Sir i purchase mi tv 4A 32 inch from mi.com . but i recived a defected product . i order on 27/04/18 pre order sale . my but when i found that tv is defeected and i complaind it .i m trying to last 10 daysto riplacee it but no responce till date. i m regularly talking with customere care but they told me that a call will come within 24 hours . but i dont recive any call or mail still that day.when i was trying to know about my complain status .there are no satishfying answer from mi. i talk with customer care repersentative surbhi ram and deepak and more. but they are not satisfying me . i requested to you please help me. thank you .

    I went to mi an hour after purchasing a product. Unfortunately for my the product purchased was not the colour i wanted, and when i went to return it i was not given an option to replace the device which is mi note 5.
    I am shocked by the response received by mi that the product can't be returned or replaced.
    This is so basic with customer service, but mi seems to having it easy and the customers are the ones who face the problem.
    Wish i could replace the golden colour mi note 5 32 gb for a black of the same model.

        I am facing heating issue, hanging issue and battery drainage issue and for that your service center team wants to open my phone and charging me for software update. If your phone has a problem then why i should pay a single rupee for the same if my phone comes under warranty
        The center manager mr. F. A. Ahmad is also talking like they don't care about customers.
        This is the first time i am using mi phone and just feeling hopeless with your services.

          I was purchased a redmi 4 (3gb/32gb, imei1:[protected], imei2:[protected]).in 2018 january the phone show a problem. The problem is call disconnection during the call time and it shows a message "mobile network is not available". Then in the 2018 april 1st week i was consult the thrissur (Kerala) mi service centre thrissur mobile care. And they reinstall the software. But the problem is not solved. Then i was consult the thrissur mi service centre then they collect my phone. After one week they call me to collect the phone. Then i was collect the phone from service center on 10/5/2018. But the problem is not solved. And after mother board replacement it shows some additional problem. The phone not produce the sound and it shows head set symbol in full time. And after mother board replacement the phone is not full charged. Then the next day (12/5/2018) i was visit the service center then they collect my phone. After 3 hours they give the phone. But the problem is not solved. Then i was visit the mi thrissur service center on 14/5/2018. And they collect my phone but they could not give the job sheet they only give the collection slip. And then i call the mi customer care then the customer care executive told me they can't do anything without job sheet number. Then i was visit the thrissur mi service centre and the service ceentre manager they can't do anything then i was call the customer care from the service centre and the customer executive talk to the service centre manager. And they told me they sent the job sheet through the mail before 14/5/2018 4.00. P. M. Then the customer care executive told me mi customer care executive call me before 14/5/2018 4.00. P. M. But i can't get response (Call, mail, message) from mi till this time. Then i was call mi customer care on 14/5/2018 7.00. P. M and the customer care executive told me they can't do anything then they connect the call to floor manager mr. Santhose. Then he told me they solve all problems within 24 hours. And he also said that he definitely call me back a call within 24 hours. But i can't get any call from mi till this time. I was visit thrissur mi service centre "thrissur mobile care" in 9 times but they don't solve my phone problem and they increase the phone problem. Now the phone is in dead condition. So please take some legal action to mi company and thrissur mi service centre "thrissur mobile care". I am also attach collection slips from the service centre.

            मैंने नोट4 mi का फोन खरीदा जब से तब से लेकर आज तक उसमे नेट कनेक्टविटी बहुत खराब मिलती है, , जिसके लिए मैंने अलग अलग कंपनियों का sim भी इस्तेमाल करके देखा, लेकिन वही समस्या बनी रहती है इस फोन में, , और जब मैं दूसरी किसी भी कंपनी के फोन में sim चलता हूँ तो नेट कनेक्टिविटी बहुत ही अच्छी मिलती है, , मुझे इतना परेशानी किसी और फोन में नही हुई, जितनी कि रेडमी नॉट 4 हैंडसेट में हो रही है।

                I bought a mi note 5 phone recently.. On 24 april.. Nd i m facing charging problems like phone gets too long to charge.. Like if i put my phone on charging at 70% and it takes about 2-3 hours to charge upto 90%. I am using original charger.. There are no voltage fluctuations. And moreover my device gets too hot even when i am not using it.. Nd also while charging.. Pls do something.. Help me out..

