      I have purchased Whirlpool 1.5 ton AC from Amazon online, and it was switch on only one time,
      now no cooling at all, and technician told me gas is not available in AC,

      Sorry to say that i want the replacement of new AC, and don't want any workaround like gas filling etc

      Kindly request you for the replacement of the new AC.

      Almost 2 months are over. I can't find any resolution from your side, whenever i call the service centre, they want time for approval of AC replacement.I am fedup the reply received from the service centre team.

      Please give me a time frame, otherwise I am going to the consumer court.
      I am waiting for your positive reply as soon as possible.

        We have purchased Whirlpool Fridge Model WPL 343D PROTTON ROY ALPHA STEEL 20817 from R K Marketting, Agra on 13.04.2022 vide Bill No GST/0213 since then the fridge is not working properly. The vegetable tray is
        again and again making ice in the vegetables thus spoilling the product, the photos are enclosed for reference.
        The company has twice changed the fridge but then also there is some defect with this product. Please provide us a complete solution so as this problem should not arise in near future.

          I bought an ac on 24.04.2022 (1 ton ) split ac from Flipkart. After 2)3 months it created air bolckged. Many times I claims for it but till now it remain same though they replaced two spare regarding this . They sent it falty now I want to replace it at any cost . I suffered for this during the whole year . After some days my warranty also over but till now no results. Local team of there service also not co operate. Pls help me out.

            I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with my Whirlpool refrigerator. I purchased the Whirlpool double door fridge, model number 20540 IF305 NEO ELT 3S in 2016, and its manufacturing date is 15/04/2016. This model has a 10-year compressor warranty.

            In July 2022, the compressor of my refrigerator stopped working, and I had to contact the Whirlpool service center for assistance. The compressor was replaced by the service center, but unfortunately, I faced the same issue again on 17/04/23. When I contacted the service center for the second time, they asked for the bill, which I lost.

            I understand that the warranty for the compressor of my refrigerator is still valid, and I am extremely disappointed that I am being denied the warranty service just because I don't have a copy of the bill. It is important to note that my refrigerator has been repaired multiple times in the past, and your system should have a record of it.

            I have raised multiple complaints with the Whirlpool customer service team in the past, with Complaint No. 020431 on 15/April/2019 and DEL[protected] on 07/July/2022. This clearly indicates the recurring issues with my refrigerator.

            I request you to consider my grievance and provide me with the necessary assistance for repairing my refrigerator. I hope to hear from you soon.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I would like to bring to your notice the issue we are facing since the last few weeks with your service provider Max Service Solutions, Bangalore.

                  I have registered a complaint on 6th March 2023 regarding the cooling issue in my refrigerator.

                  On 8th March your technician (Name: Ibrahim, Phone No: [protected]) visited and replaced the fan kit in the freezer and charged 2200 for the part and 530 for labour charge. Within a week we started facing the same issue and the complaint was registered with the customer care.

                  After many follow ups, the same technician visited again on 20th March 2023 and inspected the machine and said some sensor is not working and the same to be replaced along with the fan kit. When I asked why it wasn't done last week, no answer from him. Also he mentioned he was not having the part ready and he needs 2-3 days of time. I said okay. Later he disconnected the power cable from the refrigerator and connected directly inside the freezer and did some more external connections with the wire he had. During this time he made some wrong connections. There was a huge noise from the freezer compartment and smoke too. He was so tense (I was able to notice the same on his face) and started telling me that the board is gone and it costs Rs.[protected] to replace.

                  I was so worried and questioned him that why should I pay for something he messed up but no answer from him. When my wife asked the same question, his behavior was so rude and talking about unwanted things and started abusing her. Is this how you train your technicians to behave with customers? He started showing his frustrations on us which is completely not acceptable.

                  After sometime he called his superior Mr Sunil (Phone No: [protected]) and started telling stories instead of the actual mess he created. Later I spoke to him and explained everything. Finally Mr. Sunil agreed to fix the issue and admitted the mistake was from his technician. He said he will fix the issue within 2-3 days (Max by Saturday 25th March 2023). Days were passing but no proper update from the service center and no response to the calls and messages in whatsapp. Later I got an update that the issue will be fixed by Wednesday 29thMarch 2023 but as usual no updates from Mr Sunil till 30th March until I asked for the update.

                  On 30th March he came up with a new update that they are processing for replacement of the machine under "depression basis" and asking me to share the invoice copy. I have shared the invoice copy with him on Monday 3rd April 2023 and no update till 6th April 2023 as usual. I called Mr Sunil on 6th April and he received my call and it was a great surprise for me. He was explaining to me that the spare part (the one spoiled by the technician by wrong connection) is not available and processing the replacement. Also he mentioned I have to pay 50% for the replacement since the company will provide only 50% on the invoice value.

