My tv is not yet installed, after repeated request and complaints, formalities no one came to install my tv, everyday it is assured to me that the tv will be installed today but after the end of the day no outcome, this is happening from last 14 days
They are just telling me that installation will be done ar earliest, but since 14 days no result
Even customer care executives giving false assurances that installation will be done at earliest and says your case is on high priority.
I have also them but same same just they are making fool to customer.
Nobody is concerned about customer they just play blaming game.
The worst experience for mi service.
Now i dont know what to do with my tv?

    Hi,
    With lot of pride i hv purchased ur product redmi4 phone 6 months back n it is under warenty
    Now i am facing red burning mark on the screen right side of the phone
    I hv visited btm layout bangalore service centre, the told stock is not available ; then i visited karnataka service centre, they took 1n half hour to diagnose problem n told water entered the phone hence the problem. I explained that no such instance n i always travelling in car no chance of water entry!
    They demanded 3k for repair, i refused n writing to u
    I observe many such complaints in the centre n people were cursing them. One person came from davanagere 400 kms distance n he fought but no concern about customers!! I spent 4hrs for this work no result
    Are u not concern about real customer complaints n resolving the same with commitment.? I was planing to purchase 2 more redmi phones. After this instance i decided not to go with u

      Last day i received call from MI regarding my order he said your order delivery not possible on 10/5/18 last day of ( 28 days shipping times) due to out of stock,

      How this possible after 30 days you inform us delivery not possible and payment also advance done,

      I place order for a gift purposes as my brother marriage on 15/5/18,

      I contact to MI customer care but he not gives proper date of delivery,

      So, i sincerely request to please release order today at any cost,

        I have revisited the service center twice. They had delivered me the device on 10th of may. But the issue is same. After the motherboard had changed twice same issue is occur. As i have complained about this issue 4 to 5 times. I have visited service center many times. Two times i have changed my mother board. I have videos proof. They set up refurbished motherboard second time not new mother it's refurbished mother board. Now it's enough i want an replacement of another device. Cameras has been changed whole things has been changed. I am fed up using this bull # mi mobile phone. After changing motherboard multiple problems are been facing by me.             Dear team,

            I had purchased a mi (4i) mobile in the year 2015 and last one month the battery of the handset is not functioning, while visiting your authorised store at bhubaneswar, bapuji nagar, odisha, thay have denied to facilitate the battery for this handset, as the same has been discontinued by the company and my investment for this handset is purely waste, it is extremely ridiculous the company intention is purely cheating to normal public and fulfilling your own profitability.

              So, i bought a xiaomi mi a1 on 16th september from vaishno telecom, kolkata (Offline). The phone was working quite well until the sensors stopped working.
              I went to their authorized service center, hosted by infotel and had a really troublesome experience.
              First of all, i had to wait an hour just to put up my complaint, and another 30 minutes for the evaluation of the device. The service guy opened up the handset, and said straight that the damage wouldn't be covered by the warranty. I asked why. The guy said there's liquid damage. This is where things turned a bit bad. This guy, hasn't even checked the part that they later said was water damaged, but checked another board and said that the phone was liquid damaged. So the boards have a small litmus paper inside that indicates whether there's been any liquid inside the device or not. This guy taked the sab-board and sends inside. The other guy comes back with the board, which suddenly has a red litmus paper on it. I didn't notice until afterwards. After all this was done, they said that my warranty is void, and i'd have to pay 6100 for the repairs. This is the most fraudulent service i've ever received from any company.

                My mobile given u last 6months ni technical department not called me cal center taking complete and closing but no up dates this way so friend's plz don't buy the worst selling mobile if compare with other mobile they will cure r replace but mi there r create issue more so my service center waste up date sm pradeep hyderabad he telling talk to cal center care lessly so these response o[censored]r ni so ur mind to buy mobile think it or buying a unwarrenty mobile and take it so buy ujse throw in dustbin no one help u, mainly software update also crassed out

                  I buy new mobile last 18th april 2018 from mobile shop. I found the fault in the contact numbers. I can select diffrent ringtone for diffrent contact person select nd save on screen display but when he calling me that time not ringing this tone i selected for this only general ringtone for all. So this type of fault found in this model. I already talk with mi customer care but not satisfaction from mi team members. So please do needful.

                    And they provide me defective item item is not working and no resolution so friends do, nt buy also they will not help you they are fake they no give u replacement or refund just making u fool also i am going to consumer court for filling complaint against this company for selling fake items my phone no.                     I ordered my redmi 4 at amazon online shopping. I get the ordered peace with in one weak but the USB jack of the device is not working, I can't connect my phone to even my PC beacause of this and the display is simply cracked by me. I have visited the redmi CUSTOMER CARE, they said that I willnot get the remaining warranty of my phone bacaouseof the simple crack/dammage of the display.What a ###...!!! what I do ...
                    Very bad customer service and product.So never purchease any product of redmi infuture.because they make us foolish.
                    I am getting ads on system apps what the hell is this ... U never prefer coming ads on mobile I system app itself they are giving ads wrost software development ...

                      I would like to inform you that we have bought a redmi 4 phone which was received by mr hanumesh in kustagi city as per as the order details.
                      It has worked well for 13-14days. But i am sorry to say that now it is heating rapidly in few minutes and reaching the temperature of 49-50 degree celsius. I would like to request you to take this message and solve our problem and avoid the problem of explosion in future.

