Hi,
I am non residence of india. I am staying in singapore.

This february i visited delhi, india. There i purchased woodland sandals as it is a trusted brand for me. I hardly used 4 times. After that stitches on the sandals has gone. I really felt bad about the quality. Is there any outlet where i can get replacement or can get this fixed in singapore?

Even i throwed the bill when i came back to singapore cause i felt, woodland products wont get any issues. But now i am feeling very sad about the quality of the product.

Otherwise i am going to visit vizag, india in may. Can i get the product to vizag outlets?

I bought a footwear from karad maharashtra woodland store
I sent that sandal to replace as it was poor in quality.
They said write a letter to manager and u will get reply in 15 days
It's 21days today almost n not a single reply
Poor service poor product
I would suggest people not to buy footwear from woodland store.
Hope you reply soon.

Gave my shoe for servicing around 20 days back i.e on 03rd Mar 2017 at below woodland store :

Ganapathi Temple Rd, 5th Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560095

They asked me that it will take 2 week to get it repaired for simply changing the buckle. After asking reason the man at counter replied that shoe will got to Delhi (i.e around 2000 KM far from Bangalore). I don't know the truth.

Your service is so poor that I now this is 3rd running, still I didn't get any call from your side that either shoe is repaired or not.

My self anoop varghese, a loyal customer of your brand for the past 10 years because of your quality and service. But unfortunately this time around with deep regret i would like to express my disappointment about your brand by selling low quality products to your customers.
I made a purchase from aero club, woodland store, survey no.1779/4-3, suffis arcade, pattom, thiruvananthapuram – 695004, kerala, shop code – s007 ph:[protected] dated 16 february 2017 bill no:8124, a pair of shoes (Article no: gc 1925115) worth rs.3595/- when i wore it a single day it was torn. I approached the store and they acknowledged my complaint by providing the service by repairing the damage (Ref: cf 77) & after the service (It will take 20 days) once again i wore it for two three days it is torn again. Again i approached the store and they acknowledged my complaint (Ref: cf 89)
So i request you to kindly replace the item and allow me to choose a quality product of your brand or refund the amount. I expect a favorable and brisk response on the same as soon as earlier.

I have purchase a product in durhapur junction mall woodland showroom dated on 30.12.16 product code eo25csh[protected] tin no. [protected] of rs.3195.
Description of goods meo4 fwr men shoe gc 0592108y15 camel41.
But after one mont my has been crasck then visit the same showroom but showroom manager (Mr manas) told me no issue for cracks u come when your shoe will fully cracks then you come. Now i not able to chang or solve your problem..

Now i want to change my dameg product asap please need ayour intervance.

I bought one women loafer from Woodland LKO pheonix mall branch. When my gf tried it was bigger in size so I went to chennai Woodland Phoenix mall to exchange it but they told that it can not be exchanged since it is a exchanged shoe. He showed some numbee written in bottom of sole. How can Woodland sell exchanged shoes to their customers. Very disappointed. Hoping for immediate action.

I have been purchasing thing from your showroom from last ten years clothes, shoes, and sandals.But this time
I purchased black shoes men worth Rs 3695 on 08/11/2016 and unpasted it within a month, I submitted it in Amravati at your showroom for pasting on 30/12/2016, I collected it on 22/01/2017. And again Within a month it unpasted and I have submitted it at same place for pasting on 16/03/2016. I think it must be replaced instead repairing at again and again . It really disappointed me

I am very disapointed as tomorrow i went to woodlands store in Allahabad at civil lines 4 months back i bought a blue colour shoe now when i went there and asked for blue lace they told me that blue lace doesn't come . I can't undrestand you poeple are making blue shoe but blue lace are not avilable plz see to it and plz avilable the store with blue lace

For the last 8 years I was using only woodland shoes and sandals. Last week I bought a bag from woodland store frm Trivandrum woodlands store, deeply disappointed that its thread came out in the first use itself.
I need a full refund or replace with a new bag.

I have attached the image of bag where the material has started protruding out.

I suspect the bag which I got is frm an old stock.

