As committed to me by Whirlpool advisor, someone was supposed to visit my place this morning for replacement of parts but till now I have neither received any call regarding the same, if the replacement parts are available or when they would be available.

I’m not sure how many times the commitment/promises made to customers are broken by Whirlpool customer Service and still management don’t care about these escalations/complaints.

Hi,

I had purchased wachine machine and refrigerator in Nov,2009 but after 6 months the washing machine started giving problems. For the past two months the machine is making all sort of noises, i had complained twice in the last fortnight but both of my complaints were closed WITHOUT an engineer visiting me. I'm not sure how customer complaints are handled and seen by management. This is one of the poorest ever service provided to me by Whirlpool, totally disappointed.

Whirlpool, Customer Service — Disappointing

Hi Team,

This incident has gone on to the extent that I have created a new ID so that I can write this here.

On 18th June a logged the complaint about my inverter not working and to my surprise the same day I got the message telling me the name of the engineer who will visit me and I was also impressed with the system of satisfaction code. This quick response and satisfaction code system gave me high hopes but were punctured slowly. Till 21st no one visited us and I called there customer service centres 2 time daily for these days but they could hardly help and were rude as well. on 21st I called the head office number from there website and spoke the care manager for Haryana region. She assured me that someone will visit today and that really happened. An engineer visited our place and checked the inverter. He told us a part has to be replaced and will come from Faridabad which will take 2-3 days.

I waited for 3 days and called him on Sunday, he informed me that it will come on tuesday coz thats when the stuff comes from faridabad. I called the engineer on Tuesday, He did not pick my call and on second attempt someone else picked it telling me that he is in a meeting. He again told me that it has not come and will take 3-4 more days. The next moment I called the head office and tried speaking to care manager again, the awesome part is that the care manager was on leave and no one else knows how to deal with Haryana clients, I am surprised that in a company like whirlpool, there are no backups. Anyways, some other region's care manager took my call and promised to call in an hour. Obviously no one called and I had to call back, he had no answers and it took me at least 20 minutes to get to the same person, he told me he can nnot do anything and I will have to wait for the Haryana care manager to come back (thank god she was on leave for only a day, if it was more or if she had left the Job, i had no option but to buy a new inverter).

The next day when I am trying to call the head office number, my call reaches some IVR and gets disconnected, I have no idea how to proceed from here and what to do.

I hope someone can help me with the issue as I have 2 year old kid who is finding it really difficult to live in this heat without power backup.

I am totally disappointed from companies behavior and I get face too much problem because dr. advised. me not to wash even a single handkerchief by hand.
totally disappointed and think why i bought whirlpools product ( get mentally and physically tortured by company)
I purchases a fully automatic washing machine on 14th October 2012. On 14th November I called the customer care guys and registered a complaint (438 For SR number HR[protected]) regarding the problem with the inlet pipe. My complaint was addressed on 15th evening but the service engineer (Shyamvir Singh) was unable to fix the same and told us that he will come next day with the spare part and will fix the issue. No one turned up on 16th and I called customer case on 17th to understand the status of my complaint.

I reiterated my complaint and I was assured that the same engineer (Shyamvir Singh) will come and attend your complaint on 17th. I took engineer’s number and gave him a call and asked him what time will he come and why we were not informed about you not coming on 16th, as per your commitment. To which he replied very rudely that “I was busy somewhere else and I will not come and attend your complaint. Do whatever you can and complaint wherever you want”.

I was zapped to her such kind of answer from a company’s representative. After which I spoke to Nisha (customer service manager) and she promised me that the issue with the machine will be fixed by 17th evening. And she will also arrange a con call with Shyamvir’s superior to understand why he spoke me in such a manner.

We are sitting on 20th and still no one came to my house to get the issue resolved, neither I got a call from Nisha. Ultimately I got the issue resolved locally.

I am very much disappointed with the kind of service and staff’s attitude.

I am escalating this issue to your level and expect a satisfactory action towards the same.

