Hello this is swedha, reporter from news today, chennai. I have ordered redmi 5a today which was a pre order and i paid for the product through debit card. First it said the transaction failed so tried for the second time and it was successfully transferred the second time. When i fortunately checked the balance i came to know that it has been transacted two times which means you have deducted rs 13, 998 for one product, i received mail which says that i have paid for only 6, 999.. Please see what's wrong and refund the extra rs 6, 999 you've transferred.

    Today i'm visiting mi center for my mi max. I facing the problem of my phone camera for that today i visit the care they take a hour and told me that need to change the camera, i asked them if what happen my if camera not work after change then they say that we will find the main problem. Means camera not working that does not mean you change my phone camera at least try to find the main problem. Care center kancharapara west bengal.
    The volume key stops working suddenly.
    It works again after the device is restarted.

    It happens after some time o[censored]sage, every day.

    I also tried fixing this by resetting the device but nothing happened.

    It is very annoying.
    Every time I need to use the volume key I am required to reboot the device
    My y2 is not delivering
    I was facing the problem related to charging, my phone did not charge for long 2 days, hence I have to go the Mi service centre located in chinsurah, Hooghly, since I have no choice left, first they told me that there is some issues with the adapter and they suggest me to buy a new one so I bought from the centre along the set that comes with the adapter and the data cable which cost the 600.after returning home I put my charger into my phone and I phone stop charging again.. I have no Interest to visit there again cause in an local service centre I got to know that my adapter is completely OK and issues is with the battery itself, and I replaced the battery with a new one, and now my phone is working fine. Now my question is is this is the way to treat yours customers? I would like to give them 0 rating.. Poor service, poor customer service..

      Hi Team,

      I am using your Redmi note 4 since 9 months recently I had a very bad experience with your customer service as I was facing some software issue with my handset so I called your customer care number and the executive told me this is a software issue you need to go to service centre for that when I went my near by service centre ( Maahir Enterprises Shop No-F/Wz-261
      Main Najafgarh Road, Near Metro Piilar
      No-669 Uttam Nagar, Delhi 110059) they check my phone and said this is a liquid damage we need to change mother board & as it is a liquid damage so we consider it out of warranty you have pay amount then only we update software. I said all hardware is working fine then why I will pay this amount. This is software issue you just update the software it will be fine. They said no we have to change your mother board first then only repair it. They are just trying to fool me but I deny for that then I went to near by phone repairing shop person told me this is a software issue only you have to pay 200 only and it will be fine.So I gave 200 to that and my phone is working fine. NOW MY CONCERN IS WHY SERVICE CENTRE EMPLOYEES FOOLING PEOPLE.

      SUCH A PHATHATIC SERVICE YOU'RE GIVING.

      I paid 200 rupees for my inwaranty mobile phone because of service centre employees were trying to fool me.

      I want my serious action against them.

        I have purchased red mi note 4 through amazon last year
        It was working good, but on tuesday morning i found its screen damaged without any reason

        I went on service centre and they said that its screen and touch both will be changed which will cost 3400 rs.

        The phone has not completed only one year and having big problem and huge expenses

        I request you to see this matter and revert

            Orderno [protected] i had ordered mi note 5 pro and i had made an online payment but since the ordered got cancelled i dont see any refund initiated until now. If I have given the money I should know what all process is going on but i have no communication since 8th june regarding the refund and inhave been calling customer care they tell me to just wait or they have some technical issue not able to fetch anything or on mails they say that it hasnt reach our warehouse where in the mi app it shows clearly its in their warehouse since 16th june 2018! I have been getting mails that the phone has been shipped to you tell us your feedback!! I mean when i dont have the phone why are they sending messages like this and customer care executive keep hanging the calls Thisis so unprofessional.I have seen other online sites making us aware of every single process.You get exact information through their apps, mails and messages and the refund procedure is so smooth. But I have no idea where is the phone or when will my money be refunded. I have no clue.

              Order ID:[protected] . On receipt of the package i reported that the product was not there in the box, your customer care on the same day asked my to send all the pics of the box and raised a complian. After repeted follow up from my side, your team after 8 days reverting me that the package was intact at the time of delivery. Hence, the complain is closed, . Further, they advised me to speak with the delivery agent. However, I am not able to contact that agent. Further, I asked your people to give me in writing stating that the modile was delivered to me on so on date. I specifially told do not write that the package was delivered. I have not ordered any package, i had ordered a mobile phone which i have not receved.

              I have been sending email and call to you people but everytime I am getting same response from your side.

