SUB. : Replacement of defective piece under warranty
I introduce myself as Chf Manager (MKtg) of a Govt of Gujarat Promoted Organization GACL (Gujarat Alkalies & Chemicals Ltd) and my Mob. No. is +91 [protected]
On the subject, we would apprise as under :-
1) I bought a pair of Shoe on 21 Nov.’16 at 8.36 PM from Rajkot Show-room M/s. Aero Club Woodland, Titanium, Opp Gaisford Cinema, Rajkot.
2) The Scan Copy of Invoice dtd. 21.11.16 is attached in scan copy and Shoe Model No. is N0012 FWR Men Shoe G-77Y14 KHAKAI 42.
3) It is fresh piece bought from your company’s showroom without any discount. However, it is shocking to come across its damage from bottom sole getting separated in both shoes, whereas, I have used it hardly just 4 days. The shoe pair is returned back to the-same show-room vide their Repair Slip No. 126, dtd. 26.11.2016 at Noon around 1 PM.
4) I was replied rakishly that no actions are taken from Gujarat and we will have to send this pair to Delhi and you may contact after 15 days. Sir, I have purchased WOODLAND SHOE under the impression of goodwill of the company otherwise shoes are available at very cheap rate of other brands. I never expected such behavior and after sale service from a reputed company like yours.
5) When a customer pays you the full price of your product preferring your brand then he is suppose to get that product worth his money upto satisfaction & upto the mark of that product. WOODLAND is known for durable & tough shoes, while, such damage in merely less usage of just 4 days is a sign of damaged product which is eligible to replace. Moreover, I use these shoes for morning jogging and I have no pair with me as old shoes are disposed; so, what should I do. In present time of e-commerce, a employee of MNC brand’s showroom like yours replies a duration of 15 days to respond is supposingly a sign of avoiding customer to push towards disappointment & lay-off their trust & hope for service from your brand. Such reply from showroom is the main reason of this e-mail.