                  What I don't understand is why should I pay for the mistake done by your service center people? Is this how you run your business and treat your customers? My refrigerator was working fine except the small issue which would have been fixed by any local technician. It was my mistake that I went for authorised service and ended up with all this kind of mess.

                  I would like you to look into this matter and I hope I can get a better solution from you instead of asking me to shell out the money from my pocket for your mistakes. If anything like this happened because of my mistake, would you pay even a single rupee from your pocket? I don't think so.

                  For last three weeks, we are facing so much of mental torture because of this issue. Having kids at home, unable to get milk and vegetables stored.

                  I purchased this product because of brand value and based on past experience. I never expected what is happening currently.

                  Mr. Sunil has not at all shown real interest to solve the issue. He was always trying to ignore and delay things and it irritates me a lot. Every single time he either disconnects my call or does not respond. Even though he picks my call sometimes, he behaves like I am begging him / seeking help for something he is not responsible for.

                  Till your technician made some wrong connections, the refrigerator was working fine except the defrost issue which can be managed by switching off the machine for a few hours.

                  I kindly request you to look into this matter and provide a solution for this.

                    Have purchased the Whirlpool split AC from Amazon on 15th March 2022. There was one free service mentioned in the product . When we asked the same from customer care we received a feed back that the product is out of warranty and now we have to pay the service charges.

                    My complaint is why the whirlpool customer services did not remind the customer that their free service is due and it will be expired at this date. No feed back call was received from whirlpool customer care.

                    Its very disappointing to see such a poor service from whirlpool. It makes us feel that whirlpool just want to sell their product but they dont care about the after sale service.

                      Mane today on 7th March 2023 Purushottam Electronic Badi Brahma was paid model 305 alpha 22990 rupees at 5 o'clock but when he sent refrigerator to my house it was defect it was scratched from the front at the same time mane within 5 minutes called the auto guy He told me to talk to the shopkeeper and the known shopkeeperWe talked on WhatsApp and said that I have sent you exactly the right piece, now I want the payment refund, otherwise I will go to the media

                          Hi,

                          I purchased Whirlpool 4 in 1 Convertible Cooling 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split Inverter AC - White on 29.09.2022. (Flipkart given tax invoice attached) Few months after that winter came, we resumed the AC use but it came to notice that the room is not getting cool. 2- 3 days i checked but the result was the same.

                          On 27th March 2023 i raise a whats app complaint register ( Whats app No.: +91- [protected])
                          1) Your Service Request Number KOL[protected]
                          Twice i received call from your end asking my full address with pin code and they told will update me soon after that no action taken from your side.
                          After 2 day i checked the status. It is showing closed.
                          2) Again I raise the complaint in the same manner and register on 29th March 2023 : Your Service Request Number KOL[protected].
                          Again no action taken from your end and case showing closed.
                          3) Again I raised a complaint 3rd time in the same manner -Your Service Request Number KOL[protected].
                          After 2 days one technician visited on 2nd April 2023 and checked that due to your team installation mistake the gas is leaked as the AC is very less in use that's why I came to know late.
                          He promised me that he will visit again with his senior technician and they will find the leakage point, fixed it and refill the gas.
                          Till dated they have not come to resolved the issue & the status showing in whats app are as follow-

                          We see that your service request is completed.

                          OEM people are wasting our time and losing your goodwill, without taking customer feedback to guys close the case.

                          I am unable to understand how WHIRLPOOL is giving services to their customers. This shows how incompetent team of Whirlpool is which lost my interest to buy any other product of Whirlpool.

                          I am requesting you to please help me out in this embarrassing situation and this was not the first time I bought the product of whirlpool . I have a lot of products at home, but this time your poor after sales service has lost all my interest to buy your products again. In Today's busy life I don't have so much time to follow up with you to resolve a problem in your product which is under warranty period.

                          I request you please don’t suffer from me any more. Take action and resolve the problem immediately.

                            I wish to inform you that I have purchased split AC unit online (Flipkart) on 26.04.2022 and same is installed by authorized technician (Gurukrupa Services) on 02.05.2022. Within 15 days after installation water leakage observed from the indoor unit, water leakage problem was observed 3 times due to poor workmanship or negligence of the technician.                             not even one person took responsibility to send someone to look into the issue. Even after Multiple reminder to customer care who only said to arrange a call back went unnoticed.
                            Such a pathetic customer service in Chennai. Irony is still under 1 year warranty and which is about to get expired.

