Dear Sir/ Madam

I have purchased Redmi 5 from amazon.com (Dharshita Ashiyana Pvt Ltd as Seller) on 19 June 2018.

It was working perfectly fine, suddenly on 4 July 2018 we couldn't call or receive any phones on that number. It was found that during it shows RADIO OFF and notice to make aeroplane mode off.
We have checked and called Customer care as well to inform the issue. Did everything they told us to do, but it never become normal.
On 8th July 2018 we took phone to MI Service Center, Sohna Road, Gurgaon and still it is not alright.

We will like to have its replacement or refund for selling such understandard product and harming the communication with the near and dear ones as SIM card was changed to match redmi requirement.

I have purchased Redmi 5 from amazon.com on 19-June-2018.

On 4-July-2018 it started having issue of not coming out from Aeroplane mode because of which no calls can be received or make.

Called Service Centre online on 5-July-2018, informed to do some procedures, including Factory Reset. Did all but problem persisted.

It has been given to Service Centre for repair on 9 July 2018 and till date it is pending from Service Centre. They are unable to diagnose and also not informing of any alternative for that.

Such a new phone has been sold with such bad quality is not the expectation from Branded Company.

Requested to place repair/ replace or Refund within known and reasonable time period.

    Hi,

    Is this email id(service.[protected]@xiaomi.com) is a valid email id for Mi India? I have sent a request 3 times to you and didn't get any response. So I should understand that Mi India is providing a such a poor customer service, right? Or whether I send any request to any Mi global customer contacts? Or I think it's time to quit from Mi Family by suggesting the same for all of my Mi loving friends and family, right?

    Here I would like to express my concern regarding my Mi4i phone which I was using for last 2 and half years. I am really a big fan of Mi products and always recommend to my friends and family to buy Mi mobile and other Mi products. All the members are using Mi and Redmi mobiles in my family. But unfortunately now I have frozen my mind due to the unexpected death of my mobile due to your authorized trusted software updating.

    Two weeks ago, I updated my mobile with its latest software updating. After update device did not boot up. It is stuck on Mi Logo screen. I went to the authorized service centre of Mi to solve the issue, but they have informed me as there is an issue with the motherboard and it will take around 8000 rupees to replace the motherboard as it’s not coming the parts of this Mi4i frequently due to the older model.

    I really surprised by hearing that the parts are unavailable for the old Mi4i mobile which is reaching only near 3 years of my purchase.

    I didn’t keep or sync my contacts, our lovely family photos and some important documents to anywhere and I came to know that I lost all my sweet memories. I am frustrated and feeling cheated. If the mobile has stuck due to my carelessness like fall down or drop into water, I will never get this much sad. But this is absolutely due to your trusted softer updating.

    So I would be very happy and appreciate you if you could provide me any coupon or discount to purchase a new Mi or Redmi mobile from your site in order to compensate my loss. It would be very grateful if you could arrange an alternate for the same.

    Look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

      I Had ordered TV On 3rd July But only to deliver TV from Internal Mumbai they took 7 Days. & While I schedule Engineer for Installation no one visited for last 2 days ( Yesterday & Today) Since Yesterday I called them only one response wait for 24 Hrs. When I am asking for engineer details they are responding that they dont have any details of engineer & Agency ( Nor address, Nor contact No. ) From last 2 days only once response i have raised ticket but i cannot check the ticket update. Nor there is any update is ticket logged section of Mi. This proves they are interested in Tv Installation. Nor they are transferring call to any serial person

        I have been waiting for last 30 minutes before 4rs sale starts.Its about to finish the time before I can see any buy now options its shows sale over in 1/1000 second.how is this possible?Is you making us fool by doing this. If we can't see any buy option what is the meaning of this type of sale. Atleast its stay 1minute from start. Thats not fair. Either you are making us fool or this is a fake sale. Im a Mi user since 2014. Take a look what am I try to say. Thank you

          Hi,

          I have given my MIAI for service as it was having some software issues like
          1. wiki was not connecting properly.
          2. Profile modes were changed automatically by it self.
          3. Battery charge gets reduced abruptly.
          4. Network coverage was not correct
          etc.

