I order redmi note 5 pro through mi.com. My order number is [protected]. I ordered it 31/8/2018. But still its not shipped. I need the phone very badly its urgent.. I called customer care nearly 20 times they not solved it. I told them its urgent for me they not understand that and think just simple matter. Loged a complain but its not solved yet. Worst shopping experience i got from mi.com. Please take care your customer. Solve my problem as soon as possible. Although i complaint to the higher authority. I feel very angry right now why not 14999 not a small amount its my hard working money.

    My phone's touch screen is not working properly and when i carry it to the service centre kangarbagh (Patna, bihar) under warranty period, they refused to take it under warranty and give excuse of water damage of my mobile but there is no sign of liquid presence is found there also they charged me of rs 118 for checking the mobile phone. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.
    My order no isMH[protected]whose made of bad material and low quality
    so refund my rs 1049

      I m kanaiyalal patel from surendranagar - gujarat

      I purchase mi y1 light from akash mobile shop dated on 20/4/2018.

      After that my phone is not working properly (Swtich off problem / display not properly).. Than i send my phone your authorized service center @ surendranagar dated on 19/6/2018 & your service center send back my phone on same day. But my phone is not working properly.

      After that i send my phone to service center on next day (Repeat job) your service center not create job sheet also for my repeat repair.

      Till today my phone is not working properly. Today i also visit on akash mobile shop - surendranagar, but owner of mobile shop is not available & shop's staff say to me it's not our subject please visit service center again.

      Please tell me how many time i visit to your service center??? Your service center engineer nothing work to do in my mobile... Service center send back my mobile without problem solve. Every time service center say "if you are not satisfied with us than please go to ahmebdabad or rajkot"

      On my experiance... I never refer to purchase your mobile to other...

      Please answer us... What can i do for that? Other than i complain in consumer forum.

      Please answer me as soon as possible.

      Also give my mobile in ahemedab service center for 20 day. But also not solve my problem. And call in customer care center they not solve my problem. Any one not give proper answer and not given contect detail of his ccm or head.

      I face problem after one month of purches mobile. I need immediately clearification. How i do???

        Sir/madam,
        I ordered your product redmi note 5 pro on 25th july, 18 and the product has delivered to me on 27th of july, 18. I have paid the amount of rs.14, 999 plus rs.999 for mi protect service for purchasing the product. But after two days o[censored]se the battery of the product started draining can’t stay in a single day after i have charged full and also phone also was becoming so hot while i talking. I never listened any music, nor played any games on my mobile, battery started to drain, can’t stay for a single day. I have lodged a complain on 29th of july. After i have followed company rules and send them snapshot of battery draining. Xiaomi replacement team didn’t want to believe me that my mobile battery was draining. But after insisting them on my side that i want replacement they agreed on 30th of july, 18 and i have also urged xiaomi replacement team that i will leave kolkata on 7th of aug, so your replacement should be deliver before 7th of aug.
        But as per your rule they told me that my product should be picked up first by their delivery courier after it reach on their ware house then only can my replacement will be delivered. But after i have called repeated times to their customer care service that product still in my home neither delivery team called me to picked up my phone, nor i heard anything from their replacement team. 3rd aug my mobile picked up from courier service.
        I want immediate action against this, as i have purchased their product to use, not for waiting, and urging their customer care team to replace my product soon.
        I am not a beggar though it seems to them because i have already paid the amount. I will only wait for today, if i not receive any call from xiaomi replacement team or not seeing any progress regarding replacement of my product, before 7th of aug, i have to file a case against them, the consumer from world also from india need to know what is behind this company reputation and speculation about india’s no.1 mobile brand. Neither i satisfied with their customer services nor with their filthy product. I think i have totally lost my money and also faith. Their lethargy ness and missbehaved has proved that they are not doing anything on customer behalf just running a fraudulent business with lots of fudge speculation about india’s no.1 brand.
        My demand is clear return my money that i have paid, or replaced my purchased mobile before 7th of aug. I hope you will definitely do something about this written complain.
        I assure you that i will not let my money to lost. I demand a good product or my money before 7th of august.

            My mobile was slipped in water and after that i took my mobile and went near mi service center at kphb road no.1, hyderabad. They had charged me 120 rupees just to verify my mobile condition and said every part is logged with water and not working. Total cost for repair is 5400 rupees. My new mobile cost itself 6000 rupees and they asked 5400 rupees for repair. Then i went to near mobile shop, they took 250 rupees to verify the condition of my mobile and said connector to touch pad is disconnected. They adjusted and it's working normally now.

            The technician who taken mobile for verification at service center disconnected the connector to touch and he told the total charge for repair is 5400 repuees

              My redmi niote 5 pro device usb socket does not working. I submitted my device to excellent service centre imperial plaza sitabuldi from last 11-12 days. But till now they didn't resolved my problem. They told me the problem of device motherboard. Plz do some strict action as soon as possible. My device in warranty period. Plz resolved my problem asap otherwise handover me a new same redmi note 5 pro device or refund my money.

                I have bought a mi note 5 pro on 4july 2018 but from the first day i am facing the hang problem during watching video and chating. When i m not touching the screen for 5second its going to hang screen and again touching repeatidly for 5seconds then its working. But still its continue for day first to till sending this mail. I was complained it on 11july 2018 at mi service center b2x in sector-35 chandigarh, but they told me that its a software issue and sort out with a software upgrading but the girl which is regonising my phon told me the phon will not opening we just upgrading the software and same day in the evening 5pm they called me and said that its had a water molecules in backside of the chipset. They opened it my phon without telling me its its a very silly thing for me because without informing me they open it my new phone. And when i was reached there they charge me for this problem to resolve it. But how to geting water molecules inside even its back is covered with cover and btw back panel is sealed permanently and its have no any single hole to going water inside.

