I bought am mi handset (redmi note 5 pro 4gb 64 GB rose gold)on[protected] from Mi home, R.G CELLULARS PVT, shop no#10, groun floor, Avani Riverside Mall, howrah, k Kolkata, W.B 71102, and within a few days problem with the font camera started.the pH camera was not working when I was calling a video.then I am contacting the mi customer care, I was then out of west Bengal for my work.they checked me some hardware processes and then when my problem was not solved, then they asked me to contact the any mi service centre.Then I went to first time service centre...(Priyanksha communication, 121, b.c road, khosbagan, burdwan, west Bengal, 713103, service centre code XMIN1952)(JOB sheet no WXIN[protected]on[protected] they flashing a software and my font camera problem is solved. But when l came home, I Shaw a red red picture in my camera while flashing in the dark, even the eyes are red. Then I again contact the mi customer care, so when my problem is not solved after they have done me same processes again, they ask me to contact the service centre again.l go back to the same servicing centre and I say my problem .They tell me that your flash light is working more, for that you have to change the main board(job sheet number -WXIN[protected], for which they kept my phone for four days.But after four days I saw my phone come for the service centre ., but same problem has remained.I told them to solicit my problem, but they said that such a red picture would be, because it is reflecting the flash light and your phone does not have any red-eye options, you use third-party application...etc etc...and thus conveying the opposite when I do not want to obey their conveying, then they misbehave with me.
Then I again contacted mi customer care representative, when he talks with me and with the services centre and can not solicit any problem, then he asked me a complaint against this service centre, I done this(complain number WOIN[protected]and he told me to go new service centre.The people of the new service centre said yes you have problems.A after two days, let us go to our servicing centre, because our experts in these matter he is not today.Tow days later I went back to the new service centre and they told me, that we can not take your phone for servicing, because job sheet has been created twice in a month.Then I again contacted the Mi customer care executive who talked with me and new service centre but could not solve my problem, then a customer care manager named santosh asked me to wait 24 hours.
I have not had any solution yet and day after day I am going to be a harassment.i have a complaint on Mi customer care on 25.06.2018, and 04.07.2018 solution team was called just twice this morning but I couldn't receive the phone and an email comes to me that your complaint is closed.But I did not know sir, don't provide a solution why did you close my complaint?
I want you to call me again and give me a solution of my problem.
I'm repeatedly holding harassment, 50 km away from the service centre, from my home, sir I want to solve my problem .
I have been telling your customer care and you from the beginning that this phone should replace this phone with a defective phone or plz give it a permanent solution.i have to go service centre repeatedly 6 or 7 times and I am going to be harassment by the service centre .I am not getting any permanent solution from the service centre.
Plz sir give me a permanent solution...
Buying my phone for few days a month, within one month my phone has been repeatedly creating a problem and going to the service centre and they also can not provide any solution, so plz either Replace my phone or solicit my problem.