    THIS IS TO WRITE WITH UTTER DISSATISFACTION WITH REGARDS TO WHIRLPOOL COY'S ELECTRONIC APPLIANCES AND PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.
    A YEAR BACK I VE PURCHASED A WATER PURIFIER(MODEL NO P 5200RS) OF WHIRLPOOL WHICH HAS STARTED SHOWING SIGNS OF BREAKING DOWN EVERY NOW AND THAN.
    WORST IS THEIR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE WHICH ARE MORE BOTHERED ABOUT SELLING THIER PRODUCTS WITH ALL HOLLOW PROMISES BUT FORGET THEREAFTER.
    I VE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE FOR RECTIFYING PROBLEM IN WATER PURIFIER. EITHER NO ONE TURNS UP IN TIME, OR IF ANY SERVICE ENGINEER CUMS IS NOT WELL QUALIFIED TO TAKE UP THE PROBLEM.
    IN LAST SERVICING AFTER LOT OF CALLS SERVICE ENGR WHO CAME CHANGED ALL THE FILTERS WHICH WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO CHANGE (NOT DUE FOR CHANGE) N UNNECESSARILY CHARGED US FOR THE SAME.
    WE HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH WHIRLPOOL COY. I WOULD RATE IT THE WORST IN SERVICE PROVIDING WITH NOT SO APEALING PRODUCTS. I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IF SOME ONE CAN HELP ME FIX THEM SO THAT THEY DONT DO IT WITH REST

The fact has since been communicated to the company thru their proper channels, though they responded but have not provided the same till date. which,however,indicates their casual attitude towards after sales service.

        Dear Sir,

        We had purchased whirlpool washing machine FS 65 Serial No. INB[protected] model 7234,from star trek electronics, nehru-nagar, satellite, ahmedabad in 2007. It was supplied with defective suspenders (jumpers) which protects drum from jumping during wash cycle. due to less use we came to know after 1 yr that our machine was jumping terribly during spin cycle, so we had to call Whirlpool support so they forwarded our call to Max Info Services in Ahmedabad.

        Engineer came after calling 10 times for 5 days and asked us to pay 1500 Rs for one set of suspenders, where as our suspenders only required Rs.50 worth plastic part. Having no other option we paid but while repairing the machine he damaged the main bearing in the bottom.

        Which we came to know after two days. We called the Max Info Services they did not help and asked us to pay Rs.3500 for same. Max Info Services staff was very rude in all this. Since we did not used machine much we let it remain like that till now.

        But few days ago when we tried to use it suddenly some circuit on top control panel burnt & fuse was tripped. We called the support again they forwarded the call to same lousy Max Info Services people. Mr.Gautam (Engieer of MIS) came after so many time calling , took Rs.285 to diagnose the problem and charged another Rs.3500.

        With our earlier bad experience with the Max Info Services engineers we asked this engineer (mr.Gautam) to first install the part and we shall pay the money via post dated check to ensure the proper part & services and again the circuit board which he replaced with damaged original part with refurbished duplicate one which he was insisting as original one which has faulty wash cycle time. We had made a condition that if there is problem with part then we shall do the stop payment of the check and he must take his parts back and return us the check. Which upon calling Mr.Gautam or Max Info Services has not done yet.

        So having no other option with us we had made a stop payment request for the same check with our bank. Hence we are emailing to you for your information on the same matter.We feel that in All whirlpool services are a joke and non-reliable. We shall advise every one never to buy Whirlpool product also We feel that Max Info Services are cheaters and they are fraud.

        We feel that we are now Victim of Whirlpool poor services & Max Info Services.

          Hi,

          we purchased a whirlpool 220L MM 23 VX on 15fh june 2010.

          it has not worked since. There hasn't been any cooling at all.

          we have repeatedly called the call center and registered complaints.

          The service men refused to visit us before 10 in the morning and 6 in the evening.

          After a million calls, we managed to get them to visit us . After three visits, they came to the conclusion that the compressor hasnt been working and that it was a manufacturing defect.

          After this, the fridge is still non functional and they haven't come to replace the compressor.

          I sincerely advise users not to buy whirlpool products considering their really bad service

            I had purchased a whirl pool washing machine from next showroom,thripunithura and from the very first day there are lot of complaints.Each and every time they done adjustment works and now it is leaking. I had make complaint on 7th jan but till now no action from service centre. They are giving poor service. It is my request that nobody should buy whirlpool products.

            I have purchased a whirlpool washing machine two years back although it worked better but since 05 sep 12, it started leaking while washing the clothe and now it is doesn't stop single drop of water in it.               I had purchased whirlpool washing machine white magic 650D on 23.09.09. I had reveived washing machine from show room in demaged condition, that time immedetely i mailed to your office and they are replaced in new machine at the moment & your serivce persons told "we have extanded the warrenty period for 1 Year (i.e) 2+1=3 years".

              From the date of purchase of your washing machine . I had received lot of the problems atleast 10 to 15 times . when i approach the your service center immedietely thery are rectify that problem then a few days again new problems are arising.

