it was quite unfortunate that we had visited girias indiranagar and bought one refrigerator whirlpool on a sunday afternoon. the delivery was supposed to be on the same day. but it didnt happen. when we called today( Monday) they either didnt pick up the call or even if they had picked they would keep the phone aside.... finally after calling for 10 times one person answered saying that it will reach by one hour (i.e 17 hours) but they didnt send it.... the response was horrible they have been only lying to us... no customer care number or email ID of the respective company.

    I have purchased A refrigerator WHIRLPOOL FUSION PREMIER 260 litre capacity from Gehlot electronics, Bikaner. But the feature as described by dealer and mentioned in brochure is not working (6th sense frost control, e-light) and not present (6th sense door open alarm) in the piece supplied. The is also not closed completely. On visit, mechanic said that the module of 6th sense frost control is deected.

    Therefore, I request you to kindly instruct the dealer to either change the piece or to refund.

      We were purchase Whirpool co. Ac on 27/09/10. But it is found faulty in compressor & condenssor unit. It is yet not worked for a while. before that M/S Kedia Enterprises Amravati Dealer hang the delievery by 8 day, & now he blamed on Co. fault. We are traped in this Kedia & Whirpool problem seance from last 12 days.
      We in the need to resolved this problem quickly othere wise return the mone.

        I have bought one New Whirlpool Washing Machine Model WM Pro. PUM 701 Rate Rs 18,990 DISC.11.111P.C fromFairdeal Electronics 26-A, K-Block, Rajapuri Chowk on 11.09.2010 invoice no R-14926/10-11. Consignee Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd, buyer Sutapa Roy. From day 1 the machine was not performing after installation. On complaint Service request no. SR DL [protected] Dtd 17.09.2010. The service engineer could not satisfactorily solve the problem and without taking satisfaction code left my premises. The following are the problems I am encountering:-
        1. The power switch is not getting proper contact basically not working.
        2. the functions on all the positions of selector knob is not working. Except delicate washing (that too knob is not getting connected at the proper location as shown on the picture attached to Knob) on other location machine is not getting started.
        I have taken up the matter with your dealer M/s Fairdeal but he is not accepting the problem for the reason best known to him. I am feeling totally disgusted for buying the machine from Whirlpool. Spending lot of money for washing cloths daily from outside laundry inspite of the fact that I have bought a washing machine from reputed manufecturer M/s Whirlpool. This is my last attempt to solve the issue on mutually respectable way for both the parties.
        I would like to request you to replace my machine which is malfunctioning.

          Our Whirlpool Spin 801 superwash was purchased on 23/12/09. The machine broke down on 02/09/10. We informed dealer on same day and service centre ACS Home care, Thiruvalla, Pathanamthitta dist, Kerala on 03/09/10. Service technician came home four days later after repeated calls and complaints. diagnosed problem as burnt capacitor. they did not have a spare and told us it will be available in a few days as it is a new model. After repeated checks, calls, complaints, technician came back and connected wires directly without capacitor and told us we could use the machine, but we have not done so because we are not sure how it will affect the machine. Nearly a month later, the machine is still not repaired. I called their customer care, a mistake. Just an excuse of a customer care.

          Whirlpool Washing Machine — Service of Washing Machine and Spares

          Dear Sir,

          I have lodged a complaint regarding replacement of worn of Spare of washing Machine on 13th September 2008 bearing No hd[protected]. I was promised to get the service done on 15 Septemper 08. When I contact Customer service representative of Whirlpool again on 15th Sep 08 I was given a fresh date of 16th Sep 08. I reconnected with them today and to my surprise I have to hear from the Customer service respresentative that they cannot commit a date as when the Washing Machine would be serviced.

            WHIRLPOOL CHARGING SERVICES MORE THAN THE COST OF THE WASHING MACHINE IN ONE YEAR.

            The last complaint which was attended by the wirlpool service centre is as follows -:

            (changed the P.C.B for Rs 3200/- due to moisture problem)
            Serviced by Mr.Saroj and one another person both were Senior Engineers as claimed by the service centre.
            But from[protected] the machine is not working properly.

