My redmi 2 phone has its charger port broken because o[censored]sage. I called the customer service - they directed me to go to service center. When i went to the service center/ i showed my mobile and they said the spare parts are not available. There explanation is since the phone is of older model the spare is not sent by the manufacturer. I called the customer service number again and they also said the same thing that they dont supply the spare since the phone is old. Its total rip off

This is to inform you that, i have facing a problems in my device both cameras, while clicking in a zoom mode the picture clearity is not good found blur picture, request you to please sortout the issues as soon as possible or else replace the device which was only 40 days older.

Hi sir i am sachin khetia, i am a regular user of mi phones but from more than 2 months i am facing issues with my mi a1 handset. The handset restarts automatically as we use the mobile phone, the more we use the more it restarts, at first month it was restarting 3-4 times a week but now it restarts 7-8 times a day and so on depending on how much i use it. The way it restarts seems to be a manufacturing defect. I have tried factory reset/wipeout data, but it starts restarting within half an hour, i recently tried to repair it from a unique telecom xiaomi service center they changed the usb charging port giving reason of dummy charging effect but still it keeps on restarting, and now i think it is a manufacturing defect of the handset that it restarts infinity times, and it is up to date but has the problem. Please help me to this problem, i want a handset replacement, my handset's physical condition is excellent and the issue is started from and after 10-20 days of purchase. It has been 86 days i have bought this phone from e-commerce site flipkart.

I am order the mi redmi 5 phone and it is came yesterday and i am given the correct address of shastri nagar bhiwandi maharashtra but also the delivery person has told me to come in gaibi nagar bhiwandi maharashtra and also had told to come in 5 minute only atherwise he cancel my order and that time i am in college far away from that place thats why i am request him to wait more time or deliver some hour later but also he told come in 10 minutes otherwise he cancel my order thats why i had told to cancel my order
So please sir i am requesting you to please give me proper service in my next order please.

i have purchased a redmi 4a mobile last august 2017.although it is working fine till date but know it is having pink colour lines on display while power on..when i went to xioami service center then told me rs 2000 appropriate for this which is in still warranty[which expires on august 2018]... how can we further purchase ur mobile i[censored]r service is not good.kindly contact me on mobile no [protected] for more details

The customer care service centre located in circuit house midnapore west bengal is highly inefficient and has been harassing me since 8.04.2018 after repeatedly telling me that my redmi note 4 which is under warranty that the motherboard of my phone is not working properly. Today when i reached the service centre it was closed and no information was given according when it will open again. The customer service provider's name is joy. Mobile number [protected]. He has kept his phone switched off the whole day. Yesterday he had told me to come to service centre today and when i reached there the centre was closed without further notice when it will open. Wen i had called the main mi customer care they said that the centre was unauthorized. Yet when i had gone to the centre they had told me it was authorized.

Today i have been to several mi preferred partners to buy note 5 pro they are asking for the extra money to buy this phone they are charging 2500 extra on it what the hell is this i request you to stop this flash sales for red mi note 5 pro because almost people getting it by paying 2k to 2.5k higher prices because of its black marketing. If you can't stop flash sale then stop its black marketing.

I have added mobile to my cart on flipkart but those #ers gave that mobile to someone else nd they are providing a intimation that the product is out of stock. I have purchase a mi 4 mobile in the month of january through online purchase. Now it is observed that the mbl temperature is highly increased while using data in few minutes. Due to this i feel uncomfortable and fear to use my mble. Since my mobile is under warranty periods, this may be rectified early or otherwise to say what will i have do in this issues for proper rectification. Pl be informed

I am trying to buy mi led tv4 for a period of two months. But i am unable to buy the above tv. Because of the site is showing buy now option for 10 or 20 seconds. How is it possible to buy tv. But in our town local shops are selling mi
Tvs with excess amount. Are they getting tvs from flipkart and mi stores by back door method. So please avoid to sell tvs in block market method