              I really upset due this cause, mostly i using whirlpool products. But this time i am very disappointment for the purchase above related washing machine. So kindly replase the washing machine with new washing machine otherwise i want extra warranty.

                Hi,

                I have been using Whirlpool Appliances for over 5 years now (WhiteMagic Fridge and Semi-Automatic washing machine). On the pretext of best of after sales services I was sold the AMC for both the appliances. Till recently the fridge was working fine and sometime during late summers I was informed that the Freezer compartments has some damaged part and needs to be replaced. Since summers isn't the best of time to get it replaced as storing food items would be a problem, I was told to wait till winters. Yesterday, I called up the engineer who had suggested how the whole thing would be done, I was told to log a complaint with customer care who refused to accommodate my request instead asking me to cough up another Rs 700/- for the change.

                With sheer frustration I'm writing this. I would like to inform that with such fraudulent and dubious commitments you make to the customer while selling AMC and without any solution provided I'll be forced to register a complaint with consumer forum. In case you can't repair the fridge you are requested to give me a complete refund of the AMC amount I have paid.

                I have had as many as 2-3 AMC's renewed and don't expect such pathetic response and service.

                I have sent as many as 5 reminders and no one has bothered to rectify the problem. Rather than solving the problem and ensuring that I get services for which I have paid we are being deprived of services.

                Whirlpool Refrigerator — freezer problem

                sir i have a whirlpool refrigerator double door 2 yeras old but freezer does not produse ice but the cooling is good so what to do kindly look into my cvomplain

                  A complaint was registered with Agarwal Refrigeration & Electronics, the whirlpool authorised service centre at 28, Chand Bihari Nagar, Khatipura Road, Jaipur on 21 Dec . The Engineer who attended the complaint could not identify the fault and asked for the refrigerator to be sent to the workshop which was done. The same was then delivered back with the compressor changed vide Job sheet No-4051 dt- 24 Dec 10 & a payment of Rs 4,650/- was charged. On installation at home the refrigerator was not cooling . The complaint was again made. The service Engineer again visited and advised me to buy a stabliser for Rs 1950/- . Still when it did not cool it was again taken to the service centre & kept for about five days. On its return the fault still persisted. After all kinds of experimentation by the service engineer he then called a second engineer , after which a condenser was changed. It is 18 Dec 11 today. The service Engineers have no clue whatsoever.Though the ice is forming in the freezer the lower compartments are just not cooling.On my interaction with the engineers they seem to be lacking the expertise & just want an excuse to shift the machine to the workshop.I have my doubts if they even have replaced a new original compressor for which I have been charged.I had also gone to the company site and sent a mail ,but there is just no response. Can the company show some efficiency & respond.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,



                    We purchased one Whirlpool RO water purifier Model Code 11779, Model No. P03DRS IN700082, Serial No. 10302DK[protected] KRA[protected] on 1st April 2010 through Thermoking, Central market, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi invoice no 760/54886 and installed on 2nd April 2010.



                    For the first three months, the RO worked without any problem but since Jul 2010, it is giving problem on daily basis and now it has even stopped working completely. The main problem in RO is the design of the switch which is mal functioning and their service engineers have changed this switch number of times but it worked temporarily. The service engineer last time told us that low water pressure could also cause the problem and suggested us to install a new water line from the tank directly which would resolve the problem. We installed the new water line directly from the tank for the RO but the problem still remains the same. It seems that the service engineers are trying to find the excuses for not working of RO instead of rectifying the actual problem of the switch or sensor system.



                    We are now suffering without water and losing our patience.



                    Whirlpool on paper has lot of systems but implementation is almost zero.

                    The services of Forbes Water Purifiers are really very bad. I have never seen such indifferent attitude from a AMC provider. Inspite of my daily reminder calls the technician never comes for repair. Every day I get the same response from the call center that it will be done. the call center number is [protected]. My complaint number is 65040050.

                    I did request for the manager number for escalation but there is no response on the numbers provided. I am completely disturbed with the AMC services.

                      We had brought a microwave oven 2 months back and the same is not been working properly and when a complaint raised in the Customer support number 60008558 and the toll free number [protected]. The service engineer detected the faulty turntable motor and told it will be replaced in two days we have waited for one week and when contacted customer care again we were told that the call will be escalated and we will receive a call from the manager but this has not happened.and in the mean time when we tried to contact the service engineer the mobile phone is switched off always.

                      We have brought the product as thought the brand whirlpool will be excellent but it has a very poor products and the customer care is so pathetic.

