I bought mi note 5 pro in first sale.
But the problem is my handset is not getting the miui 9.5 update.
Yesterday moui 10 beta version was announced for mi note 5 pro, so should i wait for a year or more for this update?
Even tough mi 5 phone have got such updates.
Did i made a wrong choice of brand for mobile phone. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Its getting worse as lower range and software phones r getting such updates and not my phone.
Hello xiaomi.I purchased yesterday xiaomi 5a mobile in gooty(515401)Mi dealrs.the actual rate of mi 5a is 6000.but hear they sales to 6500.i asked him why like thi.he don't reply.bill gives with my name and imei number with carbon paper doplicate print.he remove corben paper and write amount as 6500.please take action about this type of robberys.

    Sir,

    I have purchased mobile phone : model xiomi redmi 4 3gb + 32gb
    From naman agency, ahmedabad on 3rd april, 2018 by paying cash payment of rs.8500.

    Within 7-8 days from the date of purchase, problem started in phone like : hanging, heating problem, charging so late, fm radio not proper work.

    I have immediately contact naman agency from which i have purchased mobile phone. They told that, phone is new so let you check for few days and if any problem remains continue, let us inform us.

    Again, with same problems mentioned above, i contact naman agency on 3rd may, 2018.
    They advise to contact service centre available at ambawadi area, ahmedabad : iris spectra pvt. Ltd.
    We show room are not able to give you any kind of service. We are only selling the mobile phone, it is not our responsibility to give any kind of service. Please contact service centre.

    As per above advise, i personally visit above service centre on 4th may, 2018 at 10.15 a. M. The service centre was open but the computer and program was not started so i was advised to seat for few times or come later on. Then, i have visit the same service centre on the same day at 12: 15:00 p. M.
    The staff of the service centre has taken up matter and give service record and take away mobile with them for repair. I seat in the service centre up to 1.30 p. M. Then they told to come afte 4 p. M. Due to lunch break and repair work may take time for formatting the mobile etc.

    I have given my complain and went to home. Again come at 4 p. M. The phone was ready for delivery and i take phone with service record.

    Again, after one week, same problems arises as mentioned above. I have made phone call on[protected] and explain complain on phone. They told to visit again for repair of the mobile phone. I had visited again the service centre on 12/05/2018 and sear for about 90 minutes. Again my phone made formatting and repair and given back with promise that now no problem will arise. I have requested repeatedly service centre to exchange the phone since it is defective piece given to me and therefore, problem remain continue but they have not accepted my request. I came back to home with repai phone.

    Now, same problem arises again since 14th june, 2018 and to solve the problem, i again visit service centre on 15th june, 2018 but service centre was closed due to some other reason. Without any reason, my phone become very hot, fm radio not working properly and battery problem remain continue.

    By this email, i humble request to exchange my phone immediately or refund me payments of rs.8500.

    It is not my duty to visit again service centre to repair my defective phone.

    I am awaiting positive reply from you.

    Sir, I have received mobile phone from phone number : [protected] representative of red mi phone customer care executive. He told me that company is ready to repay refund of Rs.8500 in full but he demanded my debit card or credit card number which I have not given. I request him to refund me directly in my bank account or through shope M/s. Naman Agency from which I have purchased mobile. I humble request to give me full refund through shop M/s. Naman Agency.

      Complaint regarding non-replacement of charging unit and the mi 2-in-1 usb cable under warranty.

      I purchased the handset with imei 1 : [protected] vide bill dated si/5511 dated 15.02.2018 from m/s mahalakshmi collections 2017-18 #125/31, 11th main road, 33rd cross, 4th block, jayanagar, bangalore - 560 -011.

      The handset stopped working on 13.06.2018. The charger was not charging. Waiting for a day, i took the handset and the charger usb for your authorised service agency - vivid tecxhnologies @ jayadeva flyover, btm layout, bangalore on 14.06.2018.

      I was informed that the charging unit inside is rusted due to water. Usb cable is defective. And replacement of both would not be covered under warranty. But your warranty policy indicates warranty of handset for one year and miscellaneous items like charging cable usb etc for 6 months.

      Inview of my urgency, i got tyhem re;laced at a cost and informed them that i would be complining about this.

      I reques that rs. 1, 157.86 charged to me for replacement of charging unit inside (Rs. 857.86) and the 2-in-1 usb cable (Rs. 300) may please be reimbursed to me either by you or by the service centre for wrongful charging for items under warranty.

      I have the necessary documents - 1. Bill for purchase of handset, 2. Your company policy regarding handsets and miscellaneous items, 3. Bills for replacement of charging unit and 2-in 1 usb. I note to send the copies if need be.

