I have clled tooll free no lots of time for mobile issue this is followed from last 2months

For my complaint check previous mail
I don't have knowledge to communicate through mail each and every time i depend on my friend to type mail so i ask customer care person in toll free number to contact in tamil by your technical team.

Even i ask toll free no many times but not get proper solution for my complaint.

I need to contact your technical team person through mobile and not in mail regarding this i ask the person from toll free they said there is no option to contact through mobile and you can contact through only by mail.

Oct 31st service center manager called me and ask about the status of my mobile form company side and request me to shar if any info from your side ie is from company

And one day i got call from xiaomi india on oct 31 evening 4 pm said that your mobile returned to company from service center because the mobile not holding in service center for long time. And immediatle i called toll free no and ask about status they said that the mobile is in service center

I need a proper solution for my complaint or else i deal with consumer court

    I am currently using miui 8.5 in my redmi note 3 phone, but unable to decrypt and play or see the encrypted files in hidden folder. How to resolve this problem? Even unable to delete the files.

    Cant view & decrypt encrypted hidden files in (Fileexplorer/. Safebox) in xiaomi fileexplorer section. I can only view hidden files in other fileexplorer but i can't decrypt the encrypted hidden files to restore it to its original state where i can view it. Please help!!!

    All hidden files in this folder were encrypted. There is no way to decrypt it.
    The file formats (Example) shown were 32alpha-numeric

      Hello,
      I had bought redmi note 4, and i am facing an issue with the calls i. E network problem. I have a vodafone sim and it doesn't work it show no network or very low range where in you can't here any voice of the person on the other side, so i tried with other sim cards for eg. Airtel, even it din't worked (Airtel sim dint even showed up any network. Zero netwrk.
      I guess it's the issue with the sim slot or may be sound i don't know exactly. But i need you to work on it or try and exchange my phone with some other model.

        Dear sir / madam,

        I am using mi 3s prime. It's warranty last date is 8/11/2017. I had submitted my phone today (02/11/2017) in service centre for software and some hardware problem. The person said that ur product is not under warranty because it's not having moisture sticker below ldi. It was open first time today, it was sealed pack..

        It is manufacturer defect it's not my fault.. Service provider is not willing to take my phone in under warrenty. He is saying i don`t know anything, i didn`t found moisture stricker under ldi so your phone is not in warrenty and asking 6425.79 rs. This is clearly manufacturing defect so this type of reason not acceptable so you are requested to pls give me service at free of cost and extend my phone warranty. Otherwise this type of manufacturing defect can cause your company a lot..

          I purchased remi note 4 before one and a half month ago. it fell down from me nd its screen glass broken i repaired it from local market after all same happens to me. now again my screen glass is broken in a single feel down. i also have samsung moblie it is not such as mi phone even after fell down i can"t have to face too much problem as in mi phone
          thus i declared that mi have no quality product . i spent 13000 on my phone but i feel it just wasteage. mi phone quality is such a poor that i will not suggest any to buy mi phone nd also take a legal action about it's such poor quality

          My phone model mi 4a . Again and again show message error in application . And ask cancel or ok. Even I was submitted set in mi service center but my issue remain same after updating software . So plz consider my issue...

              Hlo sir maine 19 oct ko redmi 4a buy kiya thaa shop se. Ussi day se usme battery ki problem aa rhi hai. Mai mi care center b gya. Unhone mere ko software update krke mobile bapis kr diya. But problem ka koi solution nhi nikla. Battery bahut jaldi khatam ho jatti hai. Maine galati krdi mi ka phone buy krke. Have any solution for my problem or i have to go consumer court?

