customer centre had asked me to get back the machine within 2 days.Now its almost a week got finished & i am stiil not getting my machine back.whenever i try to call to the contact no"s of aryan enterp.i got no response & from customer centre every time they told me that sir we make ur complaint on urgense base & u will get ur machine soon.

      Now i only suggest everyone not to buy whirlpool products as in term of performance & service its worst than any other brand.
      Problem with Repairs And service

      Sub: - Complaint against Whirlpool India Ltd.
      I purchased a refrigerator 250 L from Whirlpool Authorized dealer Behl Agencies (P) Ltd. Dehradun.On3rdmay2012 for Rs. 20000 . The same was paid to the Dealer vide cash dt 3rd May 2012.
      Sequence of events:-

      On Aug 19 2012 I lodged a complaint with the Whirlpool call centre no[protected] regarding my refrigerator. The problem was that the refrigerator was not working and there was no cooling in Freezer and the main cabinet. Due to this material in this going to destroyed.

      .Despite continuous reminders the refrigerator problem has been not solved by service engineer up to date 26/08/2012.I had contact them at least 8 times but company did not respond in any way. They
      Always gives me assurance very soon problem get be solved by Service Engineer.
      I have e-mail them about this problem but to my surprise Neither I have received any call from any senior nor did any Service Engineer visit my residence.
      I now totally dissatisfied with service

        NON-SERVICING OF REFRIGERATOR

        DATE OF PURCHASE: 21.09.07, MODEL No. 10869, Serial No. INA[protected].
        Service Request No. 8482 dt 16/03/11, Mr A. Dutta, an Engineer visited the residence on 16/03/11 and charged Rs.280/-. On 19/3/11, a mechanic visited to check the fridge. On 21/03/11, fridge was taken to the workshop for repair. On 24/3/11, fridge was returned without repairing. On 25/3/11, Mr Pradip informed that the fridge is not repairable due to internal leaking and need to pay 50 % of the charge for procuring new fridge.
        I was shocked and surprised that the refrigrator is still within the warranty period of 5 years. I suppose the Company is duping the customer in the name of 5 years warranty, when the refrigerator is not-repairable after three and half year.
        I am of the opinion that the Company and its service provider is trying to hoodwink the consumer as the five years warranty on COMPRESSOR is still valid and the COMPRESSOR is not functioning and it needs replacement.
        Since the refigerator is an essential during summer, it is my request to mend it at the utmost.

        Whirlpool India — Repairs of Refrigerator

        My whirlpool refrigerator has developed a defect for which i sought assistance of the company. Over 20 day my refrigerator is still not operational despite paying money in advance. Every day a new technician is sent , a new diaognsis and a new quote .
        I did not think that a brand like Whirlpool would have such a poor service in the capital. My efforts to get across the consumer service manager have been unsuccessful.

        I have lost trust in this brand and would advise all consumers not to buy a whirlpool product.
        i too have a huge complian abt my refregerator...they are frauds and they denied to replace my refregerator...rajesh and prashant in charge of pune service centre and fake people and are the root cause of my problem...they should be fired...I HATE WHIRPOOL...
        I too faced same problem with whirlpool refrigerator. I bought it last year and it is second time i went to customer care for replacing its compressor and facing harassment from whirlpool authorities in Punjab . I recommend all the whirlpool customers to leave this brand if really want to get some quality appliances. It is a Fraud...

          Re: 1.Rusting, blistering of door panel within a year of buying a Whirlpool refrigerator
          2. Longstanding and unresolved issues of malaligned door, faulty door switch and a broken fridge leg

          3. Extremely poor customer service from Kolkata branch

          I write to you in great distress. I am a resident of Kolkata, West Bengal.
          I had bought a Whirlpool 180 Genius New supreme refrigerator from a reputed dealer in Kolkata (‘Anandamela’ in Gariahat). Little did I know on that fateful day the consequences of this and the harassment that I would have to face in the months following my purchase.