I mudassir Shah regretfully inform you that I have purchased woodland shoe m.no712109 from woodland retail shop 6 hazratganj Lucknow .In five months shoe repaired four times. I don't accept the these shoes. Please change the above-mentioned shoes with a week. If Idonot received satisfactory response atonce then I will take legal action against you which please note.

I have very bad experience of buying woodland shoes, from Airoli New Mumbai woodland showroom.I purchased shoes date 30/12/2017.Its started tearing of sole & the upper part of shoes weekend & teared.Sending for repair but after repair it's again teared with in 8 days.Then sending for replacement but no reply from 15 days.Very very bad experience of woodland.

I had purchased woodland make KHAKHI shoes and woodland polish from Aero club, Dev Arcade Mall, Ahmedabad on 18th December 2016 bearing bill no. W040 CSH[protected]. On applying polish, the colour of that portion immediately fades away. I had already compliant for the same. But the problem was not permanently resolved. The same problem has occurred once again. Hence, we request to either replace the shoes or return the money....

I had drop my shoes at woodland store in which are placed at crossriver mall East delhi.he was comitted me is that delivers about 10 to 15 days, But till today there no response for me. Submission date of last month[protected], I have attached the reciept of this complaint, Please resolve my query asap.

But after 10 days your product was damaged. And I thought that product is manufacturer faulty so that I don't want to repair my shoes i want replace my shoes within 2 or 3 days . Or i[censored] can't replace the product then Repay my amount
And your dealer (Outlet manager amenora mall magar patta city ) is not talking properly .he was misbehaving with customer .
Otherwise you can't replace the product we post that pictures of shoes on all social media ..

When Stores located at delhi NCR give Flat discount, they charge vat on discounted price. Undiscounted price includes price+vat. Say discount is 50%. meaning 50% of price + 50% of vat. which should be discounted price. But they charge vat again which means vat on vat.
Even high court has declared it as illegal .
Many establishments in Chandigarh have been fined heavily.Now in Chandigarh they do not carge vat on vat
But here this Unfair trade pracice still goes on

I had purchased ladies Wedges Slipper P0020.FWR LDS SLPPR LP 1833115, White 40 for Rs 2595/- on 2.12.2016, from your showroom at Aero Club Woodland Store, Borivali (West), Mumbai.

I had approached the Shop on 11.2.2017 for below Complaint:
• Cracking voice while walking
• Size expand
• Pain in ankle due to damage in shoe padding/ size.

The shoes were taken for further verification on...

I purchased one sandal yesterday from attingal woodland showroom trivandrum and i have ordered one more which they said they will give me today 23/2/2017. I am right here outside the Attingal showroom typing this complaint inside my car and this happened because the guy who gave me the sandal behaved very badly and insulted me. Right now he is in the shop. I never thot a company like Woodland would recruit goons as their shop keepers. We pay money we pay tax. And the people inside the stores does not know how to handle a customer or even properly greet or properly talk to them. Pity. WOODLAND. For years i have been usong woodland. But this was disappointing.. i think i am just wasting my time typing.

I am regular user of Woodland shoes. I have purchased Article No : Gb1220112w13, 41 in Feb'16 from Woodland Showroom, Bhopal newmarket

As shown in photograph paisting open at area shown. It is very uncomfortable to wear shoes after pasting open. I have visited above mentioned shop but unfortunately service for well known brand Woodland was denied.

It is surprise to me that being a regular user servicing other than authorized re seller/dealer not recommended.

I have never had such experience with Woodland. This is worst experience that force me to think about the quality of the product that is not matching the brand value now. Within one month I god foot prints on the sleeper once contacted the dealer he told I hit the sleeper that's the reason this happening. Finally after big discussion he took the sleeper by saying he will send the same to company after some time he called and first taken back the slip then returned the sleeper by saying noting can happen as you didn't wear the sleeper properly.

I placed my woodland jacket in woodland store kurukshetra on[protected] for repair or replacement in warranty period but the store handler didn't mention all the faults in the slip properly that's why i here mentioning the all faults so acc. to your policy please make it on priority so i will able to use it for the left season.

Faults:-
1. Color of jacket get faded.
2. Chain
3. Stitching
