I had submitted my device Mi Mix 2 on 23rd june 2018, the day when i had submitted the device it was in a working condition only display was faded due to water damage.

I am sure my mother board was not damaged and was in full working condition. Borivali Service center sent my device late to bengaluru due to which my device might have caught rusting.

As soon as i received it back i tried to switch on my device its still working and only display is coming out to be faded.

That was the actual issue when i submitted to the Borivali service center, I switched my device off as soon as the water spilled on it, and withing half n hour i submitted it to the service center every thing was perfectly fine.

It was very disappointing when they told me that device could not be opened there and has to be sent to Bangluru service center, i requested them to send it as soon as possible to avoid rusting of the device. The day when i submitted my device was Saturday and they informed me that sir you will receive a call back from Bangluru team on Monday for further status, On monday i waited i didn't receive any call back from Bangluru team.

I thought may b they might need some time i waited again on Tuesday and as same as yesterday i didn't got a call back, On Wednesday when i went to service center asking about my device they said they have't send the device yet to bangluru and they will send it by today i.e. on Wednesday. Now you tell me for this many days it way lying around in Borivali & it took more than 1 week to reach my device to bangluru. Even after getting frustrated about not receiving any call from your team i called them back on Next Monday i.e. after 1 week asking about my device status they are asking me that sir i received a call from bangluru team in morning and they need your account password, So how the hell i am going to come to know that they are awaiting for my password. It was your responsibility to call me back instead i have to call back and ask.

Apart from this when i submitted my device on the first day all my Data was inside it and i also requested them that make sure that they should not loose the data.

As i got my device back it was factory formatted, who gave them the permission to format my device ??

I have lost my very important documents which was inside my Device who is responsible for that ? and who is responsible to send my device late due to which my device is now rustable.

Also i have called 6 - 7 time to your customer service center reporting the same issue and every time they have disconnected my call, and even after informing that DO NOT DISCONNECT MY CALL.

I have recording with me where your employee says that he is transferring my call to senior executive as soon as he does there in no one on the other end and it keeps on ringing for 25 minutes or more and then there is an IVR asking me to give ratings of the call & call gets disconnected.

I also want to raise a serious complain against Borivali service center female employee i don't know her name but when i am talking to her in a polite manner she is trying to do selective listening and working on other work, This disrespect to me has made me very Angry and i wont give up till i get satisfied solution for my device just to show her how far i can go.

All i have to say is i am not a fool here who will tolerate such loss, I hope MI Comes with a better solution or i might have to find a different approach to get it resolved.

But after 10 days again front camera gets dust over it . Again I visited service center again they clean .After 10 days again font camera get dust over it and again i visited service center ...so this phone is defected .. and want to replacement

      Dear Sir/Madam
      This is to inform you that I had brought your RedMi Note 5 Pro from Flipkart. Sir from the first-day phone gets switched off automatically when charging. During this I am unable to utilise it to make and receive important calls and messages, because of this importance of this phone is getting reduced.
      Sir, at first I had thought that this problem is just a software bug and it can be resolved by the new update. But now, after updating to Android Oreo 8.0 (MiUi- 9.5.17.0) the problem continues. Now I think this is not just a software bug but it is some hardware problem. Also, I only use the charger supplied by the company with the device.
      For resolving this problem I had contacted to the consumer support, but your executive didn’t give any solution instead they gave some suggestion such as factory reset, using on/off schedule, system launcher data clear, and so on. I had done everything but the problem remains.
      Because of all this, I’m losing all my trust over Xiaomi. Also, I have regret and sorrow for purchasing this phone.
      In vide of above-mentioned facts, I’m hoping that you will provide me some solution from your level. If you do not provide some suitable solution then my view for the company will not be good and this is not going in the favor of the company.

        I have purchased the Mi TV 4A 32" from the Mi Home store on 15/07/2018. As per directions I had called up the CC cell and registered for an installation of the TV. I was given the slot of 17/07/2018: 6-8 PM and told that the installation agent would contact me and come by that.

        On the 17/07/2018, I did not receive any communication from either Xiaomi or the agent. I called up up the CC number and they told me to wait till the time slot assuring me that someone shall call me up and do the installation today itself. However, no call came and as expected towards the end no one came.

        I called up the CC and they say they will take the complaint and someone will call within 24 hours and resolve the issue.

        I do not understand why the company has to take slots if they cant provide service at that time. Also, there is no definitive time provided within which the installation can be expected.

        This is just poor, very poor customer service and after sales coordination. I do not understand what is so complicated in a TV installation. As I see there are many such complaints on the same issue. Its high time the company took priority and did something about it.
        This is to inform that mehidipatnam MI dealer is taking 16500rs for MI note 5 pro . And when i said being a Mi dealer why you are taking huge charge then he start to speak in slang words.
        Teach your store people how to talk with the clients.

            I just bought Mi Led Smart 4A 80cm (32) from TU Retail service pvt ltd, Infiniti Malad West, Mumbai dated 17/07/2018.

            I was instructed to call on the customer care number [protected].

            I must it is the worst experience after sales...from 7 pm to 7.50pm...I have been just being transferred to the so called TV department...and for the past 45 minutes no one even answered ...I need the installation .
            why are the clients harrassed? please look into the matter ...

