I had purchased mi redmi note 5 pro on 30th may 2018 which has 1 year warranty period but on 22nd august at office suddenly it switched off and was not able to power on only showing the battery indicator as empty so my brother had submited the mobile to mi service center as it was under warranty period and he told them the fault for not powering on just showing battery empty indicator on display. The next day when he asked for the reason the told him that it is a liquid damage and he has to pay ₹ 8609 + tax for repairing. On 29th aug i went there for reason they told me that phone is dead and they have to replace motherboard, sub board, battery and also the receiver and there is no other way to repair even in warranty they are charging. So i had taken my mobile without repairing it and they had charged ₹118 for inspection. But the phone was not assembled properly the back panel was not fitted so after coming home i just open it, the antenna wire was misplaced so i placed it and connected the battery connector to motherboard again as it was showing battery issue on display and the phone was working properly. On 3rd sep i went to them and asked that how they had inspected the device and gave me the reason for liquid damage and asking for ₹8609+ tax for repairing as my device is working properly. The person who inspected was not coming to talk to me and they all were telling the same reason that all mobile parts were damage and when i said to complaint about this they started talking with me rudely and saying go and complaint as they have no fear for anybody. So please look into the matter as these people are making the customers fool and overcharging them for unrealistic issues. I m also attaching the inspection description and charges receipt.

    I purchased redmi 5a phone on may 5th 2018 unfortunately the mobile was dipped into water by kid now its not working not getting charging not switch on i wen to the mi service center in tirupati intially they told 6900 on offer you will get 39000 later on finally they told 35000rs is final which is correct iam not getting clearly please tell me service against liquid damaged (I. E water damaged) redmi 5a phone with valid warranty details as soon as possible

      Mi redmi ke headset achhe aare but company service achhi nii de rahi hai pahle to inme kharaabi aari headphone jack me problem aari hai mere hi sath nii har kisi ke mobile me ye proble aari hai our company warranty hone pr bhi service nii de rahi hai aise mobile leker kya matlab jo warranty me bhi thik na ho kuch b problem bata kr warranty se mobile ko hata diya jata hai our customer 10000 ke mobile me our 5 se 6000 rupeeye खर्च karta hai faltu me kyu 1 year ki hardware ki warranty dete hai dena hi nii chahiye ek to bahut muskil se 5 se 10 हजार रुपये ka mobile kharidte hai usme bhi ye sab problem mi ke mobile me hi aisi problem aari hai mere pass samsung or oppo ka mobile chal raha 8 saal se choti si b problem nii aai hai achhi service mil ja rahi hai mai aaj ke baad mi ka mobile nii kharidunga or na hi kisi ko kharidne ki salah dunga..
      My phone has been really bad after the update..please give me another update or tell me how to downgrad my phone...the battery have been using more and more ..incharged mynphone like 4 time a day and cant even play games anymore..
      My redmi note 5 was burned while charging service center said company not responsibl
      What i do now ?

        Sir, hajipur branch of xiaomi service centre is Not consumer supportive and manipulate token for their benefit, they hadn't entertain my token no24 with some delay and ask me to seat whole day.its very rude and unprofessional conduct on their part.please fix it and punish those rude employees.

          I submitted my mobile in your kottayam, kerala. Service center with job sheet no:-626 on 31/08/2018 due to liquid damage and they didn't call or give any information regarding my mobile... Also they didn't pick my call.. (Called no:-[protected])

            I have purchased a new xiaomi redmi mi note 5 pro mobile one month ago. Suddenly the screen was damaged. I have visited above service centre for the replacement of screen. They charger rs.4600 for that. But after screen replacement, headphone is not working. I have visited again today. They said it has mother board problem, so i have to replace new mother board with my coast. My mobile is in warranty period and it has no problem before screen replacement. The service centre has damaged my mother and as mobile is in warranty period, company should replace the mother board for free of coast.

              My registered mob no [protected].
              I got delivery of mi32 "tv next day of delivery after submitted order technician also came before one day of installation date. On 27 aug 2018 while opening a sealed box found damage product technician was informed to the concern dept with photos & proof till date i have not received tv after calling customer care they also repeated answer 30 times within ten days will replace the tv & installation. On 04 sep2018 i heard a approval done &do was approved from know they again customer care replying me within 10 days your product&installation was completed. Asper your policy terms and conditions you are doing your service. I need some composition of your delay & not following as per your policy terms and conditions.

