I give a mobile redmi 3s prime to service centre. As condition i gave him they didn't give us as. Now my mobile is in switch off condition.
Before two or three days mobile battery is starting puffing. Today screen is crack because of it. So we afraid that battery can blast. So we to. Service centre. Than he said we can change battery and have to pay 1350. So we have ready to do this. At that time battery is charging above 60 percent. After some time he bring mobile and said motherboard has to change. And charges are 6000/= and charging not doing work so pls do something

I m buy mi 4c pro recently but when I connect tata sky connection with divice its not play automatic,
when I m on tv it does not auto play every time we faced long process that not possible to do my family members, please do something for that.

Please give me the feed back abt it.

Upgrade my tv as soon as possible

Last 45 days ago I bought an MI smart TV(43inch), but after 30daysof installation, the TV is not working properly due to some technical difficulties. I lodged a complaint on 23.11.2018 with token R25760 . The technicians from the nearest service center (Tezpur, Assam) is not paying any attention on this matter. Shame on such a renowned company(MI)

    I had ordered a redmi 6a with order no.[protected] on 6th november 2018 which was assigned to delhivery courier service and it was returned without informing me. Later i was asked to reorder it again which i did with order no.[protected] and after nearly two weeks they have informed me that they have returned the product due to operational issues.. Really upset with mi service..

      I have purchased mi y2 on 18th of november from mi home n block cannaught place delhi, they provide me seal pack box and open infront of me, after a week some issue raise in the device related to receiver when today i visited to service center here in gwalior jayendraganj infront of virasat hotel mi person of service center mr vipin saying this phone is already opened somewhere we cannot repair it under warrenty. He also shown me some points of doubt... I want to ask mi home store delhi if it is so why you people are selling the product.

      I want some solution of my product purchased from them
      I want a compete replacement.

        I had a network problem with my handset i. E xiaomi note-4 which i purchased 2-nov-2017. I went to mi-service center located in wakad punen (Mh) and they told me there is a issue with motherboard and need to replace the motherboard which cost me around 75% of mobile total cost.

        My question from xiaomi is that for every problem your service center people suggesting for motherboard change than what is the purpose of service center. Start selling motherboard and stop making fool people.

        For every minor problem ur service center people suggesting motherboard change and those problem easily repair from outside. If the phone can able repair to outside than why mi service center not having the capability to repair.

          Hi. This is iqwal here and my complain that.
          Last 15 days before i change. My mob screen amount 2800 rs charge comlete. And there behaviour is very.. Un accepted and treated that like. Jo krna he krlo. Type
          And now my mobile only 15 days left after change mobile screen and there is so many problems face issue like touch is not properly work.. Aisa lag raha he jaise kiso dukan se 300 rs ki screen dalwai he.
          Pls solve my issue because mene 2800
          Mi service center se dlavai he screen na ki kisi.. Shop se.
          My phone mi max 2 is automatically rebooting after every 10-15 minutes, I have tried to stop it by switching off the phone, fast rebooting but none of them worked, and after rebooting when I open the main screen it is showing "find device closed unexpectedly", please help me I am not able to operate the Device properly.
          I have purchased MI LED on 13.05.2018 and i observed defect during last week.

          I have lodge a complaint on customer care but till today there is no response from the company representative.

            This is to inform you about one of your service cenres located at address: netaji shubhash road, habra, west bengal 743263, phone:[protected]. The following service centre is doing injustice to your anme and reputation and have been very very poor in terms of servicing and phone repairing. Few days back i went with redme 4 and gave it to them after checking it for only 5 minutes (Which caused me rs. 108/-) they said the mother board is faulty and i need to replace it which would cost me around 5.5k. But later i went to a local mobile repairing shop and they managed to get it use ready within seconds and didnt even charged me of anything too.. What kind of maintainace and repairing enginnering you guys appointed i really doubt it.. Its beee a very bad experience and i cant go in there in futur also for any kind of asssistance unless you take a strict against them for customer frauding.

              I visited the lajpat nagar service center and submitted my handset at 5 pm and i was informed after my regular follow ups at 6 pm that we will start accessing ur phone condition after 5-10 mints.

              Staff here was not responding clearly. Request your team to please train the employees here so that we are not always uncertain on time we need to wait more.

