Dear sir,
I purchase mi note 6 pro 15 days ago. Previous day, after lunch when I took my phone and open it. display half show and otger half didn't show anything so I go to service canter of mi. A person of service canter tell me .your display is inner damage.i told them nothing happen accidentlly or any other causes from my side.if accident happen then outer display must be broken..but there is no scratch on display..
Service man told me you have to pay 6000/- for display ..
As per mi warrenty terms if screen accidentlly damage, liquide damge then it's not under warrenty ...but in my case nothing happen to this type of it...it's just stop working.
I told service men, you find any type of outer scratch or damage on screen, then how could you say that it's accidentally happen..then he told me that talk to customer care.

I call to customer care but they also not proper answering ...

In now days mi is pioneer in Indian market but service is not good...

In last, I am self respected person, if really accidentlly damage then i never complain. But it's bcz of other issue..

I have a complain ..plz solve it ..

    I have ordered for poco f1 graphite black mobile phone from 'mi.com' on[protected], order id:[protected]. Transport number:[protected]. Delivery id: [protected]. Transport company - blue dart.

    I have already paid the amount of rs 20, 999/- on 27/11/2018. But till now[protected] product not delivered. I have contacted with the customer care of mi india, on 13/12/2018, they assured to contact me with in 48 hours which ended on[protected]. It's almost 3 weeks gone after my order and payment of money.
    Till date they didn't try to contact me. Veryy poor service and delivery from mi india.

      One portable power supply for my smart phone rated as 20000 mah power bank, battery model no:[protected], (It seems the mobile no has been written instead of correct model number, by the shop keeper in an intention of making fraud), as mentioned over guarantee card, was purchased from m/s new sar rema battery house, shop no 68, ambar market, lucknow owned by mr rohit kumar (Mob:[protected], ph no:[protected]) against cash payment of rs.1000/- (One thousand only) on date:08th october, 2018. As directed by the shop keeper the unit had been charged fully and was put to use on smart phone. It is found that the unit failed in the specified service. Having doubt in product the supplier was contacted for the problem but he refused to solved the problem and directed me to report the problem to the manufacturing company. Since the packet/box does not contain any address of the manufacturer hence i failed to act as per the advice of the shop keeper and revert back to him. Asking me to get replacement he is playing "hide and seek" and did not do any fruitful even after many visits given by me by travelling from haridwar to lucknow by third a/c railway journeys and staying in hotels at lucknow.
      For a ready in hand evidence i have one guarantee card, packing box and the device with me.
      Prayer: the shop keeper has made a big fraud against me with physical and mental tension panic to me as i am a very old person and for blood clot in my brain, as per the doctors advise i have to go every where out of home/travel with some attendant only.
      The shop keeper may kindly be punishes for his fraud with cost and reimbursement of at least rs15000/- to me by an early date, at my place of stay i. E. Haridwar (Uttarakhand)
      Dear sir am very disappointed I don't like if my phone not give permission sd card delete or move anything please help sir.

        Respected sir/mam, im resident of nepal. I have purchased my phone from flipkart. 2 years later by display broken so i changed it in mi care siliguri. My problem is that they changed my original battery with faulty. I was only to change my display. When i check product authenticate its say wrong s/n of battery. Dont know why they did so? Battery even dont last for 1 hrs. My phone imei is [protected]. Battery s/n is swbm[protected]aj12.

          I bought my phone 6 month ago. From that time only it is not working properly. It problem is that, in a day at least two time i have to close the mobile. Because no call is going and coming. I think it is due to the problem of mobile. So what can i do, please resolve this matter. I don't no where is service center or not. And i listen that it is taking money also in service center. So kindly accept this problem and please resolve it.

            This is the second time. It's not working. Its in guarantee period, this time too.
            At first time, left earphone had stopped working completely.
            So, mi service center near me, provided me new ones. But, left earphone had stopped working partially, this time too!
            Sometimes, we can here voice. After some adjustments.
            And, it's not been more than two weeks.