          After I had made the full payment on 8.5.2010, the refrigerator was delivered to my home on 9.5.2010. The delivery-man (Monojit by name, if anybody could care!) during installation had noticed that the door of the refrigerator was in fact bent/malaligned and so was one of the feet. The fridge switch was malfunctioning.He said he would mention this to the relevant superior and requested me to meet the dealer and contact customer services. It may be prudent to mention that I was not routinely provided with a demonstration (which I presume should be the norm) and I wasn’t made aware that this event (of demonstration) has to be arranged by myself!

          I immediately visited the dealer and I was assured that the matter would be looked into and a further service-man would be sent. Since then, I have been running from pillar-to-post (including several visits to ‘Anandamela’ and the head-office in Camac Street) without any success. I shall mention a couple of official complaint references to you (KL[protected] and KL [protected] – quite a few months apart showing the duration of my suffering).

          During a recent visit to the Head-Office in Camac Street, I met Mr.Kalyan Bose (Head of the Kolkata division) and he very kindly arranged for a technician to visit my place. The gentleman (named Kanchan) visited my home to replace the faulty switch and the broken leg. However, when he inspected the refrigerator, there was severe rusting of the entire door and door frame along with significant ‘blistering’ signifying severe damage inside. I, hence, refused to let Kanchan to do the ‘cosmetic’ repairs that he came to do as this would not solve the root-cause of a bent-door and a ‘rusty’ fridge. Kanchan has, in fact, taken photographs of this to the head-office. It is important to mention that my refrigerator is within the annual warranty period, but, time is surely running out fast.

          There seems to be a couple of sticking points.
          1. My original complaint was a few months from the day I had bought the fridge. The reasons for this are two. Firstly, I had immediately informed the dealer (the day after the installation) and had thought that this would be solved by them and hence the wait. Work business is the other reason.
          2. I have been told by Mr.Kalyan Bose that the Company does not cover for ‘Rusting’ of the fridge, even during the warranty period. This seems to be completely inappropriate. How would you feel if your new fridge rusts within one year of purchase and you can’t do anything about it?

          May I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and help solve my problems. I am extremely sorry to bother you, but, I had no other options left. I have reached the end of my tether.

            I have fully automatic washing machine having Model Whitemagic 123 65 op, model no.11577, serial no.INF[protected],date of purchase is 20.09.2009.water not passing through the Fill Hose so fluently as passes earlier, although there is no problem in water supply.Special cycle option is also not working correctly.Tried several times at customer care number [protected],but except a long wait/hold no one attended the call.Instead of attending the call the customer care department compelled me to listen advertisement or appolised for putting me on hold.

              Hi,

              My name is Amrit Pal Singh. I am a victim of poor service offered by whirlpool India and their faulty products. I bought a Whirlpool 310 Liter fridge 3 years back. For last one and a half year, I have been lodging call with their Customer Service team for the 2 issues - Less Cooling and Door Alarm. I have had 4 engineers visit my house after making a lot of noise and they didn't fix my issue or they provided a temporary fix due to which the issue happened again.

