I bought redmi 4 mobile last year in aug17. I am using this mobile till 22nd july 18 night, on 23rd morning display not working. While visiting to service center they not ready to replace it even mobile is in warranty but giving reason that it's not working due to water logged. I ask them that i was used this mobile till yesterday then they giving reason that water may be logged before and damage cable.

It's only reason to avoid replacement of display part. Even they ask to pay rs.2700 then they will replace it. So it's new method of earnings money.

Sir mera mobile blast hone me Karna service centre lejane par sahi se vevhar nahi kiya gaya or nahi mobile check kiya gaya 10 am to till time tak service centre name jhunjhunu, Rajasthan se kya yehi customer ke sath kiya jata hai
If I Order an Mi TV, I have to enter my credit card number, if TV will not diliver, my money is take from my account, then who will responsible for that

    Respected sir/madam,

    Greetings of the day.

    I muhammed sabir k s is a user of your flagship mobile phone redmi note 5 pro.
    I had a tough time with the mobile phone from the day of purchase. The invoice of the order is attached below. I have purchased the mobile from the flipkart. I have requested for the replacement/refund within the 10 days. As per my replacement request a technician visit my home and he undestand my problem, he asked me to show the problem persists after resetting of the phone. After resetting also the problem persists he give his word for raising complaint. Before leaving he told that his duty for checking the phone was been cancelled. He told that he will raise the issue if he can. The next day when i am checking the status of replacement. It shows that the problem is resolved by troubleshooting. I wondered what is happening. Then i again raise the complaint, next time also it got cancelled they told that they are not able to contact me. Now the 10 days was over and i am busy with my work, iam not able to concentrate more on the mobile. After months, when i am free i again call the flipkart, now they are talking in a different way. They will not able to do anything. They ask to contact mi service centres. I told that i have raised the complaint in the replacement period. They told that they have extentended the period for some days, but in the flipkart app, message, mail (States its extended is not been sent to me). I enquired about that they have no reply. I asked them is it the flipkart value the customer, he told yes. Unfortunetly call is not recorded i am not able to prove that.

    So the problem faced by me are,
    *proximity sensor issue (It is some how it is solved my the latest update but sometimes it persists)
    *ambient light sensor (It is some how it is solved my the latest update but sometimes it persists)
    *charging issue (The phone is now taking more than 5 or 6 hours to reach 80% from 22%, sometimes it charges normally, the draining is also fast)
    *camera issue (I am not able to take photo effecteively because the screen is always locking when focussing most of the times. The compaint showing screen recorded video is attached below)
    *heating up most of the time (I am not a heavy user, but the mobile is heating up)
    I consider it as a cheating because usage of graphic sheet reduces the heat is not believable.
    *at the features it states that it runs on snapdragon 636, the phone is keep hanging all the time without a heavy usage (I am not able to attend the call sometimes the screen freezes, locking up the screen is a solution.
    *when the home screen layout is locked the app changes its position when applying the theme.
    * now storage space available for me is just 50.44 gb its very sad (Android one offer nearly 60gb but miui...)
    * the back cover provided was very loose it easily get out.
    *sound quality decreased now compared to the beginning.
    *mic is not up to quality.
    *power buttons and volume buttons not up to mark.
    *headset jack sometimes get not connected.
    *when plugging it takes 5 to 10 seconds to show its charging.
    *at the sunlight the screen is not clear.
    *face unlock is bad, it only get unlocked at the position the photo for the face unlock is taken.

    Since the phone is defective it may be a manufacturing defect.
    The phone is problem creator from the beginning itself.

    I will not wish to go to any service centres.

    So as a solution i want the refund of money (Current price) or a replacement.

    I also apologize for the late request.

    Kindly request you to solve the issue as soon as possible.

      I have purchased and received redmi note 5 pro mobile on 28th june 2018 from flipkart but it has within a month i am facing issue with mobile.
      Mobile was getting automatically switched off for several times and mobile in unable charge with charger which received in mobile box.
      Tried more 10 time for charging but mobile is not charging at all.
      Feeling worst experience after choosing redmi product.
      My item did not come yet..
      Deliver date in 12 july but not a come in courier..
      And not a response anyone..

