I buy new mobile last 18th april 2018 from mobile shop. I found the fault in the contact numbers. I can select diffrent ringtone for diffrent contact person select nd save on screen display but when he calling me that time not ringing this tone i selected for this only general ringtone for all. So this type of fault found in this model. I already talk with mi customer care but not satisfaction from mi team members. So please do needful.

    I ordered my redmi 4 at amazon online shopping. I get the ordered peace with in one weak but the USB jack of the device is not working, I can't connect my phone to even my PC beacause of this and the display is simply cracked by me. I have visited the redmi CUSTOMER CARE, they said that I willnot get the remaining warranty of my phone bacaouseof the simple crack/dammage of the display.What a ###...!!! what I do ...
    Very bad customer service and product.So never purchease any product of redmi infuture.because they make us foolish.
    I am getting ads on system apps what the hell is this ... U never prefer coming ads on mobile I system app itself they are giving ads wrost software development ...

      I would like to inform you that we have bought a redmi 4 phone which was received by mr hanumesh in kustagi city as per as the order details.
      It has worked well for 13-14days. But i am sorry to say that now it is heating rapidly in few minutes and reaching the temperature of 49-50 degree celsius. I would like to request you to take this message and solve our problem and avoid the problem of explosion in future.
      The device is under warranty period.

        I bought Redmi 5A a few months back. For the first few days, I didn't get any issues.But for the past two months, My phone is getting heat even if I'm continuously talking for 5 minutes. Can you help me to resolve this problem ?
        Battery draining fast and the phn is heating up

          I purchased MI Max 2 on 1 May 2018 from Pheonix High Street Lower Parel Mumbai. 2 days the phone was working fine on friday 4 May 2018 there was no network on my mobile. So I power off and power on the device I started getting network however after 15 - 20 mins I checked the mobile again there was no network. So I removed the Airtel SIM and put it back in there was network for sometimes again when I went to check the mobile for network it started rebooting. I thought there must be software update that why it has rebooted. However when the mobile switched on there was no network. So I kept my phone away for couple of hours thinking it will start again. However when I checked again it again started rebooting and again no network. I did SIM swap from my Airtel to Idea there was no network and again the phone started rebooting. I tried placing the SIM in other slot however no network. The phone rebooting evrytime.
          When I reached home I put my son Airtel sim card in the mobile there was no network. When I went to put my sim card again in the mobile the sim card slot wouldnt go in. I tried putting the sim card slot inside but it was not going in. On 5 May I took the mobile to Pheonix High Street Lower Parel Mumbai from where I had purchased the mobile. They informed that the card slot is damaged and you would need to visit the MI service center. Today 7 May 2018 when I visited the MI service center at Mira Road and explained them the concerned and asked them to replace my mobile. They informed that it is physical damage and we will have to pay Rs 8400/-for the repair. When we explained them it is bought on 1 May 2018 why we have to pay Rs 8400/- . I received a SMS from them that my mobile is out of warranty. When I started arguing with then they informed that will give us 20% discount on the amt Rs 8400/-. When I told them their mobile is faulty and it keep rebooting they didnt say anything. After sometime they said we will give you 40% discount on the chgs. We insisted about the reboot issue they didnt answer, infact the Manager at the MI service center at Mira Road said you only damage the mobile purposely. I am wondering which person will buy a mobile of Rs 16000/- and damage it and I told the same thing to her. She refused to help saying we cannot do anything. We left the mobile at the service center as they were not ready to help saying company policy we cannot do anything.
          I would appreciate if you could look into the matter urgently.
          Please help me to get justice.

          I have not received any resolution from the service centre nor from the company. I have left my mobile at service centre on 7 May 2018, as they were not ready to give solution to the problem. They only insisted on paying money to them, last they have asked to pay is Rs 5228/-.Till now I have not recd any email or call from the Company or the Service Centre. I am surprised that my complaint is closed as Resolved.

            From the last 10 days, my fone getting very heated when I charging my phone . also when i playing the game that time it also getting heated.
            I worry about the battery getting burn if the battery overheated.

            so may i request give me battery cooling soluting.

              I have checked mobile at service center code xmin1875 and services center - frame side rd chinchura-infidel, but not resolve touch screen issue. I live at katwa far from chinchura (Approx 200km) up down. Not possible every time move service center. Pls look this matter seriously. My handset lurches not more than 5 month and this type of issue face then how to believe this type of service.

              I ordered a xiomi earphone basic after out for delivery I cancelled my order but my money is not refunded to me

                I have place a pre-order one mi red me 5 pro on 13th apr 2017. After one week i saw the status its showing shiped. Check with bludart tracking id showing shiped. Waited still 2nd may there is no call from courier. Then check the tracking id in blue dart side it showing product return back. Also same time swa in mi site mobile price increased rs:1000/- before it 13999 nor it 14999. Then called mi customer care they are telling the product return due to invalid address. But in my same office address already 3 mobile delivered, ordered just one two week before.

                Since the price increase they are doing intentionally. But they are not returning back my money (13999/-). From last one week they are telling product not reach in out ware house. They are just holding money and playing with customer. That is noy my problem product not reach to your warehouse and why courier guys not returning, you should return the customer money.                   I had orderd headphone on 6th of april.
                  Headphone is not delivered to me then mi support team cancelled my order and initiated a refund on 19th april having eot of 8 to 10 days. Still i m not receiving my payment. Every time i call to support team they told me that we tried to contact you but no one try to contact m.
                  Every time i call them they give some fullish reason.

