I have placed on order on m/s xiomi technology india pvt ltd, hosa no.5, village vadape, bhiwandi-421302, maharastra vide order no.[protected] date 15.10.2018 directly through mi store instead of amazon or flipkart.
To out shock the tv which was delivered by the company was with broken screen and out of order. When we called customer care, they have sent there representative and they are not accepting to replace the same.
We were not updated by company regarding their term and conditions.
The company has cheated us, they are blaming us for damaged condition of the tv. What fun we will have breaking the delivered tv set?.
We request the company to replace our tv set at the earliest. I have enclosed the copy of invoice and photo of damaged tv.

    I have order the mi 43 inch tv from mi store on 14th oct 18, till date i have not received the delivery of the product.
    Product was shipped thru delhivery team, there online tracking site shows product received in destination city on 15th oct 18 but unable to deliver the material.
    I have contacted mi team 15-20times & given information as below
    1. Initially told that order shall be deliver with in 3-4working days, still product not deliver
    2. Later on told that it will be deliver within 2-6working days, still product not deliver
    3. Later told that they will not register the complaint unless define delivery time complete, on 23rd oct they register my complaint & inform that within 24hrs our backend team will contact you & your problem shall be solved & material will be get delivered but there is no response.
    4. Today again i have raised the complaint & i get the information that with 24hrs to 48 hrs our backend team will contact you & your problem shall be solved & material will be get delivered but there is no response.

    I have made the complete payment & there is no option to cancelled the order unless delivery team contact me & reject the delivery.

    I am not sure whether my product will deliver or not, i don't know when i will get the delivery & no clear information.

    Request to you, kindly look into the matter & solve it on urgent basis.

      This is mohammed faiz having mob no-[protected] and complaint
      No-woin[protected] and job sheet no-wxin[protected]. I change my
      Camera glass on month of aug from mi service center rtc cross road
      1000 asc radiant on that time when they fix new camera glass they
      Repaired unproffesionally they damage back pannel when i told them
      They told me their is no issue but after some the dust is enter to the
      Camera and make hazzy than again i visit service center regarding this
      They clean and return back to me. Already i visited 4 times they do
      Same cleaning but my problem is not solved. When i lodge complain over
      Hotline no in mi after around 4 complaint lastly backend team tell me
      To give phone to service center and provide job sheet no but when i go
      To service center they not allow to submit phone in center after lot
      Of work they submit my phone but after that they told me we just clean
      But i want to change my back pannel as they damage it.

      One suggestion is their please close down that service center or
      Change the staff immediately as they harssing not only me but also to
      Lots of peaople. If you people not take severe action against service
      Center than one day come harsing public close down you service
      Center. If you can than one time you can visit their than only you see
      What the situation arise.

        I have literally made a 100 calls to mi support and have raised multiple requests for a barely used mi 55 inch tv which has a display issue. Even after 10 days no one has ever called or even bothered to revert. I even posted a tweet on they mi page but that has been of no use. I have literally spent more than 40 hours trying to get my tv issue resolved while it is only 2 months old and under warranty but no use. Xiaomi just wants to loot people and run away with their money giving out faulty devices. This is the worst nightmare.

          4. Do not enter your Paytm account credentials anywhere except www.Paytm.com. Always look for https login while logging in Paytm.
          5. Change your password regularly
          6. Never share your credit/debit card or bank details with anyone
          7. Set a difficult password.

              I had ordered poco f1 against order no [protected]. Online payment was made on 7th october, 2018.
              The courier refused to deliver the product and gave wrong rto reason. Courier dispatched the product to mi warehouse on 13th october 2018 but even till today the product is not reached its warehouse.
              I have called its call center 7 times but customer service executives are not giving satisfactory reverts. I have raised 3 complaints through call center (Woin[protected], woin[protected], woin[protected] but no communication received from mi yet. I had also mailed them couple of times. Still no revert on making as well. No refund is received yet.
              This is mental harassment what mi is doing with no fault of customer.

              No revert received from Mi India. It is highly unprofessional behavior towards customer. Mi has very weird policy of not refunding customers if the product is not delivered by its appointed courier to its warehouse.
              Mi surely has lost its loyal customer and in future many more not because of quality of product but due to poor customer service

                I hereby inform that i have purchased redmi y1 with imei no.[protected]/53 on 21/12/2017. But after a few months my phone was not working properly. Then on 4/10/2018 i registered my complaint in mi service center, hisar. They said me that your device needs software update, but due to software update i even face my data loss. After surveying the product they told me that my device has a problem of motherboard and they said that collect this phone after 3-4 working days. Then i collected it on 10/10/2018. But later on when i login to my gmail account in redmi y1. I came to know that my account was login on redmi 5a not on redmi y1, but i ignored it. When i was setting lock screen password i came to know that there was no fingerprint option in settings. Then i read the specifications of redmi 5a and found that there was no fingerprint option in redmi 5a. It means that mt phone contains motherboard of redmi 5a not of redmi y1. You know very well that you had done a fraud with me. But even then i hope that you will take initiative against it. Otherwise i need to take a legal against it. Kindly reply me within 24-48 hrs.