              The recent case is even frustrating. I called Whirlpool Customer service on 05/04/2011 and registered a complaint with the Complaint # BG[protected] for the above mentioned issues. The engineer came on 09/04/2011 and opened the above refrigerator panel and put some warm water and said that there was something stuck due to which the cooling was not happening and as he cleaned it now, the issue is fixed. He fiddled with some switch at the back and the Alarm went off. He said that both the issues are resolved. I said that I would like to wait for some time to see that the issue is resolved but he gave me his number and asked me to call him if the issue happens again. He insisted on me to give the Customer Sat Code to him and closed the call with in 5 mins. Now the alarm issue surfaced again after 30 mins and I though of living with it. But the cooling issue started happening again in 2 days. I started chasing the guy from 13/04/2011 and he kept saying he will come today, then he said he will come tomorrow and in that it was 21/04/2011. I thought its high time now and called customer service on 22/04/2011 and registered another case for the same issues with the case number # BG[protected]. They said that they will send an engineer to check it. I was waiting and nothing happened till 28/04/2011. On 28 April, when I called the customer service, they told me that the engineer is waiting for parts. I asked him what part and they told me some switch. That switch is for the Alarm issue. I told them that the switch which he is waiting for is for the Alarm issue and not for the cooling problem. I also told them that if the cooling issue is fixed, I can live with the alarm issue. They told me that they will send a senior engineer by the end of the day. When the engineer didn't turn up, I called them again to get a promise that I will get an engineer by end of day 30th April. I didn't an engineer again. I called again on Sunday morning to know that they can do nothing as its Sunday but they will raise an escalation and a supervisor will call me first thing in the Morning which didn't happen. I called them again at 1:25 PM on 02/05/2011 and was told that I will get a callback from supervisor as soon as I put the phone down. I waited till 2:15PM and no one called me back. After that I started calling them and who ever picked the call was disconnecting it. They I called from office land line and was promised a callback from Supervisor after checking in 30 minutes.

              So, the current situation is, my fridge is not working for last 10 days as there is no cooling in fridge. No one has come to visit and check the issue. And the things in fridge have rotten out. I have lost faith and do not know how many times should I call Whirlpool for the same issue. I have already decided not to buy any Whirlpool products although I have a fridge and Water RO system from Whirlpool.

              I just wanted to see if I can get some help in this forum as I am dead tired of chasing Whirlpool and have to look for alternate ways of handling it.

              I am your customer since last 10 years and I have every home appliance from washing machine, microwave to freeze and Split AC. I really feel pride while using these home appliances. But I regret to inform that the service level of Whirlpool at Jabalpur, MP is pathetic. Recently I have been transferred to Jabalpur from Rajkot, Gujarat and l regret to say that the service centre here is not up to the mark. Let me quote the problem faced by me. Consequent of my transfer my Split AC was brought to my new location through transport Agarwal Packer. During transportation the back coil of outdoor unit got leaked. Accordingly the service centre M/s Swapna Marketing was called up for repair. They rectified the coil and I dont know how well they worked on it. The Very Next Day the coil got once again leaked. It was once again serviced but to my dismay it got leaked for the second time and the whole cooling gas just escaped. I repeatedly followed up with the servicing center but no positive feedback came from their side. It was after two day one engineer Mr. Vivek Jain came and after inspection told us that this outdoor unit cant be rectified. Till today ( after 7 days) my problem is unattended. I have even discussed the matter with Manager Mohit Roghuvanshi but with no result. These consequences have resulted me to zot down the things to you. Whrilpool is a very good and reputed company but I feel its service providers are letting the image of the brand down. Please help.

                My self N.Venkatesham had purchase a Washing Machine from Big Bazaar at Abids on 02/04/2011 Bill # T52/3072. We have received the product on 09/04/2011 and which was delivered was a demo pieace. We have asked for the repalcement. The repalcement has taken after 1 weeks on 21/04/2011.

                Then the company person has came to present the demo for the product. The person was trying to start the machine and the machine was not spining. The person try to repair we have stoped him and requested him not to repair and asked for the new pice.

                The person who have given the demo has taken the bill copy for replacement hence we are following up with the number were given by him. However only one number was working and still they are misguiding us. Other two are switch off.

                it has been a month now and we are unable to use the product , neither it was replaced.

