Here I would like to express my concern regarding my Mi4i phone which I was using for last 2 and half years. I am really a big fan of Mi products and always recommend to my friends and family to buy Mi mobile and other Mi products. All the members are using Mi and Redmi mobiles in my family. But unfortunately now I have frozen my mind due to the unexpected death of my mobile due to your authorized trusted software updating.
Two weeks ago, I updated my mobile with its latest software updating. After update device did not boot up. It is stuck on Mi Logo screen. I went to the authorized service centre of Mi to solve the issue, but they have informed me as there is an issue with the motherboard and it will take around 8000 rupees to replace the motherboard as it’s not coming the parts of this Mi4i frequently due to the older model.
I really surprised by hearing that the parts are unavailable for the old Mi4i mobile which is reaching only near 3 years of my purchase.
I didn’t keep or sync my contacts, our lovely family photos and some important documents to anywhere and I came to know that I lost all my sweet memories. I am frustrated and feeling cheated. If the mobile has stuck due to my carelessness like fall down or drop into water, I will never get this much sad. But this is absolutely due to your trusted softer updating.
So I would be very happy and appreciate you if you could provide me any coupon or discount to purchase a new Mi or Redmi mobile from your site in order to compensate my loss. It would be very grateful if you could arrange an alternate for the same.