                  I ordered a Mi 43 inch led tv on 24th July and didn't open the box as told by customer care executive that open it when the installation expert comes and when he opened it for setting it up it was a damaged one and he requested for the replacement but I didn't get any mail any kind of information regarding the status of my order. Nothing is mentioned and no website takes too long for responding at least just tell your customer about how much it is going to take what actions have been taken.

I have bought several products and one product I particulary have issue is with the headphones. I have brought many headphones from MI and not even single last for more than 6 months, some either fail before the warranty expires and some just after the warranty has expired.                     I am very upset especially with this product line (ear phone) . Please look into this matter and tell me what best can be done?

                      Bought a new redmi note4 phone from flipkart which is found defective only after the return window period, so could not return. Phone is sensing touch most of the time (Around 50% of the time) and application will trigger automatically, on going will be put on hold and automatically dials other numbers from contact list etc etc.. Reached out to mi service center and they had replaced board, but issue persists. Phone is with them from 7/27 again, and they still could not fix it. Service center would take another 7 days is what they say.. For the new phone.. I would expect this product to be replaced as this is issue with manufacturer, they should not be selling completely faulty products.

                      I doubt if new phone was delivered to me when issue takes long time to resolve.

                        Dear sir
                        I have purchased redmi 4 (Gold, 32gb) | b01mu2awlb (Redmi-4-gold-32gb) on 11/11/17, since last one month the battery is drained out in an hour so. I called the service center, they told me it may due to the new software update.
                        On 28/7/2018, i have visited a their authorized service center at ruhi telecom, shop no.114, 1st floor, arya arcade, station road vikroli west, mumbai 400083, they told me that the battery is damaged and they replaced it. While checking the dammaged battery it is noticed is a substandard one and become like a soft/cold biscuit.
                        As the warranty for the battery is only six month, they charged for the same, my surprise is that they also charged a service charge of rs. 350/= + 18% tax to replace the battery, even though the phone is under warranty for a year.
                        Pls let me know that, if the phone is on warranty for one year, weather they can charge service charges to replace battery? If not pls take the necessary action at the earliest

My little problem is just phone charging jack but executive told me if you give me phone for service it's mandatory that is your phone is in everything format. It's not good thing for me and afcours i am not purchase again xiomi. It's just first service of mine mi a1 phone.

                              My Order number for Mi Note 5 Pro is [protected] and I have payment of Rs.14999/- through TEZ App.. Transaction (Google Id) id is : CICAgKD80LicTQ and UPI Id IS ::[protected] . I have screen shot of all transaction.Payment deducted from my account and also credited in Xiaomi‘s account even though Xiaomi asking to payment and my order canceled. Xiaomi customer care said that we didn't received your payment. Now want my refund soon in two or three days or Deliver Red mi Mi 5 Pro phone. It happens with me twice . On 30 of march 2018 also i suffered same before.

                                I brought redmi note 5 this year few months back and is still in warranty. I also went to the malviya nagar market service centre and they couldn't fix it. My speaker has been not working properly. It's volume decreases drastically when my earphones are plugged. Also when on a call after 10 mins speaker goes into low sound state in and as time on call increases volume keeps decreasing then a time comes when i am not able to hear any sound. Now a days mobile is also misbehaving and lagging for no reason.

                                  I have redmi 1s from mi india phone. This is very very buggy phone. There are endless bugs in it's miui interface.

                                  I have disabled automatic updates over wifi. Still every night it keeps on downloading the update zip file that is over 500mb in size.

                                  My internet bandwidth is getting wasted every night and i have a very limited plan.

                                  There's no help from the service center.

                                  Shutting down my router at night or my phones wifi at night seems to be the only inconvenient option.

                                  I am disappointed with mi redmi1s phone from xiaomi.

                                    Hi MI team, I have heard great about your company so i recently decide to buy MI 5A which was my first MI phone, i was expecting a great experience with your phone but to my suprise it was completely opposite with in weeks of buying your phone is started to behave like a decade old phone with battery also lasting for only couple of hours .Please let me if this was the expected behaviour or is my phone a special case and let know what needs to be done in future .

                                      My Order number for Mi Note 5 Pro is [protected] and I have payment of Rs.14999/- through TEZ App.. Transaction (Google Id) id is : CICAgKD80LicTQ and UPI Id IS ::[protected] . I have screen shot of all transaction.Payment deducted from my account and also credited in Xiaomi‘s account even though Xiaomi asking to payment and my order canceled.


                                      Xiaomi customer care said that we didn't received your payment. Now want my refund soon in two or three days or Deliver Red mi Mi 5 Pro phone.

                                      It happens with me twice . On 30 of march 2018 also i suffered same before.that time amount was 6999/-.

                                        My phone is automatically discharged in 20 ya 30% and i gone the service center the service center employee check my phone and say that your phone battery is damage but i say my phone in warranty the employee said that your phone is over 6 month i am confused but i managed i new purchased for 1307 rs
                                        But my new battery same problems created in phone i am agian go survice center and i say that my battery is not work but this battery is new and i took the new battery for you service center employee work my phone and update said that
                                        And i come back my home but again issue in phone
                                        I am against complaint the service center