            Again the complaint was made via SMS for on 21.9.2010,the complaint for which is not attended till date. Again two complaints via SMS was send on[protected] and[protected] but no response.
            A SMS from Whirlpool, saying your call has been alloted to Mr.Saroj Kumar phone no-:[protected] was received. After speaking to him there was no result.
            Saroj Kumar was first spoken to on[protected] and then[protected]. On both the occasions, he said the machine will be taken to the service centre for through servicing but nothing has been done till date
            A list of services taken from service centre starting July 2009 , till date -:
            16.9.2010 – Changed PCB , Charged Rs.3200/-
            [protected] changed agitator, some parts of detergent dispenser ,added trolley for Rs 2155/- (service request no. 7210)
            [protected] changed P.C.B. for Rs3200/- (service request no 5238)
            [protected] changed inlet pipe , drain pipe ,service charge etc total charge- Rs955/- (service request no-: NIL)
            [protected] changed on/off switch for Rs265/-(service request no-:NIL)
            [protected] changed P.C.B .Charged Rs.3480/-(service request no-:H/O-508)
            Within a span of one year a total of Rs 13,255/- has been spent on whirlpool due to inferior quality of service given by the service centre. Still the machine is not working.
            Is this the kind of service expected out of an International Brand?!!! Ignorance and Failure to detect the correct problem has been the key to this whole issue.

            I have purchased a new fully automated whirlpool washing machine from George enterprises, porur. Connector (adopter ) between the water tab and the washing machine is not in a good condition now, I called the customer service person and compliant the same. But No response. I have risen more than three times from last week.

            My compliant No is 19371 - This Compliant is raised on 12 th may, no one has come and solved the problem, but they themselves closed the compliant without solving the issue.

            And the new compliant has raised by themselves that no is 22323. How could they close my issue without solving my issue?

            then what is the use of raising the compliant?

            I never expected this type of worst activities from whrilpool side, really disapponted.

            Pls resolve the issue as soon as possible.

            Whirlpool Washing Machine — Worst service

            I have purchased a fully automated whirlpool washing machine 1.5 years back from Digital Shoppy, Miyapur, Hyderabad. The washing is not working from last 3 months. The Washing machine is still under warranty. I called the customer service person and compliant the same on 14th March 2009. They said the drain motor to be replaced, and it will be replaced in a week as soon as they receive the part. I am calling to the customer care almost daily, they will say it will be done today or tomorrow.

            I never expect this type of worst service from Wirlpool, really disappointed.

              My Whirl Pool double door refrigerator was purchased in Oct 2009. Right from the purchase date it started giving many problems which was haphazardly attended to by the company's mechanics.Latest problem is the milk and vegetables are getting spoiled.I had requested the company to replace the fridge fast as my guarantee is expiring.
              I understand now that the company is fooling the public by misleading advertisements in news papers and Electronic media. Last resort is to going to the consumer court.

                bought a Whirlpool AC on 05.09.2010 from Richa Electronics, Kanpur (U.P). I bought it for my comfort but its giving me more discomfort and stress. The AC is not working properly and when I called up to your Customer Care they didn't helped up and even they misbehaved with us. Whirlpool Customer Care is totally hope less.

                I am writing the sequence of my steps which I took to get resolved my problem:
                1) Launched complained through Customer Care via complain no. LK[protected] on 06.09.2010 (the same day I bought it).
                2) After calling Customer Care 9 or more times they attended my complain but the problem is not solved.
                3) My complained was closed without intimating me and with out a visit of any Whirlpool engineer.
                4) No one called me from your so called Esteamed Company Whirlpool.
                5) This is not enough, The Service center of Kanpur submit False report which says that customer( that's me) refuses to repair the AC.
                6) On approaching to the service center employes Mr. Bunty (Ph no. [protected]) and Mr. Vijendra Pal (Ph no. [protected]) they misbehaved me and threaten me "DO WHAT YOU CAN DO"
                7) Contacted to Lucknow Branch office (Ph no. [protected]) but they didn't solved any problem.

                I am mailing you in hope that some action should be taken otherwise I will go to Senior Officers of Whirlpool or if needed I can also approach to Consumer Court.

