Late charging. (Slow charging)

Before week, my phone is exlent working. When i put in charging maximum 3 hour charging full.
But now take 6 hour for full charging. At now take 6-7 hour for full charging. When i contacted mi service by toll free number, he/she said me.. 'you reset your phone' then i reset my phone. But same issue have in phone. So i humble request you for this issue solution give meas well as early.

    I have clled tooll free no lots of time for mobile issue this is followed from last 2months

    For my complaint check previous mail
    I don't have knowledge to communicate through mail each and every time i depend on my friend to type mail so i ask customer care person in toll free number to contact in tamil by your technical team.

    Even i ask toll free no many times but not get proper solution for my complaint.

    I need to contact your technical team person through mobile and not in mail regarding this i ask the person from toll free they said there is no option to contact through mobile and you can contact through only by mail.

    Oct 31st service center manager called me and ask about the status of my mobile form company side and request me to shar if any info from your side ie is from company

    And one day i got call from xiaomi india on oct 31 evening 4 pm said that your mobile returned to company from service center because the mobile not holding in service center for long time. And immediatle i called toll free no and ask about status they said that the mobile is in service center

I bought 3-4 mobile of mi online but there is only in this handset is problematic please solve. Can i exchange this handset of mi. I want to exchange same handset. Please solve my problem. Thank you

        Sir/ ma'am,

        On 30th october i recieved mi a1 in damaged conditions. I bought it from mi store. First of all i booked the mi a1 on 17th october and it was scheduled to be delivered on 20th october. But, because of the delivery boy's mistake l got it on 30th october. Also in between when i filled the complaint to mi customer care they keep on telling me that in 48 hours i will be receiving the phone but that didn't happen. After the 10 day delay i received a damaged phone. The complaint was held on 31st october and today is 9th november almost 10 days delay. Also including the delivery delay it sums up to 20 days of delay in services. Please provide me with the replacement or kindly refund me the amount that i have paid for the phone i. E. 14, 999. Therefore enabling me to have another phone so that i would be able to carry out my work on it.

        I have been told that after sending the photo i would recieve a call but, days are passing and no further actions are taken up. I have already sent the photographs thrice. Also the complaint status is shown as closed. Without proper procedure and actions the complaint is closed. Please resolve this issue urgently. As it is causing a great inconvenience to me.

          I had taken "pickmi" service of xiaomi on 15 oct regarding sim slot damage in my guarantee period. There they had not service my mobile (Redmi 3s prime) and also told that this damage could not recover after that they dispatch my moblie and i got it at after 24 days on 9/11/17. When i saw mobile and plucked in charger but mobile is not charging. Battery percentage is not increasing after 3 hours also.

              My mi4i phone has a slight loose contact in charging port. I contacted the authorised service centre of xiaomi phone in calicut, mobnet mobiles in yamuna arcade, kallai road, calicut 673002 today morning.. They changed the sub port of the phone and informed me that still charging is not possible, the main port has to be replaced.. When i handed over the phone for repair, the charging was possible with a slight twist of the phone, but after repair at the authorised service centre, now the charging port is dead.. I asked the technician to replace my old port.. However it's not getting charged now.. The authorised service centre has made my working phone dead. I want a solution for this.. The service centre has to make my phone chargeable at free of cost...

                    I have purchased red mi 4a mobile on 22 nd june, it's touch is not at all working after using four months. I visited madhapur, hyderabad red mi customer service center to get repair under warranty. They are simply saying damage happened because of water logging and they are not going to repair it. Why xiomi is giving false promises as they are going to repair it if damage happen within one year.
                    40 days back I purchased redmi note 4 in online Shopping. Today[protected] The mobile had problem while I was talking. suddenlly the display of the mobile not working and not seeing anything just a white bliking. The ring is coming but the display not appears. the mobile is not switching off also. please resolve the problem.

                      I had given Redmi note prime to MYVA mobiles, Guntur, A.P. on 24/10/2017, job sheet no. 3409. Service request no. is WXIN[protected]. Problem in charging circuit. Continuously showing zero % only even after one hour. Very poor response from service centre, unable to confirm date of completion of repair. Always same answer that spare is yet to come. Not even telling from where or when. please help in resolving the problem so that I get back the repaired phone, thanks & regards - Suresh

                        My redmi phone is 4 months old its camera stop working the next month from the purchase i had visited the service center more then 5 times initially they had fixed it but after a day or two started facing the same issue & last week i had submitted to the center again and this time the phone was kept for 8 days but again after 2 days it again stopped if i call this customer care number they first dont respond & in twitter they say visit the service center again. I am working lady each half day i take is subjected to my salary deduction.

