Sir , Before one year on dated 8th June, 2009, we have booked the complaint against the above product Complaint No. DL-[protected] because my refrigerator not cool properly but after giving so many reminder and Arguments/Complaints no action taken by company after Three Months and so many requests, on dated 1st Sep., 2009 Company said the we have change your refrigerator and you have to pay 500 Rs for Handling Charges and We Give the DD in favour of Whirlpool of India on Dated 1st Sep., 2009 , DD no:- 193569 we have attach the scan copy here with please find it. We submit the DD in their Company Office situated at Patpar Ganj, Delhi, Contact Person Mr. IMRAN, After 12th Day of accept my DD., Company change my Refrigerator on date 12th Sep., 2009, Sir replacement model Details as Follows:-

In this Above Replacement Model The Chiller Tray is Already not in Good Condition and Refrigerator Door Rubber is not attach Properly in Top Side of the Refrigerator Door, Body are also Break inside the Refrigerator there are so many Breaks and This is also Not Cool Properly after some time this refrigerator are also giving same cooling problem and we have booked the complaint on Oct., 2010, (sorry sir we not remember the exact date which we have Complaint) but sir after this, in Delhi or North India starts a peak winter period and my refrigerator uses are very rare and do not show any cooling problem in this period , we run the refrigerator in very low cooling (2 No. only) and freezer run in normal mode and in night we switch off the refrigerator power only in a day switch on the power.

Sir, on Dated 15th, February, 2011 at 10:15 Am, we have booked the agreement for AMC Contract in Whirlpool TollFree No. [protected] and in Executive Telephonic Discussion against my Model and Capacity AMC Contract charges are :-
For a period of One Year Rs. 1020/-
For a period of Two Years Rs. 1758/-

So, I agree for taken a Two Years AMC Contract and told this to Whirlpool Customer Care Executive and He write on computer and told that our concern department call you on the same day before 12 pm and give the Engineer Name and Mobile No. which was visit to your Home. But No Action was taken by company and next day on 16 Feb. 2011 we also give the reminder on 10:30 am and 3:15 pm but executive told that our system are update and will call you definitely at 4:15 pm and after 2 hours waiting and 6:15 pm we again call and Executive told that we Concern to our senior and they told that in Delhi Concern department we give the reminder they will call you today or tomorrow definitely and give the Engineer No. But No Response in Next day and 17th Feb., at 10:05 am we have Give another call regarding this matter and tell us the last Four Call discussion and Executive Hold my Line And Discuss the senior again and told me that the unexpected story that "WE DO NOT PROVIDE THE AMC CONTRACT AGINST THIS MODEL" and I Says that Past Two Days and Four Telephonic Discussions Your Company Told me That Our Engineer Visit to your Home and Fill the Agreement form and now you told me that this model, you do not provide the AMC Contract in this model.

Sir after purchase the Whirlpool Refrigerator we have bears a mental harassment, lot of tensions, money and time wastage (Some time go to Purchase Dealer, Some time go to the Company Office situated at Patpar Gunj, Some Time go to Company Where house situated at Badarpur Border spend the whole day we did not find the where house where they show the replacement model, and many calls make to company and dealer) till now I am very upset and my family is too small only five member and they totally suffer the troubles.

Sir this is not Genuine Reply of Customer patience. We humbly request you to please give us a needful justice.

whirlpool / double door refirgerator — no proper cooling and stink

The refrigerator which was purchased in the last week of December 2007 is not supplying proper cooling to the food materials kept inside the refrigerator and gives out stink to all the foods. The company servicemen have attended the piece a no. of times (3 time) yet the problem persists . According to them the 'P.C.B' as it is called was to be replaced and even that has been done but has yielded no results. It's been a month that we are asking the company customer care to come and help us out but after the last visit, servicemen have not yet turned up. We even called up the head of Pune Branch-Mr. Patil ( mobile no. [protected])and he said that a servicemen was sure to visit that day itself but again no one turned up. If this is to carry on then we are going to end up in the CONSUMER COURT.

    sir,

    we bought a whirlpool double door fridge for 16,000/-,after 2months it started giving problem.when we complaint this to whirlpool services,technicinas came and said its a problem of COMPRESSOR,we requested them to change whole fridge and alot a new fridge.but after a big debate they changed the compressor.we kept the fridge underobservation for 20hrs..and it started giving agian problem.upperdoor is getting cooler but not the lower door.we kept the fridge on maximum cool it giving only normal cool..we request u to chnage the whole fridge..we are unable to bear this nonsense.i registered the complaint thrice and my complaint no.3439.if this problem is not rectifed soon we are going to take consumer court help.

