I bought my new redmi note 5 pro mobile from flip cart on oct 12, 2018. On the same day i face receiver, loud speaker problem and videos showing videos blur in some website. I went to redmi customer service in madurai on 30 oct 2018 to give complaint. There they checked and replaced the receiver and load speaker, for video blur problem they ignored. But problem didnt solved at last. For second time i went to give complaint on charging problem. As it was taking more than 6 hours just charging only 60% only. At this time they replaced charger cable. But they refused to take second time on receiver and load speaker and video blur problem. Today dec 06 2018 i am facing new problem like i am not able to listen any music through heal phone.

I told them on 30 oct 2018 that my mobile is defective and take appropriate action on this. I want my money back or they need to replace by new mobile.
Please help me on this.
I Was Playing PUBG on my Redmi Note 5pro. Mobile was on a normal temperature.. suddenly I heared a crack sound.
And i saw a hairy line on the middle of the screen.
Who's Faultnis this.. even i am not getting this on warranty also. Though phone is only 6months old..
So [censored]ing Weak Hardwear. Cheap product🙄
Last month I had purchased MI LED TV (4A PRO), but the person came for installation didn't shown any demo and he is asking money for installation.

Please justify and take action.

    Hey,
    I recently bought redmi 6 pro mobile ffom amazon. Initially it was working properly, but from few days back it hanging so much. For ex, last time i got call it shows different person name and after disconnecting from other still it was showing in progress call and not able to disconnect, i have screen recording for same. Its also hanging during normal use, like while using youtube. So please do needfull asap.

      Hello sir, today i went to mi customer centre (Opposite nikku park) at jalandhar city in punjab. As my mi note 5 pro is in under warranty they changed my headphone jack with new after 30 minutes i faced same problem.. Phone's jack is not working and when i plugged then sound goes to speaker near front camera.. What can be done? Will this problem remain same? Or they are unable to resolve this?

        My redmi y1 lite phone warranty period ends on 8.11.2018.
        one year no problem good working. on 22.11.2018 it shows no signal. changed sim card . nothing happens. give to radiant e serve, authorised service center annanagar, chennai, tamilnadu. returning the phone with motherboard damaged. given complaints to customer care, mailed to service mailid . no solution

          Dear team,

          My name is vinay kumar sharma. I have purchased a new phone redmi 5a by flipkart, dated-14th oct 2018 got faulty. When i visited at service center rewa (M. P.) for repairing the phone, denied to serve under warranty. Phone is in perfect condition & don't have a single scratch/physical damage. But service center is asking there is some internal fault & demanding to pay 1350/- for the repairing. Also behaving very unprofessionally and language was also very bad which is not acceptable any how. This type of behavior with customer is not good for any service provider organization. I have blind faith in mi brand and expect proper response from the company as well. My whole family using mi phones only & first time i am facing sach type of problem.               I had ordered a Redmi Note 5 Pro (Lake Blue - 4GB+64GB) smartphone from mi store app on 02/10/2018 and paid via debit card. The order was scheduled to be delivered by 06/10/2018 but the order got delayed and did not even get shipped till 18/10/2018. I had put up the order cancellation request to mi customer care on 10/10/2018 itself and repeatedly kept on chatting with the customer care day after day but for no use. Finally, the order got cancelled on 19/10/2018 and I was informed that day on the call that once, the product reaches the warehouse, then within 8-10 working days I will get the refund.

              After waiting for nearly 10 days, I again started calling and chatting with the customer care at Xiaomi asking them for my refund status. This process went on for another 1 week post which they informed me on 06/11/2018 that my refund has been initiated on 06/11/2018 and I will get the refund in my bank account within 8-10 working days. But they didn't provide me any ARN/RRN number for this refund transaction. I tried contacting them repeatedly via chats, emails and phone calls but everytime I was told the same thing. I had also raised another complaint on 17 Nov mentioning that I haven't yet received the refund and requested them to escalate the issue on high priority. Then on 27th Nov after contacting them again, they are saying that the refund is initiated on 23 Nov 2018 and I will get it in my bank account in the next 8-10 days. Now, I asked them for ARN/RRN number without which I won't believe if the refund is generated. But again, they replied me saying that they don't have ARN/RRN number and asked me to have patience and wait for more time. Due to this, I even checked my bank's mini statement and 1 month passbook statement and emailed them the copy of the same showing that I haven't got any refund. Now, today is 04/12/2018 and still I haven't got the refund and the story keeps on continuing. And today morning, I talked with customer care for 30 mins and asked again for ARN/RRN number but still they don't have any.

