My wife has given her mobile phone model, 5a, imei - [protected] to service center named ‘flex care’, situated at silchar, assam on 16mar2018, from that day to till date atleast 3 times she went to service center for asking about mobile status but service centre failed to tell her about the default/damaged parts name of mobile nor tell her exact date to get back her mobile. On behalf of my wife i am sending this mail from out of india, as i am nri and busy but you guys bound me to do that, if you wouldn’t take proper action than i will go through the proper channels to complain about it.

I called service centre of Xiaomi MI situated in silchar (Assam) named Flex care but the call recipient the employee was not capable to giving ans even she hasn’t any updates about our mobile phone in her computer, as per her ignorance I can say that they are fooling customers by telling lies and taking long times to keep pending works
I bought Red me Note 4 before 7 months, after 5 months the first complaint shown; no display. the same repeated three times now. What can I do? sajeev [protected]. They serviced the system three times now. Now I am think about a legal action. kindly rectify..

    My phone isn't working after mi update. It showing mi logo and not even starting. I tried lodging a complain at mi customer care but of now use, those people talked very rudely and were not ready to even lodge a complain for me. Infact they said if its out of warranty, you need to pay service charge and you can get it repaired at our service center. I dont understand why should i pay for the problem, that i am facing due to the mi update. Even i talked to senior supervisor ravi, but he also mentioned the same thing that they won't lodge a complain for the issue, which they are aware of. Really ridiculous. Please help.

    Pathetic service by MI India. Everyone is answering same regarding installation Service. And non of there technician coming up or not answering or not picking up call as well.i bought tv from last sale its been around 15 days still no one is coming to explain or for demonstration...
    My handset is redmi note 4, it is in the warranty period of 1 year. it has started to hang on usage of apps like whatsapp, instagram, facebook by showing a message that it has stopped responding.their is no help given by the customer service of MI .

      Hi team,

      I have purchased redmi note 4 on 7 july 2017 from mi.com. Attached is the invoice for reference.

      Suddenly on 22 mar, i observed that my phone's tp was working randomly so i removed the tempered glass (As i thought may be tempered glass issue). Still i observed that the issue remains same, sometimes the tp work & sometimes does not work. So on 23 mar, 2018 i took my phone to the nearest service center "janakpuri delhi-bmcp".

      I submitted my handset and even shown the same to simran jeet singh that device was completely scratchless (Not even a single mark anywhere neither on tp nor on phone's body), in short i would say that the phone was completely scratchless. To admit, device is scratchless the service center also put a mark on the "service order" like a box drawn with pen at bottom of service sheet and marked as ok. She also mentioned cosmetic section as "wear & tear", when i asked her to explain the meaning, she said it means that you are using the handset so we write as "wear & tear" but as per my understanding, we write "wear & tear" when we have scratches or dent. Moreover, i did not exaggerate it and handed over the handset to service center and came back home.

      On 24 mar, 2018 morning i called customer care around 10.45 am to get the device's status & got to know that it is ready & i can get it anytime. So, in the evening around 5.45pm i went to service center & handed over my service order to them. After waiting for 25 mins, i got the handset in my hand which was open from both side (Not properly closed-attached images for reference) with scratches at the bottom side of bezel. When i asked the reason of device not closed properly & have scratches then the lady manager of the service center said "its normal sir". But i refused & then that lady manager told me that she will return the handset to company's lab where the same will be investigated whether the scratches from my side or due to esd tools used in the repair by service center. When i asked her the duration, how long you will keep my device, she said "we have no idea. On monday, i talk to company & they will decide what to do with your phone". I also asked when should i call you, she even not bothered to reply like i am her servant and she is paying me salary (# off for such people from my side). Rather, i agreed & handed over the handset back to them.

      Now i have few queries that need to be answered

      1. Why the device was open from both the sides before handing over to the customer?
      2. Why the device got scratches as i am sure the esd working bay must have soft foam to avoid scratches?
      3. Why the lady manager is so rude and what she thinks of herself?
      4. How much does a customer values to mi?
      5. If so called authorized service centers are doing such blunders & carelessness then how will the end user develop confidence in brand. Now, seriously upon seeing lady manager's attitude i am sure she will definitely do some blunders to my phone. Really lost my confidence in mi authorized service center.

        Dear sir/ma'am,

        I booked mi tv 32 inch on 16th march 2018 from mi store through mobile app.

        Order number [protected]

        When we received the item, box has dent in the centre of the box and got wet at bottom (Some awful smell came out)

        Deliver told us to contact customer care for returning item. When i called customer care they are saying that they call back for installation time. Installation person will confirm whether item got damaged or not. Requested him to arrange installation person asap to check as we have kids at home. He replied that liquid is not harmful, and not cooperative & disconnected the call in the middle conversation. I recorded customer care person conversation.

        Seal is not removed yet. It is there as it is delivered.

        Since then, i have been calling regularly & sending mails with damage photographs. They been saying they are rising the complaints again & again... Escalated also. But nobody visited yet to check.