                            The service guy told the body has been damaged and it needs to be replaced. You will get call from whirlpool regarding the body. He charged 450 rupees for that. I was waiting for the damaged part. But the ticket was closed without any communication. Poor service. Thanks for the service.

                              I have purchased an AC on Amazon for whirlpool on 2021, but now the ac is giving less colling, so I called whirlpool service center and the agents came and told that I need to fill the gas, the customer support agent told it will be around 1, 508 but they told it will cost 3500. Then, I said okay to provide the service.

                              The other person told that try to purchase AMC warranty for a year and it will be covered for 1 year warranty and I have purchased on 9th of March for 4199 Rupees. The agent told it will take only 3 days to punch and you will get the service by 14th or 15th.

                              Then I am keep calling every person and every day they are giving a me a reason that the person who is InCharge is on leave and other day, they went for an installation, yesterday, the same person came and he told that he didn't bring gas and he will resolve by today which is 30th of March and now they told, there bike is punctured and they will not able to come by today.

                              I have told to complete the service every day and they are not hearing it. Now they're assuming that they are providing free service. I have paid for that warranty; do I need to sit and beg to provide the service. None of them are responsible for it. They keep on requesting more 2 days. I'm done. I'm having washing machine and AC from whirlpool, from now I will not buy any things from that company.

                              Even Urban company is fast proving good service t low price. They're cheating us. I don't like to mention the agent's name. But none of them are providing this warranty.

                              Don't purchase the AMC from Whirlpool, they're just scamming people and will not provide any service.

                                Dear Whirlpool Customer Care Team,

                                We belong to a middle class family and it's a dream come true when we purchase a Washing Machine. But we are very unhappy as we feel we have lost our money in vain as the washing machine has trouble in operating within a few months itself.

                                We had purchased a Washing Machine on[protected] through Amazon, which was delivered in a week's time. The Installation was done by the company personnel on 17-10-22.(Gandhinagar, Gujarat). The product is completely under warranty.

                                We started using the machine from February 2023 and within 2 months of its usage the machine started making a lot of noise in the RINSE PROCESS and vibrated a lot, shifting its position making it difficult to stand. This occurred a couple of times and we tried to adjust the amount of load too, but it continued. Hence we contacted the customer service at Naroda, Ahmedabad on . The complaints are as under:
                                1. We complained on 22-03-23 and the technician (Mr. Sudhir Mishra, magicare NXT) visited on 24-03-23. The service company changed the Suspension Rod and Capacitor of the New Washing Machine on 26-03-23, by informing us that this is the only reason for a lot of Vibrations of the Washing Machine. The problem is still persistent with the machine and we would request to take proper steps for the same.The usage of the machine is not yet for 6 months and hence we request the company to take adequate measures ASAP to resolve this matter. We had been speaking with Mr. Shailesh Yadav, (Contact No. [protected]) ASM, Ahmedabad, Whirlpool Corporation, and he informed us to continue using it even in this condition, but we aren’t using it.

                                2. The technicians didn’t have the parts and we had to wait for a few days.The technicians didn’t have proper tools and support sheets to avoid the damage to our washing machine while working on it. The Service Centre Person, Mr. Gopal Mishra at Naroda, Ahmedabad is very rude and doesn’t have any manners to speak with the customers.

                                3.Mr. Gopal Mishra, Service Centre Person calling at night 07:30 and instructing us that he would like to come to see the machine, without prior appointment or informing us. He is very rude when speaking with the customers. Though I informed that I was not at home, he kept on arguing that he didn't give us a time or date to come for a visit. We are working people and it’s always that the reputable company takes an appointment to provide services. He has recorded the call without my prior permission, which is against the law. Also I request the company to provide me a recording for the same. (Contact No. [protected])

                                We are highly disappointed and disheartened with the behavior of the company and its representatives. Such incidents spoil the reputation of Whirlpool Corporation, India.

                                Expecting responsible behavior from a reputed company. We are attaching the Invoice for the reference. We request you to provide us with a New Machine in replacement for this one as it is still under warranty, as it seems that the Washing Machine is with a manufacturing defect.

                                  I bought my 360 litres Whirlpool refrigerator on March 2021. I got cooling issue on April 2022, service provider came and checked, he told fan not working and need to change. They charged for that 2300 and i paid. Now again I got same issue on March 2023, cooling fan not working, again service provider asking money to change fan. there was no voltage fluctuations in my home and using stabilizer too. then also every year I am facing same issue.who will pay every year for same problem. I got defective one. Whirlpool brand cheating customers. They only need money money. Money minded people. Worst brand ever. Don't fools customers just because they trust Whirlpool brand. I need replacement, i got defective one. Every year I can't pay like this. Please take this seriously.