      Dear Sir(s),
      I had booked a Whirlpool Washing Machine on[protected] from Great Eastern Techno City, Mintopark on full payment. At the time of booking the dealer had assured that on the very next day the machine will be delivered. Now almost 2 weeks passed away, but I've not yet received my machine at my residential address. In the meanwhile, I had been informed by their delivery section for four times and every time I was requested to remain in home at the time of delivery. In this way I have wasted my four working days since booking. I do a service and I can't afford to take multiple no. of leave for a pretty Washing Machine. Every time when I make call over their land phones they either avoid to listen properly or they give false justification saying that machine may be delivered even after 9 PM. Being a busy professional service holder it is just impossible for me to stay in home for the whole working days for such uncertainty in consumer service. I hope you can understand what I want to express. I'm badly suffering after booking this machine.
      Kindly suggest what I could do.

        i bought a whirlpool fully automatic washing machine in jan 2010, with a 2 yr warranty, it was not even 1 yr, that the engineer has visited thrice for some complaint or the other,sometimes short circuit, sometimes PC part, they change some part everytime,last month they changed the PC part, machine has not been used even 3 times since then, again it's not functioning ,again they say the PC part needs to be changed..... the service engineers come only after repeated calling,and as if solve one problem to create another. i'm reall y fed up.kindly look into my problem, either replace my product or give me a good solution.

          I book one Whirlpool magicook 20c microwave oven from trade fare in kolkata on 25th december 2010 (bill no. BM/9720) from dealer
          ( M/s Khosla Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Kolkata -700019 phone no.[protected]/32 ). After booking the official at the counter told me that delivery will be on 2nd January 2011. After the delivery on that day there were some problem in that model ( door locking system is not working properly & a big scratch ) in the process the salesman make report and advise for replacement of that model and told us not to use the oven. He also told me that company offer warranty for one year only . On 20th January 2011 I got a replacement from Whirlpool ( model no. 11752) . In the meantime I also visited the dealer for confirming of warranty period but they told that warranty is solely determine by the discretion of company & company assured me only delaer can change the date of billing for new warranty. I purchase the product on 25th december 2010 & I finally got it on 20th January 2011 after so many harassment, so why should I loss warranty for one month ?

          Therefore as a faithful customer I have no option left to lodge this complaint so that I can get proper warranty period.

          whirlpool window A.C. — for not attending to repair or replacement by service centre

          on 21 st may 2007 i purchased ac from bokaro dealer jyoti sales under jharkhand state.just after 2 months the problem o[censored]nusual sound and water licking stated.i complained to the local service centre but to no good.now day by day the sound is increasing.the service in bokaro steel city is worse and they want to lapse the time of warranty by making delay.will you pl. help me in this regard or give me the e.mail address of the concern person so that i may write to him for reddressal of my grievances.

          My Customer Id No. PT/C/0409/10693 and Complaint No. PT[protected] had purchased a Whirlpool Window AC during month of January 2009. Now it is down from 25th April 2009 and I have informed the Jamshedpur Customer Care Centre for attending the call for rectification. But till date no rectification done on my AC and it is in down position.

          My location is 135 KM from Jamshedpur. According to your service criteria, it should be rectified within 72 hours. (3days. ) But already it is more than 11 days.
          I Sujata Acharya, Customer Id No. PT/C/0409/10693 and Complaint No. PT[protected] had purchased a Whirlpool Window AC during month of January 2009. Now on 25th April 2009 it is got down and I have informed your Jamshedpur Customer Care Centre. Till Date my AC is still in down position.

