Hi,

I have purchased "mi led tv 4a pro 123.2 cm (49)" on 25 oct 2018 and order number #[protected] (Delivery id :[protected]. Tv is yet not being delivered as well as tracked (Attached today's tracking status).

I have called to mi support several time and they had false commitment and they raised complaint after 7 days of purchase and assign ticket (2 nov-18) to backed time where eta of backed team to call is 24-48 hr. Which is yet not being call.
Xiaomi team is not fully supportive and only give false commitment each and every day, they also shared fake tracking number #[protected]. I have also discussed with transport partner (Courier company: xpress) and told this invalid tracked id. I need justice to get tv or fully payment.

I have also raise my concern to mi tv support official twitter group but not received proper answered.
Please do needful support.

    I have placed on order on m/s xiomi technology india pvt ltd, hosa no.5, village vadape, bhiwandi-421302, maharastra vide order no.[protected] date 15.10.2018 directly through mi store instead of amazon or flipkart.
    To out shock the tv which was delivered by the company was with broken screen and out of order. When we called customer care, they have sent there representative and they are not accepting to replace the same.
    We were not updated by company regarding their term and conditions.
    The company has cheated us, they are blaming us for damaged condition of the tv. What fun we will have breaking the delivered tv set?.
    We request the company to replace our tv set at the earliest. I have enclosed the copy of invoice and photo of damaged tv.

      Sir, at buxar ojha mi service center collected amount rs 177 in advance without servicing of mobile and given the job card no wxin[protected] without doing any job in my set redmi note 5.
      It gives very poor image of your service center. He has only opened my mobile and informed that approximate charge is 6900 for repair when i asked to return my mobile then he has made the bill of service charges that is totally unauthorized.
      Please initiate the necessary action so that the same should not be repeated in future.

          I purchased MI note 5 Pro on 2nd Nov 2018. After 2-4 days I have started facing the problem in the set. The handset has multiple issues. Sometimes it is getting switched off while on call and also the phone is hanging while using.
          I have talked to customer care. They adviced me to replace it before 9th Nov and only from the same MI store But due to the diwali festival I am not able to replace it before 12th Nov.
          Please tell me how would I do this. At least give me the option to replce it from any MI store or let me replace it on 12th Nov.

            This is devidas magarde from bhopal i have purchase a new mi note 5 pro but they piece are default nd front flash are not on nd the service centre are not response for the problem i am going a service station in 5 time but problem are not solve the service centre execuitive are delay the day by day plssss solve a problem of my mobile otherwise will complaint a police station against the default piece nd service are not good service centre execuitive are not a good response.

              I received mi LED Smart TV 4A 108CM(43) on 04 Nov 18 from mi store against my order id [protected]. After opening it was found that LED is defective. I called customer care number but they are telling since I have opened it, they can not do anything. As per them mi engineer was suppose to open this tv after his arrival for installation. I was not aware of this fact so I opened it.

              Keeping in view of the above, It is requested to lodge my complaint and send a new LED TV as replacement of defected LED TV received.

                I purchased mi 43 inch tv on july 2018, on 25th october i had issue with tv display (Its blank). So i raised complaint on hate2wait.com (Which is provided by mi), after that i am not getting service or response from mi. Now almost 12 th day, still no one responding. I have called customer support many times (Almost 25 times), every time same response, they say "within 24 hours your problem will resolved", but no response from xiaomi.

                I am not understanding what to do?

                Help me in this.
                I purchased mi 4c led TV from Amazon on 12 Oct 2018, and I received the product on 22 Oct 2018, I booked the installation process.I have got confirmation date and time for installation on 27.10.2018 at 9 a.m to 12 p.m but till now I don't get any response of installation.
                Not delivered on given address, no response for installation on calling abused by service engineer. Also the piece was defective.

                  Mr. Mukesh mahale saying me we are not deliver your order on your home town till now so please come on my office and collect your order hi saying me also can i transfer yor tv in bus collect your tv on bus stand and his not revived my call not responding.

                  Mukesh mahale is irresponsible employee in delhivery company. I want to just inform you all there are some problem

                      I was went to mi krishna nagar service centre for registering a second complaint against red mi note 5. It's not working properly from since starting. When i submitted the phone for repairing, they didn't told me estimated time for it. Whenever i asked for how much time it will take, they always said just 10 min, 15 min.
                      And when i asked for how much time it will take finally, they replied very badly and said just sit there, it will take 1 hr more.
                      They took around 2.45 hrs for repairing just it's screen.

                      I realy had very bad experience mi and it's team.
                      Shame on you guys.

                        I have purchased mi led smart tv 4a 108 cm (43) from www.flipkart.com with order id-od[protected], invoice number # fabpcs[protected]

                        When i received tv then i saw its picture quality was not upto the mark & then i noticed bureau of energy efficiency sticker of govt of india on tv mentioning that this is lcd tv & not led tv. This was very shocking to me as i ordered for led tv & product sent to me was lcd tv which is cheating with me by flipkart/mi.