      Please note that if the request is not considered favourably, i may approach consumer forum and mrtpc for redressal.

        I ordered a redmi 5a phone from redmi store on 7th june. But due to wrong delivery address i had to cancel the product. Then i contact to redmi customer care and they said that you will get your refund within in 5 to 7 days. But i didn't get it till now. I again call in customer care service then they increase the time of refund. They are not giving the proper solution i. E when i will get my payment back.

          When i play video songs or films whether online or offline video lags. For this concern i already visit service centre for three times but no problem was solved. They only change mobile software one time and second time they replace cable which connects main board with sub board. I was unhappy with redmi y1. This phone is defective. Services given by xiaomi service centre was very bad. They donot hear my complaint.

            Hello mi india
            I am currently in miui 9.5.11 and i was expecting an update which you promised to release on late may, but as of now no update is there, then you changed the date to early june and today mid june has been strted and there is no update still. I am having a lot problems regarding performance, camera and charging of my hanset and i can only look on you to give me an update with all problems resolved, not been able to use this device as my daily handset because there are a lot of problems. But you guys are just making fools to your customer doing nothing just making false promises. I dnt want miui 10 give me an fair useful update with give good performance and justify my purchase

              I have receive my tv screen broken. I raised the complaint woin[protected]. I didn't receive any call /sms/email from them. When i contact customer support they don't have any answer regarding the status. The only answer i got is "please be patience". Every day they are telling backend team will call me in 24 hours. But they never called me to update the status.
              I don't have option also to track the status. There is no escalation matrix for mi.

                I want ordered note 5 pro mobile through mi store, but during order time pay through tez pay app. I pay amount 14999 after some time ordered is cancelled, due to time out problem still after 15 day i have not received money in my bank account. I contact many time customer care many time they can't call back this regard. My ordered id-[protected]
                I am using mi mix 2, but ringtone volume of my mi mix 2 decreases automatically and
                the proximity sensor does not work properly during calling. What is it's solution ?????

                  Mi is fake. I ordered for Mi Note 5 pro but they delivered me Note 5 instead of that. When I made a complaint they are saying that you received the product in intact condition so it's not their fault they can't pack wrong product. When I called customer care they are saying they don, t have any knowledge regarding that you have to mail us. When I asked to track the phone using IMEI number they said they don't have any record of IMEI number that to whom they sold the phone #fakecompany #mi #xiaomi Xiaomi Xiaomi Mi India Xiaomi India

And speakers are not properly working.Whenever I call some one audio of incoming call is very loud as if loud speaker is on . This is quite frustrating . immediately solve my problem

                    Even they going to change my mobile touch panel becose theirs touch have minor problem
                    Ok i said at least they release a report or received copy for my future
                    I have bought this phone two days back . whenever I went to setting and want to update it it just flash one msg i.e (getting info) nothing else and it doesn't update so kindly resolve this problem

                      And now mobile slim sot not working i was go to your authorized service center gtb nagar.
                      They told me that your mobile has a water in motherboard and that is not under warranty you may pay around 9000.
                      This is totally lie how to identify you water in mobile kindly replace your phone other wise i will go to the consumer court and file a case against you.
                      You have very poor and pathetic services why i am pay 9000 for 2 months old phone who is in warranty my mobile not deep in water if sweat is problem then why you manufacturing this type of product.

                        On may 7, 2018, i called my phone. On 7th june, i called the company to know about her. She told the officer that you will get your phone till 2 pm but you did not get it. After a day or so when i phoned again, i was disappointed again after getting the same answer. It has been happening for 3 days today but they have not got any price. So you will take appropriate action.

                          I hv purchased mi 43 inch tv in flash sell dated 1.6.18 thru mi stores online. I received the tv also neatly packed on 6.6.18. As per xiomi india they will send their representive or tie up visit schedule as per coustomer convinience with in 48 hrs of delivery. The pack has to opened in front of their person else guarentee will not stand.in my case visit scheduled on 08.6.18 which did not happen i did not receive any call frommi india or their representive. What was reason i do not know. I was talking and mailing to their coustomer care every day. As per their communication visit rescheduled on 9.6.18 which also did not happen and same thing no call, no servise. Since then i am calling and mailing daily but i am not gettiing prper schedule only getting fake commitments, apology, with shortly and earliset assurances. But nothing is moving ahead. Today almost two weeks are passed and i do not know when it will happen. Please let me know what to do. I will have to try the installation of my own where i loose the guarentee in case of any issue with the piece. My money is blocked.