                    I bought redmi 4 in the month of nov 2018 (After using redmi 4a). Redmi 4a seemed to me far better than redmi 4. This phone (Redmi 4) has a very annoying problem, it restarts again and again many times in a day (More than 20 times it seems as it restarts 2-3 times in an hour sometimes).
                    I don't know what to do now. I am very upset with this handset. I purchased 5 redmi phones until now but this is the worst i have encountered. Please suggest me some solution, i cannot throw this away (However i want to sometimes) in this small span of time from purchase date.

                        Parcel is reached destination city on 12th may afternoon but not yet delivered..

                          What is the hell? Company make their clients to fool and take their money as in on behalf of per booking sale and after one month's returned their money with excused

                            I placed an order for note 5 pro with mi in pre=order sale on 13th april, 2018 and made the full payment along with accessories vide order no.[protected]. When i confirmed about the delivery of the phone, they speak arrogantly and cancelled the order after a month and utilise the money whole money. It is requested that my order should be completed withthin a time frame which is already over.

                              Redmi team fooling redmi note 5 pro customers from last 1 and half month without giving 9.5 update, whenever users ask about update they always says rollout soon.. Always they are giving fake timelines..
                              Fake no 1 company in the india..
                              Worst company in the world.

                                Dear m/s,

                                I bought a new redmi 4a (3 gb ram, 32 gb memory) in september 2017.
                                But, i have following issue with this smartphone within a 3 months, since this handset is still in a warranty period.

                                1. Mobile is auto restarts when connects to the charging pug (Using same redmi charger)
                                2. Mobile hangs or takes longer time to functioning/software issue/touch screen not sense.

                                Kindly acknowledge the issue and revert back with solution.

                                  Hey, my handset is getting switch off continuously within regular span of 2 hr. It also has the problem of screen blackout. So take the immediate action as possible as i' in certain need of it as my all important work is halted.

                                    I pre ordered the phone Mi note 5 pro on the official of Mi on date 13/April /2018 which got rejected, and in the cart order tracking is showing that I cancelled the phone .
                                    But officialy I did'nt cancelled that order neither the delivery person called me .
                                    And after that I made contact with Mi customer care service with the phone no. [protected] and they yelled me that they will give complete information about my phone in 24 hours and then I called the next day but I couldn't connect to the customer no. But after some time I called again and again I couldn't connect but at that same time I called with another phone it connect that means my phone was blocked ...

                                    So please kindly give me full information about my phone.

                                      मैं सौरभ गोयल, मैंने mi कंपनी का redmi 4 फ़ोन जिसका imei नंबर [protected] है, दिनांक 16/11/2017 को अमेज़न इंडिया की वेबसाइट पर आर्डर किया था जो की मुझे दिनांक 18/11/2017 को प्राप्त हुआ थाl
                                      कुछ दिन से उपरोक्त मोबाइल फ़ोन का चार्जर परेशान करने लगा, फ़ोन को चार्ज करने में डबल समय लगा रहा हैl
                                      मैंने दिनांक 12/05/2018 को कंपनी के कस्टमर केयर में इस समस्या हेतु फ़ोन भी किया था, उन्होने मुझे बताया की फ़ोन का बिल ले जा कर सर्विस सेंटर से चार्जर चेंज करवा लीजियेl
                                      मैंने सर्विस सेंटर में चार्जर दिखाया तो उन्होंने बताया कि चार्जर ठीक हैl घर आ कर मैंने जब चार्जर को दोबारा चेक किया तो वही समस्या मिलीl
                                      मेरी आपसे विनती है कि मेरे फ़ोन का चार्जर जल्द से जल्द चेंज करवाया जाए, ताकि वारंटी के समय में ही मेरे फ़ोन का चार्जर चेंज हो जाएl

                                        My tv is not yet installed, after repeated request and complaints, formalities no one came to install my tv, everyday it is assured to me that the tv will be installed today but after the end of the day no outcome, this is happening from last 14 days
                                        They are just telling me that installation will be done ar earliest, but since 14 days no result
                                        Even customer care executives giving false assurances that installation will be done at earliest and says your case is on high priority.
                                        I have also them but same same just they are making fool to customer.
                                        Nobody is concerned about customer they just play blaming game.
                                        The worst experience for mi service.
                                        Now i dont know what to do with my tv?
