I brought an mi note 5 mobile one month ago. It was working good for 2 days and started app crash. Any app that i open will be suddenly stopped and i gave it to mi store to get it repaired. But even after i got my mobile back from the service i am suffering from the same problem. I am getting irritated using it. I even have the bill and warranty provided....

I have bought power bank 20000 mah on 15/6/18 from shree prayag telecom. Sec 16 rohini. They have shown me product with dust on it as fresh they told me this is fresh.. Also when i seen the pack at home the seal was broken earlier before selling because there was so much dust on it and product also having scratches n dent when i opened it.. When i went back to them they refused to change it n told me that seal of the box is not important......

I bought a MI Note 5 Pro on 6thJune form mi.com.

Raised a installation request for 26th of june 6 to 8 pm slot in hyderabad.
Even after 5 days we do not get any response from installation team.
I have been following up with mi support team. But they give same reason every day and say that i will be getting a callback in 24hrs (Which i never get).

My redmi note 3 not start up. If chager plug in red light blink. I reach imphal sevice center, they said it require mother board replacement. After some time they call me and return me my mobile. Start up is ok but speaker not working. I complain about not working speaker. They told it required replace a new one charge rs 1000 above.
My complaint is why speaker should replace? It work properly before....

Mix 2 purchased in february 2018 now screen not working, i went to goregaon service centre, they said me water content inside we couldn't repair, we send to gujrat they would call you and you will be pay cost of repairing, without open mobile not any iinvestigation they decided you are folty nd guilty, i say all totally fraud company don't buy any products this cheap company.....

The handset was dead on last day of warranty in evening after the service center was closed. Contact was made to the customer care but denied to register complaint. Kindly register the complaint and provide the solution as it will be chargablle from tomorrow onwards.

I have purchase xiaomi mi5 model x000tqn1db imei no. [protected] on the date 30, /05/2018 from amazon online store. After using 2 month screen display issue occured n this device therefore we have show the device service center (Globle service center rajapeth amravati) tecncian without dignose device and demand charge of display while my device is in warrenty period they refuse to accept device the device is not physical or liquid damage...

Yesterday i did format my phone and all the settings are in factory setting mode... After that when i am making video call using any app (Whatsapp, duo) and keep my phone in landscape mode... Other person see my inverted video.

I hv purchased mi 43 inch tv in flash sell dated 15.6.18 thru mi stores online. I received the tv also neatly packed on 18.06.18. As per xiomi india they will send their representative or tie up visit schedule as per customer convenience with in 48 hrs of delivery. I purchased MI note 4 as on a particular date. After some months while using phone suddenly phone itself switched off. I went to service centre for the same. They took the phone and checked. They informed us that the phone has suffered from liquid damage but originally it was not. The phone was IN warrenty and they were charging Rs.3609 for the same. We complained for the same in Consumer Forum as they were charging costs unconditonally....