                I'm totally agree with the complainer that the service centre person of the Whirlpool bemisbehaved with customer and threatened him.
                I also experoence the same problem. The service centre person replied me to come to service my ac but still they have not visited my place or not proper replied me even customer care centre also cant help me and refused to take complaint agaist service centre.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I have been trying to get my whirlpool white magic machine repaired for almost 6 months now! I entered into a service contract paying about Rs 4000 thinking that I will get proper service after paying such a heavy sum. I have repeatedly given complaints but the response has been poor and far between. Whirlpool engineers have visited my house on four or five occasions during this period but so far no one has been able to repair it properly.
                  The problem with the machine is that it works intermittently. It works for a day or two and then suddenly without warning it refuses to co-operate with all our attempts to make it work. A few hours later it will be in a in a helpful mood and start washing as suddenly and as inexplicably as it had stopped. At times it does not work for days together.
                  We are staying about 10-15 km from your nearest service agent. The plea given by the service agency is that we are on the outskirts therefore they cannot be given prompt service. I myself travel 30 km to my workplace in Pune every day. Can a service engineer not visit us sooner? Or is it asking for too much. If you think that I am asking for too much I think that you have also charged too much for the service contract.
                  I will explain to you my latest attempt to get the machine repaired. I first lodged the complaint on 29/12/09 my complaint number was recorded as [protected]. Nobody turned up to repair the machine while we continued to wash with the intermittent washing machine. I next lodged a complaint on 15/16 th of January complaint no pn [protected]. When I asked about my complaint of December I was told that the complaint has been closed because the Engineer visited our house and he found it locked. We are both working and it is likely that we were not at home when he called. But he has not even made an attempt to call us. In this age of communication can the service engineer or your office or call centre not fix up an appointment before visiting. Is it proper to close a complaint because the customer was not at home. I think a complaint should be closed only after ensuring that the service engineer has been successful in repairing the machine to the satisfaction of the customer.
                  After repeated calls to the call centre , service centre and the Pune whirlpool centre I could coax the service engineer a Mr Ranjeet to visit our residence. He came on a Sunday and to our distress the washing machine was working when he visited. He looked at the machine and said “the machine is working I cannot not do any repair work.” I told him that it works intermittently. Kindly have a look at the wiring as there may be some loose connection. He refused to comply with my request and told me to use a hair drier to heat up the region around the control buttons as it may be a moisture problem. Is a Whirlpool washing machine supposed to work like that or is Whirlpool in the hairdryer business too?
                  I then pointed out that the machine also has one more problem i.e. the water level sensor does not work properly it either senses the lowest level or works only at the highest level. Very reluctantly he agreed to replace the sensor. After replacing the sensor he was in a tearing hurry to leave. I called him and asked him to wait to confirm that the level sensor was now working properly. He refused to wait even after I offered him tea and walked away rudely. I ran out to call him back but he refused to wait. I decided to test the machine. I had to connect the water pipeline on my own because the service engineer had not bothered to fix it back. A rubber washer had fallen off and the joint was leaking. After some time I noticed the rubber washer lying on the bathroom floor and after I had inserted it properly the joint was not leaking. I started the wash cycle and soon found that the machine was overflowing. I switched it off immediately and called the service engineer again and requested him to come and repair the machine. He said that it was not possible for him to come back now, but would come back the next day. He may have left my residence just 10 minutes before and must have been hardly a few kilometers from my house but still he refused to comply with my request. I got very angry with him--- and you cannot fault me for that.
                  I called the whirl pool call centre and lodged my strong complaints and advised them not to send the same service engineer to our house again. Nobody turned up to repair the machine for a whole week then. Initially they promised to send the engineer on Wednesday they then postponed it to Friday. When I called on Friday they informed me that the engineer will visit me at 11 am on Saturday. I did not get a call from the service engineer even at 12 am so I called the whirlpool call centre and told them that I have been waiting all morning for a service engineer but he has not even bothered to call. They called up the service centre and informed me that the engineer was in my area and would be visiting me soon. At 1500 hrs I had to leave for an important religious function so I left asking my wife to return from office as early as possible because the service engineer may turn up any time. Can a visit not be scheduled? The service engineer finally came at 1800 hrs. It was the same service engineer who had messed up the machine before, Mr Ranjeet. Customers cannot be choosers especially after the payment is made!
                  My wife had managed to come back by then but there was no power. My wife convinced him to go ahead with the repair. He repaired the machine and left. Again within 10 minutes or less power was restored and my wife called him. He assured us that the machine would work and that he need not come. Power shut downs all over Maharashtra is scheduled is it not possible to send the service engineer when there is no power shut down.
                  I advised my wife to test the machine and to our relief we found that the machine was working fine. On 25th Jan Monday morning I got a call from the whirlpool office asking me if the machine was working fine I told that it was working properly. At 2100 hrs on the same day in the middle of a wash cycle I find that the machine is beeping away In protest. It had stopped working suddenly as of old.
                  I believe these machines do not work if they are not wired properly. Sensors may not behave as expected if the earthing is not proper. This time I was not at home but the last time the engineer opened it for repair I saw a lot of loose wire hanging around in the machine. I believe it is a case of shabby maintenance powered by poor knowledge and lethargy.
                  I do not feel that whirlpool has the capability to repair a washing machine. The amount of inconvenience and hardships caused by the poor service cannot be expressed in words nor can it be easily compensated by money. In spite of that I request you to only refund the amount I paid for the service contract so that I can buy a new washing machine preferably of some other make. The amount could be sent to me by cheque to the following address.