          Though I am belong to TATA STEEL, I should prefer Votas AC. Also I can get Discount of 10 to 20% from Purchasing rate. But I prefer your brand. Now I am very much suffering from no service from your JSR Service Centre.

          Please look into this matter and rectify the Problem as earlier as possible otherwise I will go to Consumer Court.

          Whirlpool India Ltd — warrant upgrade booklet not received

          A Service Enngineer named Ravindra Mishra taken Rs 2750/- cash and giving us the whirpool india receipt for warranty upgradition by two years promise to give the warranty upgrade booklet within one month now giving exuses and using fool language . is it is a fraud? is whirp[ool or its service provider is involved in it . Mr mishra is saying that our warranty has been upgraded but he has no time to come to our place and hand over the booklet to us inspite of that he is or the service centre which employs him is legally bound to provide us service because they have taken money from us and given a valid receipt.

          Dear Sir,
          Today your man has come and changed the TIMER part. Last time he has changed another part which is keeping cool in the lower compartment. Prior to that another man has changed the heater. Earlier to that they have adjusted the door of the upper part where the ice is not supposed to be formed. Initially two men has come twice and they have done some ting and left. But all time the unit is not properly worked and this time your man has come and changed the TIMER part. Ultimately leaving the sealed compartments all other important parts have been changed shamelessly. Warranty period is over with today and AMC starts from tomorrow.
          In the mean while call has come from the service centre and informed that they are closing my callas their duty is over by sending a man to attend the repair , hence they need not bother about the proper running of the unit.. In this context I would like to state that it is nothing but irritating the customers by the poor service of the Chennai Chapter to the customers. I am Afraid that I am one of the victim of the company who supplied the show case peace(dummy piece) hence with in a year seven time service calls have been made for the refrigerator service which is having manufacturing defect from the(day one of the purchase) beginning. God only can save WOIL on its 100th year of completion if the complaints are going like this .

          Incidentally, I would like to state that all other companies are taking the unit to their service centre during the warranty period by replacing by another one and get it repaired in a good manner by keeping the unit under their personal supervision and if they are satisfied they are resending it to the customer or else they are supplying new one in the place of the defected refrigerator. But it is absent in your company as informed bye service man and all the time your representative coming home doing something with the knowledge what ever they know and going. Again they have been called for another service as the unit is not functioning.

          Finally, As I informed you that if the unit is not functioning, It will be put on your door step at my own cost,(keep it as a show piece) and proceed against you for unit cost with interest and also damages of Rs.2 lacs for irritating and mental torture enjoined by me because of buying unit from Whirpool India Limited .

          HOPE YOU WILL NOT FORCE ME TO GO TO THAT EXTENT.

          Reg: Whirpool Refrigerator , Model 11334 No INA[protected] Purchased on 16th April, 2010, purchased from M/s. Bagyaa Enterprises, Triplicane, Chennai-5.

          In continuation of my complaint dated 15th instant , your man has come and changed the TIMER part. Last time he has changed another part which is keeping cool in the lower compartment. Initially two men has come twice and they have done some thing and left. But all the time the unit has not properly worked and this time your man has come and changed the TIMER part.           In the mean while, call has come from the service centre and informed that they are closing my call as their duty is over by sending a man to attend the repair , hence they need not bother about the proper running of the unit thereafter. In this context, I would like to state that it is nothing but irritating the customers by the poor service of the Chennai Chapter to the customers.           The proposed consumption of electricity as per your notification is about 489 units per annum. But consumption is about more than 3 units of electricity per day. This is also a flaw against your notification. This is also reported to your person who attended the work. So far there is no remedy. As such I am requesting you to change the unit which is supplied to me by your dealer with manufacturing defects. The ultimatum is to change the unit only.

          Finally, as I informed, the unit is not functioning properly, irrespective of seven times attendance by your service men. Hereafter, I will not allow your man to repair the unit in my house. You are requested to replace the unit by new one. If not done so, the cost with interest and also damages of Rs.2 lacs for irritating and mental torture enjoyed by me has to be borne by Whirpool India Limited . HOPE YOU WILL NOT FORCE ME TO GO TO THAT EXTENT.