                  Few days back i purchased a mi power bank online from mi store. Its mi 10, 1000mah 2i power bank (Dark blue colour) but after some days it stop charging. The led light blinks up to two lights and after that all four leds blink together and i was unable to charge it. I tried to contact the customer service but still i didn't get any response. Hope this time i will not get disappointment. Thanks in advance

                    Worst after sale service, i purchased a redmi 4 mobile online in november 2017 it's was heating from the beginning, so i got small patch in the 1st month after purchase. But there was a lot data and my business use with mobile i could not go to get it repaired. But in march when the patch became bigger and touch began to hand on click. I got it repaired from service centre in april. The changed the display and touch. But not the board which was still heating. Because of which it again got the burnt mark on screen in july, but i kept using it because the service centre deleted all my data last time. But in october i thought i must get it repaired before the warranty expire. This tie the screen was burnt in side but touch was working often. So the said it won't be repaired under warrant u pay rs. 2700 for it. I am not going to buy mi mobile in future and never going to recommend anyone to buy mi. With the worst after sale service nokia also lost its name. And no company can survive without after sale service. 3rd class device, service, and company.

                      I have a serious issue.
                      Details of my transaction are as follows

                      My order is yet to be delivered. When contacted on toll free i am informed that the item is yet to be delivered with following reasons...

                      1. Festive season sir... Therefore the delay
                      2. Our back end team is working on it.

                      Complaint was given on 16oct, and jus now i was again informed that the item is in visakhapatnam and 10 kms away from my delivery address...

                      I requested to escalate the issue or make me talk to the head, but the rep of mi did not support me. Non action and poor after sale attitude has become a waste of time and energy. I wanted to gift my parents for this festive season and have broken hope. I wish to cancel the order if there is no further support and seek a refund of my entire money with interest. As per information, the item was to be delivered to my address in 5 days and till date it is not received.

                            I am facing network issue in my 9 months old mi a1 set. Request you to replace the defective handset with the new one. I have contacted service center tegore garden but they are unable to help me. I have handled it very carefully and never used it in rain or extreme heat.
                            The mobile also not displaying incoming calls, i have to lock the mobile and then again unlock and then click on curren call to see the incoming call on my mobile display.
                            I was purchased a new phone of MI y2 before 2 day's but there are one problem in my phone. There are no option o[censored]se finger print in my new phone so I am not satisfied from this phone. So please solve my problem as soon as possible I want to replace my phone.

                              I have bought poco f1 from flipkart on 20th september. There us replacement available for 10 days and my problems has been started after 12 days. I have talked to the flipkart customer care but they told me they can't replace the device. My phone even does not crossed 1 month and started to hanging a lot. Contact and dialer is not showing contacts. Whatsapp and facebook getting stucked. Phone is automatically restarting every 5mins. Its a hardware defect. Hereby i'm requesting you to help me replacement of this phone.

                                On 28th september 2018 i ordered mi band 3 paid through google pay order number [protected]. But it didn't show up in the website that i have paid and ordered got cancelled automatically. I contacted customer service they said it will be refunded within 9 days. After 10 days i again contacted customer service they gave me complaint number woin[protected]. And said it will be refunded within 24 hours. After 2 days again i contacted customer service they said 24 hours. It's been more then 21 days now. I haven't got my refund.

Mi sent to me through sms, he told me that he doesn't do installation anymore; called the customer care 3 times but all in vein, why are they even sitting there if they can't solve the issue or even just forward me the no. Of engineer who will be coming to install the tv? How long shall it wait for installation weeks or months??

I tried to search the network manually but failed. I formated my mobile but again of no use.                                         Redmi note4, i have using this phone more one and half years, when the earphone is used in the time of call, earphone mic is not supported, i can hear voice, but people can't hear my voice, i tried many hear headphones, there is no use, i think it maybe mobile phone socket problem, i think it is lose connection in headphone socket, i want to know the expense to replace it
                                        I had purchased mi note 5 pro last two months ago, but now my phone gets hang every time when I slide down notification bar to on/off data, switch on/off torch and suddenly get stopped the phone by showing like send bug report to MI for analysis (attached herewith screenshot photos)

                                        Kindly suggest to resolve this problem.

                                        Sir i purchase my redmi y1 gold on 4march 2018.. Now mobile screen touch not working.. I went to care they say it was software problem we charged for this 4000 thousand