                I bought mi in ear headphones about 2 months back. I loved the product and they worked well for 2 months. Then suddenly the amount of sound became drastically low in left side of headphones. Then i contacted mi customer care and they suggested me to go in mi service centre with the bill. When i went there, it took me about 1 hour to tell them about my complaint. Then the girl who was talking with customer told me that we can't replace them as they are having physical damage. I told them again and again that there is no physical damage and although a physical damage will be resulting in either both sides of headphones to stop working or even the left side should have fully stopped working. But they not listened to me. Then i decided of calling mi customer care again and told them every thing frankly. But then they talked with me so badly and told me that every thing which service centre tells is correct and you can't question their service. Then i decided of getting in again and i asked them that according to rti, i am asking you for the proof that on what bases they said that it is an physical damage. But that girl ignored me. Then i forcefully went to the head of the office and asked her the same thing. When that head asked the girl to prove it to me, the girl changed her statement and said that the engineer told this. Then the officer went to the engineer and came with the good news that the ear phones are not physically damaged. But there is a twist. They said that the product is not in stock and asked me to submit your product and we will call you when the product is back in stock. Today is 5th day and neither i got any call and nor i am able to contact them. And when i call mi customer care, they just go on putting me at hold. Please help me in getting my product back soon.

                  I bought this product from xiaomi india via their app on 17th oct 2017 the product was delivered to me on 19th oct 2017. I was out of station so i could check the product on 23rd oct and found that it is not working and i placed a complaint via email to them. Incident no.[protected] was raised by them for replacement of the product, one mr. Sandesh sahu from their team spoke to me on phone on the 25th oct and promised that it will be replaced and he said that their replacement team will get in touch with me. They did initiate a pickup through bluedart bu the request was cancelled from their end on the 30th oct. I am still waiting for a replacement till 1st nov 2017. Their customer service is hopeless

                    I ordered a redmi note 4 mobile from their online mi store on sep 20, 2017. I have cancelled the order #[protected]. Since i didn't like the colour, as per the instruction given by the customer care executive, i didn't receive the delivery and returned the product. I m fed up of making continuous effort to get the refund.
                    Even after making continuous effort to get the refund - #[protected]. [incident:[protected]], its a failure only

                    I m making continuous calls to customer care, but all are in vain. I m not getting proper response

                    I m getting a response mail saying that somebody will call me within 24 he's, only time is running

                    Customer care executive says the complaint is escalated. But what is outcome of escalating the complaint, nothing

                    So please help me to get my money back

                      I purchased redmi 4 and within 3 weeks my mobie fell down and display is slightly got cracked and i given in mi authosised service centre.
                      Address: plot no. 44 & 45, opp. Mercedes benz showroom, near madhapur police station, kavuri hills, hyderabad, telangana 500081
                      The people lives in hallosination and and not even know the prices for what they need to charge and they dont bother.
                      Coming to the story...
                      I have given my newly broken redmi 4 mobile for change of display the mobile is fully working in condition and i am using the mobile. Before going to the store i called those service center people and enquired about the cost availability and went to sore in 30 minutes.
                      When i went to store one of the employe took the mobile and given acknowledgement and i went home.
                      When i reached my home these service centre guy calls and tell that we do not have that part (Display) available and they dont know when it will come again i asked them to keep order also. The people says dont know...
                      Then i went to store again to collect the hand set... Then another story begins... They asked to wait for 3 more days to get the display... Then i told that i can wait for 7 days also but there is no proper communication from the people.
                      Then i felt that this is not going to work no longer and asked to return the hand set. They agreed and about to return the handset and asking to pay rs.120/- as service charges...
                      Then i was surprised like anything they way they treated me...
                      My scenario clearly says that to replace the display thats all and what these people do in checking the display.

                      Bottom line:
                      These people are cheating the customers like anything and they dont even bother.
                      Lots of miscommunication
                      No proper knowledge...

After few days used' i understand mic problem of this mobile' out going low & eco sound' from other side every one not get cleared sound of me, then i went service centre (Intech solution, malda' west bengal), they updated software, gave me. But problem not solved. Again i go there, they keep my set almost 10 day ' there i check mobile but problem not solved. Again then i keep the mobile for problem solution for total near about 30 days but mic problem not solved. I want solution sir.