          Whirlpool India / Microwave — No services

          I have purchased a convection Micro-wave from Home shop 18 Tele – shopping (Order No.[protected], and gifted it to my sister on her marriage. She is staying at Aligarh, she wants somebody to visit her place for installation and give the demo. She called your customer care & requested for installation & a demo. For which, she got the complaint no.GB[protected] on Dated 15 june 2011 but since then nobody visited her. Everytime she calls, the customer care commits for service within 24 hrs but nobody visits.

          Water purifier not working for last 3 months

          Water purifier purchased from Sriram Refriegaton T.Nagar is not working for more than 3 months many complaints were made It was purchased during February 2014 only kindly look into it

          Whirlpool Fridge Worst

          Its been 7 years we are using the Whirlpool Fridge but ever since we have bought it we are facing issues with it. In the very first year the compressor died then the company changed it but even after that the cooling ai't proper and there is water leakage every season. The service center guys are not able to solve it at all.

            Dear Sir/Madam:
            We purchased in Jan 2007 the high-end version of whirlpool washing machine model H65 Stain-wash. In the last few months the equipment has been very erratic in its performance. The first issue came when we had to replace the water valve which got burnt. Within one month of that, currently the issue is with the panel which has completely burnt out. Now this also needs to be replaced as per the service personnel. When we bought the machine, we were promised that it will be an error-free machine and our experience with earlier brands of Videocon and BPL were extremely good with zero complaints. Those machines lasted nearly a decade each but this one has started showing non-performance in less than 4 years - this is indeed unexpected. We would recommend you to have a relook and replace the product at the earliest for we cannot afford to spend Rs. 3000 every month in maintenance.

              My name is Patric. I purchased a water purifier (Whirlpool) some eight months ago and its not working since the last Thursday (27/01/2011). I registered a complaint on the same day and the technician came to rectify the problem and said one of the filters has to be replaced and said he would come with the filter on Monday (31/01/2011), but as of today (03/02/2011) nobody has come nor called. It has become my routine that to call twice everyday to book the complaint, but in vain. Whenever I make a call, I am being made a fool by saying that the problem will be fixed today itself. I don't know actually to do what with the machine and I wonder how they can be so irresponsible towards the customers' complaints. Right now, I am spending 200 Rs for drinking water a day and I hope this complaint will open their eyes.

              NB: I had to wait for some 10 days when a similar problem occurred some 4 months ago and had to make innumerous calls and at last had to register the complaint in the customer court to solve the problem.

                i purchase a white magic washing machine on 9-2-2010 with one year warranty in valli agencies nedumangadu. but i am very sorry to say that this is very poor quality machine produced by international brand worlpool. because this machine is became damaged within two months. that time i register my complaint to service centre and get complaint no9181 at arj associates attingal. they handled it and change the major parts of this machine.ie scale gun calfre and trolly. after this repair it run just ok. in last[protected] it again complaint the same mistake. i again complaint arj associates and get complaint no 125. so far nobody contact me. I cant image why whirlpool like this

                  I have compained that water is leaking from my fridge in Oct last year. The service person came did a temperory repair. After a few days it started leaking again. By that time one month was over. I had to pay once again. So i waited till december. On december 13th i lodged the compaint. The service person came ,he charged teh money,but dint fix the problem. So this time i called within a month . On 23rd december. But the compaint was closed and nobody turned up. Now WHen i call up again , they are asking for new service charge.

                    I have purchased a Fully Automatic Washing Machine (Model No. 7230, Serial No.IAB[protected], Date Of Purchase 15th October 2007).

                    I used to do the AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) with them every year, the last being done on 24th August,2010.

                    But on 3rd October, 2010 the machine caught fire suddenly, even though it was not in use for the past three days! The service maintenance people from the company in Kolkata Branch (M/s Penguin Refrigerartion Service - Authorised Whirlpool Service Partner) visited our residence and had taken in details regarding the complaints with photographs.

                    The co-ordinator from the company's side, one Mr.Suman Roy (Mobile number: [protected]) assured us that the Washing Machine will be replaced within two weeks from the date of complaint.

