I have buy a mi note 4 by online through flipkart 8 month ago i have in warranty cover. I had a touch pad problem yesterday i had gone mi service center today but they told this touch screen problem not cover in warranty when i told him why it will not repair i have a warrenty period but they donot hear me and misbehave me also they charges 120 rupees for visit to your mi service center they did not repair my phone. So i will go for consumer case against your service center

    I tried placing a pre-sale order for redmi note 5 pro on 25th may.

    I got the product in cart and made a payment of rs 14, 999 via google tez

    Upi transaction id :[protected].
    Mi order id : [protected]

    Attached is a proof for the successful transaction.

    The payment was successful but the order got timed out due to 'payment not done in time'.
    This is an issue when the amount is

    1. Debited from my account (25th may 12:10 p. M.)
    2. Recieved by xiaomi successfully (25th may 12:10 p. M.)
    3. But order isn't placed. (25th may till 1:03 p. M.)
    (Kindly refer below screenshots)

    So i would like a refund of the amount that was payed by me.

      I was purchased a Redmi 4 (3GB/32GB, IMEI1:[protected], IMEI2:[protected])(Mob No:[protected]). In 2018 January the phone show a problem.The problem is call disconnection during the call time and it shows a message "mobile network is not available".Then in the 2018 April 1st week i was consult the Thrissur(Kerala) mi service centre Thrissur mobile care. And they reinstall the software. But the problem is not solved. Then i was consult the thrissur mi service centre then they collect my Phone. After one week they call me to collect the phone. Then i was collect the phone from service centre. But the problem is not solved. And after mother board replacement it shows some additional problem. The phone not produce the sound and it shows head set symbol in full time. And after mother board replacement the phone is not full charged. Then the next day i was visit the service centre then they collect my phone.After 3 hours they give the phone. But the problem is not solved. then i was submit the phone at thrissur mi service center.Then i get back my phone on 21/5/2018 based on my compliant (complaint ID:WOIN[protected].But the initial problem (Call disconnection) is not solved. Then i was visit the Thrissur mi service center on 26/5/2018. then i was submit the phone on there and first they don't give the job sheet then i was asked them i want the job sheet finally they give the job sheet after 30 minutes. And the latest job sheet number is WXIN[protected]. On 27/5/2018 i was checked the service status on mi website. And it show phone is delivered but i can't get back my phone from service center.Then i was call to the customer care then they register a complaint based on my request. And they give the complaint ID (Complaint ID is: WOIN[protected]. And customer executive told me the Mi mechanical team is call me before 28/5/2018 7.00 P.M . But i can't get any call from Mi. I was already visit the service center more than 12 times. But they don't solve my phone problem. In the last one month i don't have any phone.So please take some action

      When I charge mobile with charger, charger is very hot at time.
      Please solve this problem.
      I buy a redmi 5 in april ...the volume bottom is not working.i am very disappointed for your quality

        Dear sir its very bad experience while visiting your jhunjhunu care, i send my attendant to get my mi phone note 4 repaired, but it's very bad that they asked my attantant to bring my adhar card and refused my attantant to provide service, and said that send the owner himself, this is rediculas, will i go to 50km mere for a 11k phone, no service center in india demand i'd then why you, i will never purchase your brand phone and suggest any one in future and go in consumer court for your this service.

          Battery to mi 4w (64 gb) model is not available in any service centre in hyderabad and vijayawada. The service centres informed me that the model was stopped and we are help less. If i used the mobile, the battery wil be blasted. Who will responsible for that. I purchased the said mobile for rs.23999/- in 2015 which is costly. Why company is not supplying battery and suffering custmers. Since one year i am trying to get battery but failed. Selling costly products and not supplying spares/batteries etc is not correct and the company has to respond and take total responsibility in the matter. Hence, the manufacturer should arrange one battery to the said mobile through your centre or directly under advance intimation to my mail id "[protected]@gmail.com". Early action is solicited.

          I bought a mi note5 which is under warranty and one speaker of the phone is not working.

