I have bought the Whirlpool Fridge (Whirlpool-REF IF INV CNV 375 ALPHA-MOCHA) just less than 2 years back on 2021. As my fridge was not working I called the customer care, they appointed a technician, who came home and said compressor has failed, since it was within warranty they changed it for free and took the service charges and gas filling charges. Post that also the fridge was not working(not cooling), on calling back the technician he said the fridge is dead with circuit and motor fan failed. Why was'nt these problems reported earlier, how can I not believe the technician service was not proper due to which the appliance was dead. Even if the technician service was proper, how can a fridge with in less than 2 years of buying become entirely ? Are the consumers paying a hefty amount just to use the appliance for 1 year as the company is giving 1 year warranty. And moreover the senior executive has declined my called arrogantly when I asked for company to atleast pay for the next defected part service charges. They denied to pay anything, so the consumers have to pay again again for the repairment of the fridge. Why is whirlpool making such products then which cannot even work for 2 years.

    I had purchased a Whirlpool Double Door Refrigerator in December, 2022 which is very well under the Warranty/ Guarantee till date. As of now, I am facing the problem regarding the setting of the Temperature of the Refrigerator and due to this all the vegetable and fruits etc. are getting wet and thereafter got Spoiled. In this regard, various Complaints over Whirlpool India Customer Care No. [protected] were lodged i.e. on 3rd June, 2023, 10th June, 2023 and the Engineer came at that time, but the Issue has not been resolved by him completely. The last and the recent Complaint for the same Issue was lodged on 17th June, 2023 and received the Service Request No. DEL[protected] over SMS at my Registered Mobile No. [protected] from Whirlpool India, but since then, no Technician has visited at my Residential Address as Registered with Whirlpool India for attending the Complaint and resolution of the issue. Although, I had got Calls from one of person named Mr. Nitin of Whirlpool India from Mobile No. [protected], claiming as calling from the Company and assured that my Complaint will be attended by the Technician Mr. Ravi. But since then, Mr. Ravi, the Technician had called me several times from Mobile No. [protected] and assured me to attend the Complaint, but he never turned down to attend the Complaint and also not picking-up my Calls.

    In this regard, I had also spoken to the Senior Team of Whirlpool India over Customer Care No. [protected] and got a call from one of their Senior Person, named Mr. Abid from the Technical Team from Landline Phone No.[protected] from their Service Centre at Noida (U.P.) on 20th June, 2023 and he promised me that a Senior Technician will visit at my residence and will resolve the issue. But inspite of his commitment, no Technician has visited at my residence to resolve the issue.

    Also, yesterday i.e. on 21st June, 2023, I got a Call of Mr. Ravi Technician from Mobile No. [protected] and he promised me that he is visiting at my residence in the evening to attend the Complaint, but he never came and is also not picking-up my call.

    I am really shocked and surprised on this type of casual approach and after sales service from the Whirlpool India, the renowned company. This is totally a deficiency of service and injustice to the customers who bought the product from Whirlpool India.

    The Concerned Persons, Senior Officials and the Management is requested to please look into the issue and intervene to resolve my long pending Complaint on urgent basis.

    My above referred Complaint has been attended by the Technician Mr. Prince (Mobile No. [protected]) of Whirlpool India on 24th June, 2023 (Saturday), but the issue has not been resolved till date and I am still facing the problem of Moisture coming in the whole Refrigerator and the things i.e. Vegetables & Fruits are getting Wet (Moistured) and getting spoiled even keeping them open, without any polythene in the Refrigerator and this was also shown and brought in the knowledge of the Technician Mr. Prince (Mobile No. [protected]) who came to attend my Complaint. I would like to bring to your notice that this type of problem i.e. Moisture is coming in the whole Refrigerator.

    Further, please also note that we are using the Refrigerators for so many years and we didn't faced this type of issue in any of the Refrigerators of brands like LG & Samsung which we had used in the past or even are using currently. We are facing this type of problem i.e. Moisture in this Whirlpool Refrigerator only.

