Hello sir
I bought a redmi 6 pro on date 21/09/2018.in my redmi 6 pro camera is not good.in picture very bright so please help me... This problem is both rear camera and front camera.
And when i do video calling then picture is red white etc. When i shoot a pic then eye is red body is white and anither things are bright. So i am sad this function so please help 6...

I lost my MI 4 model mobile phone on August 3rd at a tragic midnight theft, whose CCTV footage are captured and shared with police along with complaint. Please help me in tracing my mobile. My MI account is working fine, i tried to search using it and Find my device but did not work, have sent request erase all my data.

Booked phone on 14 sep 18 with order id: [protected] and paid full amount via credit card. Also booked complaint for not delivering of product on 18 sep 18 with xiaomi customer care via call with docket no: woin[protected] and re-escalated this complain on daily basis via calling to customer care with docket no: wo:isin[protected] wo:isin[protected]a5e9.
Till date no response have came from company side....

I have purchased Redmi Y 1 3 +32 G from authorized dealer m/s Prakash Music centre Bhopal on 12 th Aug 2018, but my phone screen display became black on 4th Sept 2018. On same day, I have contacted to customer service at Satyam computer bhopal, but still today (21/9) I have not received my mobile .First time I got response that motherboard need to replace, second time network issue, I don't understand that what standard company is following...

I purchased a MI 5 Pro phone on 10th September 11.35 Pm. For some reason i wanted to cancel that order but site asked me to contact customer service. So i dropped an email to customer service at Sep 11, 2018 at 10:35 AM. (Refer the screenshot from attached email for message asking to contact customer service for refund)

By the time customer service responded to my issue the product was shipped and operator replied saying please...

5 days ago i visited the r solution, begum pet hyderabad, i had to repair my red mi 4a, and the problem was the touch screen. The technician of that center in formed me that for replacement of touch screen and also gave an estimate that 2200/-hundred indian rupees will b required. While i hand over my phone on that center it was totally on switch on mode and display was clearly visible. I had also informed by them that to wait 2 hours. But...

Sir/madam tamilnadu theni dist redmi sanjeev service center is very poor service spares amount high service charge and service tax high amount collected me
Today my note 4 mobil battery changed but he is battery rs 1360 collected from me but he notice board battery price in 700 but 1360 from collected me i am ask to staffs but no response me
So pls consider my complint and take action service center

My phone has stopped working I recently went to the service centre at Mira road thane Maharashtra and they say my screen is damaged and I would need to pay for it which is 2700.

Till last night my phone was working fine and this happened all of a sudden request you to please have it fixed as I cannot afford the replacement cost as i am a student and poor....

So i go to service centre near to me at motihari district, they took up my phone on[protected] and told me to come after 2days. But they are unable to give me the phone till[protected] and after that they return the phone on[protected] and told me that the spair parts are not available here, just go to another mi service center in muzaffarpur....

I have purchased the m1 a1 mobil on 8 apr-2018.
Its mic and speaker is not working call can be made only loudspeaker mode, ring is not able to listen any music not able to listen.
I visited viman nagar pune service center for the service but they told we do not have the screw driver for that mobil so we can not open it you have to visit another service center. They took 2 hours to say that i did not know what the exact problem...

Dear xiaomi,
I am using redmi 6 pro. But no arcore support is here. Pls bring arcore support by doing some tests. Will it get arcore support or not?
As i want to experience the arcore under budget so i bought redmi 6 pro as it is new. But i am tricked by xiaomi as they do not have the support also i can not play fortnite. I emailed google about this but google said that arcore will be supported only if xiaomi manufacturers...

I have bought this handset 2 months back and now it is not working.

I gone to customer service centre and they told me to deposit rs. 8316/- for this phone repair. Phone cost is 10000/-. How can i give rs. 8000/-.

Phone has not fallen and in good condition. Purchase bill is attached for reference. How can a normal person afford so much money?...