        I request you to kindly do the needful for replacement.

          Service quality is very bad, i visited three service centers (Many times), but phone is still not fixed. Post interaction to customer care, they raised my complaint (Wo:isin[protected]b58), now its 4 days neither i am getting any calls nor solution for the same. Is there any one who can assist me to get it fixed or any resolution. My contact number is [protected].
          Phone bend automatic inside in my pocket then service centre refused to give warranty please guide me.

            I have purchased mi tv 4 32 inches days back...
            I have been asking for wall mount installation of the product since a week and people from mi customer care are like keeping on postponing the queries since a week...
            And the worst thing about it is inorder to claim the warranty we aren't supposed to open the box untill the service engineer approaches us...

              My phone had some problem and i gave it to service center in noida (Mi service center near fortis hospital, bharat complex). I submitted to them on[protected]. Initially they said they would return it after two days but they did not. Then they said the will return another after 2 days. Maximum time is 10 days after submission. But they are still not giving it back. Everytime i go there they say when the part will come they will return me. I have been there now 6 times. They have crossed there maximum days dedline still they are giving any fix data that when they would return me repaired. Please help me getting my phone repaired. I am facing huge problem without my phone

                I had pre-booked a redmi note 5 pro (4gb ram) on 9th of mar with an advance payment of inr 2000 at a mi authorised store (Details of the store mentioned at the end) and was assured of the delivery by 17th of march 2018...

                But to the disappointment, it has not been delivered yet... Also, the store staff aren't sure about the delivery as of now...
                I love the 'value for money' that mi offers but this is really a disgusting response from an authorised store of the 'no. 1 smartphone brand in india'...

                I dont want to blame anyone for this but i fear that i am a victim to the black marketing scandal of mi phones in the city... The store staff are telling that the phone has not been dispatched from the distributer's end...

                I dont want to lose my faith on mi so i am seeking the intervention of higher authorities...

                Please look into the matter.. And get my phone delivered as soon as possible...

                Looking forward to a quick and effective response from the mi team and management...

                  I purchased mi 4 from amazon on 2 dec 2017. Still in warranty. I insert headphones in headphone jack after it mobile is not working properly. When i received call no voice in ear piece and ringer is not working. I go to mi service center first consumer care executive says there is a issue in mother board i don't have a part please comes after 3 days. When i go back to service center they said we don't have part still it's will be comes 10 to 15 days. I said to them ok make a job sheet and keep this phone, i will wait 10 to 15 days.. But they don't do this and now they says some liquid found in charging area.. Now warranty is not covered... Please solve my problems...

                        We have purchased MI A1 phone in Jan'18 and it is under warranty.On 9th March'18, we faced problem with sim card not detecting in this phone and we have taken the cell phone to Yamunanagar service center of Mi and they shared the job sheet mentioning "PCBA of Sim card is faulty" and then on 10th March, we have talked with one of the customer care executive of Mi Service Center and they asked to go back to yamunanagar center again and asked us to reclaim on the same job sheet and they even asked us for the images of phone, which i have attached here as well. on 11th March'18, the executive at yamuna nagar center denied to open a new job sheet, he talked in a very unprofessional way and even with the executive on call as well, he denied that he can't recognize a service center guy on call, then executive on call asked us, he will be preparing a online job sheet and he will also lodge a complain against yamuna nagar service center and he asked us for 48hrs of time to respond to us. We waited till 13th March'18 for the response, but no response received, then on 14th March'18, we called back and they asked for an alternate number to be updated, as per them primary number was not reachable. We again waited for their call and next day then when we have not received any update, called back again and they said, alternate number could not be updated yesterday, we are updating it today and will surely call but again we have not received any response and yesterday on 20th March, when we have called back, the executive first was unable to find any ticket and then he disconnected the call, and when we called back again, another executive told us that, the first ticket has been closed as number was not reachable but they have not called on primary as well as on alternate number. on both the numbers, we have missed call alert activated, then he generated a new WO and today i received a call and customer executive was very rude, he even was not listening to anything. They are not responding over emails, he again asked us to send the details which we have shared on 10th March on email and said they dont have any email from our email ID. We have all call recordings with customer care executive.

                        My first and last question is " One can't even damage PCBA of any phone whether intentionally or unintentionally until we dont open the phone completely" then how this damage is not considered under warranty, one can break the sim tray but that is also in perfect condition. Phone is completely in brand new condition. I am taking this case through consumer forum so that my issue get resolved.

                        As per our conversation on phone below is my concern.
                        1.) I purchased my phone in January 2018 which is under warranty. I recently faced problem when my fine running phone started showing me "No Sim' Message. I visited MI authorized service center and they found the problem with sim card tray PCBA
                        And asked me to pay as it would not be considered in warranty. (job sheet attached)
                        2.) My concern is that why MI is not covering this damage in warranty. This is not a liquid damage nor any accidental damage.
                        I can't t understand why they are not covering this as I can not damage my PCBA by own if I even wish to. It has to be repaired by MI under warranty policy. Would request you to please check this issue and help to get it repaired without any charges.
                        It has been my 4th xiaomi phone and I trust the brand.