    Concerned Officials, the Team and the Senior Management of the Whirlpool India is once again requested to please look into this problem of Moisture coming in the whole Refrigerator and depute some Senior Technicians Team to get my problem resolved on urgent basis, as the things are getting worse day by day and the things like Vegetables & Fruits etc. are getting spoiled,

    Reference my trailing mails, my concern of Moisture coming in the Whole Refrigerator and due to which the Things, especially the Vegetables & Fruits are getting Spoiled, almost every day, has not been resolved till date . In this regard, I would like to bring to your kind notice that on 9th July, 2023 (Sunday), one of the Technician Mr. Prince (Mobile No. [protected]) from Whirlpool India, on the instruction of Mr. Nitin (Mobile No. [protected]) of the Company had visited at my residence to check the issue and taken diagnosis of all the parameters and found that there is a problem with the PCB in the Cooling Compartment of the Refrigerator and submitted his Report to Mr. Nitin (Mobile No. [protected]) of Whirlpool India . And when contacted to Mr. Nitin of Whirlpool India on 12th July, 2023 (Wednesday), he told me that the Report against the Refrigerator has been forwarded to the Senior Officials of Whirlpool India and awaiting the response from the Whirlpool India.

    Therefore, Senior Officials of the Whirlpool India are hereby requested to kindly look into the matter and get the Issue of Moisture Coming in the Refrigerator due to Faulty PCB in the Cooling Compartment, resolved on Urgent Basis to avoid further Spoiling of the Things.

    In response to my various communications, one of the Senior Technician Mr. Deep (Mobile No. [protected]) from Whirlpool India, on the instructions of Mr. Nitin (Mobile No. [protected]) of Whirlpool India, had visited at my residence on 18th July, 2023 (Tuesday) and checked and taken all the required parameters of the Refrigerator and submitted his report. Till date, nothing has happened against my Complaint and I am still facing the problem of Moisture in the Whole Refrigerator as well as the Issue of Proper Cooling.

    Today morning i.e. on 25th July, 2023 (Tuesday), I have got a call from Mr. Nitin (Mobile No. [protected]) of Whirlpool India, seeking time for re-visit of the Technician again at my residence, for the purpose of checking the parameters etc. of the Refrigerator.

    Please note that this is my long pending issue for the last 2-3 months, which has not been resolved by the Whirlpool India till date, inspite of Multiple Visits (5-6 Visits), already carried out by your Technicians for the purpose of checking and taking of the parameters etc. again and again of the Refrigerator.

    It is really surprising and shocking for me and also the totally unjustified act from the Company like Whirlpool India that inspite of my various E-Mail Communications and even after repeated multiple visits (5-6 visits) carried out by the Technicians, including the Senior Most Technicians of Whirlpool India, my Complaint of Moisture in the Whole Refrigerator (which is very well under Warranty/ Guarantee) as well as the Issue of Proper Cooling, has not been resolved till date by the Company like Whirlpool India.

    Further, I will not allow the Technicians again and again to visit at my residence for the purpose of taking the parameters only, again and again, instead of resolving my long pending (2-3 months old) Complaint.

    Therefore, the Senior Management of Whirlpool India is once again requested to kindly get the issue of Moisture in the Whole Refrigerator as well as the issue of Proper Cooling, resolved immediately by Replacing the Faulty Refrigerator (which is well within the Warranty/ Guarantee Period as on date), instead of fixing visits of the Technicians again and again for taking the same parameters only, again and again.

      The whirlpool fridge got fire in last week[protected]. Technician came after 5 days, and then told us to wait for us until whirlpool give feedback. It’s very difficult without fridge in day to day life. Could you please revert back us with what’s your stand on this? I can look for another one if you have no plan to repair/replace.

