I bought Wonderchef Nutri Blend Nutri-Blend 400 Watts Juicer Mixer Grinder (Purple) on July 2018 after 3 months o[censored]sage motor started gives smoke and stopped working.I tried calling no use of it.We bought another one even the same problem after use.We are annoyed to reach customer care.Better to go with home appliances brands than believing brands with tags.

I had bought the revo mixer and blender from bandra wondercehf showroom on june 09 2019. I had been lodging a complaint from last month but it has not been taken care. The cradle of the mixer is getting stuck and not moving. I am uploading the videos also for your reference. We are getting a very poor service from wonderchef service centre. The first complaint ma[protected] lodged through the shop the technician came took the video of the product and didn’t turn back and closed the complaint without informing us. I had ordered 5 pc celebration cookware set and oil pourer, 15 days back.
They delivered only oil pourer with broken lid. Its damaged one. I made the procedure of returning it like emails, calls etc. Its almost 15 days now, no any positive response as such. I will say this is the worst experience of online shopping with wonderchef.
They promised, my issue will get resolved in 48 hrs... But its 15 days now.

I have purchased this product 4 months back. Suddenly two day back it's stopped working. When i contacted customer service they said i need to go the service center, since i stay in mumbai n i delivered to chandigarh. And customer service guys told me to come to delhi how rubbies. I contacted to amazon also they said to call company. This is how you fool the people when we doesnt knw

Payment for the product of rs 520 was made on 18 april 2019 against complaint number up[protected]. The issue was under noor khan who was never available in office. On regular enquiry the customer care team assured delivery everytime within 10-12 days. It has been almost 6 months now. Inspite of regular followups, the product has not yet been dispatched and there is no information with their executives

My wonderchef nutriblend is with service centre since more 5 months from warranty period.. Even inspite of many calls and reminders to customer care.. No one have given positive response... I keep on calling them but no positive response till now..
We are facing alot of problem and mental tention due to non availability of mixer grinder... It is daily use product...
If it is non repairable than why they have not provided me new mixer grinder...
This wonderchef company is really fraud.. They sell the product and than don't look into the satisfaction of the customer...
Their main moto is to sell the product and no after sales as all people are not educated and don't know how to complaint... I saw many people complaining about their product but they don't know what to do...
Even they don't give response to people who complaint to them like us... I must say this is the fraud company..

Its very unfortunate that in first cooking itself it was about to blast. I have purchased a pressure cooker of wonderchef 3l capacity on 15th august 2019
From marina mall spar hypermarket chennai.

One whistle after that teerible noise came from cooker like its going to blast.
Its been not even single week purchase.

I have been cooking when i was 5 years old. I couldn't believe in first cook itself it will get damaged.

If i won't get any service from you guys then i am going to consumer court.

We bought a Wonder chef nutri blend mixer from vijay sales on 7th july 2019. After using it for about 3-4 times the mixer mortar propeller broke in to 2 pieces on 20th July 2019. On Sunday i made a complaint on their toll free number. I was promised that within 24 hours an executive will be coming at our place.

After numerous calls and same repeated promises, company is yet to send someone.

After so many complaints no action has been taken yet.. Kindly deliver as soon as possible..12th july 2019 received a msg in the morning saying your delivery of the product will be done today... But on the same day got one more msg saying.. Unable to deliver your package with awb[protected]

I have purchased nutriblend 2 years back and not in warranty now.in the month of february the base of grinder got cracked. So i registered my order to the customer support of wonderchef. Since february i register complaint 3 to 4 times i made call many times, even sent emails and informed at their facebook page too. Everytime i received response that your problem will be resolved soon unfortunately it is not resolved yet. Meanwhile i received calls from person who was claiming to be authorized dealer of wonderchef. He told me everytime that he will deliver the required spare part keep ready it's price and additional rs 400 as delivery charge. I agreed for some too as without the jar i cannot use my machine. But till date i didn't received the said part of nutriblend. It is a big torture from wonderchef team and completely unethical. It seems that wonderchef is cheating people at the name of customer support. Also, it is unbelievable that they have no spare part available with them if they have such a grand advertisement and sale.
I hereby request consumer support to look into matter and give justice to many customers cheated by wonderchef. They are having fake customer support or i doubt does it really exists.
I'll be highly obliged if the problem will get resolved.

