    I have requested for unlock my boatloader but company didnt ulock my boatloader since 1 month ago my mi a/c id is [protected] i try every step mention to ulock bootloader which as but my boatloader didnt ulock plese resolve my problem fast i would like to tell you that my application for bootloader unlocking has been unanswered.
    I haven't received any message in that subject.
    I want to enjoy my device more so please unloack the bootloader of my device.
    Sir i have order redmi 4 on 13 june 2017 it having 6 month warrenty including battery but at mi service centre authorized at shahi market agrwal computer it cost me rs 1180 i have 1 month warrenty left are u making fool xiomi

      Redmi 4a 2gb ram &16gb rom bought on amizon at 03/08/2017 order.
      But after 3 month mobile phone no show disply. I take it on mi centre dausa, then told me sub-bord of mobile is damage. So u give charg 520rupees but i no give rupees, phone will be started on after repair to mi centre dausa. On 31/10/2017. After 2 day passing phone disply no apper than it take on mi centre dausa, rajasthan. For repair it.
      Than told there leakes of battery $ relase of odour gas at right top corner so no change batteryin in warrenty pariod only battery bought 1180 rupees pay but phone will be in warrent pariod so i no pay

        Kamlesh solanki i m very desperate from mi services and company. Ever i seen its a worst company. My redmi 4a mobile is locked with pattern and i go for solution at service center and company charge with me 180 rupes. While my mobile is in guarantee. I m surprised that company executive told me that it's your fault that you apply pattern lock and forget password. If its my fault then why company offer me for pattern lock and if company cant do for my mistake or safety.
        Its a simple logic that company wannna earned money from every customer for little mistake of forgotten of pattern lock. First company offerbits our service that you enjoy this and now come for charges.
        I have many other mobile like sony and one plus 3 even they dont do like this they always have option for reset and hard reset by manually without going service center and paying any amount in guarantee period of time.
        I will go for consumer court for this nonsense of company policy..

          I brought redmi note 4 when i got my 3 moth salary and after sue some time as for as i remember that more then one month

          I was going my home and i had my phone in my hand and suddenly raining was started and my phone was totally damaged and i went mi showroom and i told them all my issue and after that they saw my problem and they said to me you have to pay 11, 000 rupee i was shocked because i brought it only 13, 000 and he charged me two thousand less only if i was include 2, 000 more then again i could brought new phone i realy hate mi product's

          If some one asked me what phone i have to buy god promise i never tell about mi product's bloody beach mi hairspray

            Hi team,

            I purchased mi a1 phone on 12th of november. Just within 2 hours the touch screen stopped working. On 13th i took to mi service center. They said the phone had water droplets inside and it wont be replaced nor covered under the warranty and asking me to pay inr 6, 037 for the repair. I did not drop water on phone and neither its raining here in hyderabad. How can a new phone have water droplets in it. Why should i pay now for a new phone which is hardly used for 2 hours. Please help!

              I've ordered a mi adapter and usb cable but it's not working since the last 2 days. I'm a loyal customer of mi but have been facing difficulty and i'm unable to charge my phone.
              Please replace it the charger or i'll be forced to take legal action.

                Last month i purchased a mi4a but yesterday my phone touch is not working, i go for janak puri, westend mall mi service center, they told me your phone have moisture that's why you can't got warranty and told me to replace touch folder and mother board and give estimate of rs. 6500 the phone cost is 7500. I m not agreed with them i told them to return my phone. After that i go for general repair center and they do only clean and blow on my phone in front of me and took only 300 rs. And now my phone is working properly. I realized your janak puri center is cheater and cheat with customers. Please take necessary action regarding this.

                  My mobile got splashed with water, so i took my mobile for servicing to mi service center in koramangala - ganapathi road, near airtel office.. Branch manager mr vighnesh informs post consulting their technical person, mobile mother board, sub board & mobile battery needs to be replaced. He gave quotation of 7440...

                  Upon checking with local vendors, it was understood that motherboard was absoultely fine & only problem was with charging board. Replalcement of charging board costed me only 700 rupees.. While strange to note quotation of mi...

                  People are horrible at the center & they does not provide any proper information.. They are not friendly too.. Also note, centre does not have customer feedback form or complain form...

                  Xiaomi needs to work with this faster else for sure market reputation of the company with these service center behaviors shall be on nod...

                      *totally fraud service center*

                      I purchased note 3 32gb phone one year ago, yesterday due to some trival issue i visited to this service center when i explain my issue than without any test they said problem is in your battery we need to change and it cost 1150 indian rupee, i told then please check i don't think there is any issue in my battery then they check my phone and after 15 minute they come and say we need to change its board as well as battery and now total cost is 1547.
                      I wondered but i say okay do that. After 1 hour they said your phone is ready and handover it to me and i tested same time and found my issue is not resolved yet i show then then they say.. Its your screen problem we have to change screen and it cost 3500 more now my patience turn into anger because they trying to make me fool, for a trival issue they charging me more then 5000 rupee.

