Refrigerator delivered on 20.1.2008 at the marriage ceremony hall, which was bought from Sony Mony, Irla. Within 4 months, fridge stopped working. Complaint: I purchased a refregerator (Whirl Pool) on 20th April2008 from Kapila Electronics Janak Puri, New Delhi. The next day Whirl pool engineer visited and informed that the sealing rubber is defective and the fridge has to be replaced with a new one which the company will replace within 3 days. Same was passed on to Kapila Electronics, the dealer.

I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator of model 310l Iceberg on 30.12.07 from a well known dealer in south Kolkata. My 1.5 ton Ac is covered by an annual maintenance contract. I lodged a complaint on 26th April since it was not functioning .
