I have compliant about this to the Whirlpool customer care that after cleaning removing out of the mosquitoes often i could see that small mosquitoes inside the refrigerator, even in the freezer, i do not know how i can use this anymore since we keep food inside.the first time the guy who came from the service he told me that there was some mosquitoes when you open the fridge it is getting inside something like...

We made a complaint about the issue in fridge in beginning of oct/2010. There were a lot of delay in addressing the issue. The latest status is that they have taken our refrigerator in their service station . It has been 3 weeks since they took our fridge however we don't know when it will be returned. They always say that some part is not available. We have made several phone calls and now they don't even pick up our phones....

i am shubha from hyderabad, i have been in hectic problem from whirlpool service. it has been more than 40 days raised after complain but nothing has been done to my request, Nov 13 executive from serve dept. came to my house and committed for replacement of product within 2 to 3 days. i have been ask to not to use the product also. i have given invoice and neccessary things required be them. no one from service dept resonding to take initiative...

microwave is not working from last two months. we were complain in his service centre bhilai but not response yet today.
please take nessary action in this regards....

I had lodged a complaint on 25th November (Complaint no-17645) about my whirlpool automatic Washing Machine.Engineer came and checked and said the panel and suspension rod for the machine had to be changed.

Every 2 days I call and I am told that Engineer will come in a day.Then they say parts will come in a day.Then they say part is not available.They are playing merry go round.

I lodged a complaint on 1/12/2010. The technician turned up the same day but didn't service since essential spare is out of stock. My fully automatic washing machine was making more noise, hence I called the service centre. A service engineer came and inspected the machine. We just bought a new whirlpool 180L refridgerator from 'Hazrat Vision' Lalita Park, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi -92 on 18th Nov. 2010.
