My phone got switched off automatically while watching a video. I visited the mi service center in kandivali (E) the next day. They made we wait for 1 hour and took my details. As my phone is in warranty, they came up with issue of liquid glitch and told it will not be under warranty and i had to pay charges. Though my phone dint interact with water, i asked them the amount. They asked me to pay rs. 7, 840. (More than 50% of my phone value)
I asked them to return my phone and i am not willing to pay the amount, so they started negotiating on the amount. I feel i am being cheated as my phone is in warranty and should be repaired free of cost.
My order id is [protected] i had placed prepaid order of mi note5 pro on 24.10.2018 from mi store, order has been cancelled without my information, I'm suffering for my refund last 29 days, still refund not done.

    I had purchased red mi note 4 (4 gb/64gb) in june 2017, when i visited to xiomi centre at mahanagr lucknow, they told me that mobile is from china and not having any approval to make it in india, i am fully surprised that how to handle this problem, also they told me that if i want to clarify our doubts than contact to xiomi for further clarification, my mobile is not having any major issue but i want to update s/w of that mobile, kindly help for the issue.

      I bought Xiomi MI A2 from amazon it was delivered to me on 4th November 2018. The phone came with one year warranty.

      15 days later, I started observing defects in my phone:
      1. Mic- Goes silent on calls. i.e. my voice becomes completely inaudible to the receiver.
      2. Speaker- The sound distorts intermittently and becomes aweful.

      I reached out to customer care and seek for replacement .The executive told me that the replacement period is limited to 10 days after delivery of the product and I can claim for repair from any customer care center.

      But when I read terms and conditions for the mobile handset on MI website (https://mobile.mi.com/in/service/warranty/), It is mentioned that repair or replacement can be done over company's desecration within the warranty period and it is not mentioned anywhere on the handset section of the T&C that the replacement period is limited to 10days only.

      To confirm this I visited customer care center (at Kondapur, Hyderabad on 23rd November 2018) and the representative there told me that he can change all the mobile parts in order to fix the defects but not replace the product. He doesn't clearly comment on the part that during his action course he will not introduce any new defect.

      Hence I claim for replacement of the product on the basis of warranty.

      From past 1 week my mobile battery is draining down fast. I bought my mobile on August 2018 .in 3 months my mobile is working worst. And today I was taking pictures from my camera then suddenly I saw my display was half black and half display was working. Now I realize I had wasted my savings money in this mobile

        I have repaired my handset a1 from model town jalandhar service centre on 15-10-18 for a concern of non working of power button and hanging of handset within warranty period. My power key had been changed by service centre but yesterday i. E on 22-10-18 i have faced the same problem and today i. E on 23-11-18 i visited the service centre for my concern and they replied to again change of power button with a cost of rs 530. There is no physical damage on any part including power button of my phone after last repair. But i feel it is just an harrasment to me by misguiding by service centre because i feel it is and it was just some software issue and nothing else than it but charging of rs.530 within almost one month of repair is totally injustice with me. Kindly note down my concern and take serious action against my request. Waiting for your response

          I purchased redmi note 5 on 6th may 2018 and it got delivered on 9th may 2018, on flipkart. Recently i got an issue of network problem on that device and i took to the service centre for the 1st time, service centre staff rejected the warranty saying that the mobile is already opened inside and even the display is not original.

          My complain is this is the 1st time i got a problem on my redmi note 5 and i directly went to the service centre i didn’t even change any display.
          I got a default or fake or used product. Talked with flipkart and they asked me whether it is a sealed one or not, i got a sealed phone but which is not original. They didn’t help me.
          Can u please help me out in this, make it serviced or replace my product.

            missing remote with tv

            Sir, i have orderd mi 4c pro 32 inch in the date of[protected] and i have recived this product in the date of[protected], and after delivary i have online fillup for installation. Installation boy are come in my home in the date of[protected] and he opend fully packed tv. After opend he didn't find tv remote, the he telling me remote are missing in the box and he telling me i can give a complain in customercare, i have compalin immediately...