                  Sir, I had purchased double door fridge of whirlpool make WLPL REF M MIND 30 ELT STEEL (Model No 10728) in year 2007. Since than I am facing lot of problems in the fridge. Initially the fride went off in the year 2009 exactly . The engineer visited and replaced the part connected to compressor. I had paid Rs.1445/- excl. visiting charges.
                  After 1 years four months again the problem persist. On my request, the engineer visited on 1st May 2011 and detacted another part costing Rs.2400/- required to be replaced. The reasons cited is eratic power supply. It is very suprised that fridge of a renowned company like whirlpool is manufacturing a low quaility materials for which the customers are suffering by paying illegal service charges and cost of parts. Earlier to that I purchased the fridge of Kelvinator some 20 years back , the same is still working on date without any problem. I am totally disappointed with the whirlpool. Basically the company is looting customers by supplying hopless products which are not up to the mark. I request you to kindly put pressure on whirlpool through your forum and arrange good service with nominal charges. THANKS

                  Whirlpool Fridge — fridge maintaince charges in 10 yrs equal to the cost of fridge

                  Dear Sir,
                  I am a regular customers of yours.
                  I purchased Fridge, Ac, Washing Machine 4 yrs back. Every thing is working fine except fridge. In 2nd year only some part got replaced for which I paid Rs1000 as some charges. Now compressor is gone and needs to be replaced for which I complained 4 days back and I was told to pay rs1500 as service etc charges and still nobody turned up to do the job.
                  It is under warranty and I have all bills.
                  If every two year I had to pay for my fridge I would have gone for other brand which is economical. If it is like that then I may end up paying amount equal to one fridge in 10 years then why go for whirlpool.
                  I hope you will understand me as a customer and do the needful at the earliest.

                  I purchased a Whirlpool fridge in the year 2005. Within 5 yrs the compresser started giving troule.
                  I got my compresser changed in Mar '09 and within 3 months thde gas started leaking again.
                  I have lodged a complain on 25/6/09 complaint no.HR [protected] and am still waiting for the technician to come and rectify the fridge. What kind of service are they providing, is this what is giving 100% customer satisfaction.

                  Whirlpool Fridge — No Technician in Whirlpool,Poor Service

                  We are not satisfied for your service past 27th Oct 2009. I have Whirlpool Fridge. This fridge under Home Care Plan from 3rd May 2008 to 2nd May 2010. My fridge was not working (low cooling) on
                  27th Oct 2009.

                  I am registering the complaint on Whirlpool call centre complaint No. 55226 dt. 27th Oct 2009.

                  Technician has come on 30th Oct 2009 he don’t understand the problem and not rectified.
                  He told come on next week and solve the problem. Till 3rd Nov 2009 no persons not come.

                  Again contact whirlpool call centre at 3rd Nov 2009, she told your complaint has been closed and
                  re-register compliant and given the new number. My new complaint No.4217 dt. 3rd Nov 2009.

                  Technician has come on 10th Nov 2009. He is note done repair work, he find the problem.
                  He is told, gas line blocked, I send technical person within 4 days, he had solved the problem.
                  Till 16th Nov 2009 no persons not come.

                  Again contact call centre at 16th Nov 2009. He re-register. My new complaint No.26970
                  dt. 16th Nov 2009.

                  Technician has come on 23rd Nov 2009. He is note done repair work, he again find the problem.
                  He is told, refrigeration gas is leak, I send technical person within 2 days, he had refill gas. Till today
                  no persons not come.

                  I contact call centre at 25th Nov 2009. He told re-register due to gas filling. My new complaint No.43577 dt. 25th Nov 2009.

                  Today whirlpool call center Mr.Raju and Mr.Palani is disconnect my calls.

                  From 27th Oct 09 to till date I contact on your call centre and mail to [protected]@whirlpool.com, no response on both side.
                  Poor Service

                  FRIDGE — Not cooling

                  Fridge not working. Reprentative o[censored]nited home care[protected] visited but after that no body came again to attend the problem. I am following daily basis but it has passed more than 15 days. I think I am culprit why I have purchased the GODREJ fridge who does not care for customer.

We paid Rs30,000/ for this damn firdge and just as it turned a year old all the problems started. in a months time we got it checked 4 times and even replaced apart which cost us Rs 4000/ But, still the problem is not solved. so much of our food is gone in the dustbin casue it doesnt cool at all......

                  to be very honest this is the worst product I hve ever invested in our entire life.... Infact i am spreading the word to all my known people not do this mistake wht i hve done please dont dont buy this brand name stuff.

