On 8th March 2018, I booked Redmi note 5 pro in mi authorized store in Vapi(gujarat), they assured that mobile will be available before 31 March but today is 8 April and we didn't get mobile. When we ask about our mobile status they simply ignore us and they don't pick our call.

    Within 4 days of purchase of redmi 4, black screen has appeared while connected with laptop to import photos. This happened while settings was being configured. I tried several times to fix it with the normal procedure like pressing down volume and stop buttons and reboot but in vain. All apps are functioning normally in black mode.
    So how to fix this black screen?

      Hi,

      This is regarding the poor service of Xiaomi Service Centre Mandsaur City(Madhya Pradesh) Address- Nagar Palika Complex - Pin Code 458001.

      They just making me fool everyday, I am tired of going Mi service centre everyday for my mobile handset Mi Note 4,
      1st day

      Initially my mobile microphone was not working and also the earphones getting a hell lot disturbance while connecting in the phone, my phone is under warranty, So i went to Mi service centre Mandsaur city, they just blow the dust from the device and give it back to me saying it will work fine now and there is no problem in the device itself.

      2nd day
      Microphone of the mobile still didn't worked and I again went to the support, then they checked the device and said Motherboard of the device needs to be replaced, also they took my JBL earphones worth rs 1200 for checking afterwards the Motherboard replacement.

      After 3 days

      They told me it require 3 days time for repairing, I went there service centre again after 3 days, they said me to come after 2 hours as they are about to repair my device...then again I went to the service centre and then they told me come tomorrow as mobile is still not repaired.! What the Hell...!!!

      Now, i.e Today 10 April 2018

      I again went to the service centre, they give my phone to me by saying that its working fine now, but Wait..!! Now they misplaced my Earphones which they took on the first day.! seriously disgusting..! The guy at the service centre give me the excuse that he might forget the earphones at his home..! Is this a joke...! They took my earphones for their personnel use at home..!

      they again said to me to come tomorrow for the earphones, i said ok...and came back to my home, and at home when i tried to insert my sim into the phone the Sim tray is not working.. I am unable to pull off the sim tray from the device...!! Even Worst now...!!

      What a piece of ### service from Mi, really disappointed..!

      I want the replacement of my phone now...and my Earphones back to me..! Never ever gonna purchsse any Mi product now..!

        Date 4/4/18-my display is broken, then i am go service centre to change the display he will change it and solve the problem. But after two days i have problem with my display because sometimes display light on/off. I am go again on7/4/18 to service centre and tell about problem he will say that your is problem is display and back cover both are change price is rs 4000, then i am say 2 days before i changed my display. Then he will say okk we will change both but you will paid only back cover price ok leave your phone and service centre call you with in 7day. I am leave my phone, but he will change only back cover and he will repair the display and given to me... The problem is same display light sometimes on/off plzz solve my problem... I
        My mi A1 getting very problem home button, menu button, fingerprint sensor not working and mobile switch of after every 4hour plz solve this problem...plz solve this problem within 4days i[censored] r not solved this problem than I will go the complaint indian consumer forum.

          I hv purchased mi 43 inch tv in flash sell dated 20.3.18 thru mi stores online. I received the tv also neatly packed on 26.3.18. As per xiomi india they will send their representive or tie up visit schedule as per coustomer convinience with in 48 hrs of delivery. The pack has to opened in front of their person else guarentee will not stand.in my case visit scheduled on 31.3.18 which did not happen i did not receive any call frommi india or their representive. What was reason i do not know. I was talking and mailing to their coustomer care every day. As per their communication visit rescheduled on 3.4.18 which also did not happen and same thing no call, no servise. Since then i am calling and mailing daily but i am not gettiing prper schedule only getting fake commitments, apology, with shortly and earliset assurances. But nothing is moving ahead. Today almost two weeks are passed and i do not know when it will happen. Please let me know what to do. I will have to try the installation of my own where i loose the guarentee in case of any issue with the piece. My money is blocked.
          I know it's really a frustrating thing, even when you got the new thing at home yet you can't do a thing to it because of the fear of losing it's warranty. And you my friend must be feeling this frustration since 26 march. I commend you.

          As of today did they still not installed your TV?

          Return it asap (as soon as possible).

          Why i said that? Because Installation and Demo is done by Jeeves, they are also responsible for providing warranty services for Mi TV 4A. So if they are delaying your TV installation till now god knows if in future you face any problem with TV during warranty period, you may only guess how long they're gonna take to respond.

          Otherwise learn to wait.

