Booked redmi 5 pro on friday dt. 10.08.2018 through on line. Till now i. E. On 13.08.2018 the phone is not delivered to me. A message from your delivery courier is received that your mi.com. Package with delivery awb[protected] will be delivered today. When i asked delivery boy mr. Amit mob. No. [protected] to deliver the package on or before 5 pm he is annoyed on me and said that i will deliver the package when he wish.
This is realy a bad attitude and not tolerated. If i will not get may package on or before 5 pm today please treat my order as cancelled and arrange to return my full amount rs.14, 999/-
My redmi note 4 is getting discharged very quickly.. After the system update.. My latest version is MIUI version is 9.6. Kindly resolve it as soon as possible sir.

      Sir i bought the red mi note 5 mobile on 10th may 2018 just three months two days ago. Mobile battery has been drying very fast even at times keeping it aside without using. While watching you tube or browsing it is draining too fast. Red mi note 4 is far better than this. Its battery life is nice. So i bought this note 5 with high expectations.
      I am really disappointed. I don't want this mobile anymore. I am getting irritation when i look at it.
      I want replacement of this mobile.
      Please help me out.

        Dear sir/madam,
        I purchased mi note4 on 21/09/2017 from flipkart. Invoice no - faba6q[protected]
        I am satisfied much more with it's performance. The battery performance is poor from[protected]. I raised complaint in service centre no - xmin1569 and they replace the battery on free of cost.
        After replace the battery i have problem in display. Display become dark frequently than i gone to the same service center and raise complaint. They without saw the phone and told this is the display problem and told outer panel one of the corner is loght damage so we can not change the display in free of cost. I replied to them this is not like a display problem may be a minor loose connection. But they are not listen my words. Now the phone is working well once or twice in a day the display become dark. Please tell me what can i do now.

Again my tv is not working within warranty period and we send to mail for servicing and they not agree for servicing. W e suffering from problem for long time. Mi send very bad product.             An order was placed for tv and 2 accessories on jul 17, later i had called on the same day to cancel the order # is [protected] but the executive told that the order cant be cancelled now because it has already been dispatched. So, they asked not to take the delivery, so that the order will be cancelled automatically. Then again when i called mi customer care, they told delivery company returned the product on jul 27, so the refund request was initiated on jul 27 which is 10 days from order date. Today when i had called the customer care, they are asking to wait for 8 to 10 working days.

            My concern why did the delivery company returned the tv 10 days later when they were able to give me tv in one day (Jul 18). And why was the refund request initiated only on jul 27 inspite me calling on jul 17 and before jul 27 to initiate the refund
            Even if you initiated on july 27 2018 it's more then 14 working days. This is how you serve customers
            Till today i haven't got call even after raising complaint and if call customer care they don't have proper information
            Can any one help me.. For them it's small amount for me 23, 000 is big and i am continuously calling them from past 10 days but they don't have that curtosy to give us proper information it's not mi money it's customer money

                I newly bought Redme 5A (3GB+32GB) - Gold in poorvika chengalpattu - 603001 on 05 June 2018. This mobile having charge draining issue. while i am charging it will take 5 hours to complete the charge. It will drain on 4-5 hours without mobile data on even in sleep mode also charge got drain and switched off the mobile. I went to poorvika they routed to xiaomi customer care in chengalpattu. I went that customer care 4 times of the same issue. Still the issue is there. When ever i am going to the customer care they said this is the common issue we were upgrade OS now you will use and check the 1 week if have any issue comeback. They are saying same words when ever i went to customer care. Even the customer care person saying this mobile model is not have battery backup. Last one month i am continuously doing this. In that customer person speaking very harsh, it's not compulsory to explain you like that. That's the way he's speaking and they are not giving any slip for the service visit. Within 2 days i was in the service center so, they will change the mobile right like Amazon. They are wasting the days i think so. I am totally upset and tired for this mobile.

                  I purchased redmi note 5, mei7, black 4gb/64gb on invoice no 07/05/18. But i am completely not satisfied with performance of mobile. If in a day i am using my mobile 100 times ie. Switch oning then 95 times screen hanging problem facing then again switch off and start again then after that mobile starts. I am completely fed-up with quality stop your ad that no one mobile in india.
                  Voice of listening and media also very low.

                  Please suggest solution.

                    I bought a new mi note 4 few months ago from a mobile shop at alwaye, kerala. Few days after i found that the sim tray is projecting outside the body of the phone. I removed the mobile case and shocked seeing the body of the phone if bending towards the opposite side of the screen. The small metal portion at the side of volume, on/off buttons and at the side of the sim tray is bulged outward. I placed the phone over a wooden surface and pressed carefully to clear the bend. It was partially successful, but the small metal portions near the buttons bulged more. I affried if the phone is not working. But when i switched it on, it worked. Still i am using the same phone. I feel it's build quality is very poor. Any one can say where i could make a complaint... Pls help

                          I have mi earphone for 399Rs plus deliver charge 50Rs. Totally cost of my order is 450RS. Still the product (mi earphone) not delivered. Delivery boys not giving proper response.
                          I BOUGHT ON 13.10.17 REDMI-4A-MODEL NAME 2016116, I have been found 2 or 3 times smoking displayed.( just like that i saw fire typed)
                          T.v purchase 1st Aug 2018 .. installation team not come to home. Poor service filipkart . Do not purchase any big itam of filipkart.

