Worst after sale service, i purchased a redmi 4 mobile online in november 2017 it's was heating from the beginning, so i got small patch in the 1st month after purchase. But there was a lot data and my business use with mobile i could not go to get it repaired. But in march when the patch became bigger and touch began to hand on click. I got it repaired from service centre in april. The changed the display and touch. But not the board which was still heating. Because of which it again got the burnt mark on screen in july, but i kept using it because the service centre deleted all my data last time. But in october i thought i must get it repaired before the warranty expire. This tie the screen was burnt in side but touch was working often. So the said it won't be repaired under warrant u pay rs. 2700 for it. I am not going to buy mi mobile in future and never going to recommend anyone to buy mi. With the worst after sale service nokia also lost its name. And no company can survive without after sale service. 3rd class device, service, and company.

My order is yet to be delivered. When contacted on toll free i am informed that the item is yet to be delivered with following reasons...

1. Festive season sir... Therefore the delay
2. Our back end team is working on it.

Complaint was given on 16oct, and jus now i was again informed that the item is in visakhapatnam and 10 kms away from my delivery address...

I requested to escalate the issue or make me talk to the head, but the rep of mi did not support me. Non action and poor after sale attitude has become a waste of time and energy. I wanted to gift my parents for this festive season and have broken hope. I wish to cancel the order if there is no further support and seek a refund of my entire money with interest. As per information, the item was to be delivered to my address in 5 days and till date it is not received.

I place online request for power bank on 12-10-18 with order id [protected] where the contact no was mentioned wrong. There was 3 attempt showing on portal with remark customer not available but actually i am available at given address i. E. They are updating status without any attempt. I also provided correct contact no on courier company website but again same status. There is no proper response from customer service side even after multiple reminder. I am facing network issue in my 9 months old mi a1 set. Request you to replace the defective handset with the new one. I have contacted service center tegore garden but they are unable to help me. I have handled it very carefully and never used it in rain or extreme heat.
The mobile also not displaying incoming calls, i have to lock the mobile and then again unlock and then click on curren call to see the incoming call on my mobile display.

I have bought poco f1 from flipkart on 20th september. There us replacement available for 10 days and my problems has been started after 12 days. I have talked to the flipkart customer care but they told me they can't replace the device. My phone even does not crossed 1 month and started to hanging a lot. Contact and dialer is not showing contacts. Whatsapp and facebook getting stucked. Phone is automatically restarting every 5mins. Its a hardware defect. Hereby i'm requesting you to help me replacement of this phone.

On 28th september 2018 i ordered mi band 3 paid through google pay order number [protected]. But it didn't show up in the website that i have paid and ordered got cancelled automatically. I contacted customer service they said it will be refunded within 9 days. After 10 days i again contacted customer service they gave me complaint number woin[protected]. And said it will be refunded within 24 hours. After 2 days again i contacted customer service they said 24 hours. It's been more then 21 days now. I haven't got my refund.

Waiting for mitv installation, token no. B83700, wat's the point of giving a specific date and time for installation if no one shows up for same, called the no. Mi sent to me through sms, he told me that he doesn't do installation anymore; called the customer care 3 times but all in vein, why are they even sitting there if they can't solve the issue or even just forward me the no. Of engineer who will be coming to install the tv? How long shall it wait for installation weeks or months??

My handset is mi y1 model no. Is redmi y1 3gb 16gb handset all of sudden it does not catching network evrything is working properly except the network. I tried to search the network manually but failed. I formated my mobile but again of no use. I dont know what to do more my mobile is not catching the network but if i insert my sim card in different mobile it gets connected with the network

Redmi note4, i have using this phone more one and half years, when the earphone is used in the time of call, earphone mic is not supported, i can hear voice, but people can't hear my voice, i tried many hear headphones, there is no use, i think it maybe mobile phone socket problem, i think it is lose connection in headphone socket, i want to know the expense to replace it

Hello i have this redmi note 3 which suddenly stopped working... Gave it to the authorised service centre in pune maharashtra... They are extremely callous... Dont care a damn attitude... They don't pick up calls... I had given it to the on the 10th last month...[protected]... Still they cannot repair it... Guys stop buying this phone... Service is horrible...

