I go to mi service center on Sunday.. i dont Rember that it is sunday today.. when i go to the service center head... then he rudely said today is sunday you have a mind or not.. even he abused me also... so please change that it was really ridiculous way of talking to the customers... please see on this issue. there are too many other complaints also in Amroha mi service center

    Hello Sir/Ma'am
    My redmi note 4, 32 gb is continuously flashing "Error in application" message. When i checked i found out it was "SIM tool kit" error.
    I am unable to find SIM tool kit settings in my phone. I tried to reboot my phone, update software and re-insert the sim card. But nothing worked. Currently i have inserted only 1 sim car and 1 micro sd card in the card slots.
    I have attached a screenshot of the error message which displays in my phone. Please tell me how to fix this problem as soon as possible.

        Phone is stuck in headphone mode. Audio can't be heard after unplugging the headphone and during calls also.My phone 'MI Note 4' is within the warranty period but at the Xiaomi service center (Near Maruti Puram, Faizabad Road, Lucknow), they are saying if you pay Rs. 3362 for replacing the display screen where there is just a little crack on the top right corner then only they will replace the motherboard in warranty else they are saying that they will charge 75% of the cost even if the phone is under warranty.
        When the customer has made the payment and it's their free will what part they want to get replaced and what not then what gives the right to the service center employee to charge money for parts even during warranty period and who are they to prescribe terms and conditions for which no documentary evidence is available. Where is it mentioned that they will tell you what part you should replace and if you pay for one thing then only other part would be replaced in warranty ?
        What type of customer service is it where they are trying to extract money as much as possible without helping the customer in genuine issues and then what's the need of warranty ?

          I have purchased a redmi note 5 pro on 04 may 2018 and I am deeply disapponted with the device. Th

          On[protected] I had faced a power on fault and I took it to the nearby MI authorised service centre and even though they was able to fix the device within 2 hours I lost all my data stored in the memory.
          Now today(06-July 2018) I am facing the same problem again. Within one week I am forced to take the device to the service centre for the second time.

          Since the device costs almost 15000 rupees I expected some more quality for the product. Since this is the second time within one week I feel like I have a right for the replacement of the product.

            This is regarding service request of Redmi 5A.

            I visited redmi service center at Trident Complex Vadodara on date 5 July 2018 because my mobile battery was distended/Swollen but after checking service center refusing to exchange the battery and saying that can not be cover under warranty due to several reasons like water damage, over charging and all.

            I bought my mobile just 6 month back and phone is under warranty right now.

            looking forward for your support at earliest.

            My request is just to replace new battery in replacement.

              I bought am mi handset (redmi note 5 pro 4gb 64 GB rose gold)on[protected] from Mi home, R.G CELLULARS PVT, shop no#10, groun floor, Avani Riverside Mall, howrah, k Kolkata, W.B 71102, and within a few days problem with the font camera started.the pH camera was not working when I was calling a video.then I am contacting the mi customer care, I was then out of west Bengal for my work.they checked me some hardware processes and then when my problem was not solved, then they asked me to contact the any mi service centre.Then I went to first time service centre...(Priyanksha communication, 121, b.c road, khosbagan, burdwan, west Bengal, 713103, service centre code XMIN1952)(JOB sheet no WXIN[protected]on[protected] they flashing a software and my font camera problem is solved. But when l came home, I Shaw a red red picture in my camera while flashing in the dark, even the eyes are red. Then I again contact the mi customer care, so when my problem is not solved after they have done me same processes again, they ask me to contact the service centre again.l go back to the same servicing centre and I say my problem .They tell me that your flash light is working more, for that you have to change the main board(job sheet number -WXIN[protected], for which they kept my phone for four days.But after four days I saw my phone come for the service centre ., but same problem has remained.I told them to solicit my problem, but they said that such a red picture would be, because it is reflecting the flash light and your phone does not have any red-eye options, you use third-party application...etc etc...and thus conveying the opposite when I do not want to obey their conveying, then they misbehave with me.
              Then I again contacted mi customer care representative, when he talks with me and with the services centre and can not solicit any problem, then he asked me a complaint against this service centre, I done this(complain number WOIN[protected]and he told me to go new service centre.The people of the new service centre said yes you have problems.A after two days, let us go to our servicing centre, because our experts in these matter he is not today.Tow days later I went back to the new service centre and they told me, that we can not take your phone for servicing, because job sheet has been created twice in a month.Then I again contacted the Mi customer care executive who talked with me and new service centre but could not solve my problem, then a customer care manager named santosh asked me to wait 24 hours.

