I had purchased mi band 2 from mi shop situated in gandhinagar gujarat state. The band was stop working so i went to their service centre. They have returned me the band after repaired it. After one week again the band stop working. Again i went to their service centre. They found that the band was not in working position so they replaced
It. The replaced band was also defective so again i given back to them. One month has gone even it they are not giving me replacement.

    Huge regret to write this mail for such awful experience i had after buying note-5-pro through flipkart. Phone got bend automatically just after two months of buying it. (I’m enclosing some pics for your reference). I am now not using it in fear of any fire or some other serious harmful possibilities. This experience become more regretful while i tried contacting service center in bhiwani (Haryana), they simply denied attending my request & replied considering this as physical damage (Attaching service record sheet also).

    Kindly help me out as i’m getting harassed due to my time & efforts losses & also i’m very seriously planning to knock the doors of consumer grievance redressal forum if i’m not getting any proper hearing from you soon.

    Looking forward your favorable & quickest action on above asap.

      Dear team,

      Your service centres are cheating with customers and in view of your service centres customer is fool and pagal.
      First your service centre person told after check the mobile that technicial issue in mother board of mobile and after some time he say this is physical damage.
      How it can be possible...
      Your service centres are blady fool and badly earn the money.. Via customer ko jhoot bolkar... Ye logo esa kyu kar rage h... May be mi team is sleeping.

      Kindly look into the matter and resolve my mobile issue otherwise i am moving to consumer forum and take legal action against mi and your service centre.

        Hello sir / mam,

        Mi 5 device was dead without any sign.. Just went blank.. Without showing any sign of failure...
        Went to mi service center. Nagpur service center says... Cost of motherboard is 13k... Battery not available...

        Why mi doesn't offer support to its mi 5, even though it is only 2 years old

        Are we supposed to buy new device every 2 years!!! And top of it... All data gone

          I had purchased xiaomi redmi note 3 4000 mah battery from snapdeal on dated 16/06/2018 with 1 year warranty but the battery is discharging very quickly.
          Therefore i visited your mi service centre on dt 27/09/2018 situated at gayatri complex, khowa mandi, golghar gorakhpur when i told the issue and asked for the replacement of this battery then they directly denied to provide the warranty for this product by rudely saying why you have purchased this product online we will not provide you the warranty for this online product and you can complain anywhere and also said we provide the warranty only when you purchase the product from our mi store.
          I had mailed this issue to snapdeal then i got the reply that you visit mi service centre to claim the warranty.

            My handset has gotten slow charged. So i took that in mi service centre, which is located at college more, salt lake, sec v, kolkata. They changed the sub board of my handset and set the new sub board which has damaged mic. Then i visited the place many times for that issue but they were not helped me and they shouted on me and said that the problem arises in my handset normally.

              I have purchased note 5 pro smart phone in june 2018. The battery life was good for about 1 month. But when i updated the software the battery life got reduced a lot. This iz hw ur company is promising false warranties.
              Now i want few suggestions to recover the battery life.
              This iz not my first redmii phone. It iz fourth one that i have purchased but all the phones got same battery issues.

                I wish to complain about my phone Redmi Mobile 5A 2GB 16GB Grey (serial number[protected] that I purchased on 10th April 2018 from Vijay Sales Crown Plaza, 29KM Milestone Sector 15A Faridabad Haryana- 121007

                I am complaining because in my phone network is not connected and all other things working properly. To resolve this problem I went to Xiaomi MI service center (AK Exclusive Center Pvt. Ltd.) at Shop No. 76, First Floor, MGF Metropolis Mall, MG Road Gurgaon Haryana- 122002.

                When I first learned of this problem, I contacted there at your company service center, and they told me that my phone was got moisture on the basis of litmus paper because that was becomes red so have to change mother board and cost would be Rs.2800 approx. Also told me that If I wish to change my phone's mother board then I have to pay Rs 2800 and if not then have to pay Rs 118 for inspection charge. I believe that this response is unfair because on the basis of litmus paper how they can say that phone got moisture because I'm damn sure my phone was never wet or moistured. So this is not a water damage problem if this is water problem then why all other things working properly & why you charged Rs.118 just only open for back cover and see the litmus paper. This is unfair. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.

                I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you. I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I may be contacted at the above address and phone number.

                  My phone battery is dead.. And no charge is stored in phone... And the screen is broken out by on position.. Thats very big problem to use this phone... This phone is heating too much.. I think the battery is damage my phone screen.. And camera is also not working very well... And the speaker are also not properly working.. And the mike is also damaged.. This redmi 4 is very damage type and quality of phone... I feel very angry when i think i have a damage redmi 4...

                    Dear ma'am/sir,
                    I've just purchased an xiaomi - redmi note 5 pro on 17th august with order number[protected] with name kuldeep and address at karanjia.