                        This is Reminder 3.I have attached the purchage bill & warrenty card.

                        I have purchase washing machine on feb of 2009.On 27 th Dec 2010 machine get
                        short ckt & catch fire. This is the horrible condition because at the time
                        my wife & my 3 years son are alone at home .I have register the complain for
                        this injury to whirlpool customer care their complain no is PT [protected] dated
                        28/12/2010. Your service Engineer has visited & told me you will be give me
                        7000 rupees for the same. If this items is in warranty period then why I
                        should pay for this. For the same My family is very upset for using
                        the washing machine . Then I will go the consumer court to register the
                        complain of same with all burning photographs & documents . I
                        have already complain you more than thrice on telephone. But your customer
                        care have not taken any response.

                            My whirlpool refrigerator FF 350 elite brought on 24 june 2004 has had complaint from the day i brought it. once the compressor was replaced since it was in warranty. Later on there is a problem with its cooling . all three lights in the front panel start blinking every day in the morning . once it is switched off and switched on after half an hour it starts again but there is no ice formation.
                            After repeated complaints the module of the refrigerator was replaced at cost of Rs 2500 twice the last time being in sep 2010, but the same problem persists. i had asked for replacement of the fridge but it has been refused . after repeated complaints and stonewalling by the company the fridge has been taken for gas leak in the compressor 2 days ago.
                            I am now in such a state that i cant believe anything that the service people tell about the refrigerator

                            refrigerator - FF350 — the refrigerator gets switched off on its own !

                            Dear sir/mam,

                            The refrigerator ( FF350 ) was purchased almost 4 years back . Since then this complaint is occurring and every time the assurance was given that this will not happen in future as we have modified the part ( the brain )as per the definition given by the engineer who is coming to attend the complaint .
                            I humbly again request you to please look into the matter seriously and looking over to the status of the company of this repute . Further to that we have purchased 3 refrigerators of this make . one is installed at Paschim Vihar another at Patel Nagar besides one at Rajouri garden for which i am making the complaint.

                            An early reddressal to the compliant will highly be appreciated.

                              Ants are getting in /Fungus accumulating in rubber part of door_door liner(double door Refrigerator)

                              Refrigerator is still under warranty period; Month of purchase is July2010.Just 5months and facing issue from last two months.

                              Have raised complaints with Whirlpool service center regarding Ants are getting in /Fungus accumulating in rubber part of door(double door Refrigerator) at first on
                              20th Dec2010. From then till date Service center is keep on creating a new ticket and closing the same ticket on the same day .And even after 4 working weeks same issue is pending.
                              The worst part of Whirlpool service center is they are simply playing around

                              I certainly didn’t get the logic of creating a new service ticket each and every follow-up with whirlpool service center and subsequent closer of same service ticket with out any action from Service center or Customer’s consent.

                              On 24th December one Service guy visited and noted down in job sheet that it’s a manufacturing defect regarding door liner and a visible gap on door liner where exactly fungus are getting accumulating and informed me(customer) saying the whole process of door replacement will take 1month.
                              After ward there were no response from Whirlpool svc center till 5th Jan 2011 so raised the same request again but surprisingly this time service center individual told accumulating of fungus at door liner is due to customer’s maintenance issue and reluctant to agree with manufacturing defect with door liner and it’s gap.
                              On my subsequent follow-up with service center and manager in charge of service on 6th Jan they agree to send a Factory guy on Monday 10th Jan for another round of inspection. And finally on 7th Afternoon they send a service guy not a factory guy.
                              This time the service was just an eye washing instead of rectifying the solution.
                              Service guy just wiped the fungus part on door liner and about to apply Fevibond (Glue)
                              On the gap of door liner to remove the evidence what a Factory guy supposed to inspect a day after. For sure it will take a week to accumulate fungus.
                              On asking how come the ants are getting inside refrigerator, the response was like this from service guy “sir u kept chocolate box open so its normal ant will come inside refrigerator ... Please keep chocolate box close. This is a maintenance issue ant are getting inside refrigerator,this is not at all manufacturing defect or not problem with door liner)
                              This is what the ugly truth about Whirlpool service standard at present.

                              This irresponsible act of whirlpool service urged me to finally raise a Customer complaint finally and bringing the entire unfortunate incident in view of public so that
                              They can think of this kind of service before taking in to consideration of buying any
                              Whirlpool product in future.