              I had ordered poco f1 in replacement of mi max from mi online store. At the time of delivery, inspection of my old phone was failed due to damage in phone. Hence, package was also not delivered. Courier person asked me to cancel my order and order same product again. However, there is no option of cancellation once your order is shipped.
              I tried to contact to mi costumer care online support twice. Both the time i received an answer as once package is returned to warehouse refund process will be initiated. It has been 15 days still i am waiting for refund.

                I am not able to unlock the bootloader with legal method, and if i try illegal then my device will be bricked, why block bootloader when you want to be user friendly. I am having erroor 20091 and mi support isn't helping. I tried to contact them but the didn't Replied, and their live chat is useless they don't even understand the concept o[censored]nlocking bootloader.

                And they call themselves User friendly.

                  I recently ordered redmi 6a and receive my parcel on 4th dec. Now i am unable to connect my mobile internet through hotspot inspite of all settings required for wireless connection. My new mobile hotspot menu do not have device identification option so can't search for laptop wifi, while my friends redmi 5a connect automatically. My mobile hotspot connects with other mobiles wifi but not with laptop. All laptop setting are as per required for wireless connection. I called mi customer care but my problem is not resolved. Please tell me changes to be made for proper functioning. Thank you

                    Mi India-Regarding not getting my refund still now

                    Hello Mi,
                    Mi Order Id- [protected]
                    Delhivery waybill no.[protected]

                    I have booked a phone Redmi note 5 pro (red)64GB+4GB on 22nd Of November 2018 through Mi.com and made the online payment of 13999 by my debit card. After that they shipped my product to Delhivery courier on the same date, after two days delhivery returned the product to the seller of Mi on 24th nov. Then i contacted to the customer care they told me that delhivery returned the product due to technical issues and your refund will be generated as soon the product reaches to the warehouse. After two days, again i called to the customer care they told me that your refund id[protected] is generated and hence refund has been initiated on 26 November and amount will be credited in your account within 7-10 business days. I waited still 14 days means two week despite of that i didn't receive any amount in my account. Again i contacted to customer care they didn't give the satisfied answer, as they only making us fool. Even they don't want to share the ARN/RRN number so as i contact to my respective bank for the refund. I never expected this from Mi India that they don't want to refund my money back at promised date and not delivered my paid product. How cheap the service of Mi is. The third party sites (Flipkart, amazon) are more better than Mi.com.
                    Please refund my money as soon as possible otherwise I'm going to post it to everywhere and i will have to report to the police/consumer forums and file a case regarding my refund. It has been so delayed. Please help me.

                      I need hd graphics mode for pubg mobile. I spend 15k and can't even play hd games. It has sd 636 what's use of it if i can not play games in good graphics. I seriously need solution for this. Give update as soon as possible. Pubg hd mode i want thats all.in early it was available then what's happen now?? I have spend 15k, vivo, oppo is giving hd mode in 13k and you done this to me.

                        I bought my new redmi note 5 pro mobile from flip cart on oct 12, 2018. On the same day i face receiver, loud speaker problem and videos showing videos blur in some website. I went to redmi customer service in madurai on 30 oct 2018 to give complaint. There they checked and replaced the receiver and load speaker, for video blur problem they ignored. But problem didnt solved at last. For second time i went to give complaint on charging problem. As it was taking more than 6 hours just charging only 60% only. At this time they replaced charger cable. But they refused to take second time on receiver and load speaker and video blur problem. Today dec 06 2018 i am facing new problem like i am not able to listen any music through heal phone.

                        I told them on 30 oct 2018 that my mobile is defective and take appropriate action on this. I want my money back or they need to replace by new mobile.
                        Please help me on this.
                        I Was Playing PUBG on my Redmi Note 5pro. Mobile was on a normal temperature.. suddenly I heared a crack sound.
                        And i saw a hairy line on the middle of the screen.
                        Who's Faultnis this.. even i am not getting this on warranty also. Though phone is only 6months old..
                        So [censored]ing Weak Hardwear. Cheap product🙄
                        Last month I had purchased MI LED TV (4A PRO), but the person came for installation didn't shown any demo and he is asking money for installation.

                        Please justify and take action.

                          I recently bought redmi 6 pro mobile ffom amazon. Initially it was working properly, but from few days back it hanging so much. For ex, last time i got call it shows different person name and after disconnecting from other still it was showing in progress call and not able to disconnect, i have screen recording for same. Its also hanging during normal use, like while using youtube. So please do needfull asap.