                I want to draw your kind attention towards my mobile that i bought on 15 june 2018. But i completely disatified with this mobile beacuse hanging a lot which has disappointed me very much.
                After 10 days of buying it is working properly i visited redmi service centres also 2 times within a week but they didn't entertained me. Please replace this mobile as early as possible or arrange a call back. I hope you will help me. Thank you...

                  Hi,

                  I ordered a "POCO F1 Graphite Black 6GB+128GB " on 29th Aug 2018.
                  Payment mode was via credit card.
                  The current status of the order is "Payment received".

                  After numerous calls, emails, customer support chats they have been unable to tell me the status about my order and when I ask them to cancel the order they say the refund will take 8-10 working days.

                  Its already been 6 days since I have been told to wait for call or update by tomorrow every time I approach the customer care.

                    I'm using the device from one month. Its good but from very few days I'm facing problems with portrait mood and the phone gets Hang when I'm trying to use the portrait option.there fore I loved the camera options at redmi note 5pro it was amazing capturing pictures at portrait mood.but after a month I'm disappointed for the results now I request can make my issue done as soon as possible.

                      I have ordered poco f1 (6gb + 128gb) variant on 29th august 2018 during flash sale

                      But till now my product is not shipped yet.

                      Called customer care and filed a complaint about the issue on 1st of september, they told me i will get a call back from the backend team with in 24 hours.

                      But here is the surprise, i didn't get a call back till now, today date is 4th of september.

                      I have contacted their customer care (Tamil) about 3 times and english device once.. So totally called the customer service for about 4 times.

                      And everytime i got the same reply from the person on other end of the call.

                      The biggest surprise is, i have placed another order after that which was processed immediately and shipped soon. (Take a look at the image for reference)

                      This is frustrating and worst customer service ever.

                      Worst worst worst customer service team and back end team.
                      I didn't expect this from the india's no 1 smartphone brand... Really?? Only advertising

                      Be aware guys.

                        I have purchased MI LED SMART TV 4 A 108 cm (43) from Mi store MALL OF INDIA Noida sector 18, basement on 02nd of Aug'18

                        However MI store supervisor had told me call on[protected] for installation; Frequently I have called on given no when I reached home with my MI TV ( Also no Delivery from MI Store to home)

                        I have received message as below

                        Dear MI fan, Your TV Installation is scheduled for September 04, 2018 b/w 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Job Sheet No - TVIN[protected] You may reach out on if you require any assistance. Team Xiaomi

                        But Delinquent is today MI Service Gent has called me inform installation was done by today end of day; I take a leave from office and come home for Installation of MI TV

                        When I reached home even waiting for 2-3 hours; Now they have even stop responding on call; I have make more then 25 call but haven't any response

                        This is an ethical behavior of MI INDIA Also; customer service had told me that there is no return policies in MI

                        Reaching top is easy but maintaining is not easy

                        I suggested to other buyers don't buy any product from MI INDIA; Very bad customer service

                          My redmi note 3 is dead. Phone is dead in only first year. Then repair after phone is dead in second year. Mi phone is only one year smartphone. My redmi note 3 is not start. And mi mobile repairing cost are so high.in my phone motherboard problem is incurred for two time. And the motherboard cost is so high one motherboard is 6600 at least. Xiaomi redmi note 3 is only one year life. My 12000 rs money is totally wasted in one year

                            Hi,

                            I have brought REDMI note 5 Pro, Just two months back.

                            Complaint No. WOIN[protected].

                            Just Two Month later, now this handset facing issue, these are following.

                            1.Frequently showing Silent Mode window.
                            2.Volume & Power Key are not working.
                            3.Auto Operate Volume Keys.
                            4.Due to this not able to shut down screen, effects on battery.

                            Since, I am facing this issue last three weeks. Same I was shown to MI service center first time to Chembur branch. Technical guys Reassemble the keys, again it shows same issue.. I have visit second time to your same service center just one day later. Service center technical guys denied to given Service Records documents after convincing also. He says that he has change the Volume Keys. Again issues not solved after this third time when I was called him, he told me to visit Ghatkoper Vcare Service Center. But he not given a proper solutions.

