Dear sir / madam,

With due respect, my mobile redmi note 4 does have very poor 4g internet service with idea service provider. I had several calls with your customer care. They had several guide lines checked and found failed like internal setting change, sim change in others mobile, format & reinstall etc. Even though problem not resolved. I am in renukoot in u. P. I am using 2 idea sim in your mobile.in friends mobile net speed we are getting from 500kbps to 1.2mbps, but in the same time my mobile less than 10 kbps & some times it goes as spike to 100 kbps.
I took my mobile to nagpur mi service center. They told that redmi note 4 having problem with 4g internet. Don't update your software, then it work. When i took, this was working but later stop working even software not updated.
I did call to customer care again and they regretted to resolve the issue. Your team confirmed that redmi note 4 does not support idea 4g network, which was not mentioned any where during purchasing & its specification. I requested to refund my money & take mobile back from me. They regreatted & not replied as a care to customer.

Your team already spent a lot of time with me & i am feeling cheated & harassed in last several days.

I am tied not & inefficient in my working due to non-functioning mobile phone. This is affecting my personal & professional life.

Hope for best possible action in minimum time.

Dear sir,

I purchase mi a1 on 07 dec 2017. After 15 day screen flickering, switch on and off automatic after that one time reset the phone. After 15 day again same problem. Then submit the phone mi service center in gurgaon. Address: gf 13 spanish court, ansal palam vihar, gurugram, haryana 122017.
There person told me for repairing done in minimum 3 day. But no any responses by service center.

Did not receive the product after company promise to be dispatched in, 5days.
There should be penalty clause to them if these companies are not fulfill there commitment.

Last day my phone happened to fall from a height of less than 1.5 feet which made the screen to break. I wouldn't be making a complaint unless if it fell from a substantial height.

I am very much disappointed with this as it was my first mi product. The phone itself cost around 7k and now the authorised service center is telling me to pay another rs 2000 to get it fixed.

I expect quality on mi phones which has made a tremendous leap in indian markets.

Please consider this and do provide the quality that a smartphone should possess the least.

Respected sir or madam. This is adarsh from karnataka. I am a xiomi customer. I have purchased mi a1. I didn't have any problem unless i upgraded it to orea android. My my device is heating a lot charging is taking for 4 to 5 hrs and. Battery draining is also very quick. I need a solution. Or else u can take back your device and gv my money back

I have tried about more than 30 to 35 calls on mi service center ghatkoper east[protected] this number is always busy. This type of activity done by your service center if your numbers get always busy so why are you puting numbers on internet this number help people to ask query about product servicing really very pathetic performance. I think your employees is call on there personal and always land line gets busy.

My redmi 4 is not working correctly. I have 4 redmi phones including mine but in my redmi 4 malfunctioning is occuring. It get shut down without any reason and the main problem is dust in the camera lense. I send my redmi 4 to service centre four times but it still not working correctly and there is still dust in camera lense. I upload one pic and one video. You can see in the video that, dust is collected inside the camera lense. I need final solution this time. Please. This is my last complaint

Sir i brought redmi note 4 from flipkart... After 15 days its show error... All future error... Even camara also not work... After reboot its ok for 20 hours after then same problem... I talk with flipkart and mi india... No use please help me... Please give me replacement... And one i like clear i am big fan of xoiami... I am using redmi phone from last 3 years... My phone got a charging problem and i was told by the service center that the motherboard is to be replaced and it would cost me rs.7500 while i got it repaired outside in just rs.200 as the charging jack was not working. If i am not wrong there is an issue with the motherboard then the device does not boot up while my phone was working till the battery ended. I am an engineer and like every other customer i was fooled by the xiaomi. I am never gonna buy a xiaomi product and would give bad reviews to my known ones

I bought a phone redmi note 3 from the xiaomi in june 2016 and also a mi protect for 1 year...in march 2017 i got my phone repaired from them under warranty... But now in the month of nov i again faced the issue with the phone... I went to the mi centre and they told me its out of warranty and you need to pay for it... But when they opened the phone there were screws missing from the phone.. When i asked them about it they said in march your phone was fixed by one assist and not xiaomi so you talk to them... And when i contacted one assist they say xiaomi certifies the service centre at which we reapired your phone...
Now wanted to ask xiaomi and one assist how can i trust the repair they have done to my phone with screws missing from the phone...