          These all were small issues that I was having in my phone as per software part, so I decided to try the MIAI service center because my phone is under company insurance till july 2018 end.
          But when I got the call from service center they told me that the phone has critical issues like.
          1. Phone was dropped in water (never happened).
          2. Mother board needs to be changed.
          3. they are costing me rs.9000/- for all this.

          I told them it can not be true I was facing little problems so I gave it to make the corrections, but they told me some thing unexpected in return that the issues are caused by me (on time of handing over the phone it was fine and working ok ok)
          but after I got form service center it is such a bad condition.

          it is a very unprofessional behavior, I am very disappointed and not able to understand weather the service centers are for the customers benefits or for luting (causing the customer with worst case)

          I need my complained to be set on high priority and please make my case to be judged fairly with truthful judgement.

          I believed in MI and I do not wish to withdraw its name from my good book,

          please do the correct things I expect a mail or by any other medium the response from MI for this case.

              Xiaomi India — delay in installation of mi tv. order no.[protected]

              I hv purchased mi 32 inch tv in dated 3.7.18 thru mi stores online. I received the tv also neatly
              packed on 06.07.18. As per xiomi india they will send their representive or tie up visit schedule as per
              coustomer convinience with in 48 hrs of delivery. The pack has to opened in front of their
              person else guarentee will not stand.in my case visit scheduled on 07.07.18 which did not happen i did not receive
              any call from mi india or their representive. What was reason i do not know. I was talking and mailing to
              their coustomer care every day. As per their communication visit rescheduled
              on 08.7.18, 09.07.18, 10.07.18 AND 11.07.18 which also did
              not happen and same thing no call, no servise. Since then i am calling and mailing daily but i am not
              gettiing prper schedule only getting fake commitments, apology, with shortly and earliset assurances.
              But nothing is moving ahead. Today almost ONE weeks are passed and i do not know when it will happen.
              Please let me know what to do. I will have to try the installation of my own where i loose the guarentee in case
              of any issue with the piece. My money is blocked.

                Yesterday my mobile was on charging and after sometime it will switched off and when my open my mob. It will not switched on easily after sometime it will on and mobile will be format automatically and also mobile data, WiFi, and GPS turned on by default while when I plug mob. On charging that time everything is off... Tell me plz how can it possible?

                  I had recently purchased Redmi note 5 pro on 13th June and paid the money by debit card but unexpectedly my order got cancelled and I had not received my refund yet. .it's been 25 days I had not got my refund.plz refund ASAP. (Order ID: [protected]).
                  I am waiting for many days and it's been an month how long will it take to do my refund. I every time call customer care they tell me that I will be done by 2 to 4 days. This means that they are lying to us . Is it fair?

Unhone kaha mem aap 5000 thousands RS. Submit kra dijiye aapko new piece mil jaye GA .. Maine paise tabhi jama Kara diye the.. Unhone kaha 2 din m phone mil jaye GA. But aap 15 days ho gaya h mujhe phone ni Mila h. M thank gai hu cll kr kr k mi center walo ko... Customer care walo ko .. But koi response ni Mila h. Please solve my pblm and I want to be my phone very soon

                      So on 6th july 2018 i ordered a redmi note 5 pro with an exchange coupon on my old redmi 3s and this is how it all went

                      (order #[protected])(delivered bu ekart)
                      on 8th July 2018 the delivery boy came and asked me what the problem was with the device. i assume that he was thinking that i have applied for a refund or replacement which clearly was not the case.