                    i had bought a whirlpool refregerator from das aundh and had a problem regarding the door...the problem was laging for 46 days and during thid period my refregerator was running 24 hrs without cut offs and my electricity bills too had come 5times more due to this and now my freezer fan motor and compressor now mak unusual sound...i asked for replacement but the service center denied it saying we cant..u plz get it done from das....
                    the service executives rajesh and prashant behaved very rudely on phone and dint recieve ma calls after seeing my number....the even used abusive language....

                    i dont know wats the way out....i even contacted the regional head but it dint help...

                    Known to best service I heared about the company Now turned Nightmare for our family. We 3 persons all are employed.

                    I Bought 410 lts 4yrs back, with 5 years extended warranty, I gave a complaint on 8th may 2014, they came inspected

                    collected money for inspection the came once changed with non compatible compressor, it is also not working,

                    than came up with one offer that nobody can accept it, because if i pay 27000-00 rs they will replace with new one.

                    When my machine with warranty why should i pay the money. I asked them to replace compressor. But it 51 day over they hav not turned up.

                    Since we r employed, the Milk, vegetable, and balance meal all wasted. We r srugling lot because Whipool Company. I am registered Photographer India Shall move to next step. I hv all evidence, receipt, and Voice recoding. Come with solution.

                      Hi,

                      I purchased a whirlpool refrigerator on year back from CROMA store, Hyderabad. same I obtained the extended warranty for two years, after completion of one year i got problem with refrigerator , any how i have warranty from the Whirlpool for one year and its over in last July, so i complained on 08/10/2010 to the Croma extended warrant call center number(The great call center works only frm 9 am to 6 pm) at 9.30 am then after every day i am calling to their call center number, when ever i call they just say that just now the repairer left from from their place to address my problem, in actual situation today is 15/10/2010 no body turned up to my home.

                      This is the worst kind of service providing by Croma, can any one help what should i do now, can any one please provide superiors mail Id or phone number

                        I am M. JOHN DAVID I am bought a refrigerator from Moorthi Radio House atThanjore 23/12/2000 serial No INC[protected]
                        Last two months the refrigeratar was not working for repair condition . I am complaint for the whirlpool service center[protected] at Thanjavur. After one weak 3/08/2010 Two unknown persons come to my house They says from Whirlpool service center.
                        They ready to refrigerator for working condition and claimed for Rs 5700.

                        Then After 15 days refrigerator was not working .Again I complaint for service center .But they are not responsible for my complaint

                        my ice magic refrigrator's door has some problem.do i know to whom i contact for repair the door and about its auto cut in ludhiana.plz send me the phone number of company's custmor care center in ludhiana
                        I bought a whirlpool fridge 310 ltr single door on 14 march 2012.it stopped cooling on 14 july 2012. on lodging a complaint a rep of the company came and said compressor needs to be changed and a different engineer will come.on 18 july an engineer came and declared that 3000/ needs to be paid for gas leakage, which was due to our fault.we agreed,he said the fridge will be taken to a workshop by them and further details will be given by service centre.after two more days the service centre says the complaint cannot be entertained as the consumer has refused to pay.they closed the complaint.now nobody is repairing my fridge and service centre is only stalling/delaying my calls.

                          I bought a refrigerator of Whirlpool company from Viveks Vadapalani Chennai Showroom. They delivered it to my home on the next day. I received it and the Whirlpool gives a gift of two tupperware kind of boxes and two watercanes similar to tupperware type, Those were packed inside the fridge itself.