Today I have visited MI Service Center Jayanagar Radiant EService I had given mi note 4 for headphone jack connectivity issue they told its a minor issue will resolved with 1 hrs but to my surprise they even after service it was not working again they took for service but it’s the same issue MR pavan manager of the service Center does not know how to talk with customer ... they have damaged my mobile the ear pice also stoped fun ..more over they are saying do what ever u want this how we do service Now I have been given the mobile which is not funactional. And not responding to this I came to know from other customers also for every issue they same mother bord issue and charge heavily from customers I was made to wait for more the 4 hrs but the issue was not resolved

This is a great concern as a customer i am using redimi phones in my residence. As per your sale last friday i was surprised again to see within 5 seconds redimi note 5 pro got sold out. Is this company policy within 5 seconds all mobiles are sold out. As a human u need some time to buy a product in entering bank details and others. Now can i get the mobile set without any hesitation and harassment. Tomorrow sale again, i am sure this time same result. Can u help me in this or shall i escalate to higher end.

I am purchase mi read me note-4 online six months back bur the same is getting switched off know and then i have visited the gallery six to seven times for the same i am really not satisfied with the response at mi gallery and looking to launch a complain at the cosumer forum for the same
I am facing the same problem since i purchased everytime i go to the gallery they just take 10 minutes and give back the same saying it is being done but after 15 to 20 days i face the same problems whats the use of the same i think mi should be banned ii india as i have seen many persons facing the same problem

I am notifying you that from past 1 year there has been a sales going on that's known as flash sales by the company like mi, flipkart and amazon sites through online. The amazing thing is that the flash sale hardly stands for 2-3 mins and the product goes out of the stock.
Then the offline stores of these mobile companies sell mobile at higher prices ranging between 1000₹- 2000₹ or more. By this means, they are doing black marketing of mobile phones. Kindly lookout for this.
They are selling mobiles phones of chinese company in india in the name of made in india.
They are looting common people through flash sales.
Its a scam of crores.

Mi home located at pune seasons mall & phoenix market city respectively are doing kind of corruption in case of mi note 5 pro mobile. Since last 1 month i am visiting both stores daily but not a single piece of mi note5 pro made available for sale since last 1 month. However same mobile were available in nearby local mobile stores at higher rates increased by[protected] per piece. Mi home authorities selling those mobiles to local stores illegally. We are customers of mi are really upset due to this behaviour. Please set an enquiry regarding this kind of scam by mi home pune stores.

In angul district of odisha state all the authorized mi store (Goyel store & galaxy store) have mi 5 & mi 5 pro mobiles available right now. But they have changed rupees 1500 to 2000 more than the mrp. When i asked for the over charge, they told me that this is available in black market as phones are not available in offline. Mi doing flash sale to protect their products from black marketing but all are eye wash. The reality telling totally different. Mi authorities should made surprise raids/checks to stop black marketing.

I have purchased note 5 pro before 4 days in black i gave 1400 more than original price cause i loved product very much i was trying to buy this phone from past 3 flash sale but i was not lucky and i personally think that the sellers in india which your company hire are doing this cheap thing so i request you to do something about it and should take strick action

I purchased mi tv order no od00002746 on 12-4-18 mobile no [protected] from mi home ambience mall and in receipt it is written that product will be delivered with 48 hours.

Tv has not been delivered yet. I have called call centre numbers & had a online chat but no solution has been provided to me yet as to when it will be delivered.

Firstly i have been running to mi home every week to get confirmation as to when my turn will come. After 1 month i got the tv & now when i have done payment for tv. I have been running for tv to be delivered thereafter i dont know how many times i have to call them to install tv.

It is pathetic that mi home does not have any number to contact them neither there is anyone to solve customer problem.

I want to take action against them so that in future other customers whosoever buys, does not face the problem which i am facing.

Confirm me as soon as possible

I purchased red me 4 on amazon in may2017 on amazon site emei no is [protected] and amd i purchased a ins from xiomi mi damaged protect and before many days my mobile got damaged with liquid damaged i raised claim but not finally ins co mailed your claim not payable my claim no is 3070237 at one assist company is not giving claim

I am getting good voice from other side, even from a very cheapest mobile phone.
But astonishingly, my voice is not getting by the other side person. Initially, i thought of signal problem. But not at all. So, i have been suffering this deficiency since purchase. Not only that credibility of the producer has become at stake.

An early action is highly solicited.