I complain about my mobile set before two days' out going slow sound, from other side any not get clear sound, i service the device from malda intech solution servicing centre. They can not solve my device problem, they keep the device over 30 days but not solve the problem. I want feedback about my device solution. Now i complain two times. If i not get any response, then i go local juridiction.
                        I not get any feedback ' i want fully satisfying device.I can get or not ?

                        On official app of mi mobile phone distributor from raipur is using my mobile no. Please remove that it really irritating so much. Daily i am received more than 20 call by their customer on my mobile phone. Number of time i am try to contact them but no one give me perfect answer. Please remove my mobile no.

                            It was the worst experience i've ever had before. This service center don't deserve even a star. Even without seeing the product they deny to do the service.

                            My problem with the phone was its speaker was not working and also it was hanging with the nominal use.

                            They ask you to never come back to the centre. They take their customers for granted.

                            And waiting time... Omg for even a single simple thing they make customers wait for an hour atleast.

                            They were shouting at customers like anything. I've never watched something like that before.

                              I had purchased redmi note 3 from amazon.in on 27.10.2016. But on 26.10.2017, there is some display problem for which i have contacted the authorized service centre of xiaomi in silchar on 27.10.2017. But unfortunately they told me that my mobile can not be repaired under warranty. But as per the warranty manual that was given with the mobile, it was written that the limited warranty starts from the day the customer receives the item. When i told about this to customer care executive they asked me to mail amazon and to send one copy of the mail to them. For this i had contacted to amazon and request them to send me a mail about warranty. I have also contacted mi customer care but they told me that my mobile does not fall under warranty as it has completed 1 year. When i show amazon's mail to customer care of xiaomi in silchar, assam, they told that the mail was not properly written. Hence they need to contact mi customer care. Now what should i do. If it is written in warranty manual of mi that the limited warranty starts from the day the customer receives the item then why my mobile will not come under warranty.

                                Mera mia1 phone ka display ka sirf glass gir ke toot gaya tha then i contact to service center of jaipur to replace display
                                They said... 3800 rupe charge hoga combo change ki jayegi
                                But muje lagta h unhone sirf glass change kia hai phon ka dispay nhi
                                Or chanrge pura lia hai
                                Phone warranty me tha par bill pe likha hua hai out of warranty

                                  I have bought redmi 4 from mi india on 14th sep, 2017 and delivered on 9th sep, 2017. It has a sim card slot issue, so that i request replacement. They pick up the device got replacement of device on 9th oct, 2017. It has a screen defect. Second time i got defective mobile. I complaint for this. They called me and agrees to give me refund. Refund request initialised on 11th oct, 2017 and today is 31st oct, 2017. Still not got the money back in my account.

                                    It is not connecting to my mobile app please do something. Any part of band does not working properly. Time is stoped at 4:04pm steps are not counting nothing is showing properly please do something fast. It is not connecting to mi fit app since it was long time to connect through my phone. I also started to use new phone because old phone was damaged. I am in panic please please take a action on my complain i am in need of it.

                                      I was surprised listening to this and said i want my handset replaced instead of motherboard as it motherboard is a key part of the phone and it should not be dead within 2 weeks. Why these xiomi service center people do not replace mother board, as my pjhone is in warranty. My mobile is redmii note 4. I have purchased just 20 days ago. I have original bill, even then mi service center people are not taking my complain and they are suggesting me to take new hand set
                                      I am just came to service center at 10am today. I see token number stopped at 16 from Last 2 hours. What the hell they are doing. No higher authority watch on it.

                                        I recently bought mobile phone from mi store. The charger was working fine for 2 days then it stopped working. I called the customer care at first they told me we will replace your charger. After couple of weeks they told me we can't replace only charger we have to replace whole mobile, but if you visit service centre which is 300 km far away from srinagar then we can replace your charger even though this statement is not written anywhere in replacement policy. Hope you can help me regarding this issue. Thanks
