    I have raised service request 17 March, technical person came and without resolving issue he has collected the charges and he told there is part issue will raise request to company for part ls once we get will come and fix the issue. After few days ticket closed without information and then I called to customer service centre they were there no opend request, I have raised new request at 28march they it'll take 4 days to resolve issue. But not at all closed till now daily calling and asking for resolution 8th April. But issue not all closed i'm very disappointed. Whirlpool not giving better service in villages.
    At final service telling it'll take another one week to resolve issue but now I don't have trust will they come or not.

      I have complained about my refrigerator not cooling in First week of Jan 2024,
      Service number - MUM[protected]

      Post which the executive visited and checked, the part which was to be replaced was not available and hence they suggested for replacement at depreciation value.

      Since then i am following up, still the issue is not resolved.
      Today i am getting message on whatsapp from [protected] to transfer...

      Inspite of repeated requests & reminders, after 5 day from registration of my complaint for my washing machine (Within warranty period), There is no resolution against my complaint no. RAJ[protected] dt. 24.02.24, I am repeatedly receiving the calls only from HO but their is no solution at all. surprise to see the worst services provided by Whirlpool after a assurance of resolution within 24 hours to customers as per documents & huge advertisement and I did not expect this type of service from a worldwide reputed company & it is cheating and misguiding the customers. I would like to request to all my friends/well wishers to avoid any purchases from this type of fraud company who is not committed to customers after sale.

          This mail is regarding the poor customer support from the authorized service partners of Whirlpool in the name of SRI VIJAYALAKSHMI REFRIGERATION operating from Nagercoil.
          For you to understand the issue, I would like to brief you on my worst experience with the service people as noted below:

          (i) Purchased in October 2020(Whirlpool, AC, 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split Inverter), I have paid Rs. 4450 towards installation and stabilizer costs on 27/10/2020. ( Though it was an inverter-based model, we were forced to have the stabilizer by the technician.)

          (ii) Within two months of installation (07/12/2020), we had a problem, the technician visited and said that the insulation was not properly done during installation and charged us for repairing the same. Bill was Rs. 4200 ( includes a stand for AC worth RS. 2000). Installation fault within two months to be noted.

          (iii) There was a problem again with cooling, so the technician came and said the Gas is lost and has to be filled. Gas loss within one year o[censored]sage to be noted. This was informed to the Manager of the concern (Sri Vijayalakshmi Refrigeration) and with his knowledge, gas was filled ( 20.08.2021) and the technician gave a guarantee for two years that refilling of gas would not be required.

          (iv) Even before the expiry of the oral guarantee period, we faced the same problem (no cooling), informed the service partners and the technician came ( a different person). He informed us of the possibility of gas leakage either in the floor or in the coil and was not able to locate it exactly. He said only if the gas is filled, he can decide that..viz..if it didn't leak again - its a floor problem, and if it still leaks, there will be a coil problem. He asked us to go for direct replacement of coil, which would cost us around 11000 rupees on the safer side. I seriously doubt, without being sure of the thing that the problem is with the coil only, how are we being expected to spend so much on that? So, we asked him to fill the gas first and locate the issue. He did the same and charged us Rs. 3300 for this purpose (12.05.2023). This time, Once Gas filling is done, they claim the guarantee is only for 3 months.

          (v) We were out of the station and came today (10.1.2024), again there was no cooling in the AC, (for the third time). When contacted with the service people, they sent the same person again today, he said again there is no gas in the outdoor unit. He wants us to fill the gas and replace the copper coil and was continuously giving pressure to go for 3 years AMC. He says that AMC will cover the gas filling charges too this time. I wanted him to do the needful mending this time free of charge ( because the previous filling was done only for him to get clarity on locating the fault) and said that we would go for AMC after a couple of months.
          He never understood and denied the option. There was no use connecting to the technical manager as well. Furthermore, the manager was so reckless saying that, "wherever I go, I should come back to him only for servicing; since he is the only service partner available for Whirlpool in Nagercoil". Even after saying that, in such a case of worst support, I shall dispose the AC and go for another company also, he asked me to "go ahead". He wasn't bothered at all. And to my dismay, the technician today (10.01.2024) made an open statement that this kind of problem is very frequent with Whirlpool ACs. IS THAT TRUE?

