I am feeling cheated after buying a shoe from woodland aero club, kolkata - rajarhat, city center, new town. I bought the shoe on 09/12/16 for rs. 4995/- but after returning to dhanbad next day when i checked the same at woodland store at bankmore dhanbad, the same was on 40% discount. I got loss of 1600/- approx. How can different offers, discounts, price prevail for the same products at woodland stores?

    I have purchased woodland shoes of cost rs. 2870 on 10.12.2016 from sale at show fair, amroodon ka bagh, opp. Amar jawan jyoti, ambedkar circle, jaipur. I have paid the payment twice by swaping debit card. I have already verified my acvount statement that the payment has made twice. Wt should i do for refund of my excess payment. I also told this to the woodland representative present there but he told me that the doubled payment shall come in account in two days. But after passed away five days, i have not got my payment in my account. Please do the needful.

      Hi team,

      I purchased woodland "khaki lifestyle shoes art mgb1219112khk" shoes from inorbit mall hyderabad but after using just for about 2-3 months the conditions of the shoes is getting worse. Many white spots appearing on the shoes. Now its very difficult to identify whether they belongs to such a reputed brand 'woodland. Really disappointed with the quality of the product.'

        I had purchased a woodland jacket(cream color-JC110) in the last season. The jacket was kept safely in a suit cover. Surprisingly enough when taken out in the current season the jacket has faded from here n there developing a dual color tone thence rendering it unwearable. Kindly look into the matter and arrange to replace/refund at d earliest.

          I bought woodland sandals (T0013.FWR.MEN SHOE SG 1500 ASSR 00) from a factory outlet in Sarita Vihar, New Delhi on 06.11.2016. After wearing it only for just one day, the plastic hooks of both the sandals were broken. The Manager at factory outlet refused to replace the sandals and instead suggested that they can get them repaired. I submitted my sandals at Ansal Plaza Store at Greater Noida. After a long frustrating wait, I finally received them on 25.11.2016. I wore them on 26.11.2016 and again the hook got broken and this time completely.

          This is the worst experience I had with Woodland. I never expected to receive such an inferior product from Woodland. I spent Rs.1500/- on 06.11.2016 and till date did not get to wear my sandals and its equally frustrating to run around stores and having to wait for weeks. I would never like to buy any product from Woodland again and the quality they were famous is drastically declining. I would like to have my money back and would want buy a quality product of some other brand.

            Dear Sir,

            SUB. : Replacement of defective piece under warranty

            I introduce myself as Chf Manager (MKtg) of a Govt of Gujarat Promoted Organization GACL (Gujarat Alkalies & Chemicals Ltd) and my Mob. No. is +91 [protected]

            On the subject, we would apprise as under :-
            1) I bought a pair of Shoe on 21 Nov.’16 at 8.36 PM from Rajkot Show-room M/s. Aero Club Woodland, Titanium, Opp Gaisford Cinema, Rajkot.

            2) The Scan Copy of Invoice dtd. 21.11.16 is attached in scan copy and Shoe Model No. is N0012 FWR Men Shoe G-77Y14 KHAKAI 42.

            3) It is fresh piece bought from your company’s showroom without any discount. However, it is shocking to come across its damage from bottom sole getting separated in both shoes, whereas, I have used it hardly just 4 days. The shoe pair is returned back to the-same show-room vide their Repair Slip No. 126, dtd. 26.11.2016 at Noon around 1 PM.

            4) I was replied rakishly that no actions are taken from Gujarat and we will have to send this pair to Delhi and you may contact after 15 days. Sir, I have purchased WOODLAND SHOE under the impression of goodwill of the company otherwise shoes are available at very cheap rate of other brands. I never expected such behavior and after sale service from a reputed company like yours.

            5) When a customer pays you the full price of your product preferring your brand then he is suppose to get that product worth his money upto satisfaction & upto the mark of that product. WOODLAND is known for durable & tough shoes, while, such damage in merely less usage of just 4 days is a sign of damaged product which is eligible to replace. Moreover, I use these shoes for morning jogging and I have no pair with me as old shoes are disposed; so, what should I do. In present time of e-commerce, a employee of MNC brand’s showroom like yours replies a duration of 15 days to respond is supposingly a sign of avoiding customer to push towards disappointment & lay-off their trust & hope for service from your brand. Such reply from showroom is the main reason of this e-mail.

In the wake o[censored]tilizing it for not exactly a month there shows harms on the stuck regions. Asking for the prompt substitution of the same. Kindly do the required ASAP. Otherwise I ll forward the same to consumer court.