      Today a 15 days but not deliver my product...
      Also blue dart courier informed but not respond.
      Please give me today my courier...

          Respected sir,
          I had purchased redmi note 5 pro in last month from the flipkart and now before one week (13/7/18) suddenly my phone kept in my almara seemed to be dead with out any cause...
          The very next day i went to mi service centre near me @ kannur kerala... They checked my phone and said it's a water damage... Shocked by hearing that because there's not even a single chance to get water inside, as i was caring it with a 360 degree cover and also extra pouch to carry out... So i argued with them but the result was nill and they said as its heavy rainy season in kerala moisture may be the reason for the change of litmus indicatorx which is out of control. Even though i gave my phone for further detailed checking by paying small amount and next day they contacted me with an information that no other problem is found in the detailed checking except the display failure and advised me to change the same which cost about approx 5k.
          Since i'm from a poor farmer family the phone was a gift from my friend for my excellence in studies. So that 5k was a huge amount for me... Even i decided to borrow money n fix my first phone... And y after 1 week (20/7/18) i once again enquired about my phone's case the reply was just the same to change the display with none other... With my permission they did it and when i went for collection (About 60 km from my home) they are just kidding to me and said the phone is now not capturing the siganal and also 'settings' can't be opened and so on... It was again a huge tragedy for me to survive... I called the customer care toll-free number and registered my complaint in detail to the higher officials and took the advise from the customer care that not to collect the phone until the officials contact me.. Sir i want nothing but justice in this case either by repairing my phone in warranty or else replace it with a new one. The trust in 'mi' made me to compose this mail... All the details about the service center, my complaint id is given below... Please check the necessary and take a strong and good decision that favors the customer

            My xiaomi note 4 which was brought in the month of february went blank a couple of weeks ago. It just would not charge and does not start. While it is still under warranty i went to the thane service center of xiaomi and they indicated that there was damage to the motherboard and i would have to pay 6500 to get it repaired while still under warranty. They indicated something had entered the inside of the phone hence warranty will not cover it. The mi phone is something that we cannot open and i indicated that it was never wet or any external damage had occured but they insisted it was so. Very disappointing that i got to use the phone for just 4 months and now its gone kaput. On reading online reviews found it to be a common problem with note 4 phones. I think the service center guys are fully aware of this issue and want to cover it up. Not happy with the mi experience at all.
            3months before' IAM getting mi4 but suddenly mobile switch off iam going to service centre but there people's saying spare not available another branch saying spare not available this is all mi branch west of my think sorry

              I asked him to make the bill of my powerbank, he replied rudely that i am currently working on this order wait, i asked him again after sometime and still he replied rudely... Even when the person incharge came he didnt stop... And even told me " im in uniform now... Meet me outside i will show you... And threatened me... He did this to me and my friends... May be he does this everyday and nobody complaints... I am a faithful buyer of your brand but this kind of behaviour cannot be tolerated.
              I bought MI LED 4A 32 inches tv. even two days over installation was not done. customer care people saying every time there is shortage in wall mount accessories. so please respond on this.

                A few days ago my redmi note 4 blasted and your company is not doing anything for it. It blasted and it could cost my life but it was god grace that nothing happened to me. I want it replaced and ask you the reasons for it. Mi you have become the largest smartphone in india. So you need to satisfy your customer and replace the phones or repair the phones. Dont break the trust ofpeople on mi. I ask you to repalce or repair it. Dont let spoil your brand image.
                My tv got delivered at address kirkitwadi pune and i have booked slot of monday 9-12 but it was not done i called on number and got update that engineer is on the way. But still it is not done tv is lying on the floor. Really upset of the auality of service provided from moto

