Hi team,
I have been a repeat customer for xiaomi products ever since the first product release Redmi 1S. I have bought several products and one product I particulary have issue is with the headphones. I have brought many headphones from MI and not even single last for more than 6 months, some either fail before the warranty expires and some just after the warranty has expired. My last order on account #[protected] where the replacement ear phone also broke
I am very upset especially with this product line (ear phone) . Please look into this matter and tell me what best can be done?
Note: My usage is very limited, once or twice in a week for couple of hours.
