This is silambarasan. I purchased 'redmi 2 prime' mobile on september-2015 with internal memory of 16 gb. But now, 10gb locked in 'misc' on storage. My mobile allows only 2gb to install apps. I don't know where is remaining memory. How can i run a mobile with only 2gb?

I have visited service centre (Chikkadpally, hyderabad, india). They told me that no services available for redmi 2 prime. Then, i contacted customer care for solution. They also telling that no services available for this model.

I don't know what the hell reply is this!

If you are giving service for only 2 or 3 years for a model, why should we purchase your product?

I suggested many of my friends to buy mi mobiles earlier. But, i got irritated by mi now. Hereafter, how can i speak positive about mi mobiles?

I suggest people, don't go for a 3rd graded mobiles like this... Go for some branded.
I have ordered a Redmi note 5Pro from MI store but by mistake I have entered wrong phone number. I am continuously contacting your costmer care but it's not connecting. So I had to raise this complain at this platform. please the number as [protected]. The order ID is [protected]. The order is for Khandwa 450001 MP... ...
After getting updated (miui 10.0.1.0/stable)

    I order the product on 16th of October 2018 .They given the estimate date for delivery the product . I waited till 19th of October nd make the complaint them .Xiaomi india (Mi)given me the tracking number of the courier patner bt courier patner denied that the tracking number which is given by xiaomi is wrong .After that i made a cmplaint on 19th of October to xiaomi (Mi) India till date they didn't delivery my order nor given refund my money.I contact them daily talking more tha 90 min daily bt they didnt resolving my issue.

    Below the mail they given to me when i complaint them second time

      I bought Redmi 4a on Feb. 2018 from a Dealer in Indore. It is working fine. Yesterday when I was checking email on Redmi 4a, suddenly smoke started coming from battery side/back side and it got heated too much. Suddenly explode in my phone. I took it outside of my home and putting some soil on it to cool down, when I checked after some time back cover and back side of mobile melted completely. Mobile was not on charging, it was in my hand and there were approximate 50% battery.

      I am attaching all the photograph of Mobile and bill.

The given number of the agent who will install our tv talks in very rude language is continuously delaying the installation.

          I have purchase redmi5 phone 3-4 month before from amazon.
          It works fine for 2 month and then it started problem with screen so i made a plan to visit mi service center in my city.
          As the product was in warranty (No physical damage) so i was sure mi engineer will fix this issue.

          Now the game started

          When i visited there service center in (59, first floor - 4d square mall visat - gandhinagar highway, chandkheda, ahmedabad - 380005, ahmedabad, gujarat 380015) front desk took my phone, he send my phone images to there delhi office to conform about warranty (As per them its a process).

          After few minutes there delhi office verified all the images sent by front desk and conform that issue need to be fix under warranty.

          Now there engineer started working on my phone after 10 minutes one of the engineer came to me having reason that the upper sensor is showing red color and started explaining me that device turn red if you drop your phone water.

          At the same time i asked him one question have you seen any sign that i have opened my phone?? Because if i drop my phone some where in water then definitely there would be some sign of opening up my phone. He said no we are opening it up very first time.

          I told him that i am not kid i haven't drop my phone then he come with another reason that it could be possible that your sweat went there and now sensor is showing red.

          Really guys??? Then mi you have to make phone sweat proof!!

          I am mature enough to save my phone to not drop in water but for sweat i don't have a control over there.

          This was ridicules solution given by mi service center.. Is this your product quality?? How cheap is this??

          From now on wards its very hard for me to believe in mi products

          I want my phone to be fix without any cost.

          Your company is doing fraud, one of your device came as faulty and now your engineers are blaming customer saying its a liquid damage.

          Listen because of your faulty device customer is not going to be tolerated..

            Hello,

            I have booked mi tv on the flash sale 18th oct.
            Till date the product is not delivered to my hyderabad address. Mi selected such a worst delivery channel partner & their support is really pathetic. From last 10 days they are keeping the product within hyderabad and not shipped till date. Been contacting them and they are not in a position to provide a valid reason for the delay.

            Hope mi takes care of this from their end.

              Mi a1 is not picture perfect phone as they advertise. Totally imperfect rear cameras (Dual at that). I complained at their fb page with pictures. Still no effect. Serious software bug which they assured me will be gone with the next update. But no. It stays. Is this some ploy to make us purchase the next model? If so, they must be fined like iphone and samsung.

                I purchased redmi note 5 pro which is in warranty. I am facing problems in my phone like battery issue, hotspot not working properly, hanging problem, problem in installation of applications from play store. Have visited xiaomi's service centre thrice. First time they had done something in my phone. When second time i reached to them they doesn't provided me new jobsheet and mentioned bounce case in the previous jobsheet and returned my phone after sometime. When third i contacted them they told me that my phone is water damage. If my this was the issue they must have told me this thing in first time. But my issue is not resolved. I'm still facing the same problem. Kindly help me.
                As my mi band 3, heart rate light always gets on so i want to exchange it with a new mi band3

                  I have purchased mi 4a pro tv 123.2 cm (49 inch) on dt. 18.10.2018 from mi store situated at 1mg mall, trinity circle, bengalore. And booked for installation of tv on dt. 18.10.2018 at mi store itself by the attendant of that mi store. The slot for installation given to me is on dt. 20.10.2018 from 9.00am to 12. Pm and token no. Is b92864. I have neither received a message nor a call form anybody. Two times i called the call centre. Everytime they are telling within 24 hours ur tv will be installed. And also called the mi store where i purchased the tv. They also assured of installation for another 24 hours. Like this 7 days have already been passed. Even now i could not get my tv installed till now.