                            Hello sir, today i went to mi customer centre (Opposite nikku park) at jalandhar city in punjab. As my mi note 5 pro is in under warranty they changed my headphone jack with new after 30 minutes i faced same problem.. Phone's jack is not working and when i plugged then sound goes to speaker near front camera.. What can be done? Will this problem remain same? Or they are unable to resolve this?

                              My redmi y1 lite phone warranty period ends on 8.11.2018.
                              one year no problem good working. on 22.11.2018 it shows no signal. changed sim card . nothing happens. give to radiant e serve, authorised service center annanagar, chennai, tamilnadu. returning the phone with motherboard damaged. given complaints to customer care, mailed to service mailid . no solution

                                My name is vinay kumar sharma. I have purchased a new phone redmi 5a by flipkart, dated-14th oct 2018 got faulty. When i visited at service center rewa (M. P.) for repairing the phone, denied to serve under warranty. Phone is in perfect condition & don't have a single scratch/physical damage. But service center is asking there is some internal fault & demanding to pay 1350/- for the repairing. Also behaving very unprofessionally and language was also very bad which is not acceptable any how. This type of behavior with customer is not good for any service provider organization. I have blind faith in mi brand and expect proper response from the company as well. My whole family using mi phones only & first time i am facing sach type of problem.                                     I had ordered a Redmi Note 5 Pro (Lake Blue - 4GB+64GB) smartphone from mi store app on 02/10/2018 and paid via debit card. The order was scheduled to be delivered by 06/10/2018 but the order got delayed and did not even get shipped till 18/10/2018. I had put up the order cancellation request to mi customer care on 10/10/2018 itself and repeatedly kept on chatting with the customer care day after day but for no use. Finally, the order got cancelled on 19/10/2018 and I was informed that day on the call that once, the product reaches the warehouse, then within 8-10 working days I will get the refund.

                                    After waiting for nearly 10 days, I again started calling and chatting with the customer care at Xiaomi asking them for my refund status. This process went on for another 1 week post which they informed me on 06/11/2018 that my refund has been initiated on 06/11/2018 and I will get the refund in my bank account within 8-10 working days. But they didn't provide me any ARN/RRN number for this refund transaction. I tried contacting them repeatedly via chats, emails and phone calls but everytime I was told the same thing. I had also raised another complaint on 17 Nov mentioning that I haven't yet received the refund and requested them to escalate the issue on high priority. Then on 27th Nov after contacting them again, they are saying that the refund is initiated on 23 Nov 2018 and I will get it in my bank account in the next 8-10 days. Now, I asked them for ARN/RRN number without which I won't believe if the refund is generated. But again, they replied me saying that they don't have ARN/RRN number and asked me to have patience and wait for more time. Due to this, I even checked my bank's mini statement and 1 month passbook statement and emailed them the copy of the same showing that I haven't got any refund. Now, today is 04/12/2018 and still I haven't got the refund and the story keeps on continuing. And today morning, I talked with customer care for 30 mins and asked again for ARN/RRN number but still they don't have any.

                                    Now I am fed up by contacting again and again and I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with Xiaomi's service.

                                    Hence, this complaint.

                                      My distance from center is 30km up down.

                                        This is phone has the the worst ever display quality. Eventhough they addressed the screen bleeding issue a month ago, they've given me a faulty unit with screen bleeding at the this is phone has the the worst ever display quality. But xioami denied my replacement request eventhough the technician who came to enquire this device accepted it was a faulty unit and the 10 days replacement policy wasn't even over yet. Flipkart also blocked my return request. This completely unnacceptable from both xioami and flipkart. To anyone who's reading this, i suggest you to have second thoughts before buying this device. If you are a user who uses watches videos or play games at night like me, i am sure this device will dissappoint you. Xioami says that 0.03% of their units has been affected by this issue and it can be fixed through ota update. None of this statement is true. Remember the unit i have was received a month after their statement. They are not taking customer's feedback seriously. Many are reporting this issue and are not getting any replacement or refund.