                    Note: Submitted the product for replacement at the same Woodlands outlet of purchase. Need the product being replaced at the earliest of max 3 days.

                        It's clearly mentioned that Full Length Socks for Men. But I received socks of different size i.e. for kids. Over & above RETURNS/REPLACEMENT is not allowed. The situation for me now is wrong items dumped on me which is certainly misselling & cheating. It will be certainly a BAD experience from Woodland.

                        I just checked one socks & after looking at the size immediately put it back in the pouch. No question o[censored]sing or trying it arises in this case.

                        The sandals having cost of Rs 2400/I purchased from the Thrissur M G Road show room by the month of September and damaged within two months.Unfortunately I lost the Bill. When I complaint for the same the vendors didn't pay any attention for my grievance. This is very pathetic .

                          Good expirence - we r purchasing woodland shoes last 10 to 12 years from your mumbai goregaon regional store but suddenly that store permanently close from there and one thing i want to tell u that staff was very cooperative and thay was know how to handle the customer and how to talk with customer.
                          Bad expirence - on this new year we r going malad west s. V. Road to purchase the shose but that store manager using very rough languages with us he say i[censored] want to purchase otherwise don't purchase we r not force to u. This is a not a language talk with customer we r 6 friend's we r always regularly wear woodland brand and we r proud to woodland shoes.
                          We r personally say u please tell to that manager use good language with customer and corporate to customer. Thank u. Happy new year to all woodland staff.

                            Manufacture defect article has been sold by salesmanager .Actual the shoes are different from the article number on box is different when i ask him to exchange in the next day due to the lace rivit has been broken.sales manager used unusaul launguage he unable to do the exchange

                              I have bought brand new woodland shoe trusting it delivers quality product.
                              Unfortunately, i got a product which has problem with it's ground balance and soles.
                              Replacement request has been raised on date 02/10/2016 with the store located in meenakshi mall, bangalore - 560076 and receipt no for the same is 264.
                              They promised saying that it would be replaced in a week after checking the product.

                              It is seriously frustrating waiting for so long and when we hear rash behaviour from the woodland store person.

                              Please serve my request on priority.

                                I have purchased the woodland shoe from Alis shoes (Opp Apsara Theatre Ghandi Nagar Jammu) on date 09.10.2016 against Bill number 2215-. But shoe was defective and sole had been opened. So I have sent back the shoes to the dealer on date 06.10.2016 then he sent back the defective shoes in your factory 12.10.2016 through to track on courier number-[protected] same has been delivered on 15.10.2016.

                                Request to you Please send my shoes on urgent basis. I am regular purchase the woodland shoes.Please understand my problem.

                                  I had purchased a pair of trousers from woodlands, parlepoint surat. the same i gave it for alteration purpose and the manager in charge asked me to collect the next day.
                                  i also asked him to call me in case it was not ready the next day.
                                  the next day when i went to collect my trousers was not ready, and the manager was least bothered in giving me any justifications for the same.
                                  i found this to be highly irresponsible of him, he was neither apologetic nor bothered about his customer service.
                                  i suppose u need to make him realize the same

                                    My purchased shoes from woodland has manufacture defect, i could find the defect when i wore it for one day, there is defect between heel and heel cap, there is no proper size alignment between them. when i approached woodland showroom at vijayapur (586101) for replacing the same, they refused to get it replaced, i have paid rs 3229 including shoe polish. it is unbearable to use the same shoes, so i kindly request you to get it replaced the same or refund the amount. i have attached photograph and bill.

                                      I just want to bring to your notice that I have bought a pair of shoes a week before & after wearing 2-3 times it has been observed that right side shoe is not fitting which of size 44 & the left one is having no issues. At the time of purchase they assured me that after wearing it will fit you properly but I've rashes around my right toe after wearing it & it quite painful to continue with that. I went to the shop & he is denying to replace it for a different size as well as while purchasing it was having 50% OFF while purchasing 2 but no he is telling to take a new one with 35% OFF. It seems that such a company selling items for a long term is less bothered about the consumers.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I purchased a pair of ladies sandals three months ago from EDM Mall Kaushambi, I used it a few times but it's quality and look has faded and it is looking like Street footwear.Now I will never purchased from Woodland outlet as my trust has vanished from you, earlier I used to purchase so many articles like handbags, sandals, shoes etc but now I will recommend all my family, friends, relatives etc to never trust Woodland.