                            When he understood that he not able to solve this issue he just transfer his responsibility to other without care of customer. I have not expected this type of service from MI.

                            Now Fourth time I have visited to Ghatkoper V Care Branch, he has now change the entire display of mobile...Again handset is showing same issue..

                            Why your technical guys are not able solve this issues? All Service centers are doing only experiments on handset.

                            Now..again i am facing the the same issue...

                            This is the way you are serving customer and manufacturing defective products.I am not happy to you are service and product.

                            It's is now too much...This piece is defective and I need a full money refund...I don't want to repair this piece anymore ...

                              I sent my xoaomi phone under warranty to service center at bhagat singh mkt, new delhi.
                              The dealer was not cooperating.in spite of producing the bill and phone with box, for repairing problem of no screen display, he did not accept. He then asked for id of person for whome the phone was purchased as a gift.
                              Plz take na to solve the problem.

                                I have bought mi a1 mobile from flipkart at month of january 2018. Whose mobile use my wife she is use this mobile very carefully but in august month mobile screen auto left from upper side of mobile and second problem is when i call from mobile so my mobile auto restart some times. Then i go mi service center at civil lines gorakhpur i booked our mobile for upper above problems but service center manager not open my mobile infront of me. After some time who is told me your mobile is liquid damage and your charger connecter is damaged your mobile not cover under warranty. But my problem is not connecter side my mobile charge very well but who is not support me. Who is take 884 rupees for own side reparing but my main problem is whose screen open from upper side in mobile who is not done. I am not satisfied your service center.

                                  I bought new mi note 5 pro but it have an issue in connecting bluetooth device in kenwood car audio device. It is connected and and automatically disconnected in every 10 to 15 seconds. Except mi sony moto and other mobiles are connecting successfully. Other all mobiles are supported aptx in bluetooth not mi is not supported so please solve this issue in next update and also am eagerly waiting for next update to solve my issue.

                                    On 23.8.2018, I purchased an adaptor from Mi store online as the old one was damaged in the big flood, that hit Kerala during 16.8.18 to 21.8.18. After flood days, I ordered new charger from online Mi store and they despatched it through 'DELHIVERY' courier. They charged Rs. 50 as delivery charges. Yesterday, 30.8.18, shipment reached in my district and the courier agency returned it to the seller, mi, without intimating me. When I try to get contact number of my nearby 'DELHIVERY' agency through Google, all numbers were fake. In Kerala a lot of courier services are working in national level. I don't know why mi shipped my item by 'DELHIVERY' which has no franchisee in my area.
                                    When I contacted mi customer care chat center, they tell that Kerala is in flood and that is why the item returned. Actually I ordered the item two days after flood. DTDC, a courier company delivered a courier on 23.8.18. Then why this company couldn't deliver my shipment. They didn't try to contact me before returning the item...
                                    So everyone should be careful while ordering items from Mi store online... Go to Amazon or flipkart..
                                    I booked mi TV 43" and booked for installation my token number is B26968 installation is not done

                                      I've ordered Xiome's POCO F1 on 29th Aug 2018 flash sale at 12 pm from MI STORE APP.
                                      And as per stated in your offers there was Instant Discount on using HDFC Debit/Credit Card for payment.

                                      I paid the entire amount using HDFC Credit Card. But I didn't get any Instant Discount.
                                      I called on your Customer Care number regarding this on 30th Aug 2018, and the person told me to wait for 24 hours to get the ₹1000/- cashback into HDFC Bank account linked to the Credit Card that I used.
                                      I waited 24 hours but there is no cashback credited.

                                      Today (31st Aug 2018), I again called on your customer care number. The Lady over call asked me to mail all the details.

                                      I've given all the details related order below. Please help me with this matter. I want that Thousand Rupees Discount.

                                        Power bank is not giving the output so hence I can't charge my phone. I had a word with the mi customer support he was unable to give me a proper advice
                                        the warranty of the power bank is 6 month only the customer care told me not the power bank can't be repaired you can't service it i.e means that my money is wastage request you please solve my problem.
                                        I have shipped my redmi note 5 pro to xiaomi for exchange...their customer care executive told me that within 48 hours they will send new product but i don' t know how i come to know about it...the new product has been delivered or not??will xiaomi deliver it through courier service named bluedart and when?plz solve my problem as soon as possible