                  I hope by this complaint may resolve my problem.

                    I have bought a redmi y1 (4/64) handset on 24th january, 2018. Few days ago suddenly this mobile network has vanished. I have also called customer care and advised me from there that to go local authorised service centre. But service centre not helped me. Told me set has been 'liquid damaged' and warranty not granted. But set is not any liquid damaged or sinked confidently says that.
                    Service centre also said 60% of mobile's price will be cost.
                    I'm harassed with this product.
                    Now what should i do???

                      Suddenly stopped working and didn't start after
                      I starts while connected to charging. If we remove the charger from phone it again get switched off. & didn't start without charging. & phone is charged56%. More than half year ago same problem was created but it was corrected automatically. And some liquid was being released by phone system. It was having very foul smell.

                        In my organisation we are using wifi with band 2.4ghz/5ghz. But I'm unable to connect to this network. Its showing Obtaining IP Address and that's it stopping the connection... If its problem of wifi router then y Other mobiles are connecting fine.. I'm facing a serious problem here..

                          I have placed on order on m/s xiomi technology india pvt ltd, hosa no.5, village vadape, bhiwandi-421302, maharastra vide order no.[protected] date 15.10.2018 directly through mi store instead of amazon or flipkart.
                          To out shock the tv which was delivered by the company was with broken screen and out of order. When we called customer care, they have sent there representative and they are not accepting to replace the same.
                          We were not updated by company regarding their term and conditions.
                          The company has cheated us, they are blaming us for damaged condition of the tv. What fun we will have breaking the delivered tv set?.
                          We request the company to replace our tv set at the earliest. I have enclosed the copy of invoice and photo of damaged tv.

                            I have order the mi 43 inch tv from mi store on 14th oct 18, till date i have not received the delivery of the product.
                            Product was shipped thru delhivery team, there online tracking site shows product received in destination city on 15th oct 18 but unable to deliver the material.
                            I have contacted mi team 15-20times & given information as below
                            1. Initially told that order shall be deliver with in 3-4working days, still product not deliver
                            2. Later on told that it will be deliver within 2-6working days, still product not deliver
                            3. Later told that they will not register the complaint unless define delivery time complete, on 23rd oct they register my complaint & inform that within 24hrs our backend team will contact you & your problem shall be solved & material will be get delivered but there is no response.
                            4. Today again i have raised the complaint & i get the information that with 24hrs to 48 hrs our backend team will contact you & your problem shall be solved & material will be get delivered but there is no response.

                            I have made the complete payment & there is no option to cancelled the order unless delivery team contact me & reject the delivery.

                            I am not sure whether my product will deliver or not, i don't know when i will get the delivery & no clear information.

                            Request to you, kindly look into the matter & solve it on urgent basis.

                              Camera glass on month of aug from mi service center rtc cross road
                              1000 asc radiant on that time when they fix new camera glass they
                              Repaired unproffesionally they damage back pannel when i told them
                              They told me their is no issue but after some the dust is enter to the
                              Camera and make hazzy than again i visit service center regarding this
                              They clean and return back to me. Already i visited 4 times they do
                              Same cleaning but my problem is not solved. When i lodge complain over
                              Hotline no in mi after around 4 complaint lastly backend team tell me
                              To give phone to service center and provide job sheet no but when i go
                              To service center they not allow to submit phone in center after lot
                              Of work they submit my phone but after that they told me we just clean
                              But i want to change my back pannel as they damage it.

                              One suggestion is their please close down that service center or
                              Change the staff immediately as they harssing not only me but also to
                              Lots of peaople. If you people not take severe action against service
                              Center than one day come harsing public close down you service
                              Center. If you can than one time you can visit their than only you see
                              What the situation arise.

                                I have literally made a 100 calls to mi support and have raised multiple requests for a barely used mi 55 inch tv which has a display issue. Even after 10 days no one has ever called or even bothered to revert. I even posted a tweet on they mi page but that has been of no use. I have literally spent more than 40 hours trying to get my tv issue resolved while it is only 2 months old and under warranty but no use. Xiaomi just wants to loot people and run away with their money giving out faulty devices. This is the worst nightmare.

                                      I had ordered poco f1 against order no [protected]. Online payment was made on 7th october, 2018.
                                      The courier refused to deliver the product and gave wrong rto reason. Courier dispatched the product to mi warehouse on 13th october 2018 but even till today the product is not reached its warehouse.
                                      I have called its call center 7 times but customer service executives are not giving satisfactory reverts. I have raised 3 complaints through call center (Woin[protected], woin[protected], woin[protected] but no communication received from mi yet. I had also mailed them couple of times. Still no revert on making as well. No refund is received yet.
                                      This is mental harassment what mi is doing with no fault of customer.

                                        I hereby inform that i have purchased redmi y1 with imei no.[protected]/53 on 21/12/2017. But after a few months my phone was not working properly. Then on 4/10/2018 i registered my complaint in mi service center, hisar. They said me that your device needs software update, but due to software update i even face my data loss. After surveying the product they told me that my device has a problem of motherboard and they said that collect this phone after 3-4 working days. Then i collected it on 10/10/2018. But later on when i login to my gmail account in redmi y1. I came to know that my account was login on redmi 5a not on redmi y1, but i ignored it. When i was setting lock screen password i came to know that there was no fingerprint option in settings. Then i read the specifications of redmi 5a and found that there was no fingerprint option in redmi 5a. It means that mt phone contains motherboard of redmi 5a not of redmi y1. You know very well that you had done a fraud with me. But even then i hope that you will take initiative against it. Otherwise i need to take a legal against it. Kindly reply me within 24-48 hrs.
