    I purchased my fridge on 28/3/2021, just after 3 months it stopped working, not even the cooling but it didnt start, it fluctuates. Sometimes its working and sometime not..

    We purchased it from Reliance digital, and we did the complaint too. They registered our complaint after so many calls and request, they sent 2-3 person till now. But THE BEST part of the scene is, no body knows about the issue..

    It seems like they were the freshers and dont even CARE to repair it..They were only have to visit it, this is for their company is paying..

    Seriously!!!

    I CONTACTed to one of the manager of whirlpool who is a head of Rajasthan, she claimed that she is sitting in jodhpur. But didnt provide any solution for it, just talked about to take extra warranty and pay 5-10k for it..

    If i pay 50k for my fridge, do i have to follow these ### steps too?

    I request you guys, please please provide any solution and repair it or please take it back..

      Dear Team,
      We have single door refrigerator and it was purchases in 2019, and it has 10 year compressor warranty. Now fridge have less cooling and we reached with the service team they said compressor need to be changed, but unfortunately we missed the original of bill.
      Iam humbly request you to give the duplicate of bill, I will attach the serial number and label..please do the needfuland help me with the situation

        I had purchased wirlpool double door fridge on 15th July 2022. The fridge stopped cooling on 27 October 2022. I Complained to coustomer care. On 28 October 2022, your engineer came and checked the fridge and told that its compressor has gone bad, it will have to be replaced. But it's only been 3.5 months since the fridge was taken and the fridge started causing problems. I am not ready to replace the faulty item I want the fridge to be replaced. I talked to many people through your customer care, after discussing this matter, everyone is avoiding saying that it will be informed in a couple of days. Area manager of Aligarh (uttar pradesh) mr. Sudheer sharma is not even picking up the call. The number was given to me first by customer care supervisor Nutan ji called him, his phone was off, again the number was given to me by customer care, saique ji called him, then he disconnected my phone without saying anything after listening to my problem.again I called and he did not pick up the phone, I then called the customer care and asked to talk to the higher officer, then the customer care made me talk, then the officer told that I have mailed the higher officer. In a couple of days after discussing it Will tell you. Any item of your company will get spoiled so soon and after that I will have to suffer in this way, it is not right at all, then my trust in the company will be lost and I will have to take recourse to consumer court. I will neither buy the products of such a company, then even if someone else is buying, I will narrate my ordeal to him. Even after getting so upset, to make trust the company please cooperate with me in getting the fridge replaced.

            We have registered a compliant of Whirlpool AC repair before 2 months. Everyone from whirlpool have neglected the issue and never resolved it.

            Below are the tickets raised from our end.

            Each ticket has been closed without our (customer) consent. Each time they said that they will resolve it but nothing happened.

            Our parents are staying at the home and they are facing lot of health issues and suffering a lot. We have taken AMC hoping that they will resolve it fast, but no one came from whirlpool.

            We are fed up with whirlpool service as we are waiting from more than 2 months.

            My parents have suffered enough due to this and we demand a refund along with new AC from Whirlpool.

            If this issue is not resolved in next 1 week, We are taking the issue to consumer court.

                    I am writing this email concerning the product (Whirlpool Multi door refrigerator) that was purchased on 26.06.2022

                    The machine (refrigerator) stopped working on September 26 and we filed a complaint (ID:KOL[protected]) with the service desk. Engineers tried to fix the problem over the course of the following three days, but sadly it turned out that the fridge was defective and could not be fixed and needed to be replaced.
                    The service team requested a replacement on September 28. They provided us Mr. Soumya Aditya Roy's (the service center manager's) contact information and instructed us to contact Mr. Soumya about the replacement. He informed us that the replacement process would take a maximum of 10-15 days, and we would receive the new machine in a similar amount of time.
                    Post our call on 28th, I started calling Mr. Soumya again from 7th October to know the update on my ticket. I made several attempts to contact Mr. Soumya for a couple of days, but he never picked up or returned any of my calls. Due to Mr. Soumya's lack of professionalism, we got in touch with the service team once more and requested any additional contacts.
                    The customer service team provided us with another contact information and informed us that she manages Mr. Soumya and works at the company's headquarters. We have been in touch with her for the past 15 days, but we do not see any progress on our request.
                    We still haven't received our new machine as of today, and every time we call, either they do not respond or if they do respond, we only get the updates that the product is out of stock or that our request for a replacement is in process and will be delivered in couple of days and this has been the story for the past 15 days.