                              Being working as a manager in an MNC ,I hardly get my personal time on weekday to chase with Whirlpool. Taking the same advantage it’s almost a month over still no shine of getting the issue fixed.

                              Till now have spends lot of call on Whirlpool service center follow-up..
                              Its all waste of valuable time/money.
                              God knows how come Pvt Sector like whirlpool still surviving with following careless staff

                                We Have ordered Whirlpool Refrigerator, Model :- Fusion 19 Premier. When the fridge received i had some doughts. Then i called to service center for the detail & gave them Model no. 12394 (Given in Warranty Book). As per the detail given by them, the Refrigerator received is not as per the order given. i.e. Model no. 12394 of Fusion 19 Premier. The dealer from whom i buy that fridge, they said that the Refrigerator is recived as per order. I dont know who is chited to me. I dont want to cancel the order & required the same Refrigerator which i order. Please do the need full. Currently i had no photos readyly available with me. If require i produce it.

                                  i think my guess is true. whirlpool has gone bankrupt in terms of satisfying customer needs.I think whirpool is out of business in India. All the numbers below([protected] (BSNL & MTNL Users[protected]Private Users)* are not working. If you guys are still in business in India. Do arrange for a service engineer for me. your product has failed miserably umpteen times and there is no adequate customer support. service engineers who are infact money guzzlers are less serviceminded and i really don't believe if they are engineers. I am sure they are technicians, but atleast send them.

                                    we called the dealer from whom we purchased the leakage machine when the we purachased the machine the dealer never informed to the customer that the machine model that we purchased has stopped manufactured from the whirlpool itself nowadays.


                                    we lodged a complaint on 27th of november saturday 2010 and the agent had come on sunday the 28th november the name of the agent was anand kumar mobile no ([protected]) i have no idea the agent which came from the company i have no clue if he had the talent to fix the machine he was not able to fix the machine at the end after waisting my 5 hours he said at the end the machine would be replaced in 15 days he took a copy of the bill and i also recieved a message from the customer care of whirlpool on 28th november saturday regarding the satisfaction code that was 651 for serial number Dl[protected] i also recieved a call from customer care she told me that if i am satisfied by the services of whirlpool agent so i have to tell him the satisfaction code which was 651 , 15 days went but didn,t get any kinf of responce from whirlpool service center after 15 days when the machine was not replaced i called the dealer and customer care they were not replying with a satisfactory answer and dealer gave me the replacement no. which was 1733 and the customer care gave us a no. of manoj pawar they told he was the manager of replacement department and they also gave a number [protected] i called him continiously from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm but he never picked up the phone but the second day I called him again however he was still not picking up the phone after 2 days i called again to the customer services and again they were looking for a excuses and giving me manoj pawar the manager number of replacement agency of whirlpool once again than i said the i am continiously trying his number however he never picks up the phone then they give me another number[protected] than i said this is a 6 digit number according to my knowledge i have never seen a six digit number that time Mr. Gagan whom i was speaking with told this is a valid number gagan was the agent from customer services of whirlpool, 26th or 27th december i dont remember i received a call from rohit he told me that he is calling from the replacement deptt. of whirlpool he told me that you can choose a machine whatever on my wish and the machine expenditure if its more than the machine which i purchased previously then i choosed a machine which model no. was ACE & next day i called to rohit and told him the new machine model no. & he told me the difference of rs. 1500 and told that i would have to make a demand draft of rs 1500 than i get made the demand draft on 28th of december 2010 than i called rohit again to inform that i get made the demand draft than he told me that within 2 days with assurance by rohit he said as we receive the demand draft & we will send you the machine I called rohit on 3rd of january 2011 the reply from rohit was that our office is getting shifted so he said that your machine would be replaced after one month still looking for an excuses now i do not want the machine to be replaced i want my money back with interest from the day i purchased the machine from and considering the fact i also the want the money when i call the customer care all the call expenditure and my convence which made me go to the company and other hassles which i faced from the whirlpool company i want all my money to reimbursed as early as possible, and today i gave a call to the customer care of whirlpool still looking for a hope from the customer services that they can resolve my problem i briefly told them the problem which i was facing from customer care of whrilpool for the last 2 or 3 months at the end they gave me a number[protected] this was the number of honda whirlpool service center i called on this number there was a lady who received the call she told me by looking at my number on her telephone equipment she remembered that the customer who i am speaking with by this number we already received 2 or 3 complaints previously regarding the replacement of the washing machine of your with a brand new one . than i told them what action you have taken regarding the complaint she said that we were about to send the executive to your residence today or tomorrow to collect the demand draft after facing lots of hazards from the last 2 to 3 months this was the reply given by the lady at the end still no assurance from the whrilpool replacement agency that after collecting the demand draft they would replace my machine