          Mi4 Brought online on dated 1/7/2017 of IMEI no. [protected]/[protected] after 6 Months later phone & charger getting heated, there is no solution in MI, there is serious safety issue of phone, this type of issue I am very unhappy, upset on MI.
          I Should not prefer MI to further.
          I purchased tv 43 inch from Mi home Madhapur store located in Hyderabad Telangana..its been 5 days i have raise the installation request daily iam information to customer nobody responding proper when i asked about technition showing its shows mi store staff are least bother about the complaint even customer care employees are not helping in the installation process, we calling customer care more then 10 times since last 3 days. Kindly do needful.
          I have purchased Mi TV43 inch from Mi Store located at Ambience Hall Gurgaon.
          I call customer care inorder to install my TV, they told me it will take 3-5 days inorder to get install.
          What is the use of buying Smart TV which will be lying useless for 3-5.

          I am very disappointed with you service and you need to do something, I hope you will get time to read my email

            I just only want to say that. From last 1 month i've been trying to book a redmi note 5 pro on mi sale but every time i got nothing. But in offline market you can easily buy it without any flash sale by paying 1000 rupees extra but that is not right. My comlaint is if you don't have enough stock then please stop this company. Sometimes i feel it's a cheap mi strategy to sell thier product. I mean in offline market mi has lot of stock but online you don't have even a single piece. After so many attempt i bought a samsung j7 max and samsung is much better than xiami in sales and service.in future i will not suggest mi to anyone. Worst mobile brand in the world.

                I tried to buy MI tv in flash sales for several times like 5-6 times on every Tuesday and Fridays in MI store as well as Flipkart. but could not buy it. It goes out of stock within 0.002 seconds. If that is the case then company should not put it on sale. if they have such a small inventory or they do not have sufficient qty. It wastes our time. I understand if it would have been named as lottery then it's acceptable. If it is marketed as sales then sufficient no. O[censored]nits must be kept for sale. It should not waste time of buyers. I would like to know number Of clicks u get as buy option and the no o[censored]nits u keep for sale. If it is marketing stunt then I feel its wrong practice of publicity by wasting consumer's time.
                I[censored] do not have stock which is lesser than unit for consumers demand below 1:1000 then why unnecessary waste our time. Please sale regionally or specific cities. Say Mumbai on one day, Thane on one day. Me, my sister try to buy on sale day and time keeping all our work aside for past almost 6-7 sales. This is literally harassment just because we liked ur product. Else market it as lottery and we are not interested in lotteries. Thanks
                I order redmi note 5 pro on mi.com it gives me 1 day 24hours window for payment after that my order gone cancel. But xiaomi cancelled my order before that window and says there was a technical issue many order are cancel so why they are providing wrong information on there website xiaomi cancel my order after 12hours
                Battery backup is very poor after updating new version updates.

                  In shops they are selling at R's.16500/- against the original price of Rs.13999/- with 2500 bucks extra. For black color with additional R's.500/- bucks.

                  Completely illegal, unfair, bad in law, uncalled for and cheating in the daylight.

                  This is my favourite brand. I have been using Mi from 2015.

                  Is it possible to possible to purchase it online or offline at fair price and when?

                  Sir, I want to tell u about my microphone problem during calls after the 9.2.6.0 update in my note 5 pro . When I am on a call the recieved is not able to listen my voice clearly. So I have to download this app "sound about" which gets the job done but not perfectly .please give an update for this issue fix .Also the i[censored] can give us an Oreo update and mic fix update

                    Really disappointed with mi hardware quality, had purchased mia1 just two weeks ago saving all money together and I'd placed a tempered glass protection above it, phone had accidentally slipped from my hand and the temper glass is broken and display is completely broken.                       This is to inform you that I have purchased Mi Mix 2 just one month ago. I was went to purchase One plus 5 but the stunning design and the 18 K real gold plated feature of your flagship phone changed my openion. I have decided finally to buy Mi Mix 2 instead of One plus 5 considering that, MI is also on the way of becoming no 1 smartphone brand in India.

                      Today I felt really very sad and also thinking that it was not the good decision to choose your brand. Just within one month short span of time my phone got completely dead today. I visited to your service center and ask them to check my phone. They have checked the phone for at least 01 Hr but they were also not able to resolve the issue. I told them that it is quite expensive phone and I do not prefer to go for repair. Please arrange to get it swap with the new phone.

                      Your service center people was really very helpful and they have understood my situation completely. After this they have issued a job order no and handed over to me. ( All the necessary documents are attached for your reference) Now I have few question as I am your new customer and using your brand first time. Kindly revert with the appropriate answer.

                      1) How you guys gone compensate me for this trouble which I am facing right now?