                            After ten days the mobile is not working properly I went to authorised MI shop and serviced it and after 2 days again the problem repeated they have insisted that there is a problem in mother board
                            I have attached the serviced bill with below

                            In MI shop they are not letting me know any procedure to replace the mobile

                            Shouldn't we buy anything in online(Flipkart) this is the way you treat your customer I have all the records including the telephone conversation with flipkart customer care if there is no response I ll post everything in social media and am ready to file a complaint also.

                            Pls help me to solve my problem

                              Recently I bought redmi note 5 pro ...now he shows Facebook has stopped and mi community is stopped...what the hell is happening...I don't want ur phone I need refund ..my phone is in warranty..

                                My order number for mi note 5 pro is [protected] and i have payment of rs.14999/- through tez app.. Transaction (Google id) id is : cicagkd80lictq and upi id is :[protected]. I have screen shot of all transaction. Payment deducted from my account and also credited in xiaomi‘s account even though xiaomi asking to payment and my order canceled.

                                Xiaomi customer care said that we didn't received your payment. Now want my refund soon in two or three days or deliver red mi mi 5 pro phone.

                                It happens with me twice. On 30 of march 2018 also i suffered same before. That time amount was 5999/-.

                                Now xiaomi has accepted that we had recieved your payment and will refund the order id and refund id is : [protected]..

                                Now from your side very delay to refund and give excuse of bank that they make 8 to 10 days to precess. But i ask to bank and they said that if company realesed the money, we credit money to customer's account in maximum 48 hours...

                                They don't refund yet till 27 july 18...
                                They give excuse of bank. Whenever responsibility is on xiami india private ltd.

                                Worst experience faced in Mi service Center Kolhapur. They will charged 180 from me. My device is also in warranty. They are not giving Service good to customer. They Give me the reason for gmail .

I called customer care nearly 20 times they not solved it. I told them its urgent for me they not understand that and think just simple matter. Loged a complain but its not solved yet. Worst shopping experience i got from mi.com. Please take care your customer. Solve my problem as soon as possible. Although i complaint to the higher authority. I feel very angry right now why not 14999 not a small amount its my hard working money.

                                      I purchase mi y1 light from akash mobile shop dated on 20/4/2018.

                                      After that my phone is not working properly (Swtich off problem / display not properly).. Than i send my phone your authorized service center @ surendranagar dated on 19/6/2018 & your service center send back my phone on same day. But my phone is not working properly.

                                      After that i send my phone to service center on next day (Repeat job) your service center not create job sheet also for my repeat repair.

                                      Till today my phone is not working properly. Today i also visit on akash mobile shop - surendranagar, but owner of mobile shop is not available & shop's staff say to me it's not our subject please visit service center again.

                                      Please tell me how many time i visit to your service center??? Your service center engineer nothing work to do in my mobile... Service center send back my mobile without problem solve. Every time service center say "if you are not satisfied with us than please go to ahmebdabad or rajkot"

                                      On my experiance... I never refer to purchase your mobile to other...

                                      Please answer us... What can i do for that? Other than i complain in consumer forum.

                                        Sir/madam,
                                        I ordered your product redmi note 5 pro on 25th july, 18 and the product has delivered to me on 27th of july, 18. I have paid the amount of rs.14, 999 plus rs.999 for mi protect service for purchasing the product. But after two days o[censored]se the battery of the product started draining can’t stay in a single day after i have charged full and also phone also was becoming so hot while i talking. I never listened any music, nor played any games on my mobile, battery started to drain, can’t stay for a single day. I have lodged a complain on 29th of july. After i have followed company rules and send them snapshot of battery draining. Xiaomi replacement team didn’t want to believe me that my mobile battery was draining. But after insisting them on my side that i want replacement they agreed on 30th of july, 18 and i have also urged xiaomi replacement team that i will leave kolkata on 7th of aug, so your replacement should be deliver before 7th of aug.
                                        But as per your rule they told me that my product should be picked up first by their delivery courier after it reach on their ware house then only can my replacement will be delivered. But after i have called repeated times to their customer care service that product still in my home neither delivery team called me to picked up my phone, nor i heard anything from their replacement team. 3rd aug my mobile picked up from courier service.
                                        I want immediate action against this, as i have purchased their product to use, not for waiting, and urging their customer care team to replace my product soon.
                                        I am not a beggar though it seems to them because i have already paid the amount. I will only wait for today, if i not receive any call from xiaomi replacement team or not seeing any progress regarding replacement of my product, before 7th of aug, i have to file a case against them, the consumer from world also from india need to know what is behind this company reputation and speculation about india’s no.1 mobile brand. Neither i satisfied with their customer services nor with their filthy product. I think i have totally lost my money and also faith. Their lethargy ness and missbehaved has proved that they are not doing anything on customer behalf just running a fraudulent business with lots of fudge speculation about india’s no.1 brand.
                                        My demand is clear return my money that i have paid, or replaced my purchased mobile before 7th of aug. I hope you will definitely do something about this written complain.
                                        I assure you that i will not let my money to lost. I demand a good product or my money before 7th of august.
                                        Your response is highly appreciable regarding this.
