Woodland — Heels - front strap quality

Hi Team - I bought these heels on the 14th Apr 2017 and its just been a week the front strap of the heels is crushed such that it has been used for months. I have been a regular woodlands customer for years, I only wear woodlands stuff however this time m let down by the produt quality.

I am enclosing pics for your reference. Please help me get a good pair as replacement.

Chakraborty Nandita's response Am Nandita chakraborty am purchase one sandal for my husbent on dated 02/03/2017.when he started use the sandal after 3/4 days is very bad smell comedown from sandel.please advise what should I do? I wanted to exchange because prize is very higt its 2795/_

I bought one men sandal on dated 03/02/2017 after few days I just used the sandal its come down very bad smell.please give the solution because the sandal price is to high(2795) I wanted to exchange that produced I think the product has quality issue.

I bought a pair of woodland shoes 2 months back from near by shop in bangalore .its making noise while walking .every one in the floor look at me ..lts make irritating noise .is ther any solution or can you replace my shoes.and very bad response from the shop owner.please reach me at [protected]@live.com
