My Whirlpool fridge was have defrosting problem. On 8th March 2011, upon my telephone call, the service engineer from Whirlpool visited my house and checked my Rregrigerator (FF450). He informed me that Module etc. was not functioning and need to be repaired at a cost of Rs.4225.00. He further informed that the repair work will be done at the workshop. We are making this complain out of frustration.

We have registered service request numbers (04320 & 04324 - dt 8th Mar 2011) for our 2x ACs where in the engineer (Mr. Vasu) visited us at 4:30 PM on 8th even when instructed and personally explained that we would be going out at 5:00 PM. He did not do a thing and promised me to come back the next day.