                          When opened I saw that there were scratches and damage in the box , when enquired about this with Whirlpool customer care they said I have to talk with the demo people. The demo people came , I enquired they said for free gifts they cant do anything, I have to deal with the dealer (Viveks). When contacted Viveks Vadapalani showroom they are also irresponsible about the gift. They said the gifts we cant replace. You have to talk with Whirlpool...

                          For a free gift , if no body either the dealer or the brand people if nobody is responsible, then why they give the gift. Its just cheating people.

                          Also, Whirlpool customer care Chennai is very poor. Almost, two days I was calling many times, it goes with welcome after that no response.

                          Also, the Viveks branch Manager at Vadapalani is not Customer friendly....

                          We are a regular customer to Viveks Vadapalani , but still the Manager is not customer friendly...

                            We purchased a Whirlpool Washing Machine FL 5 kg ABM 551 for Rs 18,000 + Rs 720 for 2 yrs extended warranty from Croma, South extension, N.Delhi on 30/05/2010. The machine never worked & has been defective from the beginning. Five complaints have been lodged, the machine has been repaired twice and remaining 3 complains have not been attended to :
                            1. Complaint # DL[protected] dtd July
                            2. Complaint # DL[protected] dtd 10th Aug ‘10
                            3. Complaint # DL[protected] dtd 16th Aug ‘10
                            4. Complaint # DL[protected] dtd 8th Sep ’10.
                            Since the piece was found to be defective, it was sent to the Whirlpool Service Centre. The W/M was returned from the Service Centre but still could not be commissioned and restored to working condition. The W/M is inherently defective and the Whirlpool Customer Care System arbitrarily removes the complaint number each time without ensuring the problem has been rectified. Between 10th Aug 2010 and today, more than one month has elapsed and the W/M has still not been restored to working condition even once. We have sent numerous feedback of dissatisfaction over SMS & phone but to no avail. Upon requesting to escalate the matter to higher level, we are not provided with any contact but repeatedly told that a Supervisor will call us within 2 hours. On all 4 occasions, no Supervisor called!!. Not only has Whirlpool supplied a defective & inferior product, it has a flawed Customer Care Dept. which is lax, fails to act and is ill-equipped to resolve any problem. Who can help?

                              it is very serprised to say that my complaint of washing machine is NOT solved from last 4 month and the complaint has been resoved( accoording your data base) . i called to your customer care department and found that my complaint has been resolved and comment is that the customer is not agree to pay the money. how it can be possible where I never met the concern person for payment. the part is replaced by used part and I had pay of original part. your company is going to cheat me. please resolve my problem other i will have to go with consumer coart for this issue that you are cheating me . Please note that i have launched the 12 complaint for the same issue but your customer care department is providing the best service and when i want to talk to TL then TL don't want to talk with me. this is your customer care detartment.....

                                I had purchased a 410 ltr 6th sense WHIRLPOOL PROFESSIONAL refrigerator on 9/3/2010--- Model no: 12037 Serial No. --IME[protected]. Ever since it has been giving problems in terms of vegetables getting frozen in the vegetable box ---and to say that of farm fresh -hand picked vegetables getting rotten-simply unheard of and ice getting formed or milk getting spoilt in the first shelf.
                                Each time that I had complained I was asked to change the setting of the refrigerator and observe. And each time the problem has been the same. I had complained last on 4th september but no technician has attended the complaint as yet and I was asked to contact the Surat head - Mr Nitish Gohil and Ahmedabad -Ratchell .Mr Nitish was too busy that he has not been able to allocate any time or technician for this particular complaint. I have been trying to get in touch with head office on the various numbers provided but to no avail. The call centre where I lodged the last complaint each time says that my complaint is open and they will respond---is the company waiting for the Warranty period to get over???? Whirlpool being such a reputed company manufactures products of such low quality that we have to keep a note of the outside temperature to adjust the temperature setting of the refrigerator as an ongoing process to avoid the problems that I am facing - which is a first time heard of thing. I have been using another 350 ltr refrigerator but never faced such a problem since 12 years.
                                I want a replacement of the defective refrigerator since - the product has notr been to the standard and your after sales service is more pathetic than the product.

                                As u can see the pictures are of fresh cucumber and mint from our farm. the other pictures are of the freezer section where u can see that ice is being formed and there are water droplets at the same time in the container.

                                Hi vibhisha .. I live in chennai. I do have the same model purchased last year. Same issue that you have now on the refrigerator and the same response from the customer service. My unfortunate is I do have 3 other products with Whirpool. I donno as I am trapped.