                  Whirlpool — non cooling of the fridge

                  we brought a fridge worth rs 28,000.00 model ff 400 elite model from the company on the 11th of aug 2008 with the extende amc of rs 4,000.00 every thing was fine till march 2010 then the problems started and we made complaints regarding the non colling of the same technicals came and the problem was sorted out then again after three days same thing happened again they came and said that there is a leakeage problem again they filled the gas and said everything will be fine from now onwards but again the very next day same problem started. we were told that something is wrong with the compressor so the took our fridge to the workshop and returned it after 5 days saying everthing is now normal then after 5 days the fridge was iin its previous condition i,e non-cooling again after some days people came and took the same for repair to the work shopand lastly they changed the compressor and the fridge worked for 6 months .now again from april the same problem is what we are facing in the hot that there is no cooling in the fridge now after repeated complints the technicals are coming filling the gas but nothing is effecting the box mnow my major cincern is that the metal box is of no use to me it is only occuping the space in my house and consuming electricity

                  I have made an AMC of Rs 2539 from Serco BPO Pvt Ltd from your service partner, recv no C 12239 dated 2/9/2010 for my refrigerator for 2 years ie upto 2013 in the mean time i got my fridge repaired and paid Rs 2643 which am not suppose to pay as the person told me that he wont accept the AMC....i have called your customer care number of times but there was no action taken...i need my payment to be refunded and plz make a note of it for future and expecting a better service from your side ....i am leaving my contact details below

                    I bought a PROFESSIONAL SPORT 7KG washing machine of WHIRLPOOL about 1yr 6months ago.It stopped working and I complained to call-centre of the company and a person came to repair and found some part defective,and told us that since the machine is within warranty,they will supply the part.After 2 weeks, when we kept on calling them, they told us that the part is not available in Kolkata,and they need one week time to get it from their head office,Gurgaon.After 1 week ,we, after calling them a number of times,they informed us that the particular part is not available even in the head office.They offered us that ,if we pay 15% price of a new washing machine ,they will give us a new.I paid them 15% as DD in the name of the company.Again they told us to fax the original bill, which I faxed them immediately.Almost a month has passed,still they have not given us the washing machine.If we call them , the kolkata office staff( AMIT DAS and AMIT GHOSH) tell us one week more.We are really frustrated and drained.Do the company has any right to harrass customers like this?

                      Never Ever Take An AMC From Whirlpool.
                      I had purchased a Whirlpool Air Conditioner Serial Number:[protected], on 25 May 2007.

                      On 13 Jun 2007, I took a 4 year AMC for the Air Conditioner from Whirlpool, with validity Upto 25 May 2012. The reference number of the AMC is HG 07 007218.

                      Yesterday, when I switched on the AC for the first time this summer season, I heard a loud whirring sound.

                      Today ie. On 01 May 2011, I rang up the Whirlpool customer call centre at New Delhi and registered a complaint. The SR number allotted to me was DL[protected].

                      Two service Engineers came to my residence and examined the Air Conditioner and told me that the fan blade was broken and since it was a plastic part, it was not covered under warranty. They told me that the fan would have to be replaced and this will cost me Rs.1550/=.

                      I find this shocking, since the fan is an Electrical part and not a plastic part.

                      I can understand Whirlpools logic in case only the plastic fan blade is to be replaced. But since the fan itself is to be replaced, it is to be treated as an electrical replacement and should be covered under AMC.

                      Replacing an electrical part for a defective plastic part defies logic.

                      Further, I had asked the service engineers to give me a work order or any document which clearly gives out the nature of fault, repairs required etc. which they refused to give. This is surprising, since it is normal procedure that the Whirlpool rep who comes to visit should have a document signed from me clearly giving out what work has been done by him.
                      Further, when i checked from the electrical shop, i was told that fan replacement with a genuine fan will cost Rs 650/=. Then why is whirlpool charging 1550/=.
                      I am shocked that a reputed firm like Whirlpool can take its customers for a ride by interpreting the AMC terms conveniently.