                      so i told him that i am exchanging this device to get discount on the new one then he began examining the device. he checked the imei number which was fine but he upon seeing some minor scratches on the screen he called his senior or friend.. denied take it saying that he can't take the risk by accepting it... now scratches are a weathering thing and i dont think anyone will exchange their brand new device

                      also it is clearly mentioned in the terms and conditions that the screen should not have cracks/damage/dents(photos attested) which was clearly not the case with my device

                      i talked to the senior to know the actual reason of denial and he also told me that they can't take any risks.. even the delivery guy confessed that he is new and he can't afford to pay 13k in case my device doesn't gets approved

                      but this seemed their main priority to be on a safe side

                      he at the end offered me a helpline number which was of flipkart and told me to discuss the issue there and they will tell me but i ordered the phone on mi.com

                      now my issue here is that the delivery boy was very much an untrained person who didn't knew i was exchanging the phone and where did the order came from(he said flipkart) also he denied a perfectly fine device(photos attested) with only barely visible scratches

                      i am very much frustrated right now due to the fact that i had removed all my personal data beforehand from my primary device and i would request xiaomi to redeliver the product asap also check the device for themselves i am attesting some photos encircling the scratches they highlighted for denial of the order

                        I go to mi service center on Sunday.. i dont Rember that it is sunday today.. when i go to the service center head... then he rudely said today is sunday you have a mind or not.. even he abused me also... so please change that it was really ridiculous way of talking to the customers... please see on this issue. there are too many other complaints also in Amroha mi service center

                          Hello Sir/Ma'am
                          My redmi note 4, 32 gb is continuously flashing "Error in application" message. When i checked i found out it was "SIM tool kit" error.
                          I am unable to find SIM tool kit settings in my phone. I tried to reboot my phone, update software and re-insert the sim card. But nothing worked. Currently i have inserted only 1 sim car and 1 micro sd card in the card slots.
                          I have attached a screenshot of the error message which displays in my phone. Please tell me how to fix this problem as soon as possible.

                              Phone is stuck in headphone mode. Audio can't be heard after unplugging the headphone and during calls also.My phone 'MI Note 4' is within the warranty period but at the Xiaomi service center (Near Maruti Puram, Faizabad Road, Lucknow), they are saying if you pay Rs. 3362 for replacing the display screen where there is just a little crack on the top right corner then only they will replace the motherboard in warranty else they are saying that they will charge 75% of the cost even if the phone is under warranty.
                              When the customer has made the payment and it's their free will what part they want to get replaced and what not then what gives the right to the service center employee to charge money for parts even during warranty period and who are they to prescribe terms and conditions for which no documentary evidence is available. Where is it mentioned that they will tell you what part you should replace and if you pay for one thing then only other part would be replaced in warranty ?
                              What type of customer service is it where they are trying to extract money as much as possible without helping the customer in genuine issues and then what's the need of warranty ?

                                I have purchased a redmi note 5 pro on 04 may 2018 and I am deeply disapponted with the device. Th

                                On[protected] I had faced a power on fault and I took it to the nearby MI authorised service centre and even though they was able to fix the device within 2 hours I lost all my data stored in the memory.
                                Now today(06-July 2018) I am facing the same problem again. Within one week I am forced to take the device to the service centre for the second time.

                                Since the device costs almost 15000 rupees I expected some more quality for the product. Since this is the second time within one week I feel like I have a right for the replacement of the product.

                                  I visited redmi service center at Trident Complex Vadodara on date 5 July 2018 because my mobile battery was distended/Swollen but after checking service center refusing to exchange the battery and saying that can not be cover under warranty due to several reasons like water damage, over charging and all.

                                  I bought my mobile just 6 month back and phone is under warranty right now.

                                  looking forward for your support at earliest.

                                  My request is just to replace new battery in replacement.

