5 days ago i visited the r solution, begum pet hyderabad, i had to repair my red mi 4a, and the problem was the touch screen. The technician of that center in formed me that for replacement of touch screen and also gave an estimate that 2200/-hundred indian rupees will b required. While i hand over my phone on that center it was totally on switch on mode and display was clearly visible. I had also informed by them that to wait 2 hours. But after 30min, one of the technician mr santosh (The name as like this) told me that on y mobile the mother board was also damaged and he also told that for replacement of mother board as well as touch screen total it will be 5300/-. But i was astonished that while i was handed over to him my mobile was fully on active mode, but he handed over the set as fully dead. I complained there but i could not got the positive answe. After that i shown my mobile on a out sider technician. While he cheeked after a small repairmenent he was able to on my mobile. So i complained about the center that for their negligence my mobile was totally damaged. So i demand for a strict action above them and i also request that they should repair my mobile as soon as possible.
I bought Redmi note 5 pro on 4th September through flipkart . Its only been 10 days since I am using this phone.The product was working fine but since 1 day my charger is overheated and due to which my phone getting overheated and discharging fast. I want to replace my charger.
Kindly help me with above problem.

    Today my note 4 mobil battery changed but he is battery rs 1360 collected from me but he notice board battery price in 700 but 1360 from collected me i am ask to staffs but no response me
    So pls consider my complint and take action service center

      My phone has stopped working I recently went to the service centre at Mira road thane Maharashtra and they say my screen is damaged and I would need to pay for it which is 2700.

      Till last night my phone was working fine and this happened all of a sudden request you to please have it fixed as I cannot afford the replacement cost as i am a student and poor.

        Hii myself vikash kumar. I bought redmi 4 on[protected] and i have got charging problem on[protected]. So i go to service centre near to me at motihari district, they took up my phone on[protected] and told me to come after 2days. But they are unable to give me the phone till[protected] and after that they return the phone on[protected] and told me that the spair parts are not available here, just go to another mi service center in muzaffarpur. There i got to know that my warranty was expired and they asking me to pay approx 3800 for main board replacement.
        There after i call to the consumer court and filed a complaint for compensation.
        Please have a look on this problem another while i will file a case in district court for this type of money earning fraud. Ok

          My name is shefin. I want to know whats the use of xiaomi service center located in kottayam?

          On 27 th august i gave a note 5 in xiaomi service center kottayam for liquid damage. My job card number is 473. Many times to i contacting them for know the status. They didnt pickup any call.

          The day before yesterday the god was great they took my call. I ask the current status. They told me they don't have any updates.. and call me back after the evening.. i was waiting for their call for two days. Today i was calling 28 times.. but they didnt pickup.. i searching alternate number in redmi site.. but that number is not an authorised service number...

          Xioami is a number one selling brand in kerala.. customers are worth for any brands. So dont treat like them as a dog. so kindly make sure that all service centers are all service centers are working to be proud for ur brand..

          Please take the necessary action regarding this..

            I have purchased the m1 a1 mobil on 8 apr-2018.
            Its mic and speaker is not working call can be made only loudspeaker mode, ring is not able to listen any music not able to listen.
            I visited viman nagar pune service center for the service but they told we do not have the screw driver for that mobil so we can not open it you have to visit another service center. They took 2 hours to say that i did not know what the exact problem they just excuse for screw driver.

            I am very fad up with this kind of attitude i can not spent daily 2 hours to your service center like that. They have not gave any paper also for reference i do not know how you track the my service visit.

              I purchase my mobile phone 18.10.2018 from anupam electronics in jogeshwari east my imei no: [protected] after 8 month my is autocratically s/w off i try to lot of time s/w on but my mobile phone is not working so i gone to mi service center at vile parle west many times an not solveing my problem and they giving me same problem in my phone and he is not giving proper answer
              If they are not solving my problem than they should replace my phone but they are not doing that.
              My redmi note 5 pro is damn new phone. Just one month old. It was actually working perfectly superb. Suddenly today morning the alarm dint work. The time is displayed but the phone dint ring or vibrate either. Please fix the issue.
              I recently baught MI A2 from Amazon via flash sale.
              The problem with the phone is... When I make the timelapse using this phone(preinstalled app), there is a glitch coming all over the video output, here is the screenshot of the Video attached with the complaint. Kindly go through it and respond for the same.