                                  I would introduce myself as the channel partner for ICICI Bank Home Loans in Pondicherry region. ICICI Home finance Company has a reward programme for their channel partner which was collaborated with Red Box Rewards. I redeem one Microwave Whirlpool, 20 Ltr Grill Mech and the voucher was issued from Red Box Rewards and the same was sent to Mr. Francis Paul on 5th December 2009 and got confirmation. Mr. Paul initially replied over phone that the product would be delivered in 10 days time. After ten days while I called for the status he replied the product will be delivered in two days time.

                                  This process started from December 20th, for every two days I will call Mr. Francis and he will give the same answer that the product will be delivered in two days. I would have made more than 100 calls to Mr. Francis. Every time he will assure the he will call me and update the status but and for courtesy even a single time Mr. Francis has not called me. Even for the mails he has not replied and he will assure that he will reply.

                                  It is really agony to a genuine Customer and if Mr. Francis is busy he would have assigned some of his sub ordinate to organize the delivery of the product. Kindlydo the needful to deliver Microwave Whirlpool, 20 Ltr Grill Mech at the earliest.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I've bought a whirlpool machine on installment basis. But no one has turned to my home for demo purpose. Shop name is satyam (lakshmi nagar,porur). April month i bought that washing machine but shop person they were not properly responded. i tried a lot but no one is giving a proper reponse tmw i will send a billno, value and everything. try to hellp me not on this issue

                                    Hi this is Mr. Sudesh, i have purchased a whirlpool machine as on.20.03.10. Starting from that day i have called a lot, for my washing machine demo purpose. But now no one has turned back for my demo purpose. Shop name is Satyam(lakshmi nagar, porur) . Such a horrible shop that is. no one was properly reponding. Pls try to help me out on this issue.

                                      Bought AC Whirlpool 1.5 Ton Window on 8-Apr-10 at Jamshedpur.

                                      AC cooling was zero by 26-Aug .

                                      Response from Service Center are pathetic both at Jamshedpur and Delhi. Only Mail /SMS etc. and call forwarding internally.and no real work done

                                      Till 06.-Sep-2010 repair not done .

                                      Will never advise people to buy Whirlpool Products as they are devoid of Service facilities and only 3rd class service personnel

                                      Respected Sir/Mam'm,

                                      This is to bring in to your notice that I have purchased Whirlpool Split AC, since I am facing gas linkage problem, and my AC is under AMC till August 2012, but still non of the whirlpool service center employee is attending my complaint,

                                      Here are my complaint no - GB[protected] at 3rd May 2011 07:45 PM (this complaint was closed without resolution, I got an sms)

                                      Other one is - GB[protected] 7th May 2011 10:50 AM (Still pending no body came to attend this)

                                      What to do next, if I am paying AMC and I am not getting service when I extremely required.

                                      Kindly look in to the matter.

                                      i had purchased a 1.5 tone split ac from vivek’s showroom, salem, tamilnadu. this air conditioner is really worst, it is not working properly, since this have 4 years of warrenty left, we are suffering a lot and lot because of your company product, 6 times the gas has leaked and the service people has told that compressor was damaged, they changed one time, but they replaced defected piece, and they received amount of rs 2300, then again they changed a new compressor and it worked for 1 month… then again now it is not working, , we are totally upset, this gives a lot of mental and physical agony to our family, we need an complete replacement or we will take LEGAL ACTIONS through court. . .BY

                                        Dear Team

                                        I am constrained to write you for poor services displayed by Whirl pool service team at Rewari (Haryana).

                                        I have purchased WHIRLPOOL 32 CLASSIC MODEL 310 Lt, Whirlpool make refrigerator last month. Having a good believe in system I didn’t bother to check the machine at shop and paid for delivery at home. I got service Demo team for demo but found confused to deliver required info to user. It was learnt that the ice break mechanism was not working as spring responsible for function was not available. After 50 calls to dealer, I got the spring but it is still not working. The refrigerator is creating massive vaccum causing deplorable performance to user. It needs more strength to open the refrigerator after single use.

                                        After complaining this to service team, response was pathetic, un- acceptable rather resolving issue. Pls depute your technical expert team at site for kind needful. Service Team should be well expert for resolving issue. Pls guide team to come at weekends or evening post 6 pm so as to get ready for the non sense of behavior and attitude of service team. Team should give call for availability of concern before come home.
