I wish to inform you that I have purchased split AC unit online (Flipkart) on 26.04.2022 and same is installed by authorized technician (Gurukrupa Services) on 02.05.2022. Within 15 days after installation water leakage observed from the indoor unit, water leakage problem was observed 3 times due to poor workmanship or negligence of the technician. Such a pathetic customer service in Chennai. Irony is still under 1 year warranty and which is about to get expired.

Had paid whirlpool visiting charges on 20th dec 2022, and my issue not yet resolved from whirlpool.

On 11th of Jan 2023 one of the technician visited again but couldn't do anything, After 2 days on 13th jan he again visited and told me there is some problem with compressor (no charges taken and no date on bill)

On 13th Feb again I booked a request for my issue and now they are asking me to pay again service charges,...

For the RO water purifier of Model 13931 and S.No CNT[protected], Annual Maintenance Contract was made for Rs. 4894 on 01.05.2022. The contract lasts until 30.04.2023. We purchased whirlpool triple door refrigerator in august and it worked 15 days without issues, then started cool not coming.
Raised issue and closed in 5 days.
Again after 6 days got dame issue and closed it in 6 days.
Again after 10 days we got same issue again closed in 5 days.

I had got my whirlpool washing Machine's dryer repaired two months agoand PAID SERVICE CHARGES + NEW MORTAR COST. The executive said the new mortar has a warranty of 3 months ( but never told me that i will have to pay for visiting charges after 1 month if my product malfunction) Now, again its dryer isn't working properly. I recently complained to whirlpool as my washing machine was not working. The technician came and told me 470rs for visiting charges. Then he took out a small part and said it needs to be replaced and charged me 1450rs. When i agreed for it he still charged me 1450rs + 470rs. I have purchased washing machine through Amazon on 08/Feb/2022. And the installation by whirlpool has arrived on 09/Feb/2022. The problem here is along with the installation the service guys are forcing us to purchase some extra products like in my case with Whilrpool washing machine, the service guy advice me to take Scalegon product for cleaning the washing machine. I am Amisha, a highly dissatisfied and cheated customer who have fallen prey to these big frauds who are putting on a mask of so called multinationals and looting peoples hard earned money... i purchased a whirlpool waahing machine in 2019 and from that day till today, my life is revolving around these frauds asking them, rather begging them to replace this machine as the technician also...
