I have received the green audit status on 5th May 2022, and addendum letter on 31st May 2022, and my onboarding was scheduled between June and August 2022. But I am waiting from 6 months to join in the company but till now I didn't get any updates.

Since then I had no update regarding my onboarding and joining.6 months passed but there is no update regarding onboarding.So, please investigate this issue and please plan my onboarding.

I got offer from Wipro on 25 july 2022. But Wipro was not onboarded me.

sir, i got offer letter from wipro on 25 july 2022.
then on 26 july 2022 i got background verification email but at that time i didn't have the degree certificate as i had not received it. so i maked bonafide certificate from my college, which i uploaded in my background verification process may be on 2 august 2022.
then i waited for 2 months for onboarding, but i received a email about "not uploading the required documents" by manager.[protected]@wipro.com they asked me for clarification in the portal, which i clarify that to them in the portal.

till now they are just sending an email every two or three weeks that "we are excited to welcome you on board in the next few weeks.
but its 30 dec 2022, and i have not joined yet.

I loss job in previous company and I waited till now without salary because of wipro offer only. I lost everything and facing financial issues because of your offer only. Your playing with my life and career also.I thought wipro is the one of the best MNC company in india. Now what should I do. Outside we don't have opportunities also. Without requirements why you people interviewed me and released the offer. Please suggest me what should I do now.

I have initiated pf transfer through uam portal to my new organization.
Please approve my pf transfer from your end.

Unable to login into the alumni portal and wipro is asking me 74k for settlement where I have served complete notice period. Plz give me a clarity as why do I have to pay anything...

Hi,

I resigned from this organization in the month of September due to wrong demands of my male manager from me and neither the HR nor the legal team heard my complaints and asked me to put down the papers. I served my 3 months notice till December 10 and they tortured me even more throughout that phase. Now that I am out of the organization, the company is asking me to pay 74050Rs for settlement to get my papers . I have no idea as to why do I have to pay anything when I have served the complete notice.
Now no one is replying me on emails, wtsapp or calls. plz help.

My onboarding is scheduled two times but it has been postponed so when it"ll be scheduled .Please let me know about the same I have not got any information about the onboarding process from last 8-9 months.I have given different stream also if i am not taking any training then how could I complete PBL.And now PBL account is also locked. Every time i mail then they send same mail that says we'll onboard you on the basis of business requirements and notify you before 2 months of onboarding day. I have been in tension due to this .Please look into the matter.