              Now I am fed up by contacting again and again and I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with Xiaomi's service.

                I want y they change battery while old battery is good in condition
                At last i go five to six time there then told me software problem and erase my all data.
                My distance from center is 30km up down.

                  This is phone has the the worst ever display quality. Eventhough they addressed the screen bleeding issue a month ago, they've given me a faulty unit with screen bleeding at the this is phone has the the worst ever display quality. It is clearly visible at night as you can see from the images i have posted. I requested a replacement for it. But xioami denied my replacement request eventhough the technician who came to enquire this device accepted it was a faulty unit and the 10 days replacement policy wasn't even over yet. Flipkart also blocked my return request. This completely unnacceptable from both xioami and flipkart. To anyone who's reading this, i suggest you to have second thoughts before buying this device. If you are a user who uses watches videos or play games at night like me, i am sure this device will dissappoint you. Xioami says that 0.03% of their units has been affected by this issue and it can be fixed through ota update. None of this statement is true. Remember the unit i have was received a month after their statement. They are not taking customer's feedback seriously. Many are reporting this issue and are not getting any replacement or refund. And screen bleeding is a hardware issue and cannot be fixed by ota updates. I deeply advise you to not buy this device. Chin of the phone.                     I give a mobile redmi 3s prime to service centre. As condition i gave him they didn't give us as. Now my mobile is in switch off condition.
                    Before two or three days mobile battery is starting puffing. Today screen is crack because of it. So we afraid that battery can blast. So we to. Service centre. Than he said we can change battery and have to pay 1350. So we have ready to do this. At that time battery is charging above 60 percent. After some time he bring mobile and said motherboard has to change. And charges are 6000/= and charging not doing work so pls do something

                    when I m on tv it does not auto play every time we faced long process that not possible to do my family members, please do something for that.

                    Last 45 days ago I bought an MI smart TV(43inch), but after 30daysof installation, the TV is not working properly due to some technical difficulties. I lodged a complaint on 23.11.2018 with token R25760 . The technicians from the nearest service center (Tezpur, Assam) is not paying any attention on this matter. Shame on such a renowned company(MI)

                      I had ordered a redmi 6a with order no.[protected] on 6th november 2018 which was assigned to delhivery courier service and it was returned without informing me. Later i was asked to reorder it again which i did with order no.[protected] and after nearly two weeks they have informed me that they have returned the product due to operational issues.. Really upset with mi service..

                        I have purchased mi y2 on 18th of november from mi home n block cannaught place delhi, they provide me seal pack box and open infront of me, after a week some issue raise in the device related to receiver when today i visited to service center here in gwalior jayendraganj infront of virasat hotel mi person of service center mr vipin saying this phone is already opened somewhere we cannot repair it under warrenty. He also shown me some points of doubt... I want to ask mi home store delhi if it is so why you people are selling the product.

                          I had a network problem with my handset i. E xiaomi note-4 which i purchased 2-nov-2017. I went to mi-service center located in wakad punen (Mh) and they told me there is a issue with motherboard and need to replace the motherboard which cost me around 75% of mobile total cost.

                          My question from xiaomi is that for every problem your service center people suggesting for motherboard change than what is the purpose of service center. Start selling motherboard and stop making fool people.

                          For every minor problem ur service center people suggesting motherboard change and those problem easily repair from outside. If the phone can able repair to outside than why mi service center not having the capability to repair.

                            My phone mi max 2 is automatically rebooting after every 10-15 minutes, I have tried to stop it by switching off the phone, fast rebooting but none of them worked, and after rebooting when I open the main screen it is showing "find device closed unexpectedly", please help me I am not able to operate the Device properly.
                            I have purchased MI LED on 13.05.2018 and i observed defect during last week.