                          Recently i bought mi y1 handset which is approx 2.5 month old. Now its camera is not working and when i visited mi service center in mathura, they told me that it cannot be repair under warranty and they tell the charges of 70% of the purchase price of handset, if repaired without warranty.
                          Now i want to know that if the mobile is in warranty then why it cannot be repaired under warranty and also why the charges for repairs is that high?

                            Battery order has been placed to m/s decode technology (Authorised service center uluberia - tvse for mi phones) on 12/03/2018 with the assurance of supplying within 7 days.
                            The imei (Meid) :[protected]; sn:10360/20054550; invoice no. 210 dated12/03/18
                            The price of the battery is rs. 1180 and the service center has taken an advance of rs. 500.
                            But till now they are unable to supply the battery. Even day they are giving false information regarding the supply.
                            I have a wrong phone order
                            Recently i bought redmi note 5. I m facing so many issues. Screen wake up is too slow and battery is reducing though not used. Sd card is not accepting. Side lock button is not working. If i get call, unable to see the caller details immediately. It is taking a minute to display the caller name. Also, while disconnect the call also, the call is not disconnected immediately.

                              Hello team,

                              This is to bring to your notice that since few weeks i'm facing an issue where i need to swap my sim slots every time i want to use internet. It stay connected for some time and then gets disconnected after some time.

                              I have to change the slot again to regain the connectivity. On top of this i don't get any incoming calls on my phone.

                              I have checked with vodafone and they said all proper from their end, they suggested to use another phone for a day and check. I did that and it was found that it was working with seemless connectivity.

                              When i called mi support it was brought to my notice that the issue is with the phone where in it is not compatible with the band of vodafone.

                              If this is the case why there is no notification on online store that this phone is not compatible with vodafone would not have ended up buying.

                              I want an immediate solution on this as my work is hampered to a larger extent because of this.

                              If you'll can arrange for another phone which is compatible with vodafone till the time the issue doesn't get resolved.

                              I had purchased the note 4 dt. on 22/09/2017. I have found the mic problem and during my warrenty period at the service center they have charged explaining the reason that due to liquid damage mic should be replace @ rs. 1014/-.

                                There was a blast in Redmi note 3. Almost Six inch dig in the mattress...

                                Without physically verifying the phone, based on certain images, the company has concluded that there is no manufacturing defect...

                                They have thrown the blame on me by saying that I tried to open the phone, the battery got tempered and so the blast..

                                Ridiculous, pathetic, non-sense conversation by customer care representative named SCIN..

                                He says he is the final authority, no other senior guy is available... Go contact authorised center...

                                  I booked a xiaomi redmi note 5 gold (4gb+64gb) thorugh my mi account on 14-mar-2018 on cash on delivery. On 17-mar-2018, my product reached at my destination. While making payment for the product, i just asked delivery boy for physically verification for the product as it's my right as a customer. But delivery boy told me that there is no any provision for these type of verification. Than i told him that i will not make payment unless i see the product. Therefore he returned back that phone. I just want to tell me that is it a good customer service?

                                    I was a regular redmi user as me and my father was using same redmi note 4 for more than a year and was very happy with the services so we thought of purchasing same handset for my mother as well, which we did, and we gifted her redmi note 4, 64 gb, gold on 30 may 2017 from deep communications with invoice number 873 which worked good for quite few time and then suddenly it started giving me problems as both sim stopped working and its not the case of single time we have faced it thrice and then we went to your customer service centre and get it repaired on 20-01-18 on the same day it got repaired twice as the executive checked it and told that there is some issue with handset and then we went for the third time for the same issue on 13-03-18 and get it repaired we asked him regarding replacement as well to which he said it can't happen even if my phone is in warranty and if we face the same issue again he will change the motherboard, if it is the issue with the handset i must get a replacement, because right now my phone is in warranty so i m getting free repairing but when it's warranty gets over i will b charged for a hardware problem which i have already figured out while my phone was in warranty... I don't think it's good customer service from your end... It's quite embarrassing for me as well, as it was our believe on your product... Please do look into the matter otherwise i have to take some adverse step which i don't want to because i m still a satisfied customer..

                                      I bought mi a1 from flipkart on 5th jan. It doesn't give any type of problem until now but from 1 week i am not able to charge my phone because charging port is not working so please take it as request and please resolve it for me.
                                      I visited nearby service centre but their not having hardware to repair this.
                                      It's is very strange that new mobile is giving problem in 2 months only. Its not for me also our friends also giving some kind of problemss

                                        Delivered on 03 feb 18 whereas item was not delivered to me.
                                        Requests reconcile and give feedback on my order.

                                        Further i state that i had lodged a complaint about non receipt of the
                                        Item on 05 feb to your complain cell by telephone and complain no is
                                        Wahk[protected] on phone no [protected].

                                        Till date i neither got about my order nor refund of money back information.