                    But so far, after enquiring several times with the company officials, one Mr. Sanjay Das (Mobile Number: [protected]), and wit Mr. Amit Das (mobile Number: [protected]), along with Mr. Suman Roy, no authetic response has been received so far. Moreover, these people even failed to pick up the mobiles whenever being dialed, which is so irritating. We never expected such a lousy response from a reputed company like Whirlpool.

                    Finally, when contacted with Mr. Sanjay Das few days back, he said that I need to PAY half the amount of the new machine, which they will deliver..!! Real Shocking..!!! How come a company like this doesn't know that their own officials cheat customers like us..??

                    I request your goodself to kindly look into the matter. I will definitely demand for the compensation regarding the harassment being done the Whirlpool Officials.

                      I had purchased wachine machine and refrigerator in Nov,2009 but after 6 months the washing machine started giving problems. For the past two months the machine is making all sort of noises, i had complained twice in the last fortnight but both of my complaints were closed WITHOUT an engineer visiting me. I'm not sure how customer complaints are handled and seen by management. This is one of the poorest ever service provided to me by Whirlpool, totally disappointed.

                      Hi Team,

                      This incident has gone on to the extent that I have created a new ID so that I can write this here.

                      On 18th June a logged the complaint about my inverter not working and to my surprise the same day I got the message telling me the name of the engineer who will visit me and I was also impressed with the system of satisfaction code. This quick response and satisfaction code system gave me high hopes but were punctured slowly. Till 21st no one visited us and I called there customer service centres 2 time daily for these days but they could hardly help and were rude as well. on 21st I called the head office number from there website and spoke the care manager for Haryana region. She assured me that someone will visit today and that really happened. An engineer visited our place and checked the inverter. He told us a part has to be replaced and will come from Faridabad which will take 2-3 days.

                      I waited for 3 days and called him on Sunday, he informed me that it will come on tuesday coz thats when the stuff comes from faridabad. I called the engineer on Tuesday, He did not pick my call and on second attempt someone else picked it telling me that he is in a meeting. He again told me that it has not come and will take 3-4 more days. The next moment I called the head office and tried speaking to care manager again, the awesome part is that the care manager was on leave and no one else knows how to deal with Haryana clients, I am surprised that in a company like whirlpool, there are no backups. Anyways, some other region's care manager took my call and promised to call in an hour. Obviously no one called and I had to call back, he had no answers and it took me at least 20 minutes to get to the same person, he told me he can nnot do anything and I will have to wait for the Haryana care manager to come back (thank god she was on leave for only a day, if it was more or if she had left the Job, i had no option but to buy a new inverter).

                      The next day when I am trying to call the head office number, my call reaches some IVR and gets disconnected, I have no idea how to proceed from here and what to do.

                      I hope someone can help me with the issue as I have 2 year old kid who is finding it really difficult to live in this heat without power backup.

                      I am totally disappointed from companies behavior and I get face too much problem because dr. advised. me not to wash even a single handkerchief by hand.

                      I purchases a fully automatic washing machine on 14th October 2012. On 14th November I called the customer care guys and registered a complaint (438 For SR number HR[protected]) regarding the problem with the inlet pipe. My complaint was addressed on 15th evening but the service engineer (Shyamvir Singh) was unable to fix the same and told us that he will come next day with the spare part and will fix the issue. No one turned up on 16th and I called customer case on 17th to understand the status of my complaint.

                      I reiterated my complaint and I was assured that the same engineer (Shyamvir Singh) will come and attend your complaint on 17th. I took engineer’s number and gave him a call and asked him what time will he come and why we were not informed about you not coming on 16th, as per your commitment. To which he replied very rudely that “I was busy somewhere else and I will not come and attend your complaint. Do whatever you can and complaint wherever you want”.

                      I was zapped to her such kind of answer from a company’s representative. After which I spoke to Nisha (customer service manager) and she promised me that the issue with the machine will be fixed by 17th evening. And she will also arrange a con call with Shyamvir’s superior to understand why he spoke me in such a manner.

                      We are sitting on 20th and still no one came to my house to get the issue resolved, neither I got a call from Nisha. Ultimately I got the issue resolved locally.

