I have purchased new fridge from Whirlpool & facing problem in warranty period.

Problem Details:- As per Invoice product is in warranty when i log complaint. After engineer visit & diagnose he confirm compressor is dead & need to be replaced but installed compressor is not our company, so it will not comes under warranty.

When product is in warranty why we will replace any component ? As per dealer...

I have purchased one whitemagic FSA652 Whirlpool washing machine in 2/2009 from M/s. Ravi Electronics/ Kothagudem who was their authorised dealer.
