I bought a power bank from mi store on july15 2018
10000mah mi power bank 2i cost around 1000
Through online mi stores it's come with 6 months warranty.
I was not using it regularly and suddenly last month i checked it's was not charging no performance.
I went to mi author service center. They are refusing to take the product when it have 6 months warranty.
There is no physical or liquid damage.

Service of preet vihar service center is very bad, specially its employees, they are too slow. I was 3rd in the row but waited for half an hours. They also overcharge
For the services, as they asked for 1350 for a mobile battery and later after some discussion they agreed for 1200 only. How is it possible if the rate is same at all centers.
Kindly acknowledge me about the action taken....

I approached serivce centre at, bhupal complex, kurnool ap 6 months ago for redmi 5 mobile performace problem and after waiting for a long queque, they refused saying that the bill is required which is not available to me. Touch scree and voice hearing problem. When the details are available in mobile itself and is on line, guarantee/warrantee is available, why should the customer be troubled..

Sir i bought a redmi 5 pro from mi showroom, opposite to slb school, court road, nagercoil, kanyakumari district, tamilnadu, india on 4th november 2018. But the mobile was not getting charged and it heats. I went to mi service center nagercoil but they are not responding they said visit the mi show room. I went there there they said go to service center. What to do? Please take action regarding this and do the replacement....

Recently i bought a redmi 6 gold with a mi 10000 mah power bank (Order id #[protected]).

The phone was faulty and i asked for a replacement.

But the pick up agent picked up both phone and power bank and showed the invoice that had the total amount mentioned for pick up. Also i called the customer care at that time and they said to give both the phone and the power bank telling it is part of the same order...

I placed an order on 28th october for a 49 inch led tv, with a great disappointment and frustration here i write the service from xiaomi is not just awful but its more what we call cheating..

This # are trained professionals to cheat the people, service support is just a fake support..

There is no proper escalation process..

Note i have mi mobile red mi 5a bought from db mall bhopal location in 17/06/2018, in nov-18 month phone getting black and white screen, i visited mi service center in jyoti complex iris spectra bhopal, after checking they declared that my mobile's mother board needs to change as it is damaged, i visited to another service center they checked and declared that no issues in mother board only need to change display folder and previous service...

I have purchased mi note 5 phone. Its purchased date does not exceded 6 month, means it is under warranty. It kept bend means not straight. Bought redmi 5A . In starting it was working well it has 16gb storage.extra I downloaded more than 3 apps and captured lot's of photos without any problem but now I deleted all the photos and uninstalled all the extra apps and defaulted apps too still it ain't working properly all the time it asks to clean stuffs sometimes camera doesn't work because clean message pops up .can you bring me back those pictures else fix my problem...

I have redmi a5 it's display hot blur. When i visit service center they told me that internal display is damaged. My outer dipslay is perfectly intact but still they are not covering it in warranty inspite of no physical damage.
