I bought a 55inch xiomi television set from their store at kurla pheonix mall.
After delivery called the installation number as directed by the store people.
I took leave from work on the scheduled installation day and they did not arrive .
I called up the customer care number at 11.50am to complain that no one arrived on their 9- 12 slot .She argued and did not register any complain till 12.
Despite all this my brand new tv still lies in the middle of my room inside the box.i cannot even open it or install it myself as the warranty will expire .
What a way to suffocate your customers!!

    Hi team,
    I have Xiaomi redmi note 4 device with me bought in april 2017.
    Yesterday I went to mi service center located in Indiranagar banglore. and had my touchscreen replaced because it was broken because of a minor accident 2 months back.

    Now while your people were replacing screen they asked me sir your charging port is damaged it needs to be changed it will charge only 200 Rs extra I said OK. even if my charging port was working perfectly fine
    No issues till here after replacing screen and charging port they gave me delivery and I checked main parts like camera fingerprint sensor etc it was working fine I left the premises after paying the bill.

    After coming home while using I came to know that my volume down key is not working. so today I went to service center again to check whose fault is this.
    They said Sir volume down key needs to be replaced again 600 Rs which includes 413 Rs labour charge
    Whyyyy??? why you didnt tell me while repairing the screen, anyway its your fault and they are not giving me proper reasons.
    They showed me after-repair diagnostic test and said it was damaged before repair.
    Do I look like fool?
    It was working perfectly fine before I gave it to them.

    Please contact Indiranagar (100 ft road) service center and help me get my volume down key working.
    I am ready to pay the actual electronic part charges (even if it was not my fault) but I will not pay labour charge again, why didnt you tell me at the time of repairing the screen.
    This is pure loot of a customer just to show more orders.
    Waiting for positive response or else I need to go to social media to get this fraud to public.

      Due to malfunctioning of Proximity sensor not able to see or make conference call, reject call or receive a call.
      Screen goes blank (Black out).
      No function can make the handset OK till opposite side caller disconnect the call and there after Delay in resume.
      Poor show of handset.
      Customer service is not good.
      Video is attached
      Handset is just 15 days old and required to be replaced.

        I have one Xiaomi Mobile Note 4. I already done insurance from xiaomi invoice no is [protected]. But yesterday my mobile charging part was dipped in water and after that i got problem in charging. When i visit your service center. He totally denied to repair my mobile under warranty even my insurance from xiaomi was also punched for all type of damages. Kindly suggest and reply as soon as possible. Its tottaly worthless for me . If i paid the insurance amount than why not customer care repaired my mobile free of cost.

          When it comes to your cellphone its amazing because of its features, quality and pricing but your service is pathetic, My cell screen broke so i got it changed after few days then i started having problem with display the very next day so i went to your service center so that it can be corrected and now they said its your motherboard display.. so i got it checked again they said its motherboard issue only upon asking whats the issue he said its display connector issue, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know " I GOT THE SCREEN CHANGED AND NOW I AM HAVING ISSUE WITH CONNECTOR"... and the worst part you all didnt even put the seal sticker so that you can claim its been tampered . NICE going

            I purchased Xiaomi note 5 pro on 20 June 2018
            It is having some defects since purchase date such as
            *(A) Overheating while charging and using (reaches till 46°c while charging although the mobile data, WiFi, GPS and all the background process are off )

            *(B) Battery draining out very quickly
            (When handset is idle at night at 12.30 am and battery is 70% charged it lows down to 15% in morning at 6.10 am although the mobile data, WiFi, GPS and all the background process are off )
            Also visited service center twice with these problems but they are unable to solve the problems
            1st they informed that it is a battery defect and
            It is been solved bt I was facing same problems from the very next day
            Again,
            2nd time they stated that it will be solved after software update bt again no issues were fixed

            So, Kindly suggest me an appropriate solution else i request to replace this device ...

              I have purchased redmi 5A from flipkart and now I have placed an order of smartphone Redmi 5A on 10th July and delivery was expected on 19th July but today suddenly my order has been cancelled and not form my end. When I called flipkart customer care service they gave me the reason that product could not be delivered on that pincode. So why the hell it was shown that delivery is available at 400612.
              And now when the phone would be arrived on 19th, now they are saying I will get refund after 25 july. I want the phone not the money.
              I want the phone to delivered.