                    Recently it suddenly turned off automatically on its own and when i took it to the service center and they told me the warranty seal is already void as i've dis-assembled the phone somewhere else other than mi's service center. But that ain't the case, because i did not do anything with my new phone and later on they went to say that the motherboard of my phone is damaged and they require a fees of rs.9, 000 to repair it.

                    I'm regretting having purchased a phone of xiaomi as you guys didn't help me out even on your hotline (Toll-free) number.

                    I've further resolved and decided to file a consumer case on xiaomi because i'm sure enough that i didn't mishandle or dis-assemble my new phone. The consumer case serial number that is filed with them is 930269.

                    Treat this e-mail as the last warning.

                      The hand set on the warranty period please replace my hand set or repair according to warranty period. Within a month my phone got out of order then i went to the mi service centre in sec 2 noida naer by priyagold building they said that your phone is bend and i am surprised how it is possible because i have purchased just one month ago and i never demaged it. Then he told me that this will not come under warranty you have to bear the cost of repairing the phone then i have ask to him how much it will he replied it around 7k... Wow amazing i have purchased my phone in 6k and repairing cost more than the mrp of article how it is possible... He was unable to explain why my phone got bend... My money goes in vain without my fault.. I felt cheated buy the mi company..

                          My name is akshay and i purchased mi mi bluetooth speaker basic 2 on 20th september 2018 through mi store website. My order number is [protected]. On 26 september i received the speaker.
                          Now the problem was the quality of the sound. Its performance was not good. Sound quality was bad. So i wanted to return it on that day but in mi store have not updated that product as delivered on the app. I decided to talk to your customer care.
                          Now the worst happened. After talking to your mi care from where i came to know that the company has no return or exchange policy for india. It has return policy elsewhere.
                          The question arises with such service that if your official partner flipkart is doing the same with so far better return policies and other policies why the original company site is not doing so.
                          Second if you are selling it online then how will customer be aware about the built quality and the feel of the product, if someone doesn't like the product actually, what would he do.
                          Thirdly the policies are always customer friendly not the owners or merchant friendly in which the customer has no right after purchase.
                          So these are my some queries with your company and policies.
                          I want the refund
                          I am hoping for the best service now onwards.

                            I bought a mi tv 4 from flipkart flash sale on 27th july 2018. One of my biggest regrets in life is buying this television. After a month of working fine the tv’s screen suddenly got blank. After contacting their service center which was slower than a snail and after after waiting on call for more than an hour, they registered a complaint. But that was just the beginning of the disaster. Nobody showed up for many days and after many calls and complaints a “service engineer” who told that 4k led panel of the tv is dead. I requested for a replacement/refund as the tv was just a month old and in warranty. Even after a momth of this complaint and calling them everyday, they have no idea of the status of my complaint and always they say that “you should wait for 24 hours for a solution” those 24 hours have now become more than a month yet they are the least caring and slowest responsing company. I’m looking forward to file a consumer complaint against mi for such unethical and fraudulent buisness. One of the most frustrating experience in my life is with mi. I’d strongly insist everyone to not buy any tv from mi as they have nothing of a after sales service. Once your tv has a fault, they will shrug their shoulders and not take the responsibility. My complaint no is woin[protected]. A frustrated and repenting customer of xiaomi india.

I got a sms from vk-xiaomi that my warranty period is over but the fact is that my warranty period valid upto 20.10.2018. Kindly take suitable i steps.
                              I visited bally customer service center at bally, howrah, west bengal india on 24.09.2018. Person of the service center check my phone and make necessary servicing they change the battery. The person charged rs.1356 for the said work although my warranty period is not over. Kindly take suitable steps in this regards.

                                  An employee whose name is priyanka kainth of krishna nagar mi store in lal quarter is a much dishonest employee.
                                  She had told me many a times that she buy phones brought by the customer for getting solved some issues on the store by realising and telling them that their product cannot be repaired. She buys them at low cost and get it repaired for free from the store and sell it again for much higher price. I am a common citizen and i also uses your product redmi 5. To secure your position and respect i am informing you about this dishonest employee. I request you to please look upon the matter and solve it. Till now she had sold 4 phones in this way. I request you to please check and measure the honesty of the employees before hiring them.

                                    It is very sad to inform you about your worst service at ludhiana cheema chowk industrial ware house.

                                    I have booked one mi 32 inches led having above mentioned track no on 17/09/2018. Product reach to your ware house on 20/09/2018. When i talk to them on 21/09/2018 they said item will be delivered to you on 22/09/2018. But today on 25/09/2018 they neither pick the phone nor delivered the item. I am residing in 51 i brs nagar ludhiana that is in main ludhinna.

                                    Ultimately i have to personally pick my led from cheema chowk ware house as they refuse to delivered today due to work load. Sir its your probleb not mine as i have already paid the amount to mi.

                                    Such a worst service is never expected from such reputed company it not only diminishes your image but also faith of myself in blue dart.

                                    Kindly give compensation to me and take strict action on your manger

As per the orevailing offer, 10 percent of the price had to be credited back in my account. But it is not done yet though almost an year has passed.
