Last 15 days my mobile handset has not functioning in dialer i. E. No incoming or outgoing is received? I have purchased redmi note 4 through flipcart on 20.10.2017. I have visited nearest service centre in two times, but of no avail. Hence, i am to request you kindly to take necessary action to set right my mobile set immediately as it is very much essential.

    I have visited mi service center of district srinagar, kashmir for my issue having mic problem and when i told the executive that how much time it will take and the executive replied that it will take 1-2 hours... When my repair order sheet has been created successfully the executive told me that you have to wait for 4 days as they do not have equipment/product available... I told him that i will come after 4 days and the senior executive cancels my sheet and told me not to come before a month as if i came with same problem within a month it will be an issue for them... I told them why should i wait for your faults as you people didn't convey me before about products unavailability... The senior executive replied that company dont have funds to make products available and it is a local company u shouldn't have to buy local product first... I want you to take action against this center and resolve my problem so that i can use my phone
    I ordered red mi note 5 on 25th may.. address is g2 girls hostel, sinhgad college of engineering pune, ambegaon(bk), pune... order no is [protected] and it is in pune but it is misrouted from last 3 days..ekart is not giving good service..anyhow i want it today so help me for it as soon as possible..than you
    I have purchase redmi note 4 mobile on Flipkart but in this mobile call conference function not working so I cannot call conference I also contact customer care center but he does not solve my problem so I want to replace new mobile handset

      Hi team,

      In the recent days we have been horribly experiencing with mi service center and mi customer care. We bought a redmi note 5 pro on 14th april 2018 in mi show room at velacherry, chennai and starting facing automatic rebooting issue on 25th may 2018. Initially my mobile got switched off and unable to switch on. 26th may it got automatically switched on and hereon, my mobile were rebooting automatically.

      We have reached out mi service center located at velachery on 26th may and technician informed us that water got inside the phone & service will not cover the warranty and asked us to pay amount. When we were checking about the estimation the technician has no clue what would cost to fix the problem and i have taken back my mobile from the service center where my mobile remains with the mi service center. Reached out customer care over phone and conference with the mi service center. Within an hour we got the call from service center and informed us that the issue got fixed and we will come across same issue in future as well.

      We have immediately wrote an email to "service.[protected]@xiaomi.com". This is worst of customer service i ever come across. One of the customer support executive name: mohammed who has not even gone through the email and it seems simply copy pasted the so called standard template and sent us as a suggestion to visit the service center. This clearly shows just for a name shake mi xiamoi is running the customer support who is not even pay attention to details which makes us frustrating. Though customer care are providing definite solution, but still i am giving my best and reaching out them to get to know the status of the defective mobile for the last one week.

      Couple of days before got an call from service center and it was informed that mother board got scratched and asked us to pay rs 9000 to replace it. Upon reached out the customer care and again got the call from service center asked us to ignore the earlier estimation.

      We strongly believe it could be either mi xiaomi is selling defective product by default and earning another source of income by means of the so called mi authorized service center or mi xiaomi is selling genuine product but i might have received a defective one.

      This forum will help us to address our grievance and hope we will get a new mobile and dont want this defective mobile fixed. Moreover customer care and the service center are useless and i am totally lost my good will about mi xiaomi. I need a new mobile as a replacement for this defective one.

      We are pathetically frustrated with the response for our defective mobile from mi xiaomi customer care response, service center. This time mi xiaomi made us unhappy though we invested rs 17000 received only defective mobile and not providing any solution so far.

      Subject line contains the customer care ticket no and center center ticket no.

        I hv purchased mi 43 inch tv in flash sell dated 29.5.18 thru mi stores online. I received the tv also neatly packed on 29.5.18. As per xiomi india they will send their representive or tie up visit schedule as per coustomer convinience with in 48 hrs of delivery. The pack has to opened in front of their person else guarentee will not stand.in my case visit scheduled on 02.6.18 which did not happen i did not receive any call frommi india or their representive. What was reason i do not know. I was talking and mailing to their coustomer care every day. Since then i am calling and mailing daily but i am not gettiing prper schedule only getting fake commitments, apology, with shortly and earliset assurances. But nothing is moving ahead. Today almost two weeks are passed and i do not know when it will happen. Please let me know what to do. I will have to try the installation of my own where i loose the guarentee in case of any issue with the piece. My money is blocked.
        I order a product on 23rd march 2018. mi cancel that product and says refund is initate. but refund not reflect in my account.

