Hello i have this redmi note 3 which suddenly stopped working... Gave it to the authorised service centre in pune maharashtra... They are extremely callous... Dont care a damn attitude... They don't pick up calls... I had given it to the on the 10th last month...[protected]... Still they cannot repair it... Guys stop buying this phone... Service is horrible...

    I have booked mi tv 4c on 9th oct. And expected time to deliver the product was within 2-3 days but till now i have not got the product. I called customer care sevral times but they are just fooling. They too don't know anything about the product. I have paid the whole amount of 14999/-. I think pre payment leads to delay delivery. Help me otherwise i will go to consumer court. I wanted to gift this tv to my friend of weeding but if product is not delivered then how can i gift it. His marriage is on tommorow and want product as soon as possible.
    I recently bought redmi note 5 some months before.. and its just normal use phone.. suddenly touch and display stopped while watchinv a movie. Its in warrenty period.. i need replacement any how.. redmu is cheating people by providing bad quality items

    Recently I got repair my phone in mi show room at secunderabad but they cheated me... My phone is same condition even after they placed new display...

      I have made an order of mi note 5 pro on mi.com the order no. Is [protected], and paid in full on 7th. October, 2018. Delivery confirmed 3 to 5 working days
      Till 13/10/2018 2.00 pm the product was not delivered, no one giving proper reply.
      Worst delivery - no indian should by any product from mi.com directly. Worst customer support company. Dear indian be aware of bad order handling of this company.

        I ordered usb cable from mi store on 25/09 yet it's not delivered to me i already complained about it still it's remaining under shipping so i order new usb cable again on 07/10.in mi store they show product will be delivered within a week but again they rejected i don't tje reson. Still i don't get my product. Your ekart service is to bad. Please improve your services otherwise u will lose your dignity and your reputation in the market.

          I have ordered poco f1 on 3 october, the estimated delivery date was 5 october but it is not deliver yet after contacting delhivery service they told me due to some technical reason your product could not be delivered so they told me go to delhivery center and receive the product but after going they the head told me that product is miss placed and he was not ready to take any responsibility so i contacted xiaomi they are doing nothing, they always ask me to wait for 2 days or sometimes 3 days, i don't have time to waste, i want my refund as soon as possible, is this the way how company treats his customer? If i am paying the money i need service in return if you can't provide the service then why you have opened such a big company if you can't satisfy your customer, this time i am very disappointed from the service of xiaomi they keep asking me to wait wait and wait instead of finding any solution.             Sir, i have already complained on 7-10-18 about my new mi 43A tv not working properly and it become faulty as picture could not be viewed. On the next day 8-10-18 I received a message from flifkart stated that the tv will be replaced before 11-10-18 .we are arrange the technicianIn contact you.inthe meantime Mi technician visited at my house[protected] evening and through checkup stated that the nothing about the issue and he left and walk away. but the problem is still pending without any improvement .I tried contacting the technician to tell about the issues, but he didn't attend the mobile call and no response from him. On the same day 9-10-19 i received a message from flipkart mentioning my replacement order is cancelled.
            " This is unjust and unfair but also amounts to clear deficiency and negligence of service on the part of flipkart and Mi tv " my earlier complaint is sill pending without resolved but filipkart unilaterally taken a decision to cancell the replacement and return order is highly unfair and illogical. Hence i request you to solve my mi tv issues immediatly and do the needful at the earliest in this matter and again registered my 2nd complaint also.thanking you.m.vasudevan.

              I am jyoti sharma from dayal garh (Yamuna nagr). I have purchase redmi note 5 pro before 3 to 4 month. My phone's mother board have shocked and i am continue going in service centre (Shop no.255 thappar colony, sukh sagar place yamuna nagar (Hr) 135001) but they are not repair my mobile and told me please come after one week every time. After one month my mobile not repair till now. They ask me please sit for some time and after # one hour they told me please come after next week. If redmi service centre not give any solution so that i will sale my phone and purchase other company. Kindly give any solution as soon as possible.

                  I bought through. MI site, delivered by the. Bill was not given. Paid for. 13500 with Insurance. Could not claim the insurance due to absence of documents.
                  The worst move I have never seen before.
                  From day 1, Battery lasts for 3 hours only.
                  Net speed was very bad and forced to port my jio to BSNL.
                  while using airtel and vodafone, air tel calls are not going.
                  Touch at the bottom back and other buttons are not working and there was a gap at the bottom.
                  I will never go for MI products for ever. My cell no. Is [protected]

                    I had purchased redmi y1 lite mobile which is of 16gb it has not completed one year and one day i was talking from mobile and suddenly the mobile get heated and smoke starts coming out of just beacause of it my mobile get burnt...when i take that mobile to service center then the people of customer care told me that i have to pay 50% of it then u will get a open box mobile which will be has not any warranty...then i said why should i pay 50% payment when my mobile is in warranty period...this fault is frm ur side you have to give me a new mobile...then the manager of MI service center said that we are not saying these all things...these all words are of MI...then i said to them that first i talk with MI 's people then i'll get back to you...then i complaint on friday in MI and MI give me a complaint number and they said that they will call me in 24 hours...then i make a call in preet vihar customer care of MI and told them that MI has given me time of 24 hours they will call me in 24 hrs...bt i didnt get any call from MI...infact 24 hours has been completed...then i called to MI and i told them that u are going to call me in 24 hrs bt u dint make any call to me...they started giving me excuses..the service center is doing Conference call to the backend team of customer care and they said to the customere care that talk with our customer..i dont know that what's that to do with them..i just want to know tge answer that we customer Are fool that you are making us fool...i dnt know that why MI's customer care is not calling me...and if they want to talk in conference like this..then they had to told me first day tha they people can't help me...why they said to me for wait...please give me my answer its my humble request...

