M susheel meher visited mi service centre in sara's choraha bharatpur... For miner problem in my new note 5 pro about earphone they told me wait for 15 minutes after 2 hours they told me wait for 2 hours again.. At last they told me come after two days... Now m badly fed-up with mi poor services.. Please take care necessary action as soon as thank you

I have ordered redmi 4 black smartphone from mi website and my account id is [protected] and my order id is [protected].

I have purchased this smartphone under my firm name and claim the gst input but mi have not shown this bill in there gst name under tvs electronic limited new delhi.

Its a cheating with customers and mi should answer this....

I launched camera and an error "camera error - can't connect to camera" occurred. After that i rebooted me phone and it's working now. But can you tell me the reason why wasn't the camera worked on first time. What was the reason for this error? Please let me know because i've just recently bought the phone so if it is due to any computer or software error what can i do about that?...

I went to centre for changing my broken led display that time they checked and told there is no other prob apart from display .they take 4660 and change display.now my prob start.loud speaker is not working. I buyed redme note 5 pro since 10 july 2018. I have facing some problems on first day. Battery backup is not good and heating problem also. I submitted my phn 4 times in service centre but my problem is not solve yet. They have changed battery, sub board, system update. Everything has changed else motherboard. Usme esa hai ki jab kisi ka mere pe call aata hai to call background white hi aata hai, dusra badal nahi raha hai or kisi ko hum call kare to bhi white hi aata hai. Wo bakvas hai. Acha nahi lagta. So aap new update kijiae. Or call background thik kijiae.

Hi i visited near by mi service station. First there was no proper procedure. I waited 1 nd half hour to meet the employee. 2nd i have warranty but still they r asking for money. Your service centres are cheating with customers and in view of your service centres customer is fool and pagal.
First your service centre person told after check the mobile that technicial issue in mother board of mobile and after some time he say this is physical damage.
How it can be possible...

Went to mi service center. Nagpur service center says... Cost of motherboard is 13k... Battery not available...

Why mi doesn't offer support to its mi 5, even though it is only 2 years old

I had purchased xiaomi redmi note 3 4000 mah battery from snapdeal on dated 16/06/2018 with 1 year warranty but the battery is discharging very quickly.

My handset has gotten slow charged. So i took that in mi service centre, which is located at college more, salt lake, sec v, kolkata. They changed the sub board of my handset and set the new sub board which has damaged mic. Then i visited the place many times for that issue but they were not helped me and they shouted on me and said that the problem arises in my handset normally....