        I purchased an ac on 5th June, 2023, Till now nobody has come for installation. It has been more than 10 days and after 20 complaints and raising tickets Whirlpool is shameless and did not provide resolution. One person came on 12th June and says he will take 3100 just for installation. I sent him back after that nobody came.

          We bought refrigerator last year in july but unable to find the bill.

          Now fridge is not cooling and whirlpool engine visit at our house and ask for bill.

          Without bill i have to pay 6500 inr because the motor is not working.

              Booked 330L Proton 3 door Refrigerator with CROMA Bharuch on 26/5/23 delivered on 27/5/23.
              Installation and Demo will be done by Whirlpool within 48 hrs but till date no communication and response from Whirlpool service team.
              This is very bad experience in my life come across from such reputed company.

                I have registered a complaint regarding low cooling of my refrigerator on 4/6/23. A technician visited and found a defective fan motor. He left by saying, " there is no stock, will revisit after 2 days". But till now there is no response.

                  I have a refrigerator not working from last 15 days. Complained has been registered multiple times. But no technician has visited yet. Every day I am getting call from service center whether technician has visited or not? Field calling us asking for address but not a single visit has been happened yet. I am suffering since I purchased this fridge. I did big mistake buying a whirlpool product. Initially a damaged product was delivered, after so many difficulties, we were able to replace it. After 6 month it is not working and we not getting service from Whirlpool.

                    Product - Whirlpool 240 L Frost-Free Multi-Door Refrigerator (FP 263D Protton Roy, Alpha Steel)

                    Ordered this on 22-Sep-2022. The fridge stopped cooling on 29-May-2023. We raised a support ticket on 30-May-2023 around 11 AM and were told that a technician will visit us within a day. However, we did not receive any calls from technician or local service center. On 31-May-2023, we called at 12 noon to check on the status and were asked to provide all details again even though a support ticket was logged.

                    We were provided 4 different technicians numbers from the Whirlpool customer support line.
                    1 number is switched off.
                    1 person told us that this pincode does not belong to him and he will not be visiting for support.
                    After 5 calls with the customer care line, we were told that it is 4 PM and technician will not be coming on 31-May-2023.
                    Also, we were told that technician might or might not come on 01-Jun-2023. So we have a non-cooling refrigerator from 3 days and no support so far from Whirlpool.
                    We can call a private technician but that will void the warranty and we will be stuck with a non-working product.

                    We gave up after this and logged a consumer complaint on UMANG portal.
                    I will advise not to buy a Whirlpool product. STAY AWAY from Whirlpool.

                    It is 2nd of June and we are without a working refrigerator. Also, if the compressor (made in China) has failed in 6 months, this means it is a manufacturing defect. I believe it will be better to return the home appliance to Whirlpool.

                      Fridge excessive cooling & water leakage issue

                      Address: Home No 2518, 13th MAIN, A Block, AECS Layout Singasandra, Bangalore

                      Initial ticket BAN[protected] was raised on 6th May for no cooling issue. Initially it was declared that it is compressor issue. Later it was told that it is not compressor issue. Service engineer changed few parts and No cooling issue was resolved but caused another issue related to excessive cooling which is turning any liquid item into Ice in non-freezing zone of the fridge & spoiling everything.
                      Then thermo fuse part was changed...

                      Hi Team,

                      I have used the Whirlpool washing machine 6.5 kg fully automatic top load since past 3 yrs and 8 months. Washing machine Tub not rotating and checked with service engineer and reported that tub struck(not rotating) issue. For that we need to replace the below spares?? Gear box, Dry hub, Saden Block, Clutch set, Bearing SKF, Oil seal, Tub value - Complete set. This issue only happen due to Bearing Fault, but technician requesting to change all complete sets and cost around RS: 6000/-. This is not acceptable at all. Please check this complaint and resolve the issue at earliest.

                      So not recommended to buy an Whirlpool washing machine.