                      I clearly say give me my phone as it was i don't want any change and they made it as previous and when i come at home and put my phone on charge then realised charging not working i go back and told them about this and they refuse with saying they don't know it was not working before

                      I am feel very angry and help less i don't know what to do but i want to take some legal action for this type of fraud please suggest what to do

                        Purchased a phone on 09.09.2017. When i try to use the second slot of the with my nano sim no response from it from a brand new phone. When i turned to your single customer care centre at kolkata, hazra, they told me after checking the instrument that pin of second slot is broken and total circuit to be changed which will cost rd.4500/-.
                        I want to change that phone or otherwise lodge a complaint to consumer forum.

                          Purchased a mi usb cable from mi.com on 02/05/2017 the warranty slip of which is attached below.

                          After 2 months ago the cable automatically stopped charging.

                          I called 4-5 service center in delhi none of which attended the call so i straightforward went to a authorized service center near deshbandhu college, kalkaji mandir road-110019.
                          Here aslo, i was told that i need to submit the cable for replacement as they can't replace the separately purchased cables with the cable which come along with smartphone.

                          I submitted the cable on same day i. E 03/08/2017 on the promise of getting it replaced by one week. I was told that i will get call or sms once the cable is available. The job sheet of which islso attached herewith.

                          Now i have called them since then several times but they don't receive calls.

                          Moreover, i received a call from the mi customer care few days back that my job sheet has been cancelled due to unknown circumstances and i need to go to the service center to get to know the reason and get a new job sheet filed.

                          This is very careless behavior i have never seen of mi. The cable is of just rs250 but i have already spent more than rs150 along with my previous study time to get it replaced.

                          Kindly look into the matter seriously because otherwise will make us bound to buy other company's product.

                          The warranty of the product is going to expire.

                          I heavily trust on mi product reliability but the kind of service you are providing restricts us to buy mi products because at the end of the day it is the service and support of the company that a customer need.

                            Few days back my mi note 3 (16gb) facing an issue of not charging so i go to mi authorised center, ahmedabad. There they say by checking my phone that your motherboard is not working. So to re solve this you have to pay rs6500. And now my device is working properly as i sorted the problem from local store in the market in only rs150. Local shop found only problem in charging.

                            So why authorised center is charging high amount and saying wrong information.
                            I am very much disappointed with your service please take some action for that and don"t write your automated apologis message of like we are sorry. I want some quick action to be taken for that service center.

                                My brand new redmi 4 only one month old my charger is not working and i am already contacted to the customer care every time they told charger is not in the stock. Seriously take my complaint and provide me a new charger otherwise i will complaints to the high authorities. Why company should not take care about the customers reviews. Mi is such a largest. Mobile selling indian company but it can't resolved customers compalints. And it customers care company always said product is not in stock. Please check allahabad mi customer service center there must be a big problems. And please provide me new charger.

                                  I purchased a redmi note 4 mobile from mi.com and when i received the mobile it was damaged. They asked me to send the mobile back to them and they will send a new mobile.
                                  But from the last 2 months i have even not got the mobile back. I ordered in september and now it is november. I called them several times but still no revert from backend team of mi.
                                  Very frustrated from their service. Can anybody please suggest me what shall i do now?

It is getting hanged very often though the memory space is enough in my phone. I tried to contact xiaomi team many a times but noone had contacted me back yet.                                       I have ordered max2 flip cover and 2in1usb cabel my order. Id-[protected] placed on 7/11/2017 i also use mi token witch was given by co against order i used 5999 token for rs 500 discount and remaining amount rs 548 pay by credit card but still today in my a/c order is open but the customer care said that due to technical your order is cancelled and refund of rs 548 is created in your a/c 5to6days but i request them what about my mi tokan witch is not used this is your fault it is not a true way of business this is like a chitting first use token then cancelled order and said that ones use token can not be refunded it is totally chitting by the company i also complaint in the consumer court against the company policy to chitting the customer

                                      No one step taken by the company I received a mail from xiaomiindia customer services [email protected] by Sayani Kundu give the reason for this complain no 1711009-009739/171109-006827 that there is no alternate either accept your refund and forget my mi tokan witch is earned so many orders given by me it is 100%chitting by the company because it is not my mistake and also the item ordered by me is in stock at that time but no solution give me by the company I want only dispetch my order as soon as possible either I think that it was only farud with me from company

                                        I antariksh patre had purchased redme 4 of 3gb ram, 32 gb specification in the month of october 2017 from amazon site. Initial 10 days i have not face any problem as it is not used much by me during this period. However on 29 october when i open whats app, mobile hang & shut down. I tried to star it for one hr. But could not open it. When i charged it, battery heated too much.
                                        I feel that such battery can explode anytime.
                                        Same day on 29 october i call customer care. However, they replied that your replacement period is over. They can not do anything. Still it is under warranty.
                                        So, my request is to replace it instead of sending it to service center as due to battery & other problems it can explode anytime. If anything happens, it will be the full responsibility of the company. Details of mobile attached.

Initial 10 days I have not face any problem as it is not used much by me during this period. However on 29 October when I open whats app, mobile hang & shut down. I tried to star it for one hr . But could not open it. When I charged it, battery heated too much.
                                        I feel that such battery can explode anytime.
                                        Same day on 29 October I call customer care. However, they replied that your replacement period is over. they can not do anything.Still it is under warranty .
                                        So, my request is to replace it instead of sending it to service center as due to battery & other problems it can explode anytime. If anything happens, it will be the full responsibility of the company.Details of mobile attached.
