My phone had some problem and i gave it to service center in noida (Mi service center near fortis hospital, bharat complex). I submitted to them on[protected]. Initially they said they would return it after two days but they did not. Then they said the will return another after 2 days. Maximum time is 10 days after submission. But they are still not giving it back. Everytime i go there they say when the part will come they will return me....

I had pre-booked a redmi note 5 pro (4gb ram) on 9th of mar with an advance payment of inr 2000 at a mi authorised store (Details of the store mentioned at the end) and was assured of the delivery by 17th of march 2018...

But to the disappointment, it has not been delivered yet... Also, the store staff aren't sure about the delivery as of now...
I love the 'value for money' that mi offers but this is really a disgusting...

I purchased mi 4 from amazon on 2 dec 2017. Still in warranty. I insert headphones in headphone jack after it mobile is not working properly. When i received call no voice in ear piece and ringer is not working. I go to mi service center first consumer care executive says there is a issue in mother board i don't have a part please comes after 3 days. When i go back to service center they said we don't have part still it's will be comes 10...

I want to buy a new redmi note 5 pro.

But the product availability date is changed so many times and in last 15days i am trying to order it.

But your order date is changed periodically.

So i am totally in trouble.

How i can bought it. This product is truely come or not. I want the correct answer to this product.

Because i am go to alternate....

I have problem on my handset of Redmi 5A from purchasing to till now...

When i call to anyone handset goes to flight mode and give message on display is mobile network is not available...

And some time getting a mobile network and hanging a mobile long time...

So Plz solve my problem immediatly as soon as possible...

We have purchased MI A1 phone in Jan'18 and it is under warranty.On 9th March'18, we faced problem with sim card not detecting in this phone and we have taken the cell phone to Yamunanagar service center of Mi and they shared the job sheet mentioning "PCBA of Sim card is faulty" and then on 10th March, we have talked with one of the customer care executive of Mi Service Center and they asked to go back to yamunanagar center again and asked...

Recently i bought mi y1 handset which is approx 2.5 month old. Now its camera is not working and when i visited mi service center in mathura, they told me that it cannot be repair under warranty and they tell the charges of 70% of the purchase price of handset, if repaired without warranty.
Now i want to know that if the mobile is in warranty then why it cannot be repaired under warranty and also why the charges for repairs is that...

Battery order has been placed to m/s decode technology (Authorised service center uluberia - tvse for mi phones) on 12/03/2018 with the assurance of supplying within 7 days.

This is to bring to your notice that since few weeks i'm facing an issue where i need to swap my sim slots every time i want to use internet. It stay connected for some time and then gets disconnected after some time.

I have to change the slot again to regain the connectivity. On top of this i don't get any incoming calls on my phone.

I was a regular redmi user as me and my father was using same redmi note 4 for more than a year and was very happy with the services so we thought of purchasing same handset for my mother as well, which we did, and we gifted her redmi note 4, 64 gb, gold on 30 may 2017 from deep communications with invoice number 873 which worked good for quite few time and then suddenly it started giving me problems as both sim stopped working...

Xiaomi is having flash sale for selling its mobile phones.
The phone gets sold our in less than one second. For the past 3 months i have been trying to buy redmi 5a but how much speed i try i am unable to buy one phone but there are brokers/dealers who are able to get the phones via online sale and then they are sell the phone over ebay and taking 1000 to 1500 rupees extra for the same phone.
This is simply black marketing....

I don't play games incharge my phone once in a day... I don't have many apps installed... Then why is my phone consuming so much battery... Android system is at over 34% which is the main reason for this drain... I don't expect to have a phone 6 months old show hardware issues or software issues what do you guys think i should do. Redmi 3s mobile is suffering from a problem that when i insert the sim card insert the my mobile it shows no service available.