            Worst service center. Just bluffing customers with inflated charges for repairs at uttam nagar center, n delhi. I had mi max with touch sensor not working after update& broken screen. They charged rs 118/- for checking vide their bill no 2074 dtd 21 may 17 and informed me that ic of motherboard was not working and whole motherboard needs to be replaced which would require rs 10000/- repairs charges which included lcd screen, touch sensor, motherboard and battery. Imagine!!! At such price point much better and advanced mi phones are available in market.
            I then moved to local vendor who found the problem with os software and corrected it and also replaced broken screen for just rs 2500/-. (All inclusive). Now my phone is rocking.
            Please, appoint trained engineers who really know about software and hardware of your phone and not just sit there fleece unsuspecting customers.

            Technical Support Engineer not showing to install new TV even after getting the confirmation on appointment. i tried calling customer care multiple times and I got every time new slot but Technical support engineer never shown.
            Finally I was able to get the complaint number created.

              This center looting money from customer be careful, they are no-1 cheaters, they will not repair any thing, they will do only part to part replace, for small issue they will change all the part and they will charge you 7k+,

              Also i have sent many mail to mi, its came to know its instruction by company only, both are cheating to customers and making money

                I have buy a mi note 4 by online through flipkart 8 month ago i have in warranty cover. I had a touch pad problem yesterday i had gone mi service center today but they told this touch screen problem not cover in warranty when i told him why it will not repair i have a warrenty period but they donot hear me and misbehave me also they charges 120 rupees for visit to your mi service center they did not repair my phone. So i will go for consumer case against your service center

                  I tried placing a pre-sale order for redmi note 5 pro on 25th may.

                  I got the product in cart and made a payment of rs 14, 999 via google tez

                  Upi transaction id :[protected].
                  Mi order id : [protected]

                  Attached is a proof for the successful transaction.

                  The payment was successful but the order got timed out due to 'payment not done in time'.
                  This is an issue when the amount is

                  1. Debited from my account (25th may 12:10 p. M.)
                  2. Recieved by xiaomi successfully (25th may 12:10 p. M.)
                  3. But order isn't placed. (25th may till 1:03 p. M.)
                  (Kindly refer below screenshots)

                  So i would like a refund of the amount that was payed by me.

                    I was purchased a Redmi 4 (3GB/32GB, IMEI1:[protected], IMEI2:[protected])(Mob No:[protected]). In 2018 January the phone show a problem.The problem is call disconnection during the call time and it shows a message "mobile network is not available".Then in the 2018 April 1st week i was consult the Thrissur(Kerala) mi service centre Thrissur mobile care. And they reinstall the software. But the problem is not solved. Then i was consult the thrissur mi service centre then they collect my Phone. After one week they call me to collect the phone. Then i was collect the phone from service centre. But the problem is not solved. And after mother board replacement it shows some additional problem. The phone not produce the sound and it shows head set symbol in full time. And after mother board replacement the phone is not full charged. Then the next day i was visit the service centre then they collect my phone.After 3 hours they give the phone. But the problem is not solved. then i was submit the phone at thrissur mi service center.Then i get back my phone on 21/5/2018 based on my compliant (complaint ID:WOIN[protected].But the initial problem (Call disconnection) is not solved. Then i was visit the Thrissur mi service center on 26/5/2018. then i was submit the phone on there and first they don't give the job sheet then i was asked them i want the job sheet finally they give the job sheet after 30 minutes. And the latest job sheet number is WXIN[protected]. On 27/5/2018 i was checked the service status on mi website. And it show phone is delivered but i can't get back my phone from service center.Then i was call to the customer care then they register a complaint based on my request. And they give the complaint ID (Complaint ID is: WOIN[protected]. And customer executive told me the Mi mechanical team is call me before 28/5/2018 7.00 P.M . But i can't get any call from Mi. I was already visit the service center more than 12 times. But they don't solve my phone problem. In the last one month i don't have any phone.So please take some action
                    I purchased red me note 5 since 4 days.
                    When I charge mobile with charger, charger is very hot at time.
                    Please solve this problem.
                    I buy a redmi 5 in april ...the volume bottom is not working.i am very disappointed for your quality

                      Dear sir its very bad experience while visiting your jhunjhunu care, i send my attendant to get my mi phone note 4 repaired, but it's very bad that they asked my attantant to bring my adhar card and refused my attantant to provide service, and said that send the owner himself, this is rediculas, will i go to 50km mere for a 11k phone, no service center in india demand i'd then why you, i will never purchase your brand phone and suggest any one in future and go in consumer court for your this service.