                                    I bought am mi handset (redmi note 5 pro 4gb 64 GB rose gold)on[protected] from Mi home, R.G CELLULARS PVT, shop no#10, groun floor, Avani Riverside Mall, howrah, k Kolkata, W.B 71102, and within a few days problem with the font camera started.the pH camera was not working when I was calling a video.then I am contacting the mi customer care, I was then out of west Bengal for my work.they checked me some hardware processes and then when my problem was not solved, then they asked me to contact the any mi service centre.Then I went to first time service centre...(Priyanksha communication, 121, b.c road, khosbagan, burdwan, west Bengal, 713103, service centre code XMIN1952)(JOB sheet no WXIN[protected]on[protected] they flashing a software and my font camera problem is solved. But when l came home, I Shaw a red red picture in my camera while flashing in the dark, even the eyes are red. Then I again contact the mi customer care, so when my problem is not solved after they have done me same processes again, they ask me to contact the service centre again.l go back to the same servicing centre and I say my problem .They tell me that your flash light is working more, for that you have to change the main board(job sheet number -WXIN[protected], for which they kept my phone for four days.But after four days I saw my phone come for the service centre ., but same problem has remained.I told them to solicit my problem, but they said that such a red picture would be, because it is reflecting the flash light and your phone does not have any red-eye options, you use third-party application...etc etc...and thus conveying the opposite when I do not want to obey their conveying, then they misbehave with me.
                                    Then I again contacted mi customer care representative, when he talks with me and with the services centre and can not solicit any problem, then he asked me a complaint against this service centre, I done this(complain number WOIN[protected]and he told me to go new service centre.The people of the new service centre said yes you have problems.A after two days, let us go to our servicing centre, because our experts in these matter he is not today.Tow days later I went back to the new service centre and they told me, that we can not take your phone for servicing, because job sheet has been created twice in a month.Then I again contacted the Mi customer care executive who talked with me and new service centre but could not solve my problem, then a customer care manager named santosh asked me to wait 24 hours.

                                    I have not had any solution yet and day after day I am going to be a harassment.i have a complaint on Mi customer care on 25.06.2018, and 04.07.2018 solution team was called just twice this morning but I couldn't receive the phone and an email comes to me that your complaint is closed.But I did not know sir, don't provide a solution why did you close my complaint?

                                    I want you to call me again and give me a solution of my problem.
                                    I'm repeatedly holding harassment, 50 km away from the service centre, from my home, sir I want to solve my problem .
                                    I have been telling your customer care and you from the beginning that this phone should replace this phone with a defective phone or plz give it a permanent solution.i have to go service centre repeatedly 6 or 7 times and I am going to be harassment by the service centre .I am not getting any permanent solution from the service centre.

                                      I have ordered Mi A1 golden colour mobile from flipkart having invoice No. FABA6D[protected] at date 03/01/2018.
                                      This mobile have hanging and auto reboot issue under regarding that i submitted my mobile in survice centre at date 11/06/2018 having jobsheet number" wxin[protected] " but eventhough i was suffering with same issue so i again visited service centre at 20/06/2018 and given complaint regarding issue having coplanint No."woin[protected] " After this i received their vacant team and they told issue is totally solved. But after usng 2-3 days i came to know issue was not solved so contacted to the regarding replacement of this mobile for that new complaint is ragistered with complaint No. woin[protected] at date 30/07/2018 eventhough they are not able to solved the issue and not replacement to my mobile and this procedure is going on from 11/6/18 to 04/07/18 so i need replacement of mobile as soon as possible

                                      I purchased a Redmi 5A phone on 11/04/208. After 2 month using my phone sunddenly it is not showing signal of both SIM. I went to MI service centre at hyderabad register compalian though mob no [protected] but they are denied to repair in warranty period asking me to pay for repair. The phone is not damage from outside and not any sign of damge.

                                        My money for Rs. 15999, got deducted while i was placing order for mi max 2 but the order was not placed due to their server issue. Then i contacted the customer service and they told be that the money will be returned back to my account within 7-8 days and in the meantime i can place the order again. I again placed the order and again the money was deducted, but this time the order was placed. But in regards to the first deduction there was no refund of my money amounted for Rs. 15999. Now they are not at all returning my money back even after i provided them all the proofs of my bank account. PLEASE HELP. ITS A HUGE AMOUNT FOR ME. PLEASE PLEASE HELP.

My screen broke 4 days ago, I went to service centre and they denied me repair of my screen.
