My name is Rahul and I have purchased a Mi 5a before 5 months and now there is network connectivity issue and assuming without any cost my mobile will be repaired and I have visited to service center they informed me that its a liquid damage which is false commitment as per my knowledge this mobile was kept far away from water but the technician shiv in bandra west center was trying to fool the customers and the manager Vinod over there told me to pay the charges of just finding the fault in the mobile and to repair the cell phone he asked me to pay 3000rs and the cost of the mobile is 4999rs. I felt they charge the customer without any actual repair charges and later on he told me to pay 2500 and then after he said I will discount you around 25 percent on 2500 rs means it was such a cheap level of service and then I connected to the call center no. but over there the representative was laughing on me while I was asking to escalate the call to the senior, the representative name was Rahul Patidar and around 1 hour of conversation he just laughed on me and came back to me without transferring the call. They just fooled me on the call and @ service center. I have attached the screenshot of call timing done to the call center executive

    I went to mi service centre kankaria vanijya bhawan and i submitted my phone phon for charging problem they replaced my charging port but after that when they gave my phone my vibration not working after that they told me to sit for 15 mins after 1 hour the service boy told me that your motherboard is affected by water and the vibration is not working but when i submitted my phone all other things are working well and there is no liquid damage and they told me that we have to change the motherboard than but before submitting them its totally all working and. There's no liquid damage as i'm 100 % use such a bad service of mi service centre kankaria plzzz take strict action against them 👿👿👿 they ruined my other features 😣😣😣

      I bought this product for my wife as a gift to keep up with her health. Within 6 months of the use, it started showing wrong data about the steps and led is not visible.
      I've been busy to get this checked out. Finally i managed to get to your center at mira road branch.

      I was told that the product is not covered under warranty as it has scratches.

      As per your description the product is supposed to be scratch resistant. And now you're considering it out of warranty due to the scratches. I disagree with it and want to challenge this.

      The product is supposed be wearable and not for the showcase..
      I'm complaining about my mi mobile phone submit in polish station, my mi mobile phone bill is missing so please provide information about found mi bill

          I have purchase band 2 through dabit card on 13-aug-2018 which was not delivered to me after some days when i track my product its show that it delivered but actually i m not received my product than i call to mi service centre its noted my complaint and say that our superior call you within24 hrs and solve your problem and also advice call to bluedart service which ia deliver mi product (My complaint no - woin[protected] and i call in bluedart and he say that your product is delivered on wrong address call to mi center and request for refund than again i m call to mi center for refund but it again say we will call u in 24hrs but actually no call receive when i say call to senior its hold my phone more than 1 hrs. Complaint time alread more than 3 days.

            My order i'd is [protected]. I purchased mi note 5 with exchange of mi note 4. But courier said there is crack on display. So i said return it so that i can get my money back. I mailed regarding this to customer care. And i got below mentioned irresponsible reply

            I understand your concern regarding the refund for your order as the courier boy denied to accept the exchange device. I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

            With respect to your query, i would like to clarify you that device will not fall under exchange offer if the device is having the physical damage. I request you coordinate with the respective logistic partner we are unable to assist you in this regards.

            However, i would like to inform you that refund will be initiated once the product reaches our warehouse.

            Generally, returns across all payment options take between 5 to 7 working days (Excluding holidays) to reflect in your account and sometimes the process takes 8 to 10 working days, depending on the associated bank.

            If the payment is not reflected within the estimated time, please reach out to us for your arn/rrn numbers and then contact your respective bank.

            Please note that refunds can only be made to the original card/account only and not through any other mode of payment.

              On 16th february 2018 a redmi 5a mobile was purchased from flipkart for my 65 years old father. He is a moderate user. Last week it was found that the back pannel of the handset became swell. Within 2 or 3 days it became worse. My father had been extremely worried. Yesterday the mobile get repaired by the authorised representative of mi and it took rs.1237 to replace the battery just because it crossed the 6 months warranty by some days.
              This sort of incident actually broke my faith on xiaomi. This brand always says the quality of product and honest pricing. Is this an instance of quality of product???
              Please dont play with the emotions and faith of the indian customers. This kind of incidents surely decay the reputation of the brand.
              Yesterday i was astonished to see the other people at the service centers. They are huge in numbers and came with their phones aged just 3/5/7 months old. That was why my handset took atleast 3 hours to get replaced only the battery.
              Some documents are attached in support of my complaint. Please do consider and take proper action so that no customer will have to face ill luck in future like me.

                I am following up with you to get new phone from 17/08/18. I given the compliant on 21st august 2018 and after this i am following up with you on[protected]. Still no response from your side. I have written a mail on 22nd also.in my last call they hold my call for more than 1 hour, please understand the customer precious time. I attached my call history i[censored] want i will send my call records also. Still my problem is not resolved even 0.00001% also and even after your mail confirmation also. Please find the attachment for your reference.
                Issue with order OD[protected] has been resolved
                I have visited your mi store twice in one week as my phone gets automatically switched off. It still gets switched off automatically again. Worst customer care service ever. Pathetic staff. They make me come again and again as I have only one month of warranty period left.