                      Whirlpool — Whirlpool Air Conditioner

                      Sir,

                      I have purchased a Whirlpool AC on 1st June 2009 and since then this AC has hardly worked for 10 days. The dealer who supplied and the service centre are too casual in their approach of this faulty unit. The whole month I have just been busy logging complaints for the unit and thereafter taking leaves from my job to get the same repaired. Within a month of purchase this unit is down the third time and each time it takes 5-6 days for the same to get repaired and working.

                      Please suggest me how to get out of this painful experience.

                      I have taken AMC on 2 of my Whirlpool ACs and they still charge some amount to do any repair. Also they want a photocopy of the AMC document every time and if you do not show it to them then they charge money! Cost of repair is also 3-4 times the market price.
                      I agree with you that taking AMC from Whirlpool is a mistake.

                        I own a Whirlpool whitemagic H65 stainwash top load washing machine, purchased in January 2009. At the same time we had purchased 5 years AMC plan for this washing machine from Whirlpool. Lately machine was giving some problems and I logged a complaint with Whirlpool customer care for the same on 22nd April. There engineer came and suggested I'd need to send the machine to there workshop for fixes.
                        I requested them to arrange for a pickup over the weekend as I am a working woman and am not at home on weekdays during day time. 23rd April and 24th April I spent whole day at home speaking to the engineer and worskdhop office. They kept promise to reach my house in next 2 hours but no one came.
                        Then I got a call on Monday saying they have come to pick up the machine and I should let them take it. I informed that I am at work and they'll need to come to my house over the weekend, they took it casually and asked if I am sure that nobody is home.
                        I got another call from them on Thursday to ask if they can pick up my machine. I asked them to do so on Saturday and if possible in morning time. They promised to do so between 10am-12noon. I've been waiting and speaking to them since morning where I am promised they'll pick up the machine in next 2 hours and nobody has come yet.
                        And in my last call with customre care center, I was informed that in their records it has been mentioned that machine has already been picked. Call center people are not letting me speak to their seniors. They are not providing me information to their greivance cell.
                        This is a very helpless kind situation. My complaint number is - GB[protected].

                          Whirlpool Fusion Refrigerator — Delay in installation

                          we had bought a refrigirator from the dealer on 9th May 2009 and even aftre 2 weeks he is not ready to come home for installation. After calling for several times he said you can open the seal and install it on your own but we refused since if there is a manufacturing defect he might balme us later saying that it was damaged during our handling.

                          WHIRLPOOL FUSION REFRIGERATOR — Very bad customer service

                          I had purchased a fusion refridgerator in december 2008. and last month the thermostat got burnt. Now the entire fridge is in direct cool mode, means put a glass of water anywhere inside the fridge and you are gauranteed for a glass of solid ice in 2 hours.

                          I has already raised a complaint with the service center. Here is what is amusing to me

                          a. The technician never visits my house
                          b. Check after 1 week the customer service says that the technician has given a recommendation to replace the entire equipment.(probably the technician has some telepathic powers) Good to hire lot of such people in customer service.
                          c. Then the complain remain in the same state for now 4 weeks with no action.

                          This is a gross misleading of the customer service (home care). There should be some turnaround times attached the the complaints.

                          Whirlpool Fusion Refrigerator — Cracks in the inner plastic body within two years

                          I purchased a refrigerator of whirlpool Fusion 310 Ltr. on 6/5/2008. I know that all the companies are giving one year warranty for the refrigeration. My warranty has expired but still i want to bring to notice that whirlpool is purchasing low quality plastic for there refrigeration products as my refrigerator has received several cracks within two years of my purchase.