                              This is to inform you about one of your service cenres located at address: netaji shubhash road, habra, west bengal 743263, phone:[protected]. The following service centre is doing injustice to your anme and reputation and have been very very poor in terms of servicing and phone repairing. Few days back i went with redme 4 and gave it to them after checking it for only 5 minutes (Which caused me rs. 108/-) they said the mother board is faulty and i need to replace it which would cost me around 5.5k. But later i went to a local mobile repairing shop and they managed to get it use ready within seconds and didnt even charged me of anything too.. What kind of maintainace and repairing enginnering you guys appointed i really doubt it.. Its beee a very bad experience and i cant go in there in futur also for any kind of asssistance unless you take a strict against them for customer frauding.

                                I visited the lajpat nagar service center and submitted my handset at 5 pm and i was informed after my regular follow ups at 6 pm that we will start accessing ur phone condition after 5-10 mints.

                                Staff here was not responding clearly. Request your team to please train the employees here so that we are not always uncertain on time we need to wait more.

                                  Charging port of my phone was not working. So when the battery was dead it gets switched off.
                                  So i take it to the service center.
                                  According to the service center motherboard was crashed and it should be replaced which costs around rs.4000. But after further inspection of mobile in local mobile phones market there was no problem in motherboard.
                                  So i decided to change charging port of my phone and now it works.
                                  The attendent of service center are of no use. They give wrong information about phones.
                                  In local market i spend only rs.250 and my phone is working again. So why to spend rs.4000 for no use.
                                  Even they can't tell the simple problem of phones why they are sitting there to help others

                                    We've visited the service center with a broken mobile (Note 3) - They told us it'll cost us 8000+ for motherboard, connector and screen (I don't know what else is left in mobile apart from these 3 except battery).
                                    We have decided not to give it to them and took it back and gave it to a local repairer who just replaced the screen and charged 1800/-.

                                    Now what to do about this service center. Should I think they lack skills/knowledge or cunning to collect our spares and make money or just negligent for making business. It happened to one more guy who was just before me, he was told 7000 for repairs, he took it back.

                                    I request concerned people look into this, because many innocent people think these official service centers work promptly. If continued it's sure to loose business. This is direct cheating. I lost trust on the brand itself. I'm not going to buy any of the future models. And I'm sure going to spread this.

                                    My Loss here is; I would've got a genuine screen, almost for the same price(1800+), if these people were prompt.

                                        I ordered Mi LED TV 4A PRO 123.2 cm (49) (₹29, 999 × 1) and TV 43/49 Pro55/55 Pro Wall Mount (₹499 × 1) on Mon, 05-Nov-2018 03:50 pm, Total amount : ₹30, 498/- whose Order number: [protected].
                                        The information from mi customer care is that the order has been split into multiple deliveries i.e., Mi LED TV 4A PRO 123.2 cm (49) the courier partner is Delhivery (Delivery ID:[protected] and TV 43/49 Pro55/55 Pro Wall Mount the Courier partner is BlueDart (Delivery ID:[protected].
                                        Only TV 43/49 Pro55/55 Pro Wall Mount has delivered on 09-Nov-2018 04:09 pm by BlueDart Courier and invoice also generated which is attached below. Mi LED TV 4A PRO 123.2 cm (49) is not delivered till now. On 08-Nov-2018 when i spoken with mi customer care they informed that the product is handover to Delhivery Courier partner and they are not delivering the product. After one day i called and questioned the Delhivery Courier partner that when the product is going to be delivered, they informed that product is not handover to us, they questioned me, how we can deliver the product.The same information is passed to the mi customer care, no answer for this question.
                                        I called mi customer care regularly, they informed that the product is delivered in few days sir, they informed that it's not our problem, it's a Delhivery courier partner problem. After 15 days of order i received a call from mi backend team they informed that the product is returned due to some technical issues, They transfer the call to supervisor, they informed that the product is not been travelled to anywhere, it is their in store only due to some technical issues it is retured and cancelled by us.
                                        Sir, i need clarity about the Mi LED TV 4A PRO 123.2 cm (49) return and rejected. Today i received call from mi they informed that the product is delivered already. There is no information for end user for return, reject, it also not delivered till now