            Since i bought my handset i'm having issue of home button and recent apps button is not working and also the notification panel is not working. Everytime the xiaomi people say visit service center for resolution. I did this 4 times and again the 5th time having same issue. The service given by the service center is disgusting, temporary and unsatisfactory. They keep me waiting for an hour and the result is temporary. I have complained the xiaomi head office by mail and call both. Each time they say ' sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please visit service center for resolution. Wanted my device to be replaced or refund my amount.

            It's only a few months now and got it serviced 4 times. Each tti lose all my important data and have to restore all my apps, confidential documents and all. Hope I will get a resolution here.

            MI Phones are of very inferior quality. Chinese crap 'chale to chand tak nahi to sham tak' I also make a mistake of buying MI phone and within a few days the capacitive touch buttons stopped working and there's lot of jitter in video capture.
            I had bought Redmi note 5 from flipkart.com on 18/04/19. It was working fine but before 10 to 13 days before I noticed that it was bend from left side. Regarding this I went to there service centre but they refused saying that this is not included I warranty. I have posted this on Twitter to there Twitter A/c. But no response. Pls help me out asap

            When I connect it to wifi it stops responding. It restarts itself when playing wifi related multiplayer games.
            How to delete other files in redmi note 4???
            It comes around 4gb...
            Yes such bents happen because MI phone are overclocked out of the box and they heat up a lot. Sadly service center refuses to do anything stating that such defects are not covered under warranty. I will never buy MI phone again and I advice all my friends never to opt for MI Phones.

              One month redmi note 5 pro doesn't work front camera finger print lock and also power button. I allready contact with service centre but they replied me the spare not available. Till am waiting last 7 days. Wht a waist phone it's. I am totally disappointed about it. I thought it was a software problem but when submitted in service centre they told me it is hardware issue. How i am trust this phone

                  I want to inform you that i have purchased redmi y1 on 9th april 2018. I am facing battery draining issue 3rd time. I have visited mi service centre 3 times and the resolution they gave me was just format my phone again and again. But thr issue still persist. Battery is draining completely in 4 hours without internet and i am using my phone in battery saving mode.

                  I did not receive prover solution of my issue.

                  Requesting you to please look into the issue and solve my problem as soon as possible.

                      I am using redmi note 4 that i bought in february 2018. I am facing issues since april, the apps stop working and the message comes that a particular app stopped working and so on. The latest update of mi is not installing on my phone. I have mailed you regarding the same issue before too.
                      I have been submitting my phone redmi note 4 to mi service center in mangalore, mi mobile field, kankanady bypass road.
                      It's been one month now and i am repeatedly facing the same issue. They are not solving the problem saying that they are not getting it so it is fine. I have a video of the issues i am having in my phone instead of which they are refusing to accept it.
                      They told me they sent it to bangalore but not ready to show me the receipt that they actually sent it to bangalore. I have the right to know and it is their duty to show me but still they are not.
                      They don't have any manners how to talk to a customer. More than 10 times i have visited the store in 1 month. They are being rude and talking so arrogantly.
                      Today they said to show them the problem with their sim in my phone and again apps stopped working. I showed them instantly. They said they will talk to ho again.
                      I trust mi so i bought this phone. I am so disappointed with the service. This is the worst experience someone could ever have.
                      If my problem is not resolved, i would directly go to consumer court this time. I have given these service center people so much of time still they haven't resolved the issue and moreover they are being rude to me now.
                      I am really disappointed in the service.

                          I have received a call from mi service center and they have informed me that their is a problem in mother board and it has to be replaced but it is not at all accepted because if the mother board is changed we dont know whether the mother board is original or not if it is original give me a warranty of mother board for the next two years if not so replace my product.

                            I was coming to the kamla nagar delhi service centre at 6:40 pm for which the working hours was shown upto 7:00 pm for servicing my display defective redme5 phone which was bought on april 2018.
                            The service centre gave me laymen excuse that i had come beyond timing. They did not accept my phone for servicing.
                            I am very upset for 2 point that the reputed mi phone is easily defective and secondly the service centre is not giving good service. This type of quality of both product and service will loose the trust on mi xiami product. Thanks.