                    I regret to say that I am extremely unhappy with the service and I eagerly await your prompt response and a solution to my issue, which has already caused me a great deal of inconvenience for the last one month.

                          It is regarding a complaint that i have booked against my Whirlpool refrigerator that i have bought on 2016. The service request number is COC[protected].
                          I have raised the complaint on friday and the service technician came by saturday and told that it was gas block issue and the refrigerator needs to be taken to service center and it will take around 4 days. The best thing is that they dont have a standby refrigerator to spare. How are we supposed to live for another 4 days . Today they have told they will come and take the refrigerator.
                          I have already paid them Rs 530 and they have told i will have to give another 3200 Rs for the rectification. So with the 3700 Rs that i am giving, am i am not worth a standby reriegrator. I regret my decision about buying a whirlpool refrigerator. It got complain on the very 6th year. Even after a loss of 3700Rs we have to suffer for 4 days (if they give it back in 4 Days). The service centre has told they dont have any spare ones to give. Is it not the responsibility of the service centre to arrange and give one. This is terrible that a customer has to suffer for opting whirlpool instead of other brands. I hope this mail comes to your attention and you make necessary steps from your side in favour of the customer.

                          The Best thing is that i have send the above details as mail to whirlpool and they didnt even bother to reply. Its already past three days that i have given the refrigerator to service centre and came to realise today that it is a compressor complaint and it will take again another 4-5 days thus making a total of 2 weeks without a refrigerator. When i asked them since i have compressor warranty i dont have to pay 3200 Rs, they have told me even i have, i still have to pay 3200Rs. Such a worst company

                            I had bought a washing machine in November 2021 nd it has 2 years warranty.
                            I have start facing the issue with the same in the month of September 2022 nd i have called the customer care for the concern, earlier they were providing me few methods to get it repair by itself but non of them work, nd then finally they registered my complaint (DEL[protected]) on 10th October nd their technician visit me on 11th October nd told me that there is issue with some part in it bd they will get it replaced as soon as possible bt I didn’t get any revert from them for few days nd i again called them multiple times nd then finally they visited me again nd told me that they are not able to change the part and hence they will replace the washing machine nd provide me the new one…
                            Now again its been more than 10 days… they are not reverting properly, either ignore my calls nd if after multiple calls from other numbers if they pick the call they just give me dates
                            It’s been so long that I’m trying to coordinate with them but now its become frustrating because washing machine is the appliance of daily use nd I’m facing the difficulties from last more than 20days
                            Please get it resolved

                                I bought a washing machine in the month of June 2022, within 5 months, the motor stopped working, and Greece started coming out while drying clothes, the technician came after multiple follow-ups and reminders even though I sent an email multiple times but no action has been taken yet.
                                Mr. Rajesh who is in customer care in charge in Noida, UP is giving false commitments and it seems that I am begging to the Whirlpool team to repair the product.

                                    We have purchased the washing machine in january 2021. The machine is under warranty and its drier tub stopped working. So I registered a complaint with whirlpool customer care and requesting them to repair. They visit (first visit on 28/09/2022) but did not repair anything and asked us to keep the tap off while drier is working. after 3-4 days machine was still not working we complained again and then he visited and checked the machine and found out that condensor needs replacement. He told us that he do not have condessor right now and will bring it tomorrow. then we kept calling him for 3-4 days he kept making excuses. And when he came on 06/10/2022, he brought a condensor of less power than what was required in that machine. We asked him to bring the correct condensor, so he went and did not came for 9 days. After so may complaints and calls he finally came on 15/10/2022 again with the lower power of condensor than required.
                                    So, overall it took them approx 23 days to resolve our issue (which is not fully reolved as because they have put a lower power condensor in our mchine which will ultimately leads to lower performance of machine and it will require repair again in near future).

                                      I'm getting calls from below numbers claiming to be from whirlpool AMC department and trying to sell AMC.. I realized these are fake calls/people trying to fraud common man.
                                      Can you please take some strong action on this before anyone falls into the trap.