                  I have use mobile redmi note 3.
                  I have gone 2 time nehru place service center but not resolved my problem.
                  Frist time, i have gone nehru place service center. They changed front cover display. I paid rs/- 3007.82.3 july evening i face same problem...
                  Second time... Same situation.. Change front cover display... But not resolved my problem...
                  Very bad experiences in nehru place service center... Office a. C. Not working... Rudly behaviour.. Not proper answering any queries.. Unsupportive staff

                    I ordered a product from mi(xiaomi), on their site it was mentioned that bag can accomodate a laptop of 15.6'' inch but the bag is small and it won't be able to accomodate even a 14" inch laptop. i bought that bag for my college use as have to carry the latop daily.
                    on talking with them, they refuse to refund as they say it your problem.
                    Product specs is not upto the mark as mentioned by the company and it refuses to refund the product.

                        I want to make a complaint against the MI service centre nearby name is varsha mobile, 15 vikash compplex power house, korba (chhattisgarh) contacts no.[protected] . i m having a redmi 4 which is having charging issues, recently i have seen some sign of humidity in the lower part of screen section which may occur due to any reason which dont know when i took my phone to service centre guys they told me that my device is water damaged but as per my knowledge that is not the problem because i m too a certified hardware technician there isn't any water damage but the service centre guys told me so and the cancelled my phone warrenty beacuase i refuse to pay the amount which they are asking for the repair so kindly reissue my phone warrenty.and I noticed the sticker through which the phone can be checked whether it is water damaged or not has no sign of redness as well still they did so my no is [protected]

                            As I noticed the data cable not working properly...
                            When I visited the nearest mi store they charged of rs 300 for it...
                            While it is under warranty period...

                            So I want to know why they charged me for that what comes under warranty just clarify me...
                            Why people will buy mi phone if they charged like this...

                              1.The phone gets switched off very frequently and then doesnot starts.
                              2. Charging of the phone gets out of order on many ocassions.
                              3. The phone hangs a lot.
                              This is a new MI Note 4 (4 GB-64GB) purchased on 18.10.2017 from Big Bazar, Singapore Mall, Lucknow.
                              In view of the frequent problems, the phone may be got replaced as it is under warranty.
                              Ur store in Siliguri West Bengal staff are taking extra money on selling price.Is this right? In ur authorised store. It will be acceptable if the store is unauthorised. For example mi y 2. Please do the needful so ur store runs properly and the thing will be positive

                              If it can be change all customers will be great full to Xiaomi.

                                It always switch to mute button when on call. It screen goes black and phone doesnot work, it cannot be switched off or on in that situation. It hangs and screen goes off. It restarts automatically. Sometimes it doesn't start. It takes 30 min atleast to start. It screen goes black only notification light is visible and sound can be heared but screen goes off.
                                Fake sale sale finished 0 second sale.

                                  Reference Number: WOIN[protected].

                                  I had submitted my device Mi Mix 2 on 23rd june 2018, the day when i had submitted the device it was in a working condition only display was faded due to water damage.

                                  I am sure my mother board was not damaged and was in full working condition. Borivali Service center sent my device late to bengaluru due to which my device might have caught rusting.

                                  As soon as i received it back i tried to switch on my device its still working and only display is coming out to be faded.

                                  That was the actual issue when i submitted to the Borivali service center, I switched my device off as soon as the water spilled on it, and withing half n hour i submitted it to the service center every thing was perfectly fine.

                                  It was very disappointing when they told me that device could not be opened there and has to be sent to Bangluru service center, i requested them to send it as soon as possible to avoid rusting of the device. The day when i submitted my device was Saturday and they informed me that sir you will receive a call back from Bangluru team on Monday for further status, On monday i waited i didn't receive any call back from Bangluru team.