              I have not had any solution yet and day after day I am going to be a harassment.i have a complaint on Mi customer care on 25.06.2018, and 04.07.2018 solution team was called just twice this morning but I couldn't receive the phone and an email comes to me that your complaint is closed.But I did not know sir, don't provide a solution why did you close my complaint?

              I want you to call me again and give me a solution of my problem.
              I'm repeatedly holding harassment, 50 km away from the service centre, from my home, sir I want to solve my problem .
              I have been telling your customer care and you from the beginning that this phone should replace this phone with a defective phone or plz give it a permanent solution.i have to go service centre repeatedly 6 or 7 times and I am going to be harassment by the service centre .I am not getting any permanent solution from the service centre.

              Plz sir give me a permanent solution...
              Buying my phone for few days a month, within one month my phone has been repeatedly creating a problem and going to the service centre and they also can not provide any solution, so plz either Replace my phone or solicit my problem.

                I have ordered Mi A1 golden colour mobile from flipkart having invoice No. FABA6D[protected] at date 03/01/2018.
                This mobile have hanging and auto reboot issue under regarding that i submitted my mobile in survice centre at date 11/06/2018 having jobsheet number" wxin[protected] " but eventhough i was suffering with same issue so i again visited service centre at 20/06/2018 and given complaint regarding issue having coplanint No."woin[protected] " After this i received their vacant team and they told issue is totally solved. But after usng 2-3 days i came to know issue was not solved so contacted to the regarding replacement of this mobile for that new complaint is ragistered with complaint No. woin[protected] at date 30/07/2018 eventhough they are not able to solved the issue and not replacement to my mobile and this procedure is going on from 11/6/18 to 04/07/18 so i need replacement of mobile as soon as possible

                I purchased a Redmi 5A phone on 11/04/208. After 2 month using my phone sunddenly it is not showing signal of both SIM. I went to MI service centre at hyderabad register compalian though mob no [protected] but they are denied to repair in warranty period asking me to pay for repair. The phone is not damage from outside and not any sign of damge.

                  My money for Rs. 15999, got deducted while i was placing order for mi max 2 but the order was not placed due to their server issue. Then i contacted the customer service and they told be that the money will be returned back to my account within 7-8 days and in the meantime i can place the order again. I again placed the order and again the money was deducted, but this time the order was placed. But in regards to the first deduction there was no refund of my money amounted for Rs. 15999. Now they are not at all returning my money back even after i provided them all the proofs of my bank account. PLEASE HELP. ITS A HUGE AMOUNT FOR ME. PLEASE PLEASE HELP.

                    Subject: Service within Warranty period

                    I purchased Mobile Redmi Note4 32GB IMEI No.[protected], Invoice No. FABA[protected] on date[protected] in the name Pradeep Kumar Joshi through Flipkart.
                    But within less than 9months of purchase, on[protected], the mobile screen has gone blank.
                    I approached MI service centre - I Care Services, UG-4, 5 Westend Mall, Janak Puri, New Delhi-110058. Ms Pooja, who attended to me, got the mobile opened at the backend room. She claimed some part inside in the motherboard is broken and now the mobile warranty is not applicable. I told her, that they have only opened the mobile for the first time and it is within warranty period.

                    Then I called up their call centre and spoke to Ms Monika and Mr Ram Singh at Mi Call centre and lodged the complaint no. WOIN[protected] dated[protected], who advised me to deposit the mobile at the service centre and it will be repaired without any charge.

                    I have written emails to the MD Xiaomi India but no reply and have been requesting the call centre, have called them so many times to look into the matter and have my Mobile repaired without any charges, as it's within warranty period and the service centre has only opened it for the first time.

                    Now, it has been 2 weeks, MI has not taken the complaint seriously and the service centre is insisting on a payment of Rs. 5300/-.

                    MI is refusing to honour the warranty, despite any physical damage to the mobile from our side.

                      I have ordered an redmi note 5 through mi app on july 10th 2018 and i have pre booked the order. It was in an exchange program in which i have booked the order. The order was a pre-payment order and i have paid it through my rbl bank credit card. At the time of delivery of the product, my mobile was damaged and the e-kart executive has rejected the product. He said that the refund would be directly credited to the bank account. The product was ejected on 11th june 2018. The customer care executive said that i would receive the refund within 8-10 working days, now it is more than 3 weeks that the product was rejected and i have ot yet received the refund. I have emailed them with all the possible documents like the screenshot showing when the product was rejected and there is absolutely no response from them. The email id that was registered xiaomi is raghu. [protected]@gmail.com and my mobile number registered is [protected]. The mi account number is [protected]. They was no response even though i have called them on atleast 11 occassions.