Jise lekar main mi care pe gaya to maine waha pe apna phone diya uske baad sham me mujhe bataya ja raha hai ki apka phone ka mother board kharab ho chukka hai 7000/- rs lagenge. To maine apna phone wapas le liya or wo phone main bahar ke shop me 200 me bilkul thik ho gaya.. Care wale ne mere phone ka speaker sensor board khol liya

Today i have faced some problems while updating my phone, as a result of this my phone got hanged. I visited gurgaon mg road service centre to fix this issue. But there the technician (Deepak kumar) asked me to pay ₹1986 for touch panel replacement. But after rebooting my phone everything is perfectly working. So kindly address this serious fraud issue

Sir, , Iam saved lots of contacts in my mi4 mobile but some contacts have only name now, , , if that contact is open that time name showing and showing read only contact, , why sir, , , I need that numbers, why it is showing like that, if this phone have any software issues or any other complaints? First of all, iam feeling worst to use the mi mobile with worst service experience. I went to the service center (Hanamkonda, warangal dist. Contact:[protected].) for replacing the charger because it is over heating and getting smelled. I don't know why the people did not change even it is in warranty. From last three months, i have visited 3 times. I request you to replace the charger immidiatly. Even in the month of november, i have raised a complaint in the consumer court aslo regards this. Kindly discuss with the store with above mentioned contact number and solve it immidiatly. If the device ll blast and cause any property damage or loss of life, you are the responsible for it.
Just notice it.

I purchased redmi 4a mobile through amazon.
I found that Slim card slot holder was missing, that I noticed bit later.
I contacted people on there platforms - Amazaon, Amazon seller and Xiaomi India.
All three are passing the buck on each other and none of them are taking it seriously to resolve it.
Initially xiaomi responded that they will resolve it and asked me to visit their customer care center, I did it but they are not ready to support on it.

अवगत कराना है कि मैंने यह रेडमी नोट 4 मोबाइल Flipkart के द्वारा 7 दिसंबर 2016 को खरीदा था तदोपरांत मैंने इस रेडमी नोट 4 मोबाइल को इस्तेमाल करना शुरू किया मेरे मोबाइल का आई एम ई आई नंबर [protected] &[protected] है इस मोबाइल को मैं पिछले 1 वर्ष में पांच बार बनने के लिए Mi के सर्विस सेंटर पर भेज चुका हूं परंतु कभी भी बनने के बाद यह मोबाइल 1 महीने से ज्यादा भली प्रकार नहीं चला है इस मोबाइल की क्वालिटी बहुत ही असंतोषजनक है मैंने खरीदने के पहले बिल्कुल भी नहीं सोचा था कि यह मोबाइल इतनी खराब क्वालिटी का है मेरा यह मोबाइल बार-बार अपने आप रीस्टार्ट हो जाता है जिसके कारण हर बार मैंने उसको बनने के लिए भेजा है और हर बार सिर्फ मेरा डाटा लॉस हुआ सर्विस सेंटर द्वारा मुझे बताया गया कि हर बार आपके चार्जिंग पॉइंट में खराबी आ जाती है परंतु यह कैसे हो सकता है मैं तो हर बार रेडमी का ओरिजिनल चार्जर ही इस्तेमाल कर रहा हूं चार्जर भी आपके सर्विस सेंटर पर चेक करवाया वह भी ठीक है इसका मतलब कि इस फोन की क्वालिटी ही खराब है मुझे इस फोन को खरीदने के बाद जितना दुख हुआ कि मैंने अपना पैसा बर्बाद किया उतना मुझे कहीं नहीं हुआ मैं इस फोन की क्वालिटी से बहुत दुखी हूं बार-बार ठीक करवाने के बाद भी या फोन कभी भी 20 से 25 दिन से ज्यादा नहीं चला MI इतनी खराब क्वालिटी की उम्मीद नहीं थी बहुत ही खराब

Bought a redmi4 mobile from sangeetha mobile in july 2017 and i live with defects like 1. Overheating 2. Slow charging 3. Does not hold charge 4. Vanishing storage of data 5., erratic functioning making day to day usage difficult. The condition remains the same after 5 services and a redmi rep attending the mobile for 3 days. Each service costs me my data and regeneration of data. Supplier customer ethics is 0. Dealer keeps advising for service