          I would like to make a mention here that I do have another Whirlpool AC in the same location which has not had any problems for these three years. Hence I understand that the real problem is with the initial installation itself of this unit and these technicians are not ready to accept it. Moreover, they are not able to identify the exact issue and they keep cheating the customer, trying with options of changing or repairing one after the other, and we are being charged highly as well, for all their mistakes. And now, as we are questioning them, as the final resort, they are forcing us to go for an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). The hidden reason which I believe is, that any fault they make, Whirlpool company will bear the charges, and we, customers are not going to question them.

          Hereby, I would like to register a strong complaint against this agency in Nagercoil in this regard so that at least in future they will not be so lethargic in discharging their service. At the same time, I also would request Whirlpool to look into this issue from my side and get me the proper resolution. "Re-installation of the outdoor unit, free of cost" was my previous request to the company, but now, after my experience with their worst respone to the customer query, which is quite tormenting, I would request for a replacement of the entire unit or full refund of the purchased item, so that I shall not face any problems of this kind in the future I anticipate an early intervention from your side to settle this issue because, CUSTOMERS CANNOT BE TAKEN FOR GRANTED.

          Though the above described complaint, mailed to the customer service team was acknowledged by them, no proper resolution is provided till date. They talk about the warranty terms, which has no meaning when the product itself is faulty. In spite of a continuous follow up and even after escalating the issue till the level of CEO of whirlpool, they do not care about the customer dissatisfaction.

          Anticipate that this representation at least reaches the person concerned and provide me with a proper resolution.

              Dear Sir,

              Good Afternoon,

              My name is Srinivas D, Iam a resident of Chennai, I have purchased Whirlpool Washing machine, Micro Wave Ovan, and Side by Side 605 Liters Fridge on 3rd December 2020 from Girias, Chennai virgumbakkam branch.

              Within two months, the Fridge which we have purchased have started to give problem, whenever we open and close the right side door of the fridge, we started to hear a loud noise from the bottom of the right side door .

              We were shocked and immediately raised complaint with the customer care and explained about the problem.The service engineer has visited and inspected the product and did some repair work and informed that the problem has been rectified.

              But the problem has not been rectified. We have experienced the above mentioned problem frequently .We used to contact the customer care and the same procedure which i have mentioned above has been followed by Whirlpool.

              We got Fed up and we have requested Whirlpool either to rectify the problem or to replace the faulty fridge provided to us in the month of August 2021 when the product was in warranty period. There was no proper response from whirlpool.

              Till Date the problem has not been solved.

              Even today (28th Feb 2022) we are experiencing the same problem. When we contacted the customer care they informed that i have pay Rs.800 rupees as visiting Charges because the warranty period for my fridge has been expired.

              You Can go thru the our complaints history to know from when we have started to face the problem.

              I would like to inform that a faulty fridge has been provided to us and when we informed about the problem to your authorized service engineers has done some temporary repair works till the expiry of our warranty to avoid the replacement .

              I had a very good reputation on Whirlpool, and because of that i have purchased all my home appliance from Whirlpool.But Whirlpool has made be to regret for the decision i have taken in purchasing the home appliances form Whirlpool.

              I have paid around 60000/- for the Faulty Fridge which was provided by the Whirlpool.

              Sir, we need your kind intervention in this regard.

              We had good opinion about Whirlpool, but we have been treated very badly

              Hope we will get justice from Whirlpool thru your kind intervention

                Hi Team,
                I called customer service number[protected] for whirlpool refrigerator and whirlpool washing machine general service. checking my availability, I gave an request appointment for Tuesday Morning(12/13/2023). But the service person Raghunathan .M contact number - [protected], called me and talking roudly and telling that when he is free that time only he will visit for service. Again we requested for Thursday morning(12/15/2023) time service since we both work in MNC and will not be at home after 12pm. The person talked too badly and told he will not do any service for me.