                              Whirlpool — Water Leak problem

                              I have brought a whirlpool professional, as a valentine gift to my wife. After using it for a week, it started leaking ( almost 2 glass water ).I have given complaint to the whirpool customer care and I have been following for more than 15 days. Till now 3 persons have visted my house with no retification.The thing I observed is they look like sales guys and I did not see any certified techinician there, which I belive is a 420. I have been begging to repair or replace, but not getting any response.

                              The customer care says that the fridge is under observation, but not sure who is observing as none has visted my site after the techinican removed the parts and left for the day.

                              As a customer I need help. Please suggest me for the things to do and also guide me to the right channel.I want to make sure that no other person should be affected.
                              Forgot to mention that it is a brand new, purchased 15 days back and the model is Professional 410L DLX

                                I am having a very bad experience with the quality of service by Whirlpool. I purchased a refrigerator in the year 2006. But the cooling was ineffective. After making a call to the Customer Care, they sent a technician and he reported the problem as Gas Leak and that gas will have to be refilled. After 5 days a mobile van came in and he did his own investigation and mentioned that the Freezer needs to be replaced as it is leaking. It has been 5 days since and he has not turned up with the part. Yesterday he called mentioning that he will bring the part today and fix it. I took leave from office and he didn't turn up. Nor is he picking up the phone. I called the office and now they are saying the part didn't arrive.
                                The whole experience makes you wonder if this is really a global brand. I guess a small mom and pop shop at your backyard provides a better service than these giants.

                                  I had bought whrilpool refrigrators in 2004. Till 02 years it was OK. However latter the plastic cap of door at basement got broken. Am searching this part from past 02 years am not getting the same. Every time company person says that this is now outdated & company does not manufacter it. This problem with Whirlpool parts, else its availbale in every other electronic company. I recommend not to purchase any whirlpool products, Since they are use & through units & does not get repaired if damaged

                                      Spare Parts not provided or repaired since last five months after many complaints. I have bought a washing machine six months back. After one month of its buying the lint filter got broken. After many complaints the customer service center(Bangalore) is replying that the product is new so the spare parts are not manufactured. Even after six months of the product delivered, why cant they manufacture those spare parts which is required for that particular product? My washing machine is not yet crossed the warranty period. Is the company waiting for the warranty period to be over? so that they can charge for their services and also for any other defect which may arise due to the present problem. This year they are celebrating their 100th year. Is this the service they are providing for the last 100 years?

                                        It is now 3 months, I have been following up with the customer care dept. Have wrote email to concerns persons as per the information available on website.

                                        I just can't bare the pain of this any more. Would seek your support get the equipment replace or money refund. It was an ultimate of poor customer service.
                                        In last three have not found any body to take any effort to resolve the issue.

                                        With all my believe & faith, I pen my complaint to consumer forum.
                                        Hope will get a peaceful life soon.

