Expected delivery was 12th may 2018.
I have booked the item on 8th may 2018. Its been 8 days and not yet delivered..
Parcel is reached destination city on 12th may afternoon but not yet delivered..
Its been 4 days and i haven't got any call or any update of it..
Also i had called to customer care many times but not getting any response from customer care.
I m hearing that ("it will be delivery by today") from 4 days..

    I booked redme note 5 pro in per booking sale on dated 13th April 2018 after many sale attempt, now on today company give me excused that we can't delevery your phone due to operational reasons and cancelled your order and refund your money in next 10 days.
    What is the hell? Company make their clients to fool and take their money as in on behalf of per booking sale and after one month's returned their money with excused

      I placed an order for note 5 pro with mi in pre=order sale on 13th april, 2018 and made the full payment along with accessories vide order no.[protected]. When i confirmed about the delivery of the phone, they speak arrogantly and cancelled the order after a month and utilise the money whole money. It is requested that my order should be completed withthin a time frame which is already over.

        Redmi team fooling redmi note 5 pro customers from last 1 and half month without giving 9.5 update, whenever users ask about update they always says rollout soon.. Always they are giving fake timelines..
        Fake no 1 company in the india..
        Worst company in the world.
        Please solve this issue otherwise refund all rn5 pro users money..😂😊😊😊😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

          Dear m/s,

          I bought a new redmi 4a (3 gb ram, 32 gb memory) in september 2017.
          But, i have following issue with this smartphone within a 3 months, since this handset is still in a warranty period.

          1. Mobile is auto restarts when connects to the charging pug (Using same redmi charger)
          2. Mobile hangs or takes longer time to functioning/software issue/touch screen not sense.

          Kindly acknowledge the issue and revert back with solution.

            Hey, my handset is getting switch off continuously within regular span of 2 hr. It also has the problem of screen blackout. So take the immediate action as possible as i' in certain need of it as my all important work is halted.
            As it it n new handset buy nearly 4 month ago and it already showing such kind of problem is not to be consider as customer point of view. So pls take into the consideration of the problem accruing problem

            I have ordered 1mi note5 pro mobile 6gb ram and 64gb memory date on 13/4/2018 and its shipping time is with ni 30 days of date of oreder, but mi not shipped my mobile after 32 days . I have alrerady paid RS 17998/- for this mobile . I contect mi custmer care but they are not response proper.

              I pre ordered the phone Mi note 5 pro on the official of Mi on date 13/April /2018 which got rejected, and in the cart order tracking is showing that I cancelled the phone .
              But officialy I did'nt cancelled that order neither the delivery person called me .
              And after that I made contact with Mi customer care service with the phone no. [protected] and they yelled me that they will give complete information about my phone in 24 hours and then I called the next day but I couldn't connect to the customer no. But after some time I called again and again I couldn't connect but at that same time I called with another phone it connect that means my phone was blocked ...

              So please kindly give me full information about my phone.

                मैं सौरभ गोयल, मैंने mi कंपनी का redmi 4 फ़ोन जिसका imei नंबर [protected] है, दिनांक 16/11/2017 को अमेज़न इंडिया की वेबसाइट पर आर्डर किया था जो की मुझे दिनांक 18/11/2017 को प्राप्त हुआ थाl
                कुछ दिन से उपरोक्त मोबाइल फ़ोन का चार्जर परेशान करने लगा, फ़ोन को चार्ज करने में डबल समय लगा रहा हैl
                मैंने दिनांक 12/05/2018 को कंपनी के कस्टमर केयर में इस समस्या हेतु फ़ोन भी किया था, उन्होने मुझे बताया की फ़ोन का बिल ले जा कर सर्विस सेंटर से चार्जर चेंज करवा लीजियेl
                मैंने सर्विस सेंटर में चार्जर दिखाया तो उन्होंने बताया कि चार्जर ठीक हैl घर आ कर मैंने जब चार्जर को दोबारा चेक किया तो वही समस्या मिलीl
                मेरी आपसे विनती है कि मेरे फ़ोन का चार्जर जल्द से जल्द चेंज करवाया जाए, ताकि वारंटी के समय में ही मेरे फ़ोन का चार्जर चेंज हो जाएl

                  My tv is not yet installed, after repeated request and complaints, formalities no one came to install my tv, everyday it is assured to me that the tv will be installed today but after the end of the day no outcome, this is happening from last 14 days
                  They are just telling me that installation will be done ar earliest, but since 14 days no result
                  Even customer care executives giving false assurances that installation will be done at earliest and says your case is on high priority.
                  I have also them but same same just they are making fool to customer.
                  Nobody is concerned about customer they just play blaming game.
                  The worst experience for mi service.
                  Now i dont know what to do with my tv?

