I had submitted my device Mi Mix 2 on 23rd june 2018, the day when i had submitted the device it was in a working condition only display was faded due to water damage.
I am sure my mother board was not damaged and was in full working condition. Borivali Service center sent my device late to bengaluru due to which my device might have caught rusting.
As soon as i received it back i tried to switch on my device its still working and only display is coming out to be faded.
That was the actual issue when i submitted to the Borivali service center, I switched my device off as soon as the water spilled on it, and withing half n hour i submitted it to the service center every thing was perfectly fine.
It was very disappointing when they told me that device could not be opened there and has to be sent to Bangluru service center, i requested them to send it as soon as possible to avoid rusting of the device. The day when i submitted my device was Saturday and they informed me that sir you will receive a call back from Bangluru team on Monday for further status, On monday i waited i didn't receive any call back from Bangluru team.
I thought may b they might need some time i waited again on Tuesday and as same as yesterday i didn't got a call back, On Wednesday when i went to service center asking about my device they said they have't send the device yet to bangluru and they will send it by today i.e. on Wednesday. Now you tell me for this many days it way lying around in Borivali & it took more than 1 week to reach my device to bangluru. Even after getting frustrated about not receiving any call from your team i called them back on Next Monday i.e. after 1 week asking about my device status they are asking me that sir i received a call from bangluru team in morning and they need your account password, So how the hell i am going to come to know that they are awaiting for my password. It was your responsibility to call me back instead i have to call back and ask.
Apart from this when i submitted my device on the first day all my Data was inside it and i also requested them that make sure that they should not loose the data.
As i got my device back it was factory formatted, who gave them the permission to format my device ??
I have lost my very important documents which was inside my Device who is responsible for that ? and who is responsible to send my device late due to which my device is now rustable.
Also i have called 6 - 7 time to your customer service center reporting the same issue and every time they have disconnected my call, and even after informing that DO NOT DISCONNECT MY CALL.
I have recording with me where your employee says that he is transferring my call to senior executive as soon as he does there in no one on the other end and it keeps on ringing for 25 minutes or more and then there is an IVR asking me to give ratings of the call & call gets disconnected.
I also want to raise a serious complain against Borivali service center female employee i don't know her name but when i am talking to her in a polite manner she is trying to do selective listening and working on other work, This disrespect to me has made me very Angry and i wont give up till i get satisfied solution for my device just to show her how far i can go.
All i have to say is i am not a fool here who will tolerate such loss, I hope MI Comes with a better solution or i might have to find a different approach to get it resolved.