            Sir, Mi company is not responding against my call which I gave 3 times for the same issue. The serviceman told that the panel has gone. Since I'm waiting since a month about. I purchased the tv online from flipkart. My order id is OD[protected] my tv IMEI no. is 16940/[protected]. Invoice date is[protected]. I have contacted the customer care several times. But the issue has not been resolved till date.

              I had a very bad experience recently with mi. I want to gift led tv to my father-in-law and ordered it via my mobile mi store to cash on delivery option.
              It took 10 days for them to call my in-law for delivery.in the meantime, i sent the mail to mi service mail id and didn't get proper response.
              My order number is [protected] and they keep on telling that your order is cancelled and raise a new order. The explanations are not convincing and not satisfactory.
              They also shared the issue and the ticket number is woin[protected] but no call or proper response.

                Hi Support,
                I have Redmi note 4 64 GB phone. and from last 15 days. I am facing an overheating issue. and I have visited TVS electronic Malad West Mumbai.
                but I am shocked by your service center reply. the told me your PCB issue and your repair phone from outside. and I haven't given my phone to any unauthorized person. and one common thing. if my phone is under warranty why repair from outside and pay money to outside person. and I understand warranty policy.
                I am 100% sure this service center mistake. so please investigate and resolve the issue ASAP. if you need any more details please let me know.

                  I have ordered mi tv 4a from mi.com on 5th november. However i received product on 14 th november and that too after 3 days delay. I have requested for installation on 14 th november and scheduled for installation on 17th november at 9-12 slot. But nobody came for installation. Then i called customer support and asked them and they told that my installation has been rescheduled to monday (19/11/2018) 6-8 pm slot without informing me about that.
                  19 th november installation also didn't happen. Then i called customer care and they told me to wait.
                  I don't understand why they are doing like this.
                  I have escalated it twice via complaint and another one via reminder.
                  They told that i'll get call back but i receive nothing.
                  Now i am fed up with that and i don't want the product anymore.

                    This is swapnil garud. I have purchased “ mi led tv 4a pro 123.2 cm (49)”, from your official website, on 18th october 2018 at around 12.05 pm. From last 29 days i am waiting for the delivery of the product mentioned above, but still it has not been delivered. I contacted your customer care service for 12 - 14 times, i registered complaints for three times (1st complaint id - woin[protected] , 2nd complaint id - woin[protected] , 3rd complaint id - woin[protected] and still i am not getting the the above said product. Because of your such irresponsible approach, l am getting so much mental stress, which is becoming really very unbearable to me.
                    I brought this product 1month before and now in display a green line is formed

                        The order for xiaomi tv - 49" was placed on october 25, 2018 (Order id [protected]). As per the tracking number the shipment has arried in city on october 30, 2018. With constant follow-ups, complaints with xiaomi customer service and delhivery customer service. Everytime, they have ridiculed me that product will be delivered within 24 hours to 72 hours. Till date, there is no concrete answer nor the product been delivered to me. Inefficiencies of both parties has blocked my funds.

                        When i call them, they are not willing to cancel the order. It is pathetic and miserable.

                        Please do not buy any product from xiaomi.
                        I had bought a mi tv pro on 29th October but after 02 days remote is not working. How it was replace with new one. It is very pathetic to operate with this remote

                          It is with utmost displeasure that I am informing you that I had purchased a MI TV 43 inches and got the delivery of the product on 12th Nov. The invoice no is 140435 dated 10th Nov 2018. The day i received the TV, i had raised a request for installation and the date of installation was scheduled for 15th Nov for 9AM-12PM slot but noone turned up for the same and its almost 7 days from the date of delivery and after giving almost 20-25 calls to customer service, no one has the courtesy rather willingness to provide the support .My bad luck started from that day for choosing the most unwanted product of MI as you people dont care for customer service at all. You people have started the company only to loot the customers. I seriously want to return the product as a way to penalise you for not giving me the service. IN case you are a genuine company, take my product back as I dont want your product anymore . In case I would have taken a samsung product my TV would have been installed by same date but MI have created a team of fools to fool the customers and till date my TV has not been installed and I am in a helpless situation. Please as matter of customer relationship, what can you do for the loss which i have suffered for your non performance. Do let me know and stop fooling people else you will suffer as a company of Kingfisher couldnot sustain and so dont make your customers cry. I know that no revert to this mail will come as you hardly care for customer.