                Mi is very reputed company .why it is giving their mistore plateform to fraud company like one assist.people think it is ur company like mobile and trust.but when there is issue of claim they try the best to harress customer.every mobile company issues in warranty are solved very easily.but after paying extra money to insurance company like one assist they only and only haress .even if they fulfill claim procedure is so tedious and haressing that most people feel cheated.its 100 percent better to pay at customer care when damage occur than being felt cheated by one assist.my name is umesh vaishnav, i brought redmi 4 from mi store.considering mi protect ur product trusting mi i purchased insurance .but i am not being claimed on frevolous issue.i dont have any option left to file complaint against u and one assist because its malpractice by both o[censored]

                      We brought redmi 5 note one month before from MI showroom at pollachi Palakad road. They said replacement assurance for 1month. Now the phone is not working. We can't even switch it on. While going back to them, they saying as 1week. Can't get my data back. As a customer, spending extra money to buy a phone in showroom, instead of online market, very much disappointed on MI brand. Shame on you.

                        In the recent 4pm sale on mi.com i tried for the 55 inch tv. It got added to my cart but went out of stock while i initiated to process the payment. that too in 10-20 sec. i contacted the customer service for the same and theirreply was that people must have paid earlier than me or my connection might be slow . I am using a fibre optic broadband with high speed. moreover it is not possible for anybody even if they are using automated scripts to pay in flat 10-20 secs. coz otp and other gateway processing also takes time on a average maybe around 1.5mins to 2 min. out of curosity tried on all days for the sale and same thing happened(this time nothing got added to cart).sale was over in flat 2-3 sec. which according to MI is icluding the time it took to pay as it is first come first serve. i only had heard MI doing fake Sales but now i am sure they do that and i want the company to know people are not fools. i want this to be rectified.

                        note : i had put all my details beforehand including saved debit card for faster checkout.I have the screenshots of my conversation with customer care

                          I had purchase the Mi5 (IMEI no. [protected], invoice attached) phone from Flipkart on 25/10/2016 and it was working perfectly until 02/05/2018 and suddenly stopped.

                          I had visited the Mi Service center in Mumbai (invoice attached) on 03/05/2018 and submitted the phone for checking. I was informed that the mother board of phone is defective and will cost whopping Rs. 12920/-

                          The cost of phone was Rs. 15856/- and repair cost is almost same and many Mi phones comes under this price category. Is this justified?

                          My phone worked only for 18 months and Mi wants me to spend 13K to repair my phone when I can get a alternate phone in same price.

                          kindly assist me or I will issue court order against such harassment to consumer.

                            Dear Sir/ Madam

                            I have purchased Redmi 5 from amazon.com (Dharshita Ashiyana Pvt Ltd as Seller) on 19 June 2018.

                            It was working perfectly fine, suddenly on 4 July 2018 we couldn't call or receive any phones on that number. It was found that during it shows RADIO OFF and notice to make aeroplane mode off.
                            We have checked and called Customer care as well to inform the issue. Did everything they told us to do, but it never become normal.
                            On 8th July 2018 we took phone to MI Service Center, Sohna Road, Gurgaon and still it is not alright.

                            We will like to have its replacement or refund for selling such understandard product and harming the communication with the near and dear ones as SIM card was changed to match redmi requirement.

                            I have purchased Redmi 5 from amazon.com on 19-June-2018.

                            On 4-July-2018 it started having issue of not coming out from Aeroplane mode because of which no calls can be received or make.

                            Called Service Centre online on 5-July-2018, informed to do some procedures, including Factory Reset. Did all but problem persisted.

                            It has been given to Service Centre for repair on 9 July 2018 and till date it is pending from Service Centre. They are unable to diagnose and also not informing of any alternative for that.

                            Such a new phone has been sold with such bad quality is not the expectation from Branded Company.

                            Requested to place repair/ replace or Refund within known and reasonable time period.

                              Is this email id(service.[protected]@xiaomi.com) is a valid email id for Mi India? I have sent a request 3 times to you and didn't get any response. So I should understand that Mi India is providing a such a poor customer service, right? Or whether I send any request to any Mi global customer contacts? Or I think it's time to quit from Mi Family by suggesting the same for all of my Mi loving friends and family, right?

                              Here I would like to express my concern regarding my Mi4i phone which I was using for last 2 and half years. I am really a big fan of Mi products and always recommend to my friends and family to buy Mi mobile and other Mi products. All the members are using Mi and Redmi mobiles in my family. But unfortunately now I have frozen my mind due to the unexpected death of my mobile due to your authorized trusted software updating.