              It's a bad experience with service center

                Charging port of my phone was not working. So when the battery was dead it gets switched off.
                So i take it to the service center.
                According to the service center motherboard was crashed and it should be replaced which costs around rs.4000. But after further inspection of mobile in local mobile phones market there was no problem in motherboard.
                So i decided to change charging port of my phone and now it works.
                The attendent of service center are of no use. They give wrong information about phones.
                In local market i spend only rs.250 and my phone is working again. So why to spend rs.4000 for no use.
                Even they can't tell the simple problem of phones why they are sitting there to help others

                  We've visited the service center with a broken mobile (Note 3) - They told us it'll cost us 8000+ for motherboard, connector and screen (I don't know what else is left in mobile apart from these 3 except battery).
                  We have decided not to give it to them and took it back and gave it to a local repairer who just replaced the screen and charged 1800/-.

                  Now what to do about this service center. Should I think they lack skills/knowledge or cunning to collect our spares and make money or just negligent for making business. It happened to one more guy who was just before me, he was told 7000 for repairs, he took it back.

                  I request concerned people look into this, because many innocent people think these official service centers work promptly. If continued it's sure to loose business. This is direct cheating. I lost trust on the brand itself. I'm not going to buy any of the future models. And I'm sure going to spread this.

                  My Loss here is; I would've got a genuine screen, almost for the same price(1800+), if these people were prompt.

                    I purchased redmi y bill dated[protected] bill no inv no si/dsn/3223. After one month the touch pad observed crack vertically without falling on ground or any external pressure. How it happen the company will investigate and replace it in waranty of six month time. The authorized center near by me denied to replace it. How can i get justice?

                      I ordered Mi LED TV 4A PRO 123.2 cm (49) (₹29, 999 × 1) and TV 43/49 Pro55/55 Pro Wall Mount (₹499 × 1) on Mon, 05-Nov-2018 03:50 pm, Total amount : ₹30, 498/- whose Order number: [protected].
                      The information from mi customer care is that the order has been split into multiple deliveries i.e., Mi LED TV 4A PRO 123.2 cm (49) the courier partner is Delhivery (Delivery ID:[protected] and TV 43/49 Pro55/55 Pro Wall Mount the Courier partner is BlueDart (Delivery ID:[protected].
                      Only TV 43/49 Pro55/55 Pro Wall Mount has delivered on 09-Nov-2018 04:09 pm by BlueDart Courier and invoice also generated which is attached below. Mi LED TV 4A PRO 123.2 cm (49) is not delivered till now. On 08-Nov-2018 when i spoken with mi customer care they informed that the product is handover to Delhivery Courier partner and they are not delivering the product. After one day i called and questioned the Delhivery Courier partner that when the product is going to be delivered, they informed that product is not handover to us, they questioned me, how we can deliver the product.The same information is passed to the mi customer care, no answer for this question.
                      I called mi customer care regularly, they informed that the product is delivered in few days sir, they informed that it's not our problem, it's a Delhivery courier partner problem. After 15 days of order i received a call from mi backend team they informed that the product is returned due to some technical issues, They transfer the call to supervisor, they informed that the product is not been travelled to anywhere, it is their in store only due to some technical issues it is retured and cancelled by us.
                      Sir, i need clarity about the Mi LED TV 4A PRO 123.2 cm (49) return and rejected. Today i received call from mi they informed that the product is delivered already. There is no information for end user for return, reject, it also not delivered till now

                        My phone got switched off automatically while watching a video. I visited the mi service center in kandivali (E) the next day. They made we wait for 1 hour and took my details. As my phone is in warranty, they came up with issue of liquid glitch and told it will not be under warranty and i had to pay charges. Though my phone dint interact with water, i asked them the amount. They asked me to pay rs. 7, 840. (More than 50% of my phone value)
                        I asked them to return my phone and i am not willing to pay the amount, so they started negotiating on the amount. I feel i am being cheated as my phone is in warranty and should be repaired free of cost.
                        My order id is [protected] i had placed prepaid order of mi note5 pro on 24.10.2018 from mi store, order has been cancelled without my information, I'm suffering for my refund last 29 days, still refund not done.

                          I had purchased red mi note 4 (4 gb/64gb) in june 2017, when i visited to xiomi centre at mahanagr lucknow, they told me that mobile is from china and not having any approval to make it in india, i am fully surprised that how to handle this problem, also they told me that if i want to clarify our doubts than contact to xiomi for further clarification, my mobile is not having any major issue but i want to update s/w of that mobile, kindly help for the issue.