                      2) This process will take at least 7 days as advised by your service center. How I will survive without a smartphone in today online world where all the official and personal work will be managed through smartphone only?

                      3) Why I will not post this to social media which will effect your brand value?

                      4) Who will give the guaranty of the privacy of my personal data which is there still in my phone? (This is very very important and I want a written statement from your side about the safety of my phone DATA)

                      5) Cost of my smartphone is Rs. 33K which is not a small amount. Why not I will stop recommending your brand to others?

                      Please note that I want a satisfactory reply from your side for this mail. I will execute my actions after the reply only. So please prove your self as a no 1 brand by providing the proper and satisfactory service to me.

I buy this device on march 1st, 2018 and the device is get authontically switched off and erase all the data. Sometimes when i was doing my work on phone is automatic getting switched off an even if it is on charger plugin this device repeats the same process (Switched off and erased all the data)
                          Kindly provide your concerned suggesstions towards the problem either replace this device with the new one or return my payment.

                            It is regrettable that you are befooling the people in the name of flash sale. Since 22nd february i am diligently attempting to participate in your flash sale/ pre order occasions for your mi tv 4 but in vain. Today it was height of mockery when even sale or pre order not even opened. Why such befooling? It is as if you people are playing games with the emotions of indian people. Very disgusting and frustrating experience. Hate the shameful behaviour.

                                My redmi note 4 is not charging properly
                                It is not charging with its original charger
                                And also with any other charger too
                                It is taking 7 hours to charge and it didn't charges when it is open
                                It only charges when it is switched off and not everytime
                                It suddenly starts charging
                                And it's battery is not backing up
                                And it didn't even completed one year till i bought it

                                  I purchased 43 inches MI LED SMART TV 4A via Flipkart on 15 March 2018.
                                  Order ID: OD[protected]. Paid Rs. 22999

                                  The much touted limited number button remote couldn't search signals from AIRTEL SET-TOP BOX.
                                  Xiaomi had claimed that they had revolutionized TV industry, by coming up with a smart tv that can sense signals from any set top box used in India. That their simple remote can handle all channels required.

                                  I learnt it the hard way that their claim was bogus. I was forced to use two remotes - one for switching on and selecting the AV mode and then I had to use the AIRTEL SET-TOP BOX REMOTE for selecting the required channels.

                                  On 31 March 2018, current supply to set-top box went off, due to failure in one phase of current. With that simple incident, the entire booting system of TV collapsed.

                                  Next time, when I turned on the TV, red light blinked at the sensor point; but the screen remained dead. No display. No possibility of rebooting.
                                  Not even a small sound. PATCHWALL just failed to appear.

                                  Keeping the TV dead for the past four days.

                                  I raised a complaint on 1 April 2018, in Mi.com WEBSITE.

                                  They gave the ref. No. WOIN[protected], promised the technician would call and set it right in the next 24 hours.
                                  Nothing happened. I rang up the helpline: [protected]. Call centre executives speak politely but nothing indeed happened. Every time they promised the same thing: Technician would call you in the next 24 hours.

                                  They wouldn't give any idea of who the technician might be; which is his contact number; through which agency do they operate in chennai.

                                  Call centre people appear to be in Bangalore. Every time they promise yet another reminder given. But no call ever comes back to me.

                                  The TV was running just for 13 days.
                                  Replacement facility from FLIPKART could be taken only within 10 days.

                                  Badly caught now. Nothing can be done. Warranty of 2 years exists only in papers.
                                  There is a saying in Hindi.

                                  "Mengha roye ek baar, Sasta roye baar baar..."

                                    My phone mi a1 I have purchased on[protected]. My phone usb cable is not work and I go to mi service center indore the service center have charged 352 rs. For this this is under warranty so why he is charged . The bill is attached with this complaint

                                      Redimi store at ea mall chennai trying to fool customer by feeding wrong input in cashify exchage app. The executive even though my phone matches the good condition put 'below average' in cashify app. The store was making fool of all who didnt knew cashify app by feeding below avg as exchange rate. This is not a proffessionel approach. After complaining to the show room manager they said our showroom maximum can give only avg. As the cashify person may not accept it and we will have to pay from our pocket in case if it is like that. This is not the way to do bussiness as i feel redimi showroom guys are making the company loose its credibility. Bad service...

                                      So solve my issue as soon as otherwise I file a police complain...

                                        I have bought mi note 5 before 10 days.. When i start using my phone it got heating up and also heats up during charging
                                        After that i tried to contact mi consumer care through call but the no always remains busy
                                        I contacted them through mail but there always try to make excuses
                                        I even send them the screenshots of my phone but they didn't gave any response