                              Two weeks ago, I updated my mobile with its latest software updating. After update device did not boot up. It is stuck on Mi Logo screen. I went to the authorized service centre of Mi to solve the issue, but they have informed me as there is an issue with the motherboard and it will take around 8000 rupees to replace the motherboard as it’s not coming the parts of this Mi4i frequently due to the older model.

                              I really surprised by hearing that the parts are unavailable for the old Mi4i mobile which is reaching only near 3 years of my purchase.

                              I didn’t keep or sync my contacts, our lovely family photos and some important documents to anywhere and I came to know that I lost all my sweet memories. I am frustrated and feeling cheated. If the mobile has stuck due to my carelessness like fall down or drop into water, I will never get this much sad. But this is absolutely due to your trusted softer updating.

                              So I would be very happy and appreciate you if you could provide me any coupon or discount to purchase a new Mi or Redmi mobile from your site in order to compensate my loss. It would be very grateful if you could arrange an alternate for the same.

                              Look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

                                I Had ordered TV On 3rd July But only to deliver TV from Internal Mumbai they took 7 Days. & While I schedule Engineer for Installation no one visited for last 2 days ( Yesterday & Today) Since Yesterday I called them only one response wait for 24 Hrs. When I am asking for engineer details they are responding that they dont have any details of engineer & Agency ( Nor address, Nor contact No. ) From last 2 days only once response i have raised ticket but i cannot check the ticket update. Nor there is any update is ticket logged section of Mi. This proves they are interested in Tv Installation. Nor they are transferring call to any serial person

                                  I have been waiting for last 30 minutes before 4rs sale starts.Its about to finish the time before I can see any buy now options its shows sale over in 1/1000 second.how is this possible?Is you making us fool by doing this. If we can't see any buy option what is the meaning of this type of sale. Atleast its stay 1minute from start. Thats not fair. Either you are making us fool or this is a fake sale. Im a Mi user since 2014. Take a look what am I try to say. Thank you

                                    Hi,

                                    I have given my MIAI for service as it was having some software issues like
                                    1. wiki was not connecting properly.
                                    2. Profile modes were changed automatically by it self.
                                    3. Battery charge gets reduced abruptly.
                                    4. Network coverage was not correct
                                    etc.

                                    These all were small issues that I was having in my phone as per software part, so I decided to try the MIAI service center because my phone is under company insurance till july 2018 end.
                                    But when I got the call from service center they told me that the phone has critical issues like.
                                    1. Phone was dropped in water (never happened).
                                    2. Mother board needs to be changed.
                                    3. they are costing me rs.9000/- for all this.

                                    I told them it can not be true I was facing little problems so I gave it to make the corrections, but they told me some thing unexpected in return that the issues are caused by me (on time of handing over the phone it was fine and working ok ok)
                                    but after I got form service center it is such a bad condition.

                                    it is a very unprofessional behavior, I am very disappointed and not able to understand weather the service centers are for the customers benefits or for luting (causing the customer with worst case)

                                    I need my complained to be set on high priority and please make my case to be judged fairly with truthful judgement.

                                    I believed in MI and I do not wish to withdraw its name from my good book,

                                    please do the correct things I expect a mail or by any other medium the response from MI for this case.

                                        Xiaomi India — delay in installation of mi tv. order no.[protected]

                                        I hv purchased mi 32 inch tv in dated 3.7.18 thru mi stores online. I received the tv also neatly
                                        packed on 06.07.18. As per xiomi india they will send their representive or tie up visit schedule as per
                                        coustomer convinience with in 48 hrs of delivery. The pack has to opened in front of their
                                        person else guarentee will not stand.in my case visit scheduled on 07.07.18 which did not happen i did not receive
                                        any call from mi india or their representive. What was reason i do not know. I was talking and mailing to
                                        their coustomer care every day. As per their communication visit rescheduled
                                        on 08.7.18, 09.07.18, 10.07.18 AND 11.07.18 which also did
                                        not happen and same thing no call, no servise. Since then i am calling and mailing daily but i am not
                                        gettiing prper schedule only getting fake commitments, apology, with shortly and earliset assurances.
                                        But nothing is moving ahead. Today almost ONE weeks are passed and i do not know when it will happen.
                                        Please let me know what to do. I will have to try the installation of my own where i loose the guarentee in case
                                        of any issue with the piece. My money is blocked.