                        I ordered a redmi note 5 pro on 20 june 2018 (Order id : [protected]), when i received it i found it faulty. Immediately i contacted the mi customer care.
                        When i requested to replace the faulty piece, with a new piece, this is the copy pasted line that they put in every mail
                        "we would like to inform you that your issue has been escalated to the relevant team so we would like to request to you kindly wait for some more time we will get back to you as soon as possible"

                        Now they have even stop responding to my mails & phone calls.
                        This is an ethical behavior my mi india, wherein they have first given me a faulty product, and now instead of replacing it with a new piece, they have even stopped responding to my mails & phone calls.

                        Pls get this issue resolved and stop harassing your customers.

                        I suggested to others buyers dont buy any product from mi india. Very bad cutomer service. After more than 10 days i dont get replacement.

The physical volume keys are not working after 15 days of buying,,, i have visited kakinada and visakhapatnam for servicing but no use.. And again i went to kakinada for servicing on 27/6/18 and my mobile has handovered in service centre. One weekcomplet, still the problem not rectified.. Now what i will do.. Iam suffuring from this problem from 15th day of buing... Plz rectify this one or replace the new mobile to me otherwise im going to complaint on mi..

                            2. After a few days, the handset started showing various problems and the set had to deposited several times at the service centre situated at s. C sen road, purulia, wb (Contact - arindam [protected]).
                            3. Detail information:-
                            Date service order problem
                            04.04.2018 wxin[protected] no sound during whatsap calling
                            09.04.2018 wxin[protected] one way videocall of whatsapp & face book ; not heard from other end
                            10.05.2018 wxin[protected] no network
                            25.06 2018 deposited at the same service centre : problem is abnormal overheating of the set which is not sensing any call. (Copy attached)

                            4. Seeking replacement :- replacement of the handset is demanded at an early date as it has been giving trouble & disturbances in a regular way and causing deep inconvenience to me.

                              Few months back i got stuck with my mi account locked. I went to service centre for assistance as my phone got out of warranty so they charged 700 rupees as service that was ok with me but as i got my phone in hands within 2-3 hours i realised its sensors aren't functioning as before. I went back to them and what they did was soo frustrating, they told its motherboard is bit damaged to fix this you need to be a whole amount if 7k rupees. 😣😤

                                I have placed order mi tv led 43". I received tv next day the same day 30 june 2018 installation guy came installed when i check the label on the tv it says the type is lcd. The say its led. Date says[protected]. Technician team says return if not happy. It's about the false advertisement to fools customers. I request to mi to justify and add in advertisement tv is lcd panel.

                                Flipkart and installing and demo team is really pathetic they don't know anything even if they know they are not answering. The technician confirmed he removes stickers from but he never saw its written led or led.

                                  I brought an mi note 5 mobile one month ago. It was working good for 2 days and started app crash. Any app that i open will be suddenly stopped and i gave it to mi store to get it repaired. But even after i got my mobile back from the service i am suffering from the same problem. I am getting irritated using it. I even have the bill and warranty provided.

                                    I have bought power bank 20000 mah on 15/6/18 from shree prayag telecom. Sec 16 rohini. They have shown me product with dust on it as fresh they told me this is fresh.. Also when i seen the pack at home the seal was broken earlier before selling because there was so much dust on it and product also having scratches n dent when i opened it.. When i went back to them they refused to change it n told me that seal of the box is not important... Seal is on power bank lights... Now product is not replaced and dealer is acting smart as he has not given me the used product.

                                      i am using this new purchased phone from last 10days. facing lot of issues.
                                      today i raised all concern to MI customer care team . But i have not received at any feedback, si i have raised concen on mail

                                      Newly purchased phone having lot is issues. few e.g are mentioned below
                                      1 Automatic rebooting many times.
                                      2 power button takes time to restart the phone
                                      3 Phone is hanging frequency is very high.

                                      kind request to replace my phone ASAP, which is problem free.

                                        I bought a mi tv 55 inches form mi.com.
                                        Raised a installation request for 26th of june 6 to 8 pm slot in hyderabad.
                                        Even after 5 days we do not get any response from installation team.
                                        I have been following up with mi support team. But they give same reason every day and say that i will be getting a callback in 24hrs (Which i never get).

                                        Very pathetic situation from mi. I have been fond of mi phones. But did not expect this kind o[censored]nresponsiveness from mi team.

                                        I recommend all of you not to buy mi tv. They are just make fools out of people.

                                        Have a special Mention of their Customer Support personnel Mr Kiran who cut the support chat rudely without answering my questions.

                                        If anyone of you by chance bump into this guy called Kiran... Please try out your luck as he is not going to listen to you and cut your call abruptly.
