Sir i bought the red mi note 5 mobile on 10th may 2018 just three months two days ago. Mobile battery has been drying very fast even at times keeping it aside without using. I newly bought Redme 5A (3GB+32GB) - Gold in poorvika chengalpattu - 603001 on 05 June 2018. This mobile having charge draining issue. while i am charging it will take 5 hours to complete the charge. I have purchased a new mobile from mi.com and now have gone for software issue that time i realised that my mobile's imei number and invoice imei number is different. And customer care is not interested to provide solution. I have provided them all bills and box photos but they only saying to wait. This is mental harrassment from xiaomi corporation india.
