Title: Whirlpool AC AMC — Coil Replacement Delay & Poor Service (Complaint No: DEL[protected])
Complaint:
I raised a complaint with Whirlpool on 19th April 2025 regarding my AC which is covered under a 5-year AMC (AMC No: HGW2300694). The engineer inspected the AC on 21st April and confirmed that the evaporator coil is damaged and needs replacement. He mentioned that gas filling would be done once the coil is replaced, supposedly on 23rd April.
However, even after multiple follow-ups, there has been no resolution. I'm repeatedly being told that the part is "out of stock" and that it will be done "tomorrow" — but nothing has been done. This has been the pattern for months — poor parts, frequent gas leaks, and careless service.
I trusted Whirlpool by purchasing an AMC, but the service experience is turning into a nightmare. This kind of delay and negligence is a clear breach of AMC terms and extremely unprofessional.
If this is not resolved within 24 hours, I will escalate this matter to:

Whirlpool needs to take urgent action.