                                  I thought may b they might need some time i waited again on Tuesday and as same as yesterday i didn't got a call back, On Wednesday when i went to service center asking about my device they said they have't send the device yet to bangluru and they will send it by today i.e. on Wednesday. Now you tell me for this many days it way lying around in Borivali & it took more than 1 week to reach my device to bangluru. Even after getting frustrated about not receiving any call from your team i called them back on Next Monday i.e. after 1 week asking about my device status they are asking me that sir i received a call from bangluru team in morning and they need your account password, So how the hell i am going to come to know that they are awaiting for my password. It was your responsibility to call me back instead i have to call back and ask.

                                  Apart from this when i submitted my device on the first day all my Data was inside it and i also requested them that make sure that they should not loose the data.

                                  As i got my device back it was factory formatted, who gave them the permission to format my device ??

                                  I have lost my very important documents which was inside my Device who is responsible for that ? and who is responsible to send my device late due to which my device is now rustable.

                                  Also i have called 6 - 7 time to your customer service center reporting the same issue and every time they have disconnected my call, and even after informing that DO NOT DISCONNECT MY CALL.

                                  I have recording with me where your employee says that he is transferring my call to senior executive as soon as he does there in no one on the other end and it keeps on ringing for 25 minutes or more and then there is an IVR asking me to give ratings of the call & call gets disconnected.

                                  I also want to raise a serious complain against Borivali service center female employee i don't know her name but when i am talking to her in a polite manner she is trying to do selective listening and working on other work, This disrespect to me has made me very Angry and i wont give up till i get satisfied solution for my device just to show her how far i can go.

                                  All i have to say is i am not a fool here who will tolerate such loss, I hope MI Comes with a better solution or i might have to find a different approach to get it resolved.

                                    I purchased xiaomi redmi 5 phone in March 2018 . Their front camera getting dusty after 15 days, Then I visited at service center and they clean the dust. But after 10 days again front camera gets dust over it . Again I visited service center again they clean .After 10 days again font camera get dust over it and again i visited service center ...so this phone is defected .. and want to replacement

                                      Dear Sir/Madam
                                      This is to inform you that I had brought your RedMi Note 5 Pro from Flipkart. Sir from the first-day phone gets switched off automatically when charging. During this I am unable to utilise it to make and receive important calls and messages, because of this importance of this phone is getting reduced.
                                      Sir, at first I had thought that this problem is just a software bug and it can be resolved by the new update. But now, after updating to Android Oreo 8.0 (MiUi- 9.5.17.0) the problem continues. Now I think this is not just a software bug but it is some hardware problem. Also, I only use the charger supplied by the company with the device.
                                      For resolving this problem I had contacted to the consumer support, but your executive didn’t give any solution instead they gave some suggestion such as factory reset, using on/off schedule, system launcher data clear, and so on. I had done everything but the problem remains.
                                      Because of all this, I’m losing all my trust over Xiaomi. Also, I have regret and sorrow for purchasing this phone.
                                      In vide of above-mentioned facts, I’m hoping that you will provide me some solution from your level. If you do not provide some suitable solution then my view for the company will not be good and this is not going in the favor of the company.

                                        I have purchased the Mi TV 4A 32" from the Mi Home store on 15/07/2018. As per directions I had called up the CC cell and registered for an installation of the TV. I was given the slot of 17/07/2018: 6-8 PM and told that the installation agent would contact me and come by that.

                                        On the 17/07/2018, I did not receive any communication from either Xiaomi or the agent. I called up up the CC number and they told me to wait till the time slot assuring me that someone shall call me up and do the installation today itself. However, no call came and as expected towards the end no one came.

                                        I called up the CC and they say they will take the complaint and someone will call within 24 hours and resolve the issue.

                                        I do not understand why the company has to take slots if they cant provide service at that time. Also, there is no definitive time provided within which the installation can be expected.

                                        This is just poor, very poor customer service and after sales coordination. I do not understand what is so complicated in a TV installation. As I see there are many such complaints on the same issue. Its high time the company took priority and did something about it.
                                        This is to inform that mehidipatnam MI dealer is taking 16500rs for MI note 5 pro . And when i said being a Mi dealer why you are taking huge charge then he start to speak in slang words.
                                        Teach your store people how to talk with the clients.
