I ordered one woodland shoes through the woodland website on dec 27th, 2016. I have been told that my order was cancelled due to product quality issue and agree to refund the money back to my woodland wallet. I have not received it even i waited for 7 working days. When i called their customer support at [protected] again i was told that it will take much time due to your website upgrade. When i called them back i was told by the woodland representative that i will get the money back to my credit card which i haven't got it after 13 days. I tried to purchase new shoes but shoes with my size wasn't available. I had already requested to refund in my Account but money was refunded. But has not refunded in my account since 2 weeks.