              Kindly, guide me and do the needful.

                By keeping flash sales and not making phones available to common people who take out time from busy schedules, redmi hitting axe on owns foot. U r irritating and depressing on duty people by flash sales and non availability.. People want to buy things for happiness not to get the mood off by flash sale.in the end we r ready to pay money and we are not buying it for free.. Many people want to buy redmi phones but flash sale is disappointing people and can lead to decrease in popularity of redmi

                  Greetings to all of you at Xiaomi, I bought a Xiaomi phone with someone in Togo when i returned from to my country Nigeria i wanted to login with my MI account but this is difficult as i don't have access to the old account and the phone has been locked.                   My mobile is facing problem of charging and there is no voice incoming and out going. When i visited the service centre (Rj chowk delhi-bmpc) on 19.06.2018 at 13:15 pm. They asked me to pay rs.350 in respect service charge. I told them that my set is in warranty period (Dop: 28.12.2017) but they refused me to solve the problem and charged rs.118 (100+18gst) to return me the set. Mr. Pardeep kumar is visiting my case and the service center phoen number is[protected]. Please see the matter and do the needful to resolve my problem and take necessary action against the center/service provider. Thanks

                    I updated my redmi 4a mobile with the latest miui update recieved on my phone.But post update my phone which never had a screen lock was locked automatically by a screen lock .so i am unable to use the mobile and when reached the customer care they want me to reset the phone to unlock the phone.I lose all my data for which i dont even have a backup.The question is why shall i lose all my data for a problem or error from their side.I contacted all the possibata on the mobile including photos, videos, music, documents etc...
                    please do help me in any way possible

                    i contacted all the ways to the customer care and they want me to do a factory reset and lose all the data.i have very important data on my mobile including photos, videos, documents, music files, etc...
                    Moreover when I asked for the email of nodal officer they say me that don't have a nodal officer and write as my problem has been solved.

                      I purchased mi y1 on 29 may 2018 that was band automatically and it was heating also to much. I aslo fill complaint on mi customer care but there is not proper solution provided. I am so sad and so upsate for that product. Amount of phone is 8999 we are middle class people how can i buy new phone daily we contribute rupe to buy phone and mi give us that kind of service i can't belive. I want repacement or otherwise i want my money back. As soon as possible
                      Plz solve my issue as early as. Possible

                        I ordered mi note 5 with exchange but delivery boy denied to take the exchange phone saying screen have a scratch. Phone was returning to the warehouse.
                        Customer care agent says when the phone reaches warehouse refund is processed. Returning service is started on june 7 and on 16th june i recieved a mail that phone was delivered to you successfully.
                        They cheated me.

                          I bought mi note 5 pro in first sale.
                          But the problem is my handset is not getting the miui 9.5 update.
                          Yesterday moui 10 beta version was announced for mi note 5 pro, so should i wait for a year or more for this update?
                          Even tough mi 5 phone have got such updates.
                          Did i made a wrong choice of brand for mobile phone. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
                          Its getting worse as lower range and software phones r getting such updates and not my phone.

                          Hello xiaomi.I purchased yesterday xiaomi 5a mobile in gooty(515401)Mi dealrs.the actual rate of mi 5a is 6000.but hear they sales to 6500.i asked him why like thi.he don't reply.bill gives with my name and imei number with carbon paper doplicate print.he remove corben paper and write amount as 6500.please take action about this type of robberys.

                            Sir,

                            I have purchased mobile phone : model xiomi redmi 4 3gb + 32gb
                            From naman agency, ahmedabad on 3rd april, 2018 by paying cash payment of rs.8500.

                            Within 7-8 days from the date of purchase, problem started in phone like : hanging, heating problem, charging so late, fm radio not proper work.

                            I have immediately contact naman agency from which i have purchased mobile phone. They told that, phone is new so let you check for few days and if any problem remains continue, let us inform us.

                            Again, with same problems mentioned above, i contact naman agency on 3rd may, 2018.
                            They advise to contact service centre available at ambawadi area, ahmedabad : iris spectra pvt. Ltd.
                            We show room are not able to give you any kind of service. We are only selling the mobile phone, it is not our responsibility to give any kind of service. Please contact service centre.

                            As per above advise, i personally visit above service centre on 4th may, 2018 at 10.15 a. M. The service centre was open but the computer and program was not started so i was advised to seat for few times or come later on. Then, i have visit the same service centre on the same day at 12: 15:00 p. M.
                            The staff of the service centre has taken up matter and give service record and take away mobile with them for repair. I seat in the service centre up to 1.30 p. M. Then they told to come afte 4 p. M. Due to lunch break and repair work may take time for formatting the mobile etc.