                        This is very disappointing & this xiaimi india has no value of time & their customer.

                          My xiaomi redmi note 3 which was purchased on october 2016 has got some problems. When i was using my phone normally suddenly my display screen disappeared and no response of phone, i tried to power on my phone but couldn't be able to do so. When i tried several times to on my phone by pressing both power on and volume up/down button phone was on. But after using few minutes same problem occurred and could not be able to power on my phone. My battery charging condition was also good at that time (Almost 70%). When i connect the charger a violet indication blinks continously. I think the problem is in power button connected to motherboard. Please help.

                            Mi.com website started new feature for customer which was cardless emi option...in this feature customer get product through emi option without credit card... But there is an small procedure for apply cardless emi they verify customer aadhaar no, pan card, resident address, employee name, salary etc... But after this procedure they check bank account through zest payment gateway which was not secured by "ssl" certificate... It means they get the customer net banking "username and password"... And easily access it. And also chances dama stolen by third party... So please take necessary action against this issue... I'll also mention screenshot of my screen

                              I bought redmi note 4 3gb, 32gb variant from flipkart on 23 august 2017 and it is only 2 months nearby and my phone got swelled from mid screen. I went to service center but they are saying it need to be replaced and we will charge for it. When my phone is in warranty period why should i pay money. Its mi who didn't checked the phone properly and the battery got swelled.in the warranty chart it is no where mention that for battery swelling the warranty is not applicable. After paying 11k and i am not getting the service in warranty period as well. Its like total harassment. If they can't provide the service they can shutdown there production in india and go back to there nation. If they are not going to repair my mobile then i am ready to complaint in police station with ipc 420.

                                I brought mobile 18 oct 2016 as per invoice date. On today (07 nov. 2017) when i returning my office on the way, my mobile getting very hot from last month my mobile frequently getting hot. So i go to your service centre at 7.10 pm at dombivali east. But that service centre closed so i go near local mobile service centre because my mobile getting very hot and not able to hold in hand. Mobile cover open and that time my mobile battery get blast and burn in hand.
                                So please take necessary action for this matter and return my loss.

                                  I was purchased a redmi note 4 (3gb ram) black variant 3months ago, now i can noticed some ghost image in screen, because the screen was burn.
                                  I visited a service centre located in west bengal at habra, but they said me this is not an issue, it's normal, and ignored to replace or repair the screen.
                                  So what can i do now?
                                  And i asked xiaomi, is that your warranty policy?
                                  I just hate xiaomi after sell service.

                                    My phone is under warranty and is not working currently.
                                    Phone was fall down from approximate height of 1 feet and suddenly got switch off. Then i tried to start it by placing in charging. But phone does not gets charged at all. Battery shows 0% all d time and as i remove it from charging socket it gets switch off.
                                    I visited mi service centre in vapi today name is " ezzy enterpise" firstly he said that " charging socket is damaged due to water damage and shall be replaced cost will be 550/- rupees" i replied " its accepting charging only that battery does not gets charged" then also he said " the problem is with socket only" after replacing socket problem was not solved and that mother #* guy said that mother board is damaged due to water. And charges of the same will be 5500/- rupees

                                    What the # is going on? Problem is with battery and your service peoples are saying its mother board issue.

                                      My earphones i bought it from outside but it has been only few months, and it is not working. I am not able to use it for calls nor music. When i listen to music one side is working and the other side is fluctuating. Previous earphones stopped working after few months. This is the second time it is happening and it is kind of annoying. I need a solution for this, i cant let this happen every time.

                                        Sir i have a complain about my newly purchased redmi note 4 phone. The problem is that some time when i do unlock and up the shatter i get a sound like firing inside and i also get the sound when i open and operate the camera, after open the camera when touch the existing photo and when i touch the back bottom i get the sound like firing, i know that there is a inbuilt camera shot taken sound, but this sound is not that sound. Because this is my first xiomi redmi note 4 64gb phone to solve my curisity i discuss the problem with some redmi phone holder. But i disappoint when came to know that there is not such a problem in other phones, because my phone heardly 3 week old.
                                        So i excitingly waiting to know the solution of my problem and i hope you will solve my problem attentively. Now you repace my phone with new one or do something else it's completely under your cosideration. As a xiomi redmi note 4 64 gb consumer i hope you will do best for me.