                  9.6.3 update, why you remove the zoom option on portrait mode in note 5 pro it is very important feature for everyone plz add this feature for next update and remove all the bugs plzz in india 50 million plus sold this model, why are you cheating for everyone, plz don't do this and plz add zoom option. On portrait mode and 4k option because the processor support 4k video plzz add this also, next update i hope all the bugs remove,

                    I want to draw your kind attention towards my mobile that i bought on 31 july 2018. But i completely disatified with this mobile beacuse hanging a lot which has disappointed me very much.

                      My phone was in service center near bye me in chembur mumbai, i gave my mobile for repair of battery (New battery) and speakers but after coming from service centre phones battery is not performing good and phone is switched off many time and suddenly my phone's battery fall down from 62 to 20 this process happens many time with me after coming from mi service center so i am not happy with the service of your mi team guys plzz check this problem in service center
                      Note 5 pro screen is black no one reply and only 2.5 months old not physcial damage or liqiud damage and hardware prblm in my mobile but mi service centre charge me 3800 rupee

                        I had given my mobile for servicing at one of the MI service centre in Goregaon, Mumbai on 22nd August, 2018.

                        At the time of taking my mobile it was not told to me that my mobile data would be lost. However, once I got my mobile back it was found that the data has been lost.

                        The customer service executive on counter refused to accept that she had not told me regarding data lost. Moreover, she started saying that if at all it was not told earlier, the data has been lost now and it cannot be recovered. The manner in which she was communicating was extremely rude.

                        I have been using MI phone from last 3-4 years and have not got such answers from MI's customer care executives. It was unexpected to hear such answers by a loyal customer like me who has been using MI phone from last 3-4 years and even my family members are using MI phones.

                        I am deeply saddened by the behaviour of such customer care executive and request to look into the matter and educate the customer service executives how to behave with customers. After all we are buying the phones by paying our hard earned money and such answers and behaviour is not at all acceptable. The name of the executive was Manisha.

                          I booked mobile on dated 10/08/2018 & paid rs. 12699/- by credit card using 12 month emi.

                          On dated 13/08/2018 @ 1pm delivery boy came to me but he didn't deceived product due to damaged mobile.

                          Its been 13 days i mailed 4 to 5 times on service.[protected]@xiaomi.com & called to their executive 5 times on[protected] & discussed about my problem around 1 hr at every call.

                          Every time i'm getting same ans from their executive that product not yet received at warehouse it will still take 7 to 10 working days.

                          From other account i booked mobile on 20/08/18 by cash on delivery option & they came to deliverer & collect cash on 21/08/18.

                          My concern is that they are delivering product within a single day while ordering through cash on delivery but in case on advance payment they are excusing us that product not yet reached at warehouse even after 10 days.

                          Till yet i didn't received single call/ msg or email from them.

                          After 5 time emailing they are replying once. Support executive are disconnecting call between conversation.

                          Due to not refunding money, my bank generated my credit card bill with 1st installment @14% interest + 18% gst.

                          Bank is forcing me to pay 1st installment with interest + gst, even i didn't received product. Currently my money is in "mi store" 's account then why should i pay extra interest to bank.

                          I need rs. 12699 + 200 (Interest amount which i have to pay to bank)

                          Please check attached bill.
                          The worst mi service centre at gulbarga he costed me MI charger and cable at 900₹ and not giving bill for that ..its around one year back and today i gone to the same Mi service centre at gulbarga for charging cable they are costing 300₹ and same charging cable at Bangalore Rajajinagar service centre costed me around 210₹

                            My phone got freezed so I make it near to mi service centre, they replace motherboard and said it's ok.
                            I find spot's on my display, they told me it's battery is not working properly.but before my phone got freezed there were no battery issue.as per my concern the battery is non removable from board if battery is non removable then I feel the board they have changed and battery too.Now they said battery need to be replaced.My phone is still one warranty.please clarify my doubts.

                                  I went to meerut's service center for repairing my mi4a folder. On mi site the folder rate is 1499 rs. But the service center was charging more rupees that is 2200 rs. Why are you taking 700 rs extra.
                                  We buy mi phones and you do not even give us the service.

                                  Aap btayenge ki aap itna extra charge kgo le rhe hai. Product hm aapka use karte hai or aap service bhi ni dete uska bhi charge 700 rs lete hai.. Plz reply me why 700 rs extra.
                                  Very bad servicing and duplicate products and scrap spare parts and assembled will be used in warranty system because warranty will finished after 1/2 days ...so then customer will and change the speaker ..so you take correct action ...
                                  My phone under warranty my handfree jack is not working i go to service center many girls for costomers help she was say some money for your mobile repair i am return home because my is under warranty so tell me why

                                      I have raised a complaint regarding display panel not working more than a two weeks ago, till now no action taken on that. I have purchased it 40 days ago only and not even enjoyed better viewing experience. I haven't get proper response from service team. When ever i called them, they said only one thing that they don't know when it will be resolved. Even when sevice engineer visits my place and gave temporory resolution only.

                                      Product is getting repair again and again. I am annoyed all this process and i strictly adhere to return of the product and get the amount i paid for purchase.

                                      Please help me get my money back not the replacement of product as i lost total trust on this product.

                                        I have purchased new charger for mobile on 11.08.18 by paying online payment. But upto today that parcel not delivered to me. Parcel tracking number is [protected]. I have tracked this parcel which shows that consignee out of station from yesterday, but actually i'm at my home from last 8 days. Due to unavailability of charger i'm facing much more problems for charging my mobile. Therefore it is requested to deliver me my parcel tomorrow itself.