                            I have given my complain and went to home. Again come at 4 p. M. The phone was ready for delivery and i take phone with service record.

                            Again, after one week, same problems arises as mentioned above. I have made phone call on[protected] and explain complain on phone. They told to visit again for repair of the mobile phone. I had visited again the service centre on 12/05/2018 and sear for about 90 minutes. Again my phone made formatting and repair and given back with promise that now no problem will arise. I have requested repeatedly service centre to exchange the phone since it is defective piece given to me and therefore, problem remain continue but they have not accepted my request. I came back to home with repai phone.

                            Now, same problem arises again since 14th june, 2018 and to solve the problem, i again visit service centre on 15th june, 2018 but service centre was closed due to some other reason. Without any reason, my phone become very hot, fm radio not working properly and battery problem remain continue.

                            By this email, i humble request to exchange my phone immediately or refund me payments of rs.8500.

                            It is not my duty to visit again service centre to repair my defective phone.

                            I am awaiting positive reply from you.

                            Sir, I have received mobile phone from phone number : [protected] representative of red mi phone customer care executive. He told me that company is ready to repay refund of Rs.8500 in full but he demanded my debit card or credit card number which I have not given. I request him to refund me directly in my bank account or through shope M/s. Naman Agency from which I have purchased mobile. I humble request to give me full refund through shop M/s. Naman Agency.

                              Complaint regarding non-replacement of charging unit and the mi 2-in-1 usb cable under warranty.

                              I purchased the handset with imei 1 : [protected] vide bill dated si/5511 dated 15.02.2018 from m/s mahalakshmi collections 2017-18 #125/31, 11th main road, 33rd cross, 4th block, jayanagar, bangalore - 560 -011.

                              The handset stopped working on 13.06.2018. The charger was not charging. Waiting for a day, i took the handset and the charger usb for your authorised service agency - vivid tecxhnologies @ jayadeva flyover, btm layout, bangalore on 14.06.2018.

                              I was informed that the charging unit inside is rusted due to water. Usb cable is defective. And replacement of both would not be covered under warranty. But your warranty policy indicates warranty of handset for one year and miscellaneous items like charging cable usb etc for 6 months.

                              Inview of my urgency, i got tyhem re;laced at a cost and informed them that i would be complining about this.

                              I reques that rs. 1, 157.86 charged to me for replacement of charging unit inside (Rs. 857.86) and the 2-in-1 usb cable (Rs. 300) may please be reimbursed to me either by you or by the service centre for wrongful charging for items under warranty.

                              I have the necessary documents - 1. Bill for purchase of handset, 2. Your company policy regarding handsets and miscellaneous items, 3. Bills for replacement of charging unit and 2-in 1 usb. I note to send the copies if need be.

                              Please note that if the request is not considered favourably, i may approach consumer forum and mrtpc for redressal.

                                Dear sir,
                                I ordered a redmi 5a phone from redmi store on 7th june. But due to wrong delivery address i had to cancel the product. Then i contact to redmi customer care and they said that you will get your refund within in 5 to 7 days. But i didn't get it till now. I again call in customer care service then they increase the time of refund. They are not giving the proper solution i. E when i will get my payment back.

                                  When i play video songs or films whether online or offline video lags. For this concern i already visit service centre for three times but no problem was solved. They only change mobile software one time and second time they replace cable which connects main board with sub board. I was unhappy with redmi y1. This phone is defective. Services given by xiaomi service centre was very bad. They donot hear my complaint.

                                    I am currently in miui 9.5.11 and i was expecting an update which you promised to release on late may, but as of now no update is there, then you changed the date to early june and today mid june has been strted and there is no update still. I am having a lot problems regarding performance, camera and charging of my hanset and i can only look on you to give me an update with all problems resolved, not been able to use this device as my daily handset because there are a lot of problems. But you guys are just making fools to your customer doing nothing just making false promises. I dnt want miui 10 give me an fair useful update with give good performance and justify my purchase

                                      I have receive my tv screen broken. I raised the complaint woin[protected]. I didn't receive any call /sms/email from them. When i contact customer support they don't have any answer regarding the status. The only answer i got is "please be patience". Every day they are telling backend team will call me in 24 hours. But they never called me to update the status.
                                      I don't have option also to track the status. There is no escalation matrix for mi.