                Dear xiaomi,
                I am using redmi 6 pro. But no arcore support is here. Pls bring arcore support by doing some tests. Will it get arcore support or not?
                As i want to experience the arcore under budget so i bought redmi 6 pro as it is new. But i am tricked by xiaomi as they do not have the support also i can not play fortnite. I emailed google about this but google said that arcore will be supported only if xiaomi manufacturers wants by doing some calibration rest of its cameras. Now pls pls tell me when will i get the arcore support in my redmi 6 pro? Will i ever get the support? Has xiaomi did not intended to bring it to redmi 6 pro? Will there be a calibration test of redmi 6 pro?
                (Arcore is a project of google for augmented reality it need camera to be calibrated by manufacturers)

                  I registered a complaint with Xiaomi customer service on September 5 as my Redmi TV is not turning on and only red light is blinking.I bought TV 2 months back only. My complaint number is TVIN[protected]. Service engineer assistance was booked for next day and he visited only after 3 days. He told that issue is with motherboard and I was told same shall be replaced soon. It's been 7 days and still I have not received any response from their side. Poor treatment from Redmi customer care.

                    First my redmi note 5 pro got bend in just 3 months and denied warranty then got warranty for only screen replacement but not the battery cover, then service center denied to give my friend the handset demanding original job sheet but i never got the original job sheet only had the old job sheet which is i am unable to give to my friend as i live 100 km away from the service center. I wanted to escalate this issue to your appellate or higher authority. The no.1 mobile company of india providing the no. 1 worst after sales service in the world.
                    Mere mobile me recover problem h jise company thik nahi kr rhi hai or mobile worrent pired me h iske badt v out of. Worrent bra rehe h me bill v Redmi care ko sammit kr diya h mobile ko only 4 month huye h
                    Customer care behaviour bad, Dilevery address changing option not available, Mi TV delivered but installation pending.very very poor service need to improve your system.

                      I mohd mohsin arif wish to inform you that i have purchased redmi note pro 5 around one month ago.
                      I am continually facing a problem that during the voice call my phone's speaker activates itself. It's a serious problem occurring during my confidential calls. I have visited to your designated service centre situated in bangalore thrice but they are just formatting my device and returning it back after keeping for 2-3 days. I have complaint it severally through customer care, designed stores as well as your online complaint site also. Your service centre people talking very roughly and improper manner they are suggesting me to sit in the store for 24 hrs and whenever facing problem just show them. This type of suggestion are irrelestic, improper and impossible also.
                      And your vacant team has called me and not took my problem seriously i said what's the idea to get a call by you if you are not provide any service. They are saying this call is only for feedback purpose. Your service centre has denied to take my mobile for necessarily repairing.
                      Please advise for the same i am facing same problem most often.

                      I have recorded a video during your cust care call as well as attaching the job sheet provided by the service centre. Please read the remark carefully mentioned in the jobsheet and take a serious action against the accused.
                      I am really feeling shameful for the service provided by mi.
                      Please replace my phone immediately it's very difficult to visit all the time your service centre and to deposite my phn to the centre for long time.
                      I trust redmi that's why there are 13 redmi phone users in my family only. Please co operate to maintain this relationship..

                        I had gone to mi service centre of gtb nagar, delhi-110009 branch on 11 september 2018 for change of battery of my redmi note 3 mobile... After checking all my details and mobile imei no. Etc from my mobile they issued me their service receipt.. After waiting for 2 hours at the centre they told me that after changing the battery the touch panel of the phone has stopped working... While submitting the phone all was working fine... Now they started give unprofessional excuses that its an electronic part and has no guarantee what would happen during the job... They even said that we have to change the mother board and still no guarantee whether the touchpanel will work... They said they tried to change the new touchpanel and it was still not working... And they returned me my phone... I then went to some other local shop and that shop person changed my touchpanel within 1 hour and it started working.. And even he said that there nothing to do with toucpanel and battery change...
                        Please look into the matter on urgent basis... I never expected that a professional company like mi will behave like this to me and i have to incur unneccesary expenses for my touch panel.. Though i had gone for battery change..

                          Dear Rajshree I had done all things which you tell me many times in your service center, on servify by your side, on call by your side flipkart said its a branded device by mi not a local one why should they not replaced a faulty device which has guarantee by mi now main issue is battery drainage im not a heavy user of data my data connection only on in morning or evening. It has 4000mah battery and I observed the back up of 34 hours but in few days backup only 25 hours then I visited the mi service centre they updated the device and back up stable on 34 hours again after few days backup gone on 16 hours only after a full charge this problem continue again visit again servify again again again im frustrated by mi people.