                        This is totally misselling as on bill also its led mentioned & everywhere in specification it is led mentioned & in actual its lcd tv which they are selling in market.

                        This fraud is being done by them openly & they are cheating customers.

                        Please help.
                        The quality of dual camera n front camera was now not same i then it was new.
                        I checked with other mi note 5 pro camera i found there is a fault in my camera.
                        My camera quality is degrading day by daay.
                        please resolve it quickly.
                        Hope to hear from the company complaint forum soon.

                          I took redmi note 5 on date 24th march 2018. Phone is working fabulous but from morning my charger is not working properly i am not interested to charge my phone with any other chargers rather than which is provided with phone box so please replace my charger with a new charger so that i can enjoy my phone use i disappointed that i got accesory complaint with in five months period please resolve the problem as soon as possible
                          I got into an bus accident & mobile has been bend. The mobile is in warranty but service centre making excuses. Give me replacement of mobile as soon as possible .

                            Hi,

                            We are brand customer of xiaomi phones. Me and my wife both are using smart phones of your company.

                            Two months back i had given mobile at one of your service centre in hyderabad (Pin-500015) as my mi a1 mobile was immersed in water and display screen was broken. They charged me rs. 5500 and changed the display screen and dried out the water. They told me that now it is under 3 months warranty.

                            Almost after 2 months, my display stopped working while all other functionalities are rendering fine. I took it again to same service centre. Now they are saying i've to pay rs. 7500 more as display connector is not functioning due to water clog and hence whole mother board need to change.

                            My concern is,

                            1. How did they dried it in first service if water was still remain there and made the connector non functional?
                            2. What is the use of getting 3 months warranty if they are not ready to repair/replace it back?
                            3. They are saying, as per comp policy even if small defect happen with any part of mother board (Psb) whole mother board need to change.in open market display connector cost is just rs. 35, why i should bear the entire cost of mother board just due to customer unfriendly policy of company?

                            I request you to please address this issue or share the details to concern authority to sort out my grievance. You help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

                              Today someone came to my salon and told i want to buy voucher for my wife so wanted to do paytm plz share ur o t p, i thought i bought new phone today so i need to give o t p and gave him to buy voucher for his wife

                              His mobile number where he called my salon was [protected]. He cheated me.

                              After 10 mins or less my paytm walet ballet of 16999 was used for buying a xiaomi phone of which details are attached

                              Kindly stop this transaction and return my money as it’s a fraud and you all can stop it

                              I checked with xiaomi customer care some rovind has booked from number [protected] but payment is my payment by cheating
                              It’s my request go look in this matter urgently

                              I ordered for mi led tv 43' from flipkart.Com. But when tv arrived it was lcd tv not led tv being sold by mi.

                              It is totally misleading by mi in tv.

                              On tv its clearly mentioned by bureau of energy efficiency(ministry of energy, govt of india) that this is a lcd tv & not led tv.

                              It is completely cheating.

                                My name is john charvila i have purchased mi poco from mi website on 6 september. However with mobile phone i never got invoice bill on my registered email id. From 26 oct my mobile is not working when i reached mi service center they told me that this might be a manufacturing default or something but they will give me replacement a new phone but without invoice copy they cannot provide it. And i have sent a email to mi service email id but they are telling me that in next 24 hours i will get reply. But still there is no reply yet.. I think i have wasted my money and time.

                                  My redmi note 4 was working absolutely normally, but as soon as i updated the software 6 days bake which was provided by mi itself; the phone started mis behaving.

                                  Problem comes when i connect the charger. If the phone is on it won't charge, it will only charge on when i switch off the phone. What is this...

                                  I have been using this phone for around 18 months never had any problem but now it a mess...

                                  So please resolve the issue.

                                      I hv ordered mi smart led tv 43 inches on 10th oct with completed successfully online payment, the order is still not received. Long trail mails sent to customer care and few calls done. Only sweet tall and firm timelines are being told but no resolution yet. Can some higher authorities look into the issue and provide resolution.

                                      Repeated response i receive is your complaint taken and assigned.

                                      God knows when will my problem gets resolved.

                                      No one on customer care is providing the hierarchy for escalations

                                        This is silambarasan. I purchased 'redmi 2 prime' mobile on september-2015 with internal memory of 16 gb. But now, 10gb locked in 'misc' on storage. My mobile allows only 2gb to install apps. I don't know where is remaining memory. How can i run a mobile with only 2gb?

                                        I have visited service centre (Chikkadpally, hyderabad, india). They told me that no services available for redmi 2 prime. Then, i contacted customer care for solution. They also telling that no services available for this model.

                                        I don't know what the hell reply is this!

                                        If you are giving service for only 2 or 3 years for a model, why should we purchase your product?

                                        I suggested many of my friends to buy mi mobiles earlier. But, i got irritated by mi now. Hereafter, how can i speak positive about mi mobiles?

                                        I suggest people, don't go for a 3rd graded mobiles like this... Go for some branded.