                        I bought Redmi 5A a few months back. For the first few days, I didn't get any issues.But for the past two months, My phone is getting heat even if I'm continuously talking for 5 minutes. Can you help me to resolve this problem ?

                          I purchased MI Max 2 on 1 May 2018 from Pheonix High Street Lower Parel Mumbai. 2 days the phone was working fine on friday 4 May 2018 there was no network on my mobile. So I power off and power on the device I started getting network however after 15 - 20 mins I checked the mobile again there was no network. So I removed the Airtel SIM and put it back in there was network for sometimes again when I went to check the mobile for network it started rebooting. I thought there must be software update that why it has rebooted. However when the mobile switched on there was no network. So I kept my phone away for couple of hours thinking it will start again. However when I checked again it again started rebooting and again no network. I did SIM swap from my Airtel to Idea there was no network and again the phone started rebooting. I tried placing the SIM in other slot however no network. The phone rebooting evrytime.
                          When I reached home I put my son Airtel sim card in the mobile there was no network. When I went to put my sim card again in the mobile the sim card slot wouldnt go in. I tried putting the sim card slot inside but it was not going in. On 5 May I took the mobile to Pheonix High Street Lower Parel Mumbai from where I had purchased the mobile. They informed that the card slot is damaged and you would need to visit the MI service center. Today 7 May 2018 when I visited the MI service center at Mira Road and explained them the concerned and asked them to replace my mobile. They informed that it is physical damage and we will have to pay Rs 8400/-for the repair. When we explained them it is bought on 1 May 2018 why we have to pay Rs 8400/- . I received a SMS from them that my mobile is out of warranty. When I started arguing with then they informed that will give us 20% discount on the amt Rs 8400/-. When I told them their mobile is faulty and it keep rebooting they didnt say anything. After sometime they said we will give you 40% discount on the chgs. We insisted about the reboot issue they didnt answer, infact the Manager at the MI service center at Mira Road said you only damage the mobile purposely. I am wondering which person will buy a mobile of Rs 16000/- and damage it and I told the same thing to her. She refused to help saying we cannot do anything. We left the mobile at the service center as they were not ready to help saying company policy we cannot do anything.
                          I would appreciate if you could look into the matter urgently.
                          Please help me to get justice.

                            I worry about the battery getting burn if the battery overheated.

                              I have checked mobile at service center code xmin1875 and services center - frame side rd chinchura-infidel, but not resolve touch screen issue. I live at katwa far from chinchura (Approx 200km) up down. Not possible every time move service center. Pls look this matter seriously. My handset lurches not more than 5 month and this type of issue face then how to believe this type of service.

                              I ordered a xiomi earphone basic after out for delivery I cancelled my order but my money is not refunded to me

                                I have place a pre-order one mi red me 5 pro on 13th apr 2017. After one week i saw the status its showing shiped. Check with bludart tracking id showing shiped. Waited still 2nd may there is no call from courier. Then check the tracking id in blue dart side it showing product return back. Also same time swa in mi site mobile price increased rs:1000/- before it 13999 nor it 14999. Then called mi customer care they are telling the product return due to invalid address. But in my same office address already 3 mobile delivered, ordered just one two week before.

                                Since the price increase they are doing intentionally. But they are not returning back my money (13999/-). From last one week they are telling product not reach in out ware house. They are just holding money and playing with customer. That is noy my problem product not reach to your warehouse and why courier guys not returning, you should return the customer money. Order number [protected]

                                  I had orderd headphone on 6th of april.
                                  Headphone is not delivered to me then mi support team cancelled my order and initiated a refund on 19th april having eot of 8 to 10 days. Still i m not receiving my payment. Every time i call to support team they told me that we tried to contact you but no one try to contact m.
                                  Every time i call them they give some fullish reason.

                                    I ordered mi tv 4a (32 inch) in 24th of april. And it show that they delivered the product in estimate 5- 7 days after check my pin code. But after 10 the day of delivery i can't get my product. And whenever i call in mi customer service they put my call in hold after getting the order detail. And they directly deny to registered a complaint in that case. A complete unhuman behavior they show. And the other hand they told me to contact the courier company which is fedex (There show the delivery date is 3rd of may). But i can't get the product in this date too. I call the courier company but they didn't take my call or there show some network error. So now i am stand in nowhere. I want resolve my problem immediately. Or they pay the interest of my payment which is done byemi.

                                      Sir, It is to inform you that, i have purchased Mi A1 Mobile Handset on September 2017 in Bajaj Electronics, Kukatpally, Hyderabad-500072.

                                      I am facing problem with my mobile handset hardware (Power Button and Volume +, - Keys is not working since 10 days. I went to Xiaomi Authorised Service center, Nalgonda, Telangana, India on 03.05.2018. The Service center representative told me that bring the purchase bill after we will take your mobile for repair.

                                      honestly, i am saying that i have used many smart phones and i never bring purchase bill to any service center till now. When i went to service center they will just warranty check through IMEI and they will take my mobile phone for repair.

                                      Hence, Kindly give me the clarity purchase bill is mandatory for mobile repair ? (Purchase bill is not in my pocket in all times know sir!).