                      I am very much disappointed with the kind of service and staff’s attitude.

                      I am escalating this issue to your level and expect a satisfactory action towards the same.

                        A YEAR BACK I VE PURCHASED A WATER PURIFIER(MODEL NO P 5200RS) OF WHIRLPOOL WHICH HAS STARTED SHOWING SIGNS OF BREAKING DOWN EVERY NOW AND THAN.
                        WORST IS THEIR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE WHICH ARE MORE BOTHERED ABOUT SELLING THIER PRODUCTS WITH ALL HOLLOW PROMISES BUT FORGET THEREAFTER.
                        I VE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE FOR RECTIFYING PROBLEM IN WATER PURIFIER. EITHER NO ONE TURNS UP IN TIME, OR IF ANY SERVICE ENGINEER CUMS IS NOT WELL QUALIFIED TO TAKE UP THE PROBLEM.
                        IN LAST SERVICING AFTER LOT OF CALLS SERVICE ENGR WHO CAME CHANGED ALL THE FILTERS WHICH WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO CHANGE (NOT DUE FOR CHANGE) N UNNECESSARILY CHARGED US FOR THE SAME.
                        WE HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH WHIRLPOOL COY. I WOULD RATE IT THE WORST IN SERVICE PROVIDING WITH NOT SO APEALING PRODUCTS. I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IF SOME ONE CAN HELP ME FIX THEM SO THAT THEY DONT DO IT WITH REST

                            Dear Sir,

                            We had purchased whirlpool washing machine FS 65 Serial No. INB[protected] model 7234,from star trek electronics, nehru-nagar, satellite, ahmedabad in 2007. It was supplied with defective suspenders (jumpers) which protects drum from jumping during wash cycle. due to less use we came to know after 1 yr that our machine was jumping terribly during spin cycle, so we had to call Whirlpool support so they forwarded our call to Max Info Services in Ahmedabad.

                            Engineer came after calling 10 times for 5 days and asked us to pay 1500 Rs for one set of suspenders, where as our suspenders only required Rs.50 worth plastic part. Having no other option we paid but while repairing the machine he damaged the main bearing in the bottom.

                            Which we came to know after two days. We called the Max Info Services they did not help and asked us to pay Rs.3500 for same. Max Info Services staff was very rude in all this. Since we did not used machine much we let it remain like that till now.

                            But few days ago when we tried to use it suddenly some circuit on top control panel burnt & fuse was tripped. We called the support again they forwarded the call to same lousy Max Info Services people. Mr.Gautam (Engieer of MIS) came after so many time calling , took Rs.285 to diagnose the problem and charged another Rs.3500.

                            With our earlier bad experience with the Max Info Services engineers we asked this engineer (mr.Gautam) to first install the part and we shall pay the money via post dated check to ensure the proper part & services and again the circuit board which he replaced with damaged original part with refurbished duplicate one which he was insisting as original one which has faulty wash cycle time. We had made a condition that if there is problem with part then we shall do the stop payment of the check and he must take his parts back and return us the check. Which upon calling Mr.Gautam or Max Info Services has not done yet.

                            So having no other option with us we had made a stop payment request for the same check with our bank. Hence we are emailing to you for your information on the same matter.We feel that in All whirlpool services are a joke and non-reliable. We shall advise every one never to buy Whirlpool product also We feel that Max Info Services are cheaters and they are fraud.

                            We feel that we are now Victim of Whirlpool poor services & Max Info Services.

                              Hi,

                              we purchased a whirlpool 220L MM 23 VX on 15fh june 2010.

                              it has not worked since. There hasn't been any cooling at all.

                              we have repeatedly called the call center and registered complaints.

                              The service men refused to visit us before 10 in the morning and 6 in the evening.

                              After a million calls, we managed to get them to visit us . After three visits, they came to the conclusion that the compressor hasnt been working and that it was a manufacturing defect.

                              After this, the fridge is still non functional and they haven't come to replace the compressor.

                              I sincerely advise users not to buy whirlpool products considering their really bad service

I had reveived washing machine from show room in demaged condition, that time immedetely i mailed to your office and they are replaced in new machine at the moment & your serivce persons told "we have extanded the warrenty period for 1 Year (i.e) 2+1=3 years".