                            I bought Xiomi MI A2 from amazon it was delivered to me on 4th November 2018. The phone came with one year warranty.

                            15 days later, I started observing defects in my phone:
                            1. Mic- Goes silent on calls. i.e. my voice becomes completely inaudible to the receiver.
                            2. Speaker- The sound distorts intermittently and becomes aweful.

                            I reached out to customer care and seek for replacement .The executive told me that the replacement period is limited to 10 days after delivery of the product and I can claim for repair from any customer care center.

                            But when I read terms and conditions for the mobile handset on MI website (https://mobile.mi.com/in/service/warranty/), It is mentioned that repair or replacement can be done over company's desecration within the warranty period and it is not mentioned anywhere on the handset section of the T&C that the replacement period is limited to 10days only.

                            To confirm this I visited customer care center (at Kondapur, Hyderabad on 23rd November 2018) and the representative there told me that he can change all the mobile parts in order to fix the defects but not replace the product. He doesn't clearly comment on the part that during his action course he will not introduce any new defect.

                            Hence I claim for replacement of the product on the basis of warranty.
                            From past 1 week my mobile battery is draining down fast. I bought my mobile on August 2018 .in 3 months my mobile is working worst. And today I was taking pictures from my camera then suddenly I saw my display was half black and half display was working. Now I realize I had wasted my savings money in this mobile

                              I have repaired my handset a1 from model town jalandhar service centre on 15-10-18 for a concern of non working of power button and hanging of handset within warranty period. My power key had been changed by service centre but yesterday i. E on 22-10-18 i have faced the same problem and today i. E on 23-11-18 i visited the service centre for my concern and they replied to again change of power button with a cost of rs 530. There is no physical damage on any part including power button of my phone after last repair. But i feel it is just an harrasment to me by misguiding by service centre because i feel it is and it was just some software issue and nothing else than it but charging of rs.530 within almost one month of repair is totally injustice with me. Kindly note down my concern and take serious action against my request. Waiting for your response

                                I purchased redmi note 5 on 6th may 2018 and it got delivered on 9th may 2018, on flipkart. Recently i got an issue of network problem on that device and i took to the service centre for the 1st time, service centre staff rejected the warranty saying that the mobile is already opened inside and even the display is not original.

                                My complain is this is the 1st time i got a problem on my redmi note 5 and i directly went to the service centre i didn’t even change any display.
                                I got a default or fake or used product. Talked with flipkart and they asked me whether it is a sealed one or not, i got a sealed phone but which is not original. They didn’t help me.
                                Can u please help me out in this, make it serviced or replace my product.

                                  Sir, i have orderd mi 4c pro 32 inch in the date of[protected] and i have recived this product in the date of[protected], and after delivary i have online fillup for installation. Installation boy are come in my home in the date of[protected] and he opend fully packed tv. After opend he didn't find tv remote, the he telling me remote are missing in the box and he telling me i can give a complain in customercare, i have compalin immediately...

                                  Sir, Mi company is not responding against my call which I gave 3 times for the same issue. The serviceman told that the panel has gone. Since I'm waiting since a month about. I purchased the tv online from flipkart. My order id is OD[protected] my tv IMEI no. is 16940/[protected]. Invoice date is[protected]. I have contacted the customer care several times. But the issue has not been resolved till date.

                                    I had a very bad experience recently with mi. I want to gift led tv to my father-in-law and ordered it via my mobile mi store to cash on delivery option.
                                    It took 10 days for them to call my in-law for delivery.in the meantime, i sent the mail to mi service mail id and didn't get proper response.
                                    My order number is [protected] and they keep on telling that your order is cancelled and raise a new order. The explanations are not convincing and not satisfactory.
                                    They also shared the issue and the ticket number is woin[protected] but no call or proper response.

                                      I have Redmi note 4 64 GB phone. and from last 15 days. I am facing an overheating issue. and I have visited TVS electronic Malad West Mumbai.
                                      but I am shocked by your service center reply. the told me your PCB issue and your repair phone from outside. and I haven't given my phone to any unauthorized person. and one common thing. if my phone is under warranty why repair from outside and pay money to outside person. and I understand warranty policy.
                                      I am 100% sure this service center mistake. so please investigate and resolve the issue ASAP. if you need any more details please let me know.