                            I have bought this handset 2 months back and now it is not working.

                            I gone to customer service centre and they told me to deposit rs. 8316/- for this phone repair. Phone cost is 10000/-. How can i give rs. 8000/-.

                            Phone has not fallen and in good condition. Purchase bill is attached for reference. How can a normal person afford so much money?

                            I visit Mi service center in bareilly three times for buy a mi note 4 battery and get three different rate everytime at visit at first visit battery cost of mi note 4 is 1180 at 2nd visit 1385 and at third visit 1435 the rupees increase day by day why this variation please solve this issue

                              I have ordered mi y1 phone through amazon and recieved on 21aug 2018, after 15 days o[censored]ses i found that phone is hanging and its keys are working automatically. So i visited nearest customer care in farrukhabad up on 05 sep 18. They update the software but problem still not resolved so i again submitted my phone as recall on 06 sep 18. Today's is 11 sep 2018 phone is still in customer care, today i revisit and now they told me touch plate (Folder) is not available so wait for 7 days.
                              I request you please replace my phone with new phone as this phone has some serious manufacturing defect.

                                Redmi note 4.

                                I have brought this mobile 1st when this mobile came to the market, so excited and brought it happily with excited, everything was going fine suddenly and slowly display screen and battery damaged, i went to a shop where mi things and banner was completely covered and decorated, any one can go to that shop think like redmi special shop or whole sale price. I asked that manager he told me this is authorized service center, he was a lair i came to know next day when he talk with me just like a gunda or don and completely with bad slangs and junk words.

                                Sunday i called to the redmi cc and asked the price and check the serial number but they told me check from service center marathalli, bangalore

                                Date : 08/09/2018 saturday & 09/09/2018 (Sunday)

                                When i asked the things, he shared with me me battery serial number : dsbna437b20 — battery — 1300/-
                                Display serial number : 7911b15832 — screen — 2500/-

                                Total 4000/- by two short 2000 (Saturday) + 2000 (Sunday)

                                What is my concerned : why you people have not the centralize database, what are the things manufacturing you don't have the data?
                                Every company if you can tell the id or serial number they will tell you all the details but why you are telling to go service center???

                                I have attached the bill, kindly check and black list this shop. Really company people are cheating & also shops are same.

                                I have been believing redmi things but now faith and believe is completely 0 zero... I will not suggest and recomand any one to go for it. So many times i have talked with diff information from redmi call center. But this is last.

                                he told me joo kar na he karle, kya ukhadega, pesa deke chal, jada bath matkar...
                                Battery gets discharge even in non-working mode at a very high rate.It has been a month since I bought this handset. Redmi 5 (3+32). Last month it worked well but now it is getting discharged very soon. I want to know is it happen to every redmi phones? Or is it an issue?

                                  I have bought redmi note 5 pro just 3 months ago. It was in my pocket and minor rain get started. Hardly 2 drops of water fell inside it. And it had damaged. I visited service centres but they considered it out of warranty. I can understand liquid damage is not considered under warranty but sir they recommend me very very heavy expense of 8000 rupees. As i have bought my phone just 3 months ago for 15000 rupees sir 8000 is really a very heavy amount for me to pay. I cant afford such a heavy expense of 8000 rupees sir. So please i request you kindly sir to reduce the amount atleast 50% so that i can use my handset which i have used only 3 months sir. Sir please please considee my request and offer me discount as early as possible. Hope so i will get positive response.

Service center people told they need to replace the mainboard and they dont have stock of the mainboard. It have been 3 months and every time i call it is out of stock in

                                      I bought my xiaomli mi a1 on 24th january, 2018.
                                      After getting august security update, the phone getting rebooted every now and then. I went to the customer care at kondapur, hyderabad (Official xiaomi service centre). I don't know what they had done but my problem remained same.
                                      I want my phone back in normal run. That is it. Please take care of this matter.
                                      Hello sir, I am S Kiran Kumar, purchasing a Redmi Not 4, on the date January 1st week 2018, after 6 months is complete my Adapter is not working it's a completely damage, I think Redmi Not 4 product is worest quality.