                                    (consclusion) so now after facing so many hurdles with the company of whirlpool now i came up with the solution that i am fed up with the organigation of whirlpool now i need all my money back of the machine and the expenditure of which i spent on my calls and conveyance to refunded to me as early as possible and i want the consumer court to please pay justice to me regarding the inconvenyance that i faced with the whirlpool servces

                                      I am extremely paind by the non provision of any respect to the customer . I had bought a washing machine and am now regretting every day why I bought a whirpool product. The product is good but the service is way beyond pathetic.
                                      1.The call center is staffed by people who do not know what service is . I would recommned that Whirpoll learns from Dell , another American company which thrives on service.
                                      2.The machine was repaired but was given to me without testing , that too after paying 1250/- INR despite being in extended warranty
                                      3.The machine worked all of 1 day !!!!!
                                      4.30 calls later and 1.5 months after follow up and washing clothes by hand in Delhi winter , we get one service person who comes to replace the broken knobs that were broken by the service center and no committment on the date when the machine will get repaired again
                                      5.The service engineer ( ? ) who attended was rude and instead of replacing some low cost knobs that the service center broke ( and I had volunteered to pay up as the machine would run hopefully) and instead of replqacing the knobs and testing the machine , he said that unless I pay for the knobs he will not replace them and will NOT test the machine in any case.
                                      6.No prizes for guessing , the guy took the knobs away .

                                      IS THIS CUSTOMER ORIENTATION.

                                      I URGE ALL PEOPLE TO BE CAREFUL WHEN THEY BUY WHIRPOOL PRODUCTS . I dont want to deride the company , but there is a serious disconnect of the Top management with reality , otherwise how come anyone I know who has had a whirpool product is upset ??
                                      Most of the dealers who are concious of customer service do not recommend Whirlpool.
                                      I am going to buy another washing machine today ( obviously not whirlpool) and am also evaluating what legaal options I have

                                      This is regarding the following problems with our refrigerator

                                      - insufficient cooling
                                      - Water leakage
                                      - New handle replaced with scratch
                                      - Freezer tray was broken by the service engineer but has not been
                                      replaced.

                                      We have been following up for the above since last one month but have been
                                      stuck multiple engineers visiting and suggesting different things.

                                      The last call i received from Vicky Ph no. [protected] suggested that we
                                      switch off the fridge for 24 hrs so that the engineer can visit and work on
                                      it.But we did not get any call and no one visited our home. the day was
                                      agreed as 14th Apr considering it was a holiday and everyone at home is
                                      away for work on weekdays.

                                      Whirlpool is totally insensitive towards this issue and no one has bothered
                                      to call us to check if our problem has been sorted out.
                                      Respected sir,
                                      It has been more than a week and we still have not been able to get the servicing for our washing machine. The authorized service dealers keep on giving other numbers, telling us with great assurance that we would get the service there but the story again repeats itself. We have called more that 5 different service dealers and our washing machine is still out of order for more than 7 days.
                                      You people spend a lot of time hiring film stars to do the promotion of the product and filming commercials but you also focus on giving the after care service to the people who bought them, otherwise I'll be forced to think of your company as an international scamming organization who only focuses on sale and not on its costumers. If you don't understand what I mean then please watch 'Rocket Singh : salesman of the year'. Its a very good movie, It may provide you with some inspiration for how to run your company as I, a layman can probably do a much better job than you. Please leave all the incompetence on all the burger kings in the world, no need to copy their pathetic service attitude and incorporate it within your company as everyone knows the burger king joint is not going to run very long like that and if you keep up with this poor post sale service, neither will you.

                                      I hope you will heed to this complaint and move into action unlike the washing machine we bought from you.

                                        Hello Together,

                                        I have compliant about this to the Whirlpool customer care that after cleaning removing out of the mosquitoes often i could see that small mosquitoes inside the refrigerator, even in the freezer, i do not know how i can use this anymore since we keep food inside.the first time the guy who came from the service he told me that there was some mosquitoes when you open the fridge it is getting inside something like blob blob reason we dont know what do to, after that also i had cleaned it twice and kept it for defrosting. but still the issue is there.

                                        could anybody can help me out on this.Model No.FF23B/2010 still its under warrenty just 6 months before we bought this from BigBazzar Katrikuppe.