The kadai came with the set of four wonderchef non stick cookware is damaged eventhough we have used it only wooden spatula on it. The coating is coming out and the base is turning black.

Attached are the photos of the kadai.

I have purchased it online on 23rd march 2019. It only 3-4 months and this happen. Please take appropriate action and replace my product as it is under warrenty.

Had purchased a otg from Wonderchef on 16th May. Found it defective. Immediately mailed the bill, images of the piece to the customer care. After several calls, mails and messages they sent a replacement on the 2nd of July. Opened it up and found this piece also defective. None is available for the concern. They don’t know how to deal with the clients. I want a refund. Their products are low quality. Filed a complaint with the consumer court now.

Have registered a complaint that my wonder chef ckm (Complete kitchen machine) worth rs 4000 is not working and have been assured that it will be addressed within 24 working hours.
Its been 10 days and no one called me.
Have called customer service 3 times. Every time they are just fooling me around. Gave me technician no deepak singh, who never calls and pick calls.
Finally after all this. Asked them to return my machine, and they replied return and replacement not possible.
Total fraud company, looting people in the name of sanjeev kapoor.
Very much disappointed. Waste of money.

I had ordered combo pack containing the below mentioned products on 17th may via the food food channel - telephonic booking option for wonderchef.

Order id: so/ptg/1920/022638 and invoice number: tr/ptg/1920/125283

Containing:
1. Turbo chopper and juicer
2. Turbo grater deluxe
3. A peeler as free item
4. Sanjeev kapoor coupon

All these for an amount of rs. 2198

When i first received the product, the product packing was received in damaged state with no seal for turbo chopper and juicer, one of the cap was missing, the handles appeared used and damaged with scratches on them.

Since june 1st i have been contacting the customer care team for a replacement or refund and have not been receiving any proper response from the team.

They did send another pack of turbo chopper and juicer and this time the box was unsealed again, and it was completely damaged in packing. Once again the handles etc appeared used.

Its more than a month now and i still haven't got any replacement nor they are agreeing for any refund when they can't provide me a defect free product.

Purchased Nutri blend & it suddenly stopped working during warranty period. We lodged d complain & received d mail on 10.5.19 that d product will be replaced within 10 days. Even after lapse of more than 1& half month I have been told dat my product is being dispatched & will get in 10 days.
Whenever we make a call, same reply is given. Neither we have received any replacement nor getting any satisfactory reply. We r not at all satisfied with d product & d company. No one there to hear & these telemarketing people just make fool o[censored]s. There is deficiency in service which is deprecated.

I bought this nutri-blend from Amazon in July 2018.
Suddenly it stopped working this morning while I was making the usual lassi.
As it is within the warranty period, I wrote this complaint.
I bought the useful gadget as I saw Sanjeev Kapoor advertise it on his cookery shows. It worked very well but suddenly it stopped working.
I have given this as gifts to several family members and to friends. It is portable, easy to use and handy for quick grinding.
I need to use it to makes shakes, chutneys and lassi on a daily base. i am handicapped without it.
I have visitors now and wish this could be repaired as soon as possible.
I am lready writing too much and it is impossible to write an article on 350 words. There is not enough material. i have said what I want to.

Blender jar damaged 2times with warranty period.
Very bad quality product, not sure how their quality passed.

Made a complaint 3-4mnths back still no resolution. Every time i called i got response that with 48hours my issue will be resolved.

Had a word with their senior representative same answer within 48hours issue will be resolved.

Still waiting. Even i cant purchase the spare part, not available anywhere.

Now i am unable to use the nutriblend, its waste of my money.

Request other not to purchase any wonderchef product. If its your risk.

I purchase dosa tawa from website and i paid online from account but i cancelled order after purchased so i ask for refund
I mail customer care next day morning i call them they provide different id i mail there also i received call they says we did not receive payment i give account statement details and every thing still no answer yet i give payment refrence no i provide mail screen shot received from you but still not received positive ans or payment