                So again I called to customer care number and informed about the service person rough behavior to me. But the customer care lady also talked badly and telling no service will be provided for me. Really got very disappointed and worst experience. I don't know that this customer care is behaving same to all customer.

                Please provide a solution as soon as possible.

                  I bought a whirlpool washing machine through washing machine website, for my ailing mother.They supplied a defective product and not taking it back nor refunding the amount.

                  I am a customer of Whirlpool.I bought a whirlpool washing machine in October 2023 through whirlpool online portal.But I was delivered a defective product.Despite of multiple attempts to connect through mail and customer care ...nothing has been done.Because of this my ailing mother suffered a lot We bought another one through amazon..that was also certified defective.We returned it but the whirlpool online portal refund has not been processed.Also the machine pickup was cancelled multiple times by the third party.I dont think my mail reached to you...please instruct your team for pick up of the damaged product and refund the full amount quickly.

                  Whirl pool has to compensate for all harassment they have caused to my mother and me.

                  Readers pls advice me what may be the best course of action to get my issue sorted out...

                      I bought this fridge around 2 years back but it is not working now. Servicr technician asking Rs 4000 for the sealed parts. What guarantee does Whirlpool gives on sealed parts?. So now I have to keep shedding out 5k to 10k on this 50k fridge.
                      This is really the worst brand experience to me.

                        Never faced a customer service for any brand..for one week I have not been properly addressed by whirlpool even after multiple calls and multiple complaints on the same issue.. even the service centre person not properly responding..they say you will get call from technician or technician will come at this time but waste no calls or visit...THEY KEEP OPENING NEW TICKETS AND CLOSING THEMSELVES WITHOUT RESOLVING ISSUE THEY CREATE AND CLOSE TO SHOW FAKE NUMBERS...WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ...THEY DONT CARE CUSTOMER DON GO FOR WHIRLPOOL

                                I had filed a complain regarding my double door frige on 30th October 2023 today it is 8th November 2023 no response till today. When I called service head they gave me number of technician who was extremely rude and unprofessional. It was really harrassing for me if I won't get any satisfactory response from this I will file a complain in consumer court.

                                  Have purchased a new Washing machine Top load BLOOMWASH PRO on 20/09/23. The machine has been working with horrible sound and high vibration especially on Rinse & Spin mode. It dances and moves from original place.
                                  One day the machine was about to fall due to heavy vibration, so I stopped the machine and book complaint.
                                  Your service engineer said sometimes it happens when clothes mixed with each other and it is normal sound.

                                  I mentioned my remarks that I am not satisfied and seeking refund to return this machine but no response has been given.

                                  Today I also booked complaint of this irritating noise coming while operation.

                                  I am very seriously fed up with the quality

                                    I am totally deceived by whirlpool service centre and their technician Mr. Rajesh. My product was delivered and and Mr. Rajesh came in for demo. He did not tell me anything and asked for getting g the tap fittings done. He took my signature on his receipt inadvertently saying he will come after the fittings and it was just for the visit. After that I called him and he gave me support number to register a complaint so that his route for the day can be made. I kept calling on the support number for hours. Finally someone picked up just to tell Mr. Rajesh is on leave today. I feel so cheated by this man and this company.

                                    My product is not working and shuts off after 2 3 mins and has become a nuisance for me to deal with this service centre staff. They are not even responding to my calls now.

                                    Pathetic experience with whirlpool. I can't keep taking leaves on working days for a dishwasher installation. Kindly send the technician today or else get the product returned.

                                    This is very disturbing. For such a costly product there is no after sale service from such a prestigious company.

                                    And an action may be taken against Mr. Rajesh ( Delhi service centre )for misguiding me for so long.

                                      I bought whirlpool refrigerator from one of the dealer in Rs. 32000 around.
                                      Suddenly after one year fridge is not cooling raise a complaint against the cooling condition in Whirlpool Customer Care they have created a ticket and send one service men for servicing then after that he have changed some parts which cost around 5000 then again after that is still not working.
                                      Please look at it i am very curious about my fridge i bought it from my Salary and if it is not working then please replaced the fridge.