I have booked mi tv 4c on 9th oct. And expected time to deliver the product was within 2-3 days but till now i have not got the product. I called customer care sevral times but they are just fooling. They too don't know anything about the product. I have paid the whole amount of 14999/-. I think pre payment leads to delay delivery. Help me otherwise i will go to consumer court. I wanted to gift this tv to my friend of weeding but if product is not delivered then how can i gift it. His marriage is on tommorow and want product as soon as possible.

Till 13/10/2018 2.00 pm the product was not delivered, no one giving proper reply.
Worst delivery - no indian should by any product from mi.com directly. Worst customer support company. Dear indian be aware of bad order handling of this company.

I ordered usb cable from mi store on 25/09 yet it's not delivered to me i already complained about it still it's remaining under shipping so i order new usb cable again on 07/10.in mi store they show product will be delivered within a week but again they rejected i don't tje reson. Still i don't get my product. Your ekart service is to bad. Please improve your services otherwise u will lose your dignity and your reputation in the market.

I have ordered poco f1 on 3 october, the estimated delivery date was 5 october but it is not deliver yet after contacting delhivery service they told me due to some technical reason your product could not be delivered so they told me go to delhivery center and receive the product but after going they the head told me that product is miss placed and he was not ready to take any responsibility so i contacted xiaomi they are doing nothing, they always ask me to wait for 2 days or sometimes 3 days, i don't have time to waste, i want my refund as soon as possible, is this the way how company treats his customer? If i am paying the money i need service in return if you can't provide the service then why you have opened such a big company if you can't satisfy your customer, this time i am very disappointed from the service of xiaomi they keep asking me to wait wait and wait instead of finding any solution. Sir, i have already complained on 7-10-18 about my new mi 43A tv not working properly and it become faulty as picture could not be viewed. On the next day 8-10-18 I received a message from flifkart stated that the tv will be replaced before 11-10-18 .we are arrange the technicianIn contact you.inthe meantime Mi technician visited at my house[protected] evening and through checkup stated that the nothing about the issue and he left and walk away. but the problem is still pending without any improvement .I tried contacting the technician to tell about the issues, but he didn't attend the mobile call and no response from him. On the same day 9-10-19 i received a message from flipkart mentioning my replacement order is cancelled.
" This is unjust and unfair but also amounts to clear deficiency and negligence of service on the part of flipkart and Mi tv " my earlier complaint is sill pending without resolved but filipkart unilaterally taken a decision to cancell the replacement and return order is highly unfair and illogical. Hence i request you to solve my mi tv issues immediatly and do the needful at the earliest in this matter and again registered my 2nd complaint also.thanking you.m.vasudevan.

I am jyoti sharma from dayal garh (Yamuna nagr). I have purchase redmi note 5 pro before 3 to 4 month. My phone's mother board have shocked and i am continue going in service centre (Shop no.255 thappar colony, sukh sagar place yamuna nagar (Hr) 135001) but they are not repair my mobile and told me please come after one week every time. After one month my mobile not repair till now. They ask me please sit for some time and after # one hour they told me please come after next week. If redmi service centre not give any solution so that i will sale my phone and purchase other company. Kindly give any solution as soon as possible.

I bought through. MI site, delivered by the. Bill was not given. Paid for. 13500 with Insurance. Could not claim the insurance due to absence of documents.
The worst move I have never seen before.
From day 1, Battery lasts for 3 hours only.
Net speed was very bad and forced to port my jio to BSNL.
while using airtel and vodafone, air tel calls are not going.
Touch at the bottom back and other buttons are not working and there was a gap at the bottom.