                        Battery to mi 4w (64 gb) model is not available in any service centre in hyderabad and vijayawada. The service centres informed me that the model was stopped and we are help less. If i used the mobile, the battery wil be blasted. Who will responsible for that. I purchased the said mobile for rs.23999/- in 2015 which is costly. Why company is not supplying battery and suffering custmers. Since one year i am trying to get battery but failed. Selling costly products and not supplying spares/batteries etc is not correct and the company has to respond and take total responsibility in the matter. Hence, the manufacturer should arrange one battery to the said mobile through your centre or directly under advance intimation to my mail id "[protected]@gmail.com". Early action is solicited.

                          Since i bought my handset i'm having issue of home button and recent apps button is not working and also the notification panel is not working. Everytime the xiaomi people say visit service center for resolution. I did this 4 times and again the 5th time having same issue. The service given by the service center is disgusting, temporary and unsatisfactory. They keep me waiting for an hour and the result is temporary. I have complained the xiaomi head office by mail and call both. Each time they say ' sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please visit service center for resolution. Wanted my device to be replaced or refund my amount.

                          MI Phones are of very inferior quality. Chinese crap 'chale to chand tak nahi to sham tak' I also make a mistake of buying MI phone and within a few days the capacitive touch buttons stopped working and there's lot of jitter in video capture.
                          I had bought Redmi note 5 from flipkart.com on 18/04/19. It was working fine but before 10 to 13 days before I noticed that it was bend from left side. Regarding this I went to there service centre but they refused saying that this is not included I warranty. I have posted this on Twitter to there Twitter A/c. But no response. Pls help me out asap
                          When I connect it to wifi it stops responding. It restarts itself when playing wifi related multiplayer games.

                          Yes such bents happen because MI phone are overclocked out of the box and they heat up a lot. Sadly service center refuses to do anything stating that such defects are not covered under warranty. I will never buy MI phone again and I advice all my friends never to opt for MI Phones.

I allready contact with service centre but they replied me the spare not available. Till am waiting last 7 days. Wht a waist phone it's. I am totally disappointed about it.                                 I want to inform you that i have purchased redmi y1 on 9th april 2018. I am facing battery draining issue 3rd time. I have visited mi service centre 3 times and the resolution they gave me was just format my phone again and again. But thr issue still persist. Battery is draining completely in 4 hours without internet and i am using my phone in battery saving mode.

                                I did not receive prover solution of my issue.

                                Requesting you to please look into the issue and solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                    I am using redmi note 4 that i bought in february 2018. I am facing issues since april, the apps stop working and the message comes that a particular app stopped working and so on. The latest update of mi is not installing on my phone. I have mailed you regarding the same issue before too.
                                    I have been submitting my phone redmi note 4 to mi service center in mangalore, mi mobile field, kankanady bypass road.
                                    It's been one month now and i am repeatedly facing the same issue. They are not solving the problem saying that they are not getting it so it is fine. I have a video of the issues i am having in my phone instead of which they are refusing to accept it.
                                    They told me they sent it to bangalore but not ready to show me the receipt that they actually sent it to bangalore. I have the right to know and it is their duty to show me but still they are not.
                                    They don't have any manners how to talk to a customer. More than 10 times i have visited the store in 1 month. They are being rude and talking so arrogantly.
                                    Today they said to show them the problem with their sim in my phone and again apps stopped working. I showed them instantly. They said they will talk to ho again.
                                    I trust mi so i bought this phone. I am so disappointed with the service. This is the worst experience someone could ever have.
                                    If my problem is not resolved, i would directly go to consumer court this time. I have given these service center people so much of time still they haven't resolved the issue and moreover they are being rude to me now.
                                    I am really disappointed in the service.

                                      I recently added photos to my hidden album ans now it is formatted it appears in white and and it is so heart breaking i have deleted many apps and photos please do something to recover the photo as soon as possible my hidden files are formate sososososososososososososoososososos please please p lease do something withn 20 minutes to recover my photos

                                        I have received a call from mi service center and they have informed me that their is a problem in mother board and it has to be replaced but it is not at all accepted because if the mother board is changed we dont know whether the mother board is original or not if it is original give me a warranty of mother board for the next two years if not so replace my product.