                      I brought my handset redmi note 4 in the year 2017 and within one year of handset purchase, it got into trouble and i have contacted xiaomi. They advised to use their pickmi service. I registered in the pickmi and my handset got picked up from my home location and received information that handset was out of warranty and i have pay for the service. I paid around 6000 rupees to got my handset fixed. But they didn't provided me the job sheet or service record mentioning that imei number of the handset got changed. I am running between hotline and service center since last one month to get the record. But xiaomi duly objecting to provide the history to me. My job reference number is wxin[protected]
                      Phone reciver is sounded very low they changed the moterboard for this and then i was wait for 3 days when i got my cell phone its working very poor it seems that something is changed in the cell phone even the camera is so poor i need to take an action against them.

                        I was order POCO f1 6gbRam 128 gb ROM varient from MI official website and amount paid online against order no. [protected] on date 28th Sep 2018, but till dated 09th Oct 2018 neither product dispatched not any information update, also no proper solution / response received after several calls and email to Xiaomi.
                        Also they share docket no. of ekart logistics xmip[protected] which shows nothing and no further information.

                        I don't understand what to do, cancel the order and wait for 7-10 days for money refund (which is very doubtful) or wait more for the product to delivered.

                        Very frustrating condition

                          I deeply regret saying that i purchased a redmi note 5 yesterday night from mi store, basant lok, vasant vihar, new delhi, delhi 110070. After seal was opened, i saw that the slot for sim 2 was not working. I informed about the same to the shopkeeper and he tried to insert the sim but the sim 2 slot did not read it. I asked him to help me with this issue and he suggested me to visit the mi service centre (Shop no. 33, 1st floor, maharishi dayanand marg, corner market malviya nagar, malviya nagar, delhi 110017), which i did today itself and informed the manager of the service centre beforehand. When i went their he said there was a damage in the sim slot and denied any repair or replacement even under warranty and when contacted the shopkeeper he blatantly lied and said that he was unaware of any such problem. I understand the terms and policies of mi, but at the same time i fail to understand that even without my fault and after immediately informing the authorities about the problem in the phone i was denied any help. I am asked to pay a repairing fee of ₹6, 000.
                          This is a mental, physical and monetary pain i am currently dealing with from rushing one place to another in search of help for a phone that i bought not even 24h ago.

                          I don't know who is to be held responsible here. Inr 6000 is a huge amount and there is no point i spending to repair something that i didn't break. Pleas help us in getting the phone either replaced or repaired, and if you don't we will be left with no option but to adopt to legal measures against the shop and redmi india.

                            I sent mail to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com for replacement of note5 pro mobile as i get faulty phone. I purchased redmi note 5 pro on 5/4/2018 from flipkart. My imei no is [protected]. I am getting problem in power switch on/off automatically since beginning. I gone to your v care service center, fort, mumbai for same problem 4 times but unable to find final outcome of this problem. My jobshit no. Is wxin[protected] dt. 4/10/2018. Earlier jobshit no. Wxin[protected] dt. 23/5/2018. I have filed complaint no. Woin[protected] dt. 4/10/2018 on customer care. They told me you will receive call within 48 hours. But till date no one called me. I request you to look into this matter and as i requested to customer care number that my phone should get replacement as this is faulty phone. Same problems arises 4 times. Today i again contacted to customer care contacted and talk to mr. Dipak. He said that your complaint woin[protected] dt. 4/10/2018 and job # number wxin[protected] dt. 4/10/2018 is closed. As i do not received my phone in my hand with the solution. How can my complaint and jobshit is closed. Please look into the matter. My mobile number is [protected]

                              I have purchased mi band 2 on 20th august 2018. My band is in warrenty and it giving me battery back up issues. I have gone to mi service center for replacement. They misbehaved with me and they are not ready to replace the band. I m visiting daily to service center for replacement but they r not ready to exchange the band.                                 I am using mi redmi 5a.. Emei no.[protected].. Yesterday when i put it on charging after sometime the phone has blasted while on charging.. I bought the phone from flipkart online store.. Kindly help me in this situation the phone is totally destroyed and please tell me the official work that has been done for the replacement of device..                                   M susheel meher visited mi service centre in sara's choraha bharatpur... For miner problem in my new note 5 pro about earphone they told me wait for 15 minutes after 2 hours they told me wait for 2 hours again.. At last they told me come after two days...                                     I have purchased this smartphone under my firm name and claim the gst input but mi have not shown this bill in there gst name under tvs electronic limited new delhi.

                                      I launched camera and an error "camera error - can't connect to camera" occurred. After that i rebooted me phone and it's working now. But can you tell me the reason why wasn't the camera worked on first time. What was the reason for this error? Please let me know because i've just recently bought the phone so if it is due to any computer or software error what can i do about that?

                                        I went to centre for changing my broken led display that time they checked and told there is no other prob apart from display .they take 4660 and change display.now my prob start.loud speaker is not working. Again i went next day they told they have to change motherboard .but it is not in stock. No 8 days over .i called them so many time and went also.then fire escalation in mi site .they told summit mobile and give new jobsheet no. But in centre they are not ready to give new jobsheet. They summit the mobile.because of their mistakes i m suffering alot.this is all about my mobile redmi note 5 pro (6gb) which i purchased in april 2018 from flipcart.now again they are travelling me alot .
