5) On 19th April 2018 1:40 PM you are writing that you have investigated that product was delivered in intact condition ...HOW THIS HAS HAPPENED WHEN I HAVE NOT GIVEN YOU IMAGES AND 48 HOURS NOT PASSED.

6) YOU ARE CONTRADICTING TO YOUR OWN EMAIL SENT ON 18th APRIL WHERE YOU ARE SAYING THAT YOU ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS THE CLAIM DUE TO UNAVAILABILITY OF IMAGES.

7) AND I HAVE SENT IMAGES WITHIN 48 HOURS BUT BEFORE RECEIVING IMAGES HOW YOU PROCESSED THE CLAIM.

8) I FEEL LIKE CHEATED BY MI. I HAVE LOST MY MONEY. IN SPITE BEING AN OLD CUSTOMER I HAVE BEEN CHEATED BY THE COMPANY.

9) TILL DATE I BOUGHT SIX MOBILE FROM MI BUT THIS IS MY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH MI.

10) MI REPLACEMENT PROCESS IS VERY POOR.

11) I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY SUCH COMPLAINS HAVE BEEN DECLINED, MI HAS FORCED ME TO ACCEPT DAMAGE PRODUCT.

12) I REQUEST ONCE AGAIN TO REPLACE DELIVERED DAMAGE REDMI 5 TO ME.

13) ELSE I WILL HAVE TO MOVE TO COURT UNER LAW OF PROTECTION OF CONSUMER INTEREST AS HOW YOU WILL GUARANTEE THE DAMAGE REDMI 5 WAS NOT PACKAGED AND DELIVERED.

    I bought a new redimi note 4, invoice no.[protected] dt. 29.06.17. When headphone is taken out the headphone symbol stays in my mobile. I took it to mi service centre. They repaired it twice and both the time the same problem came up after one or two months. Again i would have to go to service center. I think they are intentionally not repairing the mobile and waiting for the guarantee period to be over. And then they would ask for money.
    Please ask the service centre in medinipur, west bengal to repair my mobile fully.

      There is flash sale i try several days but i am failed to book the mi note 5 pro.
      There is some black marketing on this product where if we gave 2 thousend extra money they can sale mi note 5 pro.
      The company should be avail product sufficient quantity as soon as possible.
      Nither there lose of money and time.
      We need justis form national consumer service... Thank you

        I brought redmi note 4 on this November 2017, But it had issues of not catching proper network from the start but now in both the sim slots its not catching network. I went to Mi service center for resolving issue and found that the motherboard of the phone is having fault in it. I got a defective piece from the start, so i would request to provide me a new handset other than just replacing the motherboard. The phone gets too heat whie using too.please look into the matter and do the needful.
        I ordered Redmi y1 with order number[protected]. I received the order on 16 april, 2018.
        I need replacement of the product as it doesn't work. It is showing not responding again and again.

        Very bad experience. Please either replace the product or refund my precious money.

          There is ash color notification bar on the device. When i change the theme or reboot the device it goes for some time and then comes back. It is soo irritating. Ialso tried an app called 'redadroid ' and there so not much difference. Ihave attatched the image of the screen. Please do something to rectify this. I am experiencing this complaint from two or three days

              All retailers in my area are selling redmi note 5 pro in black. The cost is rs 14000 but it is being sold at the rate of 16500.this is promoting corruption nothing else. I hope u will understand the seriousness of the issue

                I sent my recently purchased mimix 2 for servicing after the screen was broke. I received a quote that it will cost 8425. I saw from the official store that it will cost 7140. Now why there is a difference in pricing? Who is charging the extra price? When i enquired with mi, they say it includes service charges and gst. But look at the total quote given by mi service

                  Actually i was requested a red mi to install a tv on 21 of whose token no is a4667. But i was not attended yet, i am a working person i am coming to my home only for installation to my home town (Bharatpur) because of their irrelevant policy. So they had wasted my time and money both plz raise my claim of mine salary cutt off 6 days and my time wasted.