                    I ordered mi tv 4a (32 inch) in 24th of april. And it show that they delivered the product in estimate 5- 7 days after check my pin code. But after 10 the day of delivery i can't get my product. And whenever i call in mi customer service they put my call in hold after getting the order detail. And they directly deny to registered a complaint in that case. A complete unhuman behavior they show. And the other hand they told me to contact the courier company which is fedex (There show the delivery date is 3rd of may). But i can't get the product in this date too. I call the courier company but they didn't take my call or there show some network error. So now i am stand in nowhere. I want resolve my problem immediately. Or they pay the interest of my payment which is done byemi.

                      Sir, It is to inform you that, i have purchased Mi A1 Mobile Handset on September 2017 in Bajaj Electronics, Kukatpally, Hyderabad-500072.

                      I am facing problem with my mobile handset hardware (Power Button and Volume +, - Keys is not working since 10 days. I went to Xiaomi Authorised Service center, Nalgonda, Telangana, India on 03.05.2018. The Service center representative told me that bring the purchase bill after we will take your mobile for repair.

                      honestly, i am saying that i have used many smart phones and i never bring purchase bill to any service center till now. When i went to service center they will just warranty check through IMEI and they will take my mobile phone for repair.

                      Hence, Kindly give me the clarity purchase bill is mandatory for mobile repair ? (Purchase bill is not in my pocket in all times know sir!).

                          After the charge was reduced to 0 percentage and phone switched off and then switching on the mobile while charged it shows fast boot only and not working and no response from the mobile...                             My self mahehs reddy. i have visited mi store located at MG Road(MG Mall) bangalore. on seeing the demo piece enquired the sale boy regarding the product. he told that go to cash counter and avail the product. at the cash counter i asked for "MI Note 5 Pro black colour".with out saying any word he has given me white colour mobile. when i have asked for the same he said that only white colour is available. even they havent mentioned anywhere that black colour is out of stock or else not available. even the sales boy also dont know anything regard the stock available. i am forced to take white colour mobile with out having any choice. i request u to look into this issue and exchange the product.please contact me on [protected]@gmail.com(or)ph:[protected]. please find copy of the bill attached below.

                              Rude behaviour of service center man i have purchased xiaomi redmi y1 lite and now i m faceing network issu in y1 lite i visit service center 1st time they just format my phone and gave me but network problem is not solved then next i visit again that service center they do same process and nothing network issu not solved now i m feeling that my money is waste i want you to look closely in this matter this type service make me think xiaomi is poorer brand 😥😥😥😥😥😥

                                Hi, i had bought a Mi TV 43'' from Mi store (App), My default address was "Mangalore" (Default address means it should take the same address if i am ordering any product) but it took my other address in "Bangalore".
                                Soon after ordering the product i noticed my Delivery address is wrong and had an online chat with the customer care where he said he has no access to change the address. But since it was their system fault he said he will change the address in this case (i have attached the proof where he said this).
                                The Product was still delivering to Bangalore itself and this time i called customer care and she told that my product is delivering to "Mangalore",
                                later that afternoon i got a call from Delivery agent (Courier: XpressBees) in Bangalore for delivery and i refused to accept it.
                                On calling Mi customer care they told they cannot help me with this.
                                I have sent E-Mails for which there are no Replies and they are not so prompt with giving a solution to customer.
                                The main problem here was customer care were lying just to get away from this issue. This is not a proper way of handling a company and very poor service.

                                  My name is utkarsh Prakash and i am purchased your mi phone (redmi note 4) and my front camera didn't take clear image and blur also.i already many complaints regarding this issue but i am not getting satisfied result and my warranty is also over. when i call your service last day of my warranty period but that day your service close due to labour day then i call again to your service center he say you don't get any problem to your warranty buy when i phone again to your service center he say you warranty was over and then i am tell the last day your customer execute say no warranty issue... then your senior customer executive Ravi say i didn't help i am. already visit 3times to your service center and i am not getting result. i am dicuss the issue to your service center but he didn't respond and i also complained to your customer care he didn't accepted her mistake and your service center didn't update my phone a new proper software.

                                  my main problem is when I visited your service center he didn't get right software and didn't update my phone properly and my front camera issue is not fix.

                                    April 2018 with online payment. The mobile is dispatched by mi with Ekart
                                    courier service on 20 April 2018. The item not deliver after 22 days. No
                                    response from customer care department. every Time discussion with mi
                                    department they told me please wait 24 /48 hour but no response.mi not even
                                    replying to my email. Mi is not even giving proper answerto my question. Mi
                                    provides such a poor service.

                                      Unfortunately i have placed order redmi note 5 pro black 4gb+64gb (Order id - [protected]) on 13th-april-2018... And it shipped on 25th apr-2018.. And i already paid for this order through my credit card... It comes through ekart - logistics and today i tracked my order in ekart website it shows as "marked rto: order_reject"... Even they don't inform me and returned my order... I have tried since last 2 months for booking this smartphone and after sucessfully i booked this phone what i see now it's get rejected... And now 1000rs/- also increased of this smartphone... Please take necessary action against my issue... I have mention the screenshot of tracking details of my smartphone

                                        I have been trying to buy a Redmi 5 Pro 4 Gb variant from online as well as offline mode but to no avail. On enquiring about its availability at the official Mi store in Thane on four different occasions, they always say that the phone is out of stock. I also tried to book it online but it becomes out of stock too soon. Hence this online flash sale mode is of no use for genuine buyers. Meanwhile, I also tried to enquire about its availability at New Jalaram mobile store, near Thane station. The store attendant told me that it can be made available but for that I have to shell out Rs. 2000 more than the market price, i. e. Rs 16000/- for a Rs 14000/- worth phone. It is noteworthy that New Jalaram store is an sales partner for Xiaomi phones in Thane, Maharashtra. Clearly, black marketing is being done of this phone by creating artificial shortage and I suspect the involvement of some Xiaomi salespeople as well in this case of organised loot. Please pay heed to my complaint and take appropriate actions against the guilty.