                                        Whirlpool — Defective New product supplied

                                        Dear Sir
                                        I had purchased a 250 liter 26 Dx Whirlpool M M refrigerator ( Carbon Garden Color ) from Khosla Electronics P Ltd, Behala Branch , Calcutta on 08-10-10 vide its Cash Memo No 7290 dt 08-10-10. This machine was sold to us by Mr Bappa Chowdhary , Asst Manager of Khosla Group. The refrigerator was delivered to us on 10-10-10 at 4.00 PM . It was put in to operation by the trained mechanic from Khosla Electronics. And we were certain that the machine is NOT WORKING as there was NO COOLING even after half an hour of operation in the presence of the trained mechanic. We talked to Mr Chowdhary that the machine supplied to us is defective as it is not even giving cool air inside the refrigerator. We were told that the machine will take at least 2 hours to start working ( cooling ). The mechanic left our house and we were asked to report after 2 hours. THERE WAS NO COOLING EVEN AFTER TWO HOURS. We reported to Mr B Chowdhary that the machine has still not started to give even the cool air what to say about making the ice. Mr Chowdhary assured us that he would send us a brand new refrigerator next day[protected] and take back the defective machine. We thanked him for his help.
                                        On 11-10-10, Mr Sardendu S E from Whirlpool visited our place for the looking into our complaint. We told him that we have not made any complaint. He inspected the refrigerator & CERTIFIED that the machine SYSTEM IS CHOKED & it is a defective machine & would be replaced. Although we have not made any complaint but he gave us the SERVICE REQUEST No 5084 dt 11-10-10 with machine descriptions 11697 / INA/o 3400716. We contacted Mr Chowdhary who assured us that our new refrigerator is on the way & the visit by S E was a routine procedure as a feedback to Whirlpool.
                                        WE DID NOT GET THE NEW REFERIGERATOR ON 11th Oct. On 12th Oct our repeated attempts to contact Mr Chowdhary on his cell No [protected] failed as he never answered our repeated phone calls. We tried to contact him on shop land line nos & every time we were told he is busy & he would call back. Than in the evening we requested the operator for the contact no of some responsible official who can guide us. We were asked to contact Mr Sandeep on his Cell No [protected]. Mr Sandeep was very nice & assured us all help & promised the new refrigerator would be sent to us on 13th at 3 PM. We DID NOT GET THE NEW MACHINE ON 13th Oct and all OUR ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT Mr Chowdhary & Mr Sandeep on both the cell & landline FAILED AS BOTH DID NOT ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS. Getting no response from Khosla , I thought of getting help from Whirlpool.
                                        On 14th I contacted Mr Sardendu of Whirlpool for guidance. He told me that he has given his recommendation report for replacement of defective refrigerator to his boss & I was told to contact Mr Sinha of Whirlpool on his Cell No [protected]. Mr Sinha admitted that he has received the report of the S R No 5084 & it takes minimum SEVEN WORKING DAYS for delivery to be made & I was asked to contact Mr Amit Kr Das on his Cell no [protected] for further guidance. I have not been lucky to talk to Mr Das so far as his phone is always busy.
                                        Than THERE WERE PUJA HOLIDAYS & BOTH KHOSLA & WHIRLPOOL WERE CLOSED
                                        On Monday , 18th Oct I could contact Mr Chowdhary on landline. He informed me since the BLACK COLOR REFERIGERTOR WAS OUT OF STOCK so they could not send me a new machine & he OFFERED ME TO TAKE a WHITE REFERIGERTOR. We ACCEPTED THE OFFER & ASKED HIM TO SEND THE WHITE ONE as offered by him. He promised to supply the White Machine on 18th Oct. This refrigerator was also not sent to us on Monday. Mr Chowdhary has NOT ANSWERED OUR TELEPHONE CALLS AFTER THAT. On Tuesday 19th Oct we were lucky to get Mr Sandeep on his Mobil & he asked us as to why the machine sent by him has not reached us. He promised to look into the matter immediately & call us back. After that BOTH Mr Sandeep & Chowdhary have switched their cells & are not attending our calls made on Khosla landline nos.
                                        Sir, under the circumstances I seek your guidance in proceeding further in the matter :-
                                        1. Please treat this letter as police complaint for cheating & harassment by Khosla Electronics
                                        2. Please treat this letter as Complaint under the Consumer Protection Rights for cheating , harassment & mental torture by both Khosla Electronics & Whirlpool
                                        I am sending the Xerox copies of all the documents by post for your record.
                                        Kindly take immediate action

                                        Whirlpool — No supply

                                        I purchased Whirlphool fullyautomatic washing machine on[protected] from SOWNDARYA DIGITA MALL - GAJUWAKA , VISAKHAPATNAM. mODEL NO. is WPL 11580.
                                        Complaint is Power not coming to the machine.
                                        I lanch complaint to Customer care on[protected] same day Service Engineer attended the complaint he told PCB to be replaced it takes 2 days . Today 16th from 14th onwards daily I am contacting to Customer care every call they received and attend today. This is repeated story from whirlphool cc. Washine machine is essential in everyday life. I feel that very poor service .