                              I bought my mobile on april 8th 2018. I faced rear camera problem on may 12th 2018. I approached mi care, which is located in mancherial. They changed the mother board and camera components and returned to me after 12 days. The very next day i faced vibration problem in the device which not their when i approached with camera issue. They solved camera issue and created vibration issue. Now the vibration is so i request the xiaomi team to fix my bug or else i demand to replace my mobile.

                                There are 2 big problems which i am facing on my new redmi note 5 pro, latest updated version.
                                First is - the display which views things, does not view the entire image, or, the display does not capture the full things which are being viewed on screen. I have checked many images and text images and found that there is certain portion of image getting cut from both sides (Left and right).

                                Problem 2- while using youtube, latest updated version, after opening multiple videos on one go, or, after one another, when i press back, the mobile directly takes me to the search result instead of showing me the previously viewed video.

                                  If you want to buy redmi note 5 pro online, you will not be able to purchase it in any condition through any online mode either it is mi app or flipkart. But if you want buy offline, it will be available at every authorized store, only pricing will be extra for ex - rs 16500, rs 16000 minimum for 4gb variant. What does it mean?? What is mi company doing with us..??

                                  This is basically a situation where company is promoting it's product in black market with their authorized vendors and doing fraud with their genuine customers. If anybody can help, please respond to this.

                                    I have purchased mi note 5 pro by paying Rs 13999/- on 04/05/2018 and received the product on 23/05/2018 night, when i opened the packed on 24/05/2018 i found that the packed contained a cheap Chinese made local market mobile of value not more then 1500/-, immediately i taken all available contact mode to mi store to lodge my complaint, since daytime i was attempting to lodge the complaint sometime their server was down sometime the phone executive could not take complaint due to technical glinth/server dawn, anyhow after continues effort, chatting two tImes, calling numerous times to mi store, i was able to lodge the complaint with mi store on 24/05/2018 vide incident ID :- WOIN[protected], , images of the packet, box and the product i received attached herewith
                                    I and my wife have purchased different phones for friends relatives from mi store from her account never faced or experiences such incident from eCommerce site in my life, please go to attachment and find my visiting card, i have lost faith upon mi store, and very aggrieved and disappointed
                                    please investigate thoroughly and replace or refund my amount

                                    please note that it is concerned with my and my Nation security too, as i apprehends that this mobile may be misused or may be used for antisocial or anti Nation purpose, i have found the imei no after downloding my invoice, take immediate step and instruct your authority to block the mobile from usage and block the concerned mobile IMEI/SN:[protected], so that it may not be used in my name, i have lodged a written complaint with the police authority for further action,

                                    I have requested the mi Inida to investigate the matter properly and block the IMEI No IMEI/SN:[protected], of the handset in question, as i apprehends that due to their men, agent, and authrities theft of the handset in question during transit, it may be used for Anti national and asocial purpose, you can not cheat and illegally retain and deprived me of my hard earned money, the case shall be go to the highest level if not taken seriously by mi india and theirauthorities, , and i assured your reader and public at large that I shall not leave in peace unless I recover my hard earn money including compensation, damage for harassment and mental agony caused by them, which will became precedent for all eCommerce company,
                                    This is for your further information i have already lodged a written complaint with the Joint Commissioner Of police (Crime) and Officer In Charge, Karaya Police Station Kolkata, against you, and personally met the police officer, they assured me of through prob, scan copy of my written complaint lodged with the police authorities are enclosed herewith for your and your reader information, I call upon all your reader and you to higlight my matter in all forum and bring into the notice of bonafide customer of mi india, please go to attachment and find therein

                                      My phone just buffed it's just 2 year old... And my display has been cracked.. My display is not fit now.. When i placed it on flat surface and just twist it it starts rotating. Dont know what happend.. It's mi4 3gb ram 32gb internal black.. No problems for display and other things... But am afraid if it burst.. Don't know what to do... Am really suffering.. I was very proud about my phone but now it turned to be a curse

                                        Battery of Redmi Note 4 is not charging when charger is conneted it's connected and disconnected continuously, 3.5 mm jack is not working, software malfunctioning, some time its speaker is not working when we play music from music player at same time microphone is also not working.
                                        Please replace it with a new device other i have to take the help of consumer forum