                    With lot of pride i hv purchased ur product redmi4 phone 6 months back n it is under warenty
                    Now i am facing red burning mark on the screen right side of the phone
                    I hv visited btm layout bangalore service centre, the told stock is not available ; then i visited karnataka service centre, they took 1n half hour to diagnose problem n told water entered the phone hence the problem. I explained that no such instance n i always travelling in car no chance of water entry!
                    They demanded 3k for repair, i refused n writing to u
                    I observe many such complaints in the centre n people were cursing them. One person came from davanagere 400 kms distance n he fought but no concern about customers!! I spent 4hrs for this work no result
                    Are u not concern about real customer complaints n resolving the same with commitment.? I was planing to purchase 2 more redmi phones. After this instance i decided not to go with u

                        I have revisited the service center twice. They had delivered me the device on 10th of may. But the issue is same. After the motherboard had changed twice same issue is occur. As i have complained about this issue 4 to 5 times. I have visited service center many times. Two times i have changed my mother board. I have videos proof. They set up refurbished motherboard second time not new mother it's refurbished mother board. Now it's enough i want an replacement of another device. Cameras has been changed whole things has been changed. I am fed up using this bull # mi mobile phone. After changing motherboard multiple problems are been facing by me.                             I had purchased a mi (4i) mobile in the year 2015 and last one month the battery of the handset is not functioning, while visiting your authorised store at bhubaneswar, bapuji nagar, odisha, thay have denied to facilitate the battery for this handset, as the same has been discontinued by the company and my investment for this handset is purely waste, it is extremely ridiculous the company intention is purely cheating to normal public and fulfilling your own profitability.

                              So, i bought a xiaomi mi a1 on 16th september from vaishno telecom, kolkata (Offline). The phone was working quite well until the sensors stopped working.
                              I went to their authorized service center, hosted by infotel and had a really troublesome experience.
                              First of all, i had to wait an hour just to put up my complaint, and another 30 minutes for the evaluation of the device. The service guy opened up the handset, and said straight that the damage wouldn't be covered by the warranty. I asked why. The guy said there's liquid damage. This is where things turned a bit bad. This guy, hasn't even checked the part that they later said was water damaged, but checked another board and said that the phone was liquid damaged. So the boards have a small litmus paper inside that indicates whether there's been any liquid inside the device or not. This guy taked the sab-board and sends inside. The other guy comes back with the board, which suddenly has a red litmus paper on it. I didn't notice until afterwards. After all this was done, they said that my warranty is void, and i'd have to pay 6100 for the repairs. This is the most fraudulent service i've ever received from any company.

                                My mobile given u last 6months ni technical department not called me cal center taking complete and closing but no up dates this way so friend's plz don't buy the worst selling mobile if compare with other mobile they will cure r replace but mi there r create issue more so my service center waste up date sm pradeep hyderabad he telling talk to cal center care lessly so these response o[censored]r ni so ur mind to buy mobile think it or buying a unwarrenty mobile and take it so buy ujse throw in dustbin no one help u, mainly software update also crassed out

I can select diffrent ringtone for diffrent contact person select nd save on screen display but when he calling me that time not ringing this tone i selected for this only general ringtone for all. So this type of fault found in this model. I already talk with mi customer care but not satisfaction from mi team members. So please do needful.

I get the ordered peace with in one weak but the USB jack of the device is not working, I can't connect my phone to even my PC beacause of this and the display is simply cracked by me. I have visited the redmi CUSTOMER CARE, they said that I willnot get the remaining warranty of my phone bacaouseof the simple crack/dammage of the display.What a ###...!!! what I do ...

                                      I would like to inform you that we have bought a redmi 4 phone which was received by mr hanumesh in kustagi city as per as the order details.
                                      It has worked well for 13-14days. But i am sorry to say that now it is heating rapidly in few minutes and reaching the temperature of 49-50 degree celsius. I would like to request you to take this message and solve our problem and avoid the problem of explosion in future.

                                        I bought Redmi 5A a few months back. For the first few days, I didn't get any issues.But for the past two months, My phone is getting heat even if I'm continuously talking for 5 minutes. Can you help me to resolve this problem ?