                            I buy mi led from mi. Home on line produt delevied in 2 days but the insllation is not done and it is almost 9 days now. I m continuosly complaining for this but got no revert. They only file complian against technition but not able to resolve my issue properly. Plz see the matter and revert to me hoping for good results from your side.
                            They also not showed my review about the product as i give then 1 star for their services which is also a wrong thing.
                            Sir, my phone battery has blossomed, which I can see today. The battery was going down completely since last few days. The backup of two days was ending in half an hour. I buy it online. I am attaching it with purchase date and model no and photo. Please do something very soon. Thank you

                              I've purchased a MI TV 4 on 29th of May from MI India Website in a Flash sale. Received the TV on 31st May through Blue dart courier. Installation was supposed to happen on 1st Jun which didn't happen and I had to call MI Support center for the same. The Installation executive visited my place on 2nd Jun after my complaint and started installing the TV. After everything is fixed, we found a patch on the screen which exactly looks a hardly pressed impression. I've informed the executive about the same and he acknowledged the same and boxed the unit again saying he would inform the MI team about the same. I tried reaching the customer support team for raising the issue, am told that the executive have not closed the case reporting the issue and call them back after some time.

                              Finally after calling them multiple times, they've registered a complaint on 3rd Jun with a complaint numbered WOIN[protected]. Till date i didn't get any update on my replacement though I'm calling them multiple time daily. They are only telling me that backend team will reach you in the afternoon/evening who never reached me and my request moved no where further. They are even not letting me know the SLA for the resolution.

                              Please do the needful to get this resolved at the earliest.
                              Physical key not working after one month From delivery of phone.I am go to service centre then they give me phone when key is working after some times use key is not working.

                                I have Redmi note 4 purchase previous year my product still in warrenty period .My device can't take focus and always show blurry image.I went to Xiaomi service center 3 to 4 times but they can't solve the problem of focuse .Now I send an email too to your Xiaomi email id but no reply was come form that side.I am a college student I have to require to click photos daily but this phone can't support me.I want to replacement from this or get my money back with reasonable compensation for going your service center several times.

                                  Hi sir i am srijan saha. From habra (India). Pin-743263. I purchased a mobile (Redmi y1 lite) that was last 2month (03/04/2018). My phone getting very hot and it's going to bend. To day i went to service center at habra. They said me, there is no rules to fix it in guranty. I think it will be blast in some daye's. What can i do now? I want to replace my mobile or back my mony. If you don't care it, so i will take help social media and news channel.

                                      I'm an mia1 user and bought the device in december. I travel alot due to work and currently i am in vijayawada. Within one week of reaching here, i stopped getting signal in both sim slots.
                                      I tried vodafone, airtel and jio sims. Nothing seems to be showing signal. I don't even get 'emergency call' option.

                                      I took it two mi service centers here, the first claimed that it simply needed a software update. After updating, there was still no signal. I told them to check it again and they told me to take it to another branch.

                                      The second one claimed that my motherboard was bent and needs to be replaced for rs. 7000.
                                      This is not possible since i havent dropped the phone at any time nor is there any external physical damage.

                                      On further research, i believe a problem with imei numbers might be possible.

                                      The two mi service centers i have visited so far are:

                                      1) vijayawada suman telecom, 28-1-38-,
                                      2nd floor above new studentbook center,
                                      Eluru road, vijayawada – 520002

                                      2) vijayawada door no. 71-1-11 / 1,

                                      Kindly tell me what to do further as mi service centers have proven to be untrustworthy. This has been a horrible experience and especially disappointing because i was using mi 4i before and have always believed in xiaomi.

                                      I got a response via mail and was urged to co-ordinate with the Service center again as they are 'professionally qualified'. I took it the 3rd Xiaomi Authorized Service Center in Vijayawada. I made sure to click pictures of the motherboard there and they too assured me there were no issues with it or the sim tray (contrary to what the other center claimed). The software was updated too. They could not find any other issue and replaced the motherboard with new IMEI number and was covered in the warranty. My phone is finally fixed at NO ADDITIONAL COST. Clearly the 'professional' service varies from place to place. Mi India should maintain the same quality as the other major cities. All consumers should be completely wary and get all the facts clearly before trusting any service blindly.

                                        Dear Team,

                                        Please look into matter We have Purchased redmi 5 A Phone on dated 30/05/2018 that time shopkeeper commented if you face any issue within 7 days we will replace phone immediately and now same thing occured so that after use one day we find out voice and battery issue then we visit RedMi ( SURBHI Mobile & Gift Gallery) Pushpa complex, Hisar. they said to us please use two to or three days.

                                        After use six day we visit again at shop they denied for replacement and also misbehaviour with us.

                                        Kindly request to take action against shop keeper we need your support.

                                        Whenever I try to take the pic of a document the camera lens take too much time to get adjusted. And after two or three lose shots, it aperture takes clear pics. How to overcome this issue