                                  From the date of purchase of your washing machine . I had received lot of the problems atleast 10 to 15 times . when i approach the your service center immedietely thery are rectify that problem then a few days again new problems are arising.

                                  I really upset due this cause, mostly i using whirlpool products. But this time i am very disappointment for the purchase above related washing machine. So kindly replase the washing machine with new washing machine otherwise i want extra warranty.

                                    I have been using Whirlpool Appliances for over 5 years now (WhiteMagic Fridge and Semi-Automatic washing machine). On the pretext of best of after sales services I was sold the AMC for both the appliances. Till recently the fridge was working fine and sometime during late summers I was informed that the Freezer compartments has some damaged part and needs to be replaced. Since summers isn't the best of time to get it replaced as storing food items would be a problem, I was told to wait till winters. Yesterday, I called up the engineer who had suggested how the whole thing would be done, I was told to log a complaint with customer care who refused to accommodate my request instead asking me to cough up another Rs 700/- for the change.

                                    With sheer frustration I'm writing this. I would like to inform that with such fraudulent and dubious commitments you make to the customer while selling AMC and without any solution provided I'll be forced to register a complaint with consumer forum. In case you can't repair the fridge you are requested to give me a complete refund of the AMC amount I have paid.

                                    I have had as many as 2-3 AMC's renewed and don't expect such pathetic response and service.

                                    I have sent as many as 5 reminders and no one has bothered to rectify the problem. Rather than solving the problem and ensuring that I get services for which I have paid we are being deprived of services.

                                      A complaint was registered with Agarwal Refrigeration & Electronics, the whirlpool authorised service centre at 28, Chand Bihari Nagar, Khatipura Road, Jaipur on 21 Dec . The Engineer who attended the complaint could not identify the fault and asked for the refrigerator to be sent to the workshop which was done. The same was then delivered back with the compressor changed vide Job sheet No-4051 dt- 24 Dec 10 & a payment of Rs 4,650/- was charged. On installation at home the refrigerator was not cooling . The complaint was again made. The service Engineer again visited and advised me to buy a stabliser for Rs 1950/- . Still when it did not cool it was again taken to the service centre & kept for about five days. On its return the fault still persisted. After all kinds of experimentation by the service engineer he then called a second engineer , after which a condenser was changed. It is 18 Dec 11 today. The service Engineers have no clue whatsoever.Though the ice is forming in the freezer the lower compartments are just not cooling.On my interaction with the engineers they seem to be lacking the expertise & just want an excuse to shift the machine to the workshop.I have my doubts if they even have replaced a new original compressor for which I have been charged.I had also gone to the company site and sent a mail ,but there is just no response. Can the company show some efficiency & respond.

                                        We purchased one Whirlpool RO water purifier Model Code 11779, Model No. P03DRS IN700082, Serial No. 10302DK[protected] KRA[protected] on 1st April 2010 through Thermoking, Central market, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi invoice no 760/54886 and installed on 2nd April 2010.



                                        For the first three months, the RO worked without any problem but since Jul 2010, it is giving problem on daily basis and now it has even stopped working completely. The main problem in RO is the design of the switch which is mal functioning and their service engineers have changed this switch number of times but it worked temporarily. The service engineer last time told us that low water pressure could also cause the problem and suggested us to install a new water line from the tank directly which would resolve the problem. We installed the new water line directly from the tank for the RO but the problem still remains the same. It seems that the service engineers are trying to find the excuses for not working of RO instead of rectifying the actual problem of the switch or sensor system.



                                        We are now suffering without water and losing our patience.



                                        Whirlpool on paper has lot of systems but implementation is almost zero.

                                        The services of Forbes Water Purifiers are really very bad. I have never seen such indifferent attitude from a AMC provider. Inspite of my daily reminder calls the technician never comes for repair. Every day I get the same response from the call center that it will be done. the call center number is [protected]. My complaint number is 65040050.

                                        I did request for the manager number for escalation but there is no response on the numbers provided. I am completely disturbed with the AMC services.