                        Washing machine Noise due to bearing problem

                        Hi All, I bought top loading whirlpool fully automatic washing machine in 2017. From starting itself i started spending money for washing machine. In 2020 i got more noise in the machine. So I called service engineers, they told i have to change bearing for washing machine its cost around 4.5k. i asked them to change by warranty at free of cost. But they refused they said 10 yrs warranty for motor only... So I spent that amount for change...

                        It is an online order in whirlpoolundia.com. The above order cancelled a weak back. But not given the refund. Multiple mails and phone calls does not give any result.
                        Whirlpool India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                        Not sure if the customer service understands the issue. Waiting for refund, but they schedule a representative for installing the fridge which is never received.

                            I had purchased a Whirlpool IntelliFresh 440L refrigerator on 18th Sep’22 from Croma Kalikapur outlet in Kolkata and since installation I am facing the not optimal cooling issue. Multiple times issues have been raised with Whirlpool but every time the service requests were closed stating the adjustment issue and since it was winter time and the food items were not getting perished as minimal cooling was happening and the outside temperature was also low. The auto Intellisense functionality was not working as per the expectation stated during the time of sale and demo. But this summer the food items started getting perished, ice creams are getting melted and the ice cubes are not forming. So once again I booked a technician visit both with CROMA & Whirlpool on 23rd May’23 with the service id details being mentioned in the subject line. On 24th May’23 the same technician visited and I explained and showed them the issue and they diagnosed the system as choked. But when I asked them to elaborate the issue they told me gas needs to be refilled as gas leakage is happening and another technician would visit to fix the same. Then I stated clearly that the product which is under warranty and having manufacturing defects need to be replaced and any short term is not acceptable since it may incur recurring cost in near future. I also explained to them that the same issue was highlighted multiple times earlier but every time the same got ignored but the technician started arguing stating that those were adjustment issues.

                            I would request the management to look into the reported issue log since the date of product purchase for more details. I would also request both the Whirlpool & Croma management to look into the issue jointly and replace my damaged product immediately. The necessary bills and documents have been attached for your reference.

                            My experience with Whirlpool after sales service is very bitter & horrible and in near future I would not go for Whirlpool products anymore and would not recommend the same to anyone.

                              Order delivered on 27th april and today technician visited to my place on 9th May and he confirmed that the is cooling coil leakage in the machine. I requested for replacement as told by technician and logged a complaint on 10th May by calling Whirlpool customer care.
                              But now they are telling me, Flipkart will replace my product, but Flipkart informed me to contact Whirpool as replacement policy period is already over. It's more than 13 days, I am not getting any resolution. I am unable to use it while paying a lumpsum money for the ac.

                                I have bought a Whirlpool fully automatic washing machine on 15-Nov-2021 I would like to inform you since the time i have bought this product it is not working properly. we have raised numerous compliants in the first year of warranty itself.Is this the quality whirlpool is providing to its prestigious customers. We have also bought same product in october also but that product is working properly and nither we have raiseang complaint nor any problem arise in that washing machine. But every wash in our said product we are facing different different problems everytime. When we raised complaint a technician named Mr. Rehan who said the company has closed the scheme of replacement but when i called at your call centre they said company will replace only if technician said them to do so. What is this professional behaviour? Whirlpool is a renowned brand and customer satisfaction is not important to your company. And this time i have raised a complaint about P2 system but your technician has changed the complaint from my phone and register a new complaint regarding noise in the machine and he had done cheating with us by registering a new complaint and did not done on the original complaint which we have registered and when we confront him he said i cannot anything about that because i am a mechanicaltechnician and it is the mind of machinery. What is this statement?We are not fools over here.It is my final request to either replace my product or else refund my money.

                                  Their help desk and customer support are completely uselesSo is there service centre. I wasted my hard earned money on buying their product I wish i would have reviewed their social media or this consumer page ibith are full of complaints.