                            I have placed on order on m/s xiomi technology india pvt ltd, hosa no.5, village vadape, bhiwandi-421302, maharastra vide order no.[protected] date 15.10.2018 directly through mi store instead of amazon or flipkart.
                            To out shock the tv which was delivered by the company was with broken screen and out of order. When we called customer care, they have sent there representative and they are not accepting to replace the same.
                            We were not updated by company regarding their term and conditions.
                            The company has cheated us, they are blaming us for damaged condition of the tv. What fun we will have breaking the delivered tv set?.
                            We request the company to replace our tv set at the earliest. I have enclosed the copy of invoice and photo of damaged tv.
                            Never buy products from MI TV

                              Hi i had purchased a mobile red mi note 4 (4 gb/64gb) in year 2017 via e-bay.com, where mobile is properly working when i had visited the xiomi service centre at lucknow nishantganj, they told me the mobile set is from china and they cant chek them even and they can not take it for any of services related issues.
                              I am having the original bill also but they doesn't entertain me as well and said me that i have to contact xiomi for this issue.
                              Kindly help as i had purchased the mobile in jun'17 and the set is very new and i want to update s/w of my mobile.
                              I need urgent solution for that mobile as i have no any other set for my regular use.
                              In MI. Com we have booking and delivered MI LED TV 4A pro its delivered 16 /11/2018 . the installed engineer tells its damaged so we have return and get another TV. Order no[protected]

                                I bought a power bank from mi store on july15 2018
                                10000mah mi power bank 2i cost around 1000
                                Through online mi stores it's come with 6 months warranty.
                                I was not using it regularly and suddenly last month i checked it's was not charging no performance.
                                I went to mi author service center. They are refusing to take the product when it have 6 months warranty.
                                There is no physical or liquid damage.
                                If it's liquid or physical damage i can bear it.
                                But when is no problem from my end.
                                Then it's may be ur product issue or technical fault. Then mi is the responsibility

                                  Service of preet vihar service center is very bad, specially its employees, they are too slow. I was 3rd in the row but waited for half an hours. They also overcharge
                                  For the services, as they asked for 1350 for a mobile battery and later after some discussion they agreed for 1200 only. How is it possible if the rate is same at all centers.
                                  Kindly acknowledge me about the action taken.

                                    Dear sir/madam,
                                    I'm vigneshwaran. D. S i'm using redmi note 5 pro which i had bought on 13th august 2018. On 16th november 2018 i'm facing an issue with this mobile. Once the message popped up in my mobile screen that "com. Android. Systemui has stopped". Then the mobile got switched off, while turning on my mobile, screen displays only mi logo and it can't get open after that. After a long time it directly going for the fastboot menu.
                                    I had visit my near by service centre to sort out this issue. They told the issue of the mobile was reboot fault after inspection they told your board is affected and it have to replaced. The cost of the board is rs.7, 078.82. I asked for warranty to repair this issue but they refused and said like this problem cannot come under warranty, and said that i have to pay the amount of rs.7, 078.82 for changing my motherboard for solving the issue.                                       I had booked a mi led smart tv online through their store. It was for my sons 18th birthday (9/11/18). The package was delivered on 8th night. I was very happy. Unfortunately till date (18/11/18) they have not sent anyone to install it. Attaching picture as proof. When we called their helpline (After waiting nearly full day on 9th november) they said we have to take an appointment. When we did that, we were given timing as between 9 to 12 on 12/11/18 (The whole purpose of my gift was already defeated). Unfortunately no one came on 12th also, at the given slot.in the evening when we called helpline, they apologized and said we will look into it and by tomorrow it will be done. Since then we have been calling them everyday and listening to their apology and assuarance. Last call was on 17/11/18. Everyday i asked for their superiors thinking they might be able to help. Unfortunately after holding for 5-10 minutes everyday, sometimes 2 to 3 times in a day for 8 days, i did not get to speak to them.