When i purchase this phone after two month i face problem in data cable two time change it then it work not properly. So I say many problems in Redmi phone .This problem regarding I don't like it phone. When i dial customer care after one hour waiting one executive talked me for another one hour, but he cant help me. He knows nothing about it!!!, But he tkld me i cant open it. What i can do. How much day i have to qait. Number one poor service.

                    The Tv was delivered to me last week and was supposed to be installed on July 14, 2018. After repeated complaints to Mi India and phone calls to their customer support, all i get is a patient reminder to wait. The TV is lying sealed in a box useless without installation. Such pathetic after sales service. I suggest everybody to kindly refrain from buying Mi TVs

                        In above service center i submit my mobile number Redmi Note 3 for charging connect /disconnect issue . They told that 1st charging port need to replace and come after 2 hours, I came still issue not resolved and i paid Rs 650/- after that they told 2nd battery issue need to replace the battery .than i told kindly check once what is the exact probelm, they agree with me and take 4 days and now today i called him for status they told it need to replace the complete board and it cost id around 3500/-. How it possible one one issue is not resolve and another issue they showing. I think they just playing .

                            A lady check & inform me its sub board issue, & its needs to be replace . I also give her permission .

                              Recently I bought MI TV recently I bought MI TV from mi.com and on the 4th anniversary of the company it was displayed on the app that SBI customers using SBI debit card to pay will get rupees 500 cashback I have contacted SBI customer service and MI customer service but no one is answering my queries and they both are blaming each other I am messed up and my amount has not been returned yet please help me out.

                                I have purchased 43 inch MI TV and submitted request for installation for slot 6PM to 8PM.
                                The Installation person called me at morning, as this was not my slot.. and, I was in office, nobody was at home. I explained him whole situation and told him about booking slot also. He said he will come on booking slot time.

                                At the evening, I called him 10 times, but his phone was switched off . Such a irresponsible people, I was totally frustrated by calling him multiple times.

                                  It's very annoying and to write about the concern which I have.

                                  I have taken new mi smart led TV 43 inch and got the delivery on 12tg July from that day I am trying to get the installation request.

                                  But unfortunately as the process is mentioned through that the OTP is not generated so I called your customer care number and I spoke to Ms. Shurbi and she has given me the assurance that on 16th July 2018 the service engineer will come to install the TV...

                                  But it's so unprofessional that I haven't got any call from your team or the engineers that what time they are coming still as per your process I have given the slot between 3 pm to 6 pm but no use...

                                  Today again I called at 5 pm around to your customer care executive and spoke to some lady and she is saying that engineer is already assigned for my job his name is Mr. Mahesh shinde and he will come he might come late which is very sad and pathetic after hearing that statement.

                                  It's 7 pm sharp your engineer is vanished...

                                  I think it was my wrong decision to go with your company...

                                  You can check my track record in my family I have your 11 mi smart phones but very thing is gone on toss.

                                  I am worried the kind of response I am getting till now after the sales.

                                  I don't know what will happen in future in case of service.

                                  I am sure this email might not be carry any vittal for you'll but I am sure today you'll have lost 1 mi fan of yours.

                                    and after some time I Cancelled my order.
                                    In MI Website it is showing the amount is refended, but i didnot recieved the amount nor the email I got from the MI, regarding the cancellation of my ordered phone.

                                      Subject in details : Refusal to entertain faulty charger problem and faulty USB cable of the charger within the warranty period with service description as “ out of warranty “ and damage of above mentioned part by end user ( Priya Sharma) by MI service Centre (Infotel Services . New Alipore, Kolkata, West Bengal ) (Service Record Copy Attached)

                                      I would like to raise a complaint against MI mobile phone products and its service center . I had purchased Redmi Y1 (3/32, IMEI : [protected] ; [protected]) on 23.02.2018 from Vasudha Mobile, Shibrampur, Kolkata – 700061 (Bill Copy Attached) . On or about 07.07.2018 I started facing the above mentioned ( in subject line ) problem and I decided to visit MI service center at Infotel Services . New Alipore, Kolkata, West Bengal on 14.07.2018 where I was told that above mentioned problem was devised and made up by my faulty way o[censored]sing the phone and the charger . I would like to bring it to your notice that this is a false charge made by MI service Center ( Infotel Services . New Alipore, Kolkata, West Bengal ) to not entertain me in the period of warranty .
                                      The behavior of the service personnel in particular Miss Soma Pal was very rude and not upto the mark . They took my USB cable of my charger to some room where I was not able to see what they were doing with the same . There fore I urge proper authorities to look into the matter at the earliest as my mobile phone’s warranty period is about to end in a month’s time .
                                      I would like to bring it to your notice that the quality of MI phone is really below the mark as it has no been able to withstand normal mobile phone usage and I am being penalized for no fault of mine .

                                      NOTE : Please look into my grievance with utmost urgency .

                                        My phone (mi note 3) gets blast when i place it on charging .

                                        My phne have 73% charge but i place it on charging when the phone is reaches 84%, gets very hot and produce pleasent smelly smoke and gets blast the screen of the phone gets crash and all parts and spare are burned. charging cable is not working i think this is also harmed.
                                        So please register this complaint