                    This is wrt to the order #[protected]. This was part of phone exchange purchase but the phone was never delivered to me. I made repeated calls to customer care for refund and all i get the response is that once phone reaches warehouse, my refund will be processed. Even after a month i get the same response and this is the clear case of fraud. I am trying to get this resolved via online forums before approaching consumer court against cheat xiomi's cheating.

                        My note 5 finger scanner is out of order in warenty period. I'm give my phone mi service center tvs cochin. The girl talk to me want to change scanner i check the stock. Then she takes my phone go and start reparing. Also take my mi account password. I'm waiting there 2 hovers. At last the girl come and give the phone then say we have not stock available today please come next week. I check my phone i'm shocked my phone was restored without my permission.. Lost everything..                             My redmi 2 phone has its charger port broken because o[censored]sage. I called the customer service - they directed me to go to service center. When i went to the service center/ i showed my mobile and they said the spare parts are not available. There explanation is since the phone is of older model the spare is not sent by the manufacturer. I called the customer service number again and they also said the same thing that they dont supply the spare since the phone is old. Its total rip off
                            Mine bluetooth headset with order id [protected] was delivered to wrong person and wrong address.I complained several times to xiaomi india.But they are just wasting time not helping in any manner.I have been suffering from past 3 months.please help regarding this.

                                Hi sir i am sachin khetia, i am a regular user of mi phones but from more than 2 months i am facing issues with my mi a1 handset. The handset restarts automatically as we use the mobile phone, the more we use the more it restarts, at first month it was restarting 3-4 times a week but now it restarts 7-8 times a day and so on depending on how much i use it. The way it restarts seems to be a manufacturing defect. I have tried factory reset/wipeout data, but it starts restarting within half an hour, i recently tried to repair it from a unique telecom xiaomi service center they changed the usb charging port giving reason of dummy charging effect but still it keeps on restarting, and now i think it is a manufacturing defect of the handset that it restarts infinity times, and it is up to date but has the problem. Please help me to this problem, i want a handset replacement, my handset's physical condition is excellent and the issue is started from and after 10-20 days of purchase. It has been 86 days i have bought this phone from e-commerce site flipkart.

                                  I am order the mi redmi 5 phone and it is came yesterday and i am given the correct address of shastri nagar bhiwandi maharashtra but also the delivery person has told me to come in gaibi nagar bhiwandi maharashtra and also had told to come in 5 minute only atherwise he cancel my order and that time i am in college far away from that place thats why i am request him to wait more time or deliver some hour later but also he told come in 10 minutes otherwise he cancel my order thats why i had told to cancel my order
                                  So please sir i am requesting you to please give me proper service in my next order please.

                                      The customer care service centre located in circuit house midnapore west bengal is highly inefficient and has been harassing me since 8.04.2018 after repeatedly telling me that my redmi note 4 which is under warranty that the motherboard of my phone is not working properly. Today when i reached the service centre it was closed and no information was given according when it will open again. The customer service provider's name is joy. Mobile number [protected]. He has kept his phone switched off the whole day. Yesterday he had told me to come to service centre today and when i reached there the centre was closed without further notice when it will open. Wen i had called the main mi customer care they said that the centre was unauthorized. Yet when i had gone to the centre they had told me it was authorized.
                                      I have been cancelled the order the money been not refunded in my credit card hence i want to buy new mobile from my credit card. There is no sifficient money in my credit card so I request yo sir/madam to refund by money by today .so please accept this request

                                        Today i have been to several mi preferred partners to buy note 5 pro they are asking for the extra money to buy this phone they are charging 2500 extra on it what the hell is this i request you to stop this flash sales for red mi note 5 pro because almost people getting it by paying 2k to 2.5k higher prices because of its black marketing. If you can't stop flash sale then stop its black marketing.
